Staying here currently for a 12 day work trip. Hotel is in a good location and has potential to maybe be a 4 star property, maybe. But They have a lot to work on though in regards to customer service….. especially the front desk. It begins though the moment you pull up to front door and inform the valet / bell staff that you will be using self parking lot instead of valet. Guy was immediately rude to me and blatantly walked off and ignored me when I asked about garage height clearance. After that, if you’re lucky you won’t have to deal with Barb at the front desk. Rude, disheveled looking woman who treated me like an idiot when I asked a simple question about my company Changing card on file for incidentals. I received an email telling me that they changed card on file. Barb said not possible and wouldn’t even look it up for me. Thanks for nothing. I’ll try again in the morning, hopefully with a staff member who doesn’t hate their job and can answer a simple question.

If you want to feel safe do NOT book this hotel. Their window doors were wide open and they are aware that they do not close or lock and they do not care. They switched me to another room with the exact same issue she told me I can leave if I’m not happy. On top of all that its filthy, dirty sheets and towels, AC did not work, key didnt work, rude front desk. I cannot believe its a 4 star someone needs to change this.

Booked what i expected to be two queen beds. Got two double beds. A/C defective on first room provided. 63 degrees and could not be turned off. Then they had no other rooms except one king for three adults. Never going back to this place. Update: the room they moved us to had defective A/Ccontrols as well: heat on all the time. Original room was 323; replacement room 1012. Both had broken A/C controls. This was the worst managed property of my CA vacation.

So much potential to be an outstanding property. A full service Hilton. But not quite... My stays there result in consistent little problems, for example, the TV just says accessing... The windows are all fogged in... No trash cans at the ice machines or elevators on any floor... Trash bags stay outside room doors overnight... Staff is pleasant but act board... No EV chargers... No executive lounge... Upgrades given to gold before diamond... I would stay here again because it's a decent location but anyone who does so must come in with low expectations.

I had a bad experience from the day I booked my stay. I reserved 4 rooms in October for a January visit and specifically requested connecting rooms. However, when we arrived for check-in, they didn't have any rooms available for us. They claimed that the LA fires were to blame, but they didn’t even bother to call and notify us beforehand.

When we finally got our rooms, they were dirty, and the sheets had not been changed. Additionally, I noticed discrepancies on my statement; the charges were different from what I was quoted during the booking. How is it possible that you took away our reserved rooms and then charged us more for different ones?

I plan to contact billing regarding this issue. Hilton, please do better to retain your guests rather than losing them. In hindsight, I regret not booking with Marriott; the extra two minutes of driving wouldn’t have been a problem.

Ask for Vegan, he help us organize one of the most memorable s Bat Mitzva's for one of our daughters..worth every penny and not as expensive as one would thought of a fancy hotel

Stayed here for two nights for a conference. The location was great, super close to where I needed to be and walkable to the conference and dinner. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and attentive, and check in was fast and efficient. The room itself feels..... dated. Furnishings are new, but walls and baseboards have obvious damage and need repair. Windows were very dirty so taking in the "view" wasn't really an option.

The restaurant was a good/great experience and made the overall stay more enjoyable. Had dinner there the first night, fish tacos were amazing. Wine list is limited but there are good options. Dessert wasn't impressive, but overall ambiance was nice and I would come back for dinner.

We have been.to.this hotel before and are usually on the lower available rooms. This time we were lucky to be close to the top, and some friends booked their rooms on two other floors. We all met Sunday morning for breakfast around 8 AM. Food was good, but size didn't match price. O really it was a good weekend and felt "almost" like home.

Attended a convention and the meeting rooms were big and clean. Staff in restaurant were super helpful and friendly. Only negative was dinner for over ,300 people, there wasn't enough help/servers.
My husband had to ask for tes, coffee and more rolls, our waitress said there were no more rolls, but supervisor brought some warm rolls. Said she didn't have time to bring tea but once again my husband got her manager brought us tea and coffee.
