The fireplace was on.
As soon as you step outside, you'll be on Hollywood Boulevard, where it's very lively.
I think it's the perfect place for sightseeing.

Very classic, elegant and beautiful place, the accommodations are on the small side for the US. The location is excellent and the historical significance will be more attractive than the newness of the facilities.
It is undeniable that it is an old hotel, but the service is excellent. The number of sockets and facilities in the room have kept up with the needs of modern travelers. At the same time, it also retains decorations that show signs of time, and it feels very classic.
For parking, it is recommended to park in the public parking lot next door. The price is 30 US dollars for 24 hours, but if you park in the hotel, it costs 75 US dollars for one night.

The cabana room was not worth it in the winter because it was so cold outside. It was like a boutique hotel, not a room for families.

Average. Location is good but thats about it. The service is mediocre with service quite rude and unfriendly to guests. Just because you’re in Hollywood you have to tolerate it? Didn't impress me.
Rooms are noisy and super small.
Shower was broken for all days even after I complained a few times to front desk. The flow of water was going up and down and the tap was broken.
Pool is a freak show…and dirty.
Dont recommend this hotel.

Service was excellent and definitely felt safe throughout. Hotel location extremely convenient as situated along the walk of fame. Cocktails were great. Will stay at Roosevelt Hollywood again if we ever visit LA in future!

+ Literally on the Hollywood walk of fame. Museums and shops in walking distance. Universal Studios a very short 15 minute drive away. Our room and the hotel in general were clean and in great shape. Responsive staff. The area lost power in the middle if the night, so The hotel security staff escorted us back to our room after we walked our dog.- Hotel wifi really should be secured at least with a password The room was quite small
