Location was great and the executive suite we stayed in as a family of 5 met our needs. But on our second night stay after a long day at universal studios we came back to our room being latched from the inside and that's when I noticed that my debit card (that I had left inside the room) had been rejected for charges I did not make. When I brought it up to the staff their only answer was to say they would review the cameras... I travel often and had never had something so evasive to my privacy happen. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Sheraton! The location couldn't be more convenient for visiting Universal Studios – just a short distance away, which made our trip so smooth and enjoyable. Sheraton Shuttle every 30 mins. The highlight of our stay was Jason at the concierge desk. He was a class act, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His friendly demeanor and expert knowledge made our experience truly exceptional

Great location! No need to take the shuttle. You can walk to Universal Studios in about 12 minutes.
We had a suite with a pullout couch for the kids. It was as hard as the floor. The hotel did bring more bedding to put on the bed (after I asked) but still the worst pullout couch we have ever had at a hotel.
At check-in time, the service depends on the person doing the check-in. I overheard a family get a lot of information but we had a different person and got no information. They didn't even tell us that the restaurant was under renovation and what to do for food instead.
Next time I'll book at the Hilton next door instead.

Perfect location for a visit to Universal Hollywood! The hotel is lovely - great entrance and lobby. Everything very clean and the elevators were speedy. We were on the 16th floor with an outstanding view. The room was on the small side and I wouldn't recommend the sofa "bed" for anyone over the age of 12, but it was fine for my child. The lounge was fantastic - great breakfast and evening snacks!! Matthew at the lounge check in was so friendly and helpful! Easy walk to the park. Would absolutely recommend for any trip to Universal.

I have mixed reviews about staying at this hotel. The bad : the room was very small. We had a king bed and a sofa bed to fit 2 adults and 2 children. The king was great, but the sofa bed was a twin, barely fit the kids. The other reason I say it was small is because there wasn't enough room to put clothes/stuff for 4 people. The closet was very small, and it lacked drawers.
I didn't find the staff at the front luggage desk friendly. The guy always seemed like he was waiting for a tip or something.
The good: the service by Jerry at the front desk was great. He is very friendly and helpful, fixed our issue in minutes. The location to Universal Studios was extremely convenient. We were able to walk with a stroller.
We had dinner there one night and the food was delicious, everyone enjoyed the meal and the service was excellent.
Other than that, the overall stay was good, not bad, and not great.

We (my friend and I) stayed here for the night and when we checked in later in the night we were surprised to find that our double queen room had been upgraded to a Suite. We loved the room and everything it had to offer. We checked our bags in the morning while driving to Universal Studios Hollywood and were able to pick them up late at night when we returned from the park. The check-in and check-out processes were efficient and easy. The staff was friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. I would remember to stay here if you are going to Universal Studios Hollywood.

A great place to stay when visiting Universal Studios. The staff was great. They were very friendly and recognized you straight away. Parking was easy and nearby. Universal Studios was just a few minutes' walk away. The room was very spacious. It has a mini-fridge, which we like when we stay in hotels, as well as a desk and a small sofa. Lots of outlets and good air conditioning. The elevators were fast and close to the main entrance.

- Everything was great. The room and staff. We ate dinner at the restaurant by the bar becauseit was rainingso we didn't want to venture. The food was pricey and the quality was just ok. I don't think I would eat there again.

+ Walking distance to Universal Studios and CityWalk Room very clean. Very nice looking hotel. From the time we pulled in to check in Everyone was so nice and friendly. Very accommodating.- Everything was great. The room and staff. We ate dinner at the restaurant by the bar becauseit was rainingso we didn't want to venture. The food was pricey and the quality was just ok. I don't think I would eat there again.
