Great big hotel complex on the ocean with private facilities, Parking, beach, swimming pools, meeting halls, shops, restaurants and a pier for yachts and boats. The hotel is classified as business hotel of the resort on the ocean. Located in the Northern part of the Peninsula of Miami beach in Hollywood Beach.

Pretty good hotel complex, the full complex of services-level 5☆ Located on the first line, right on the ocean. Of the minuses: very dangerous balconies. With young children really dangerous.

The cleaning was sometimes done hastily, sometimes they forgot to make up the bedroom or to clean the bathroom, or even to replenish the room with tea and coffee.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping...

The room is clean, the environment is very beautiful, the service is very good, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and it is very convenient to eat and buy things

The room was quite nice - sparkling clean! This is definitely the most important element for me, but this place didn't disappoint regarding cleanliness. One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room. They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! Rooms were clean and well ventilated :) We were allowed to access the rooftop bar even after checkout until it was time to head to the airport . Their pool is worth a sight! Beach is just steps away...

My suite was spacious, complete with small kitchen and a balcony that viewed the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen included refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, pots and pans, microwave and small coffee pot. Within walking distance are lots of fabulous restaurants and there is nothing that beats a walk on the beach early in the morning or...

We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. Very nice apartment. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing. Thursday afternoons they have "Salsa and shots" on the roof with Claudia, that was a lot of fun. We got margarita shots, the kids got lemonade for learning salsa :-) The only problem we had was with house keeping not leaving...

From the moment I got there I was greeted with a smile, which made me feel at home. Checking in was very easy and quick. My suite was very comfortable and everything was impeccable. The pool area is fantastic! Everyone there is very attentive to your needs . The sunset club has excellent appetizers; as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They have valet parking which is extremely important...

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we checked in. The lobby is very welcoming, and our valet Roberto was just amazing! He was so sweet and took care of us our entire trip! When we checked in our room it smelled delightful and was very clean! The pool on the 7th floor was great as well! Would definitely recommend if you’re staying with a family!

This place is the real deal!! Customer service is next level, rooms are clean and spacious. Two beautiful pools and a hot tub, everything located right next to the beach. Complimentary beach chairs are provided. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Food in the hotel restaurant is delicious. Parking is a bit pricey at $43 a night. Great stay so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the live bands at night. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is that the pool areas are crowded.

Stopped in for a bite to eat at LandShark Cafe. What a beautiful hotel, lobby area, and pool! Nice boardwalk along the beach with lots of other shops. Really cool wake board area to learn surfing too! Will have to plan a stay at this great location.

Recently stayed at the Resort and it was an incredible experience!! The resort's vibe is just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beachfront location offers stunning views and easy access to the ocean. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable, providing a true sense of escape. We didn't stay in the rooms. We ate at the restaurant twice. The service the first time was a five but the service the second time was a two. I'm basing my experience on the first time. Enjoyed our stay and will go back. Water flow in shower is important to us and when water pressure was too low they replaced it quickly. Very responsive to clients needs. Hotel is perfect location on beach. Rooms always smell clean and fresh.

The website makes the rooms seem incredibly large and nice. In reality the room is kinda cramped and the windows for the ocean view could use some cleaning.

The shuttle service should run longer. It stopped at 11:30 and my husbands flight was delayed twice and landed at 11:37. The driver was at the airport but said he couldn’t wait. Thankfully the airport is close so he could get a ride but just inconvenient it doesn’t run until midnight.

Hotel was beautiful and put together. The kitchenette was surprisingly useful.

Great place and it's completely renovated. Great location right on the boardwalk with tons of restaurants. Staff very helpful. Excellent security. You need your room card to go anywhere on the premises. Free inside parking and wifi. Highly recommend. Looks better in person than in the photos.

The accommodations were nice, but not amazing. The location is tough to beat - right on the boardwalk/ocean with a great view. The beach access is at the end of the boardwalk, so there aren't a lot of people on the beach by the hotel (relatively speaking). The pool/hot tub looked nice, but we stuck with the ocean! Beautiful property, right on the beach and most rooms overlooking the ocean. What made my stay most special was the great treatment received from the staff. The staff was incredible...views spectacular, rooms and bathrooms spacious and very comfortable. We loved every moment of our weekend. It is not like a full service hotel where your room is made up everyday but linen/towels were readily available. My only negative comment is that the balcony furniture needed to be changed as they were all unraveling...this was not a deal breaker as they were still...

Vacationed here with one of my good friends for the week. We booked through Airbnb so our room was amazing and the view couldn’t be better. Location of hotel is great, everything is easily accessible. The lack of 5 stars pertains to the hotel establishment itself. The hotel offers a seemly nice pool area with tons of space but while we were trying to relax on multiple occasions, they had power tools...

Worth the price Family trip. We had a blast. The hotel staff took care of us as soon as we arrived. The facilities are nice, and the views are definitely worth the price.

1 or two of the elevators didn't work during my stay, it was horrible. We have waited 30-35 minutes every time we had to use it and sometimes had to take the stairs 32 floors with young kids

Amazing property and room! Limited food and shopping nearby. Luggage storage and service help was not good and had to do all on our own while guy watched and did not help. Elevators were not good. Overall we would stay again for the rooms as they were spacious and nice.

Family Fun Beach was a quick walk across the street. They have towels, longer and umbrellas for use. At times we had a longer wait for the elevator. The pool was great! There is an indoor basketball court and the hotel lets you make an appointment for court and a basketball which the kids had fun with. There is a Sister property across the street that has a great bar and it had multiple restaurants...

The elevator issues are real. 3 elevator worked and we often waited 15-25 mins to catch an elevator.

Beautiful room and great location. The night clerk wasnt very friendly. There is a $30 daily parking fee and $20 daily resort fee. It includes free smoothies (passion fruit or lemonade), towels, lounges chairs, bicycle rental, snacks.. however, we checked in at 7pm so we didn't get most of these amenities. We were at the beach at 8am the following day and were told the lounge chairs were not available...

The location was perfect but the rooms were old not at all what I expected from the pictures. Although they were really clean . I was disappointed with the staff at front desk , not friendly. Restaurants were good. Needs improvement.

I loved everything about this property and the staff. The minute you come in, they welcome you with a champagne glass, water, etc. The rooms are lovely, clean and so comfortable. We had the best time here. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s great not having to reserve chairs for the beach as each room comes with two. The complimentary snacks and champagne in the lobby were a welcome treat. The good at the bar/restaurant was delicious. It was nice to be able to get the drinks to go to have on the beach. It was a great vacation and will definitely be back!
