The hotel is classified as business hotel of the resort on the ocean. Located in the Northern part of the Peninsula of Miami beach in Hollywood Beach.

Pretty good hotel complex, the full complex of services-level 5☆ Located on the first line, right on the ocean. Of the minuses: very dangerous balconies. With young children really dangerous.

The manager Bernadette made our stay wonderful. The rooms are immaculate and the hotel is right on the boardwalk near many shops.

My rating is based on our 3 night staying in room 10. The good: The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They made the stay worth while. The hotel has beach towels, bikes, and beach chairs. Full size fridge, microwave and basically anything else you need. The bad: Room 10 is in need of some tlc. The electric line is ran on the outside of the wall behind the bed into some very outdated...

Great place to lay back & enjoy the Beach & Boardwalk. Cindi who does the rooms was awesome & made us feel right at home. Bernadette made our check in easy & accommodating after a long trip. Thank you & will be back. Would highly recommend for a Great Ocean side stay.

Hotel staff were wonderful! They couldn't do enough for us. Crystal at the front desk was professional, kind and quick to assist. Nadine was also wonderful and helpful and so was Melvin. Beautiful property, right on the beach and most rooms overlooking the ocean. What made my stay most special was the great treatment received from the staff. In particular, I want to give a shout out to Nadine Ellis, who helped check me check in early and navigated a few internal hoops to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

The staff was incredible...views spectacular, rooms and bathrooms spacious and very comfortable. We loved every moment of our weekend. It is not like a full service hotel where your room is made up everyday but linen/towels were readily available. My only negative comment is that the balcony furniture needed to be changed as they were all unraveling...this was not a deal breaker as they were still...

Vacationed here with one of my good friends for the week. We booked through Airbnb so our room was amazing and the view couldn’t be better. This is my second time booking here and this time was a completely different experience. Camilla was a doll, very accommodating and pleasant. The beach is not “far” but it’s certainly a walk through other properties. The beach attendants were rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they were doing us a favor by providing chairs and towels. And they closed down early causing all our belongings to be placed...

We booked a King corner room through the Hilton Honors App. Our room had pretty pool and intercoastal views. It was very cozy and spacious. The pool atmosphere was very relaxing. The service and staff were very pleasant and courteous. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay another night. Check-in was a breeze and a pleasure, room was clean, beautiful and spacious and the view to the pool was fabulous! The beach service included umbrella, chairs and towels was uber convenient! The water bottles and cookies was a PLUS and came in clutch the night we checked in. The walk to the beach was 3-5 minutes. Luxury feel hotel with an affordable price. Would recommend 10/10 and would stay here...

We went for a relaxing vacation and we were extremely pleased with the service. It was cleans staff was pleasant. The food and rinks were superb. It was very relaxing and fun. The hotel room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly, especially Sandra Dee. However, the construction going on around the hotel was irritating. It woke us up at 6:30 am and it was hard to relax by the pool. They have valet parking, which was convenient, but it cost $25 a night. I'd recommend this hotel if you don't mind paying for parking and there is no construction going on during...

They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! Rooms were clean and well ventilated :) We were allowed to access the rooftop bar even after checkout until it was time to head to the airport . Their pool is worth a sight! My suite was spacious, complete with small kitchen and a balcony that viewed the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen included refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, pots and pans, microwave and small coffee pot. We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. Very nice apartment. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing. Thursday afternoons they have "Salsa and shots" on the roof with Claudia, that was a lot of fun. We got margarita shots, the kids got lemonade for learning salsa :-) The only problem we had was with house keeping not leaving...

From the moment I got there I was greeted with a smile, which made me feel at home. Checking in was very easy and quick. My suite was very comfortable and everything was impeccable. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we checked in. The lobby is very welcoming, and our valet Roberto was just amazing! He was so sweet and took care of us our entire trip! When we checked in our room it smelled delightful and was very clean! The pool on the 7th floor was great as well! Would definitely recommend if you’re staying with a family!

This place is the real deal!! Customer service is next level, rooms are clean and spacious. Two beautiful pools and a hot tub, everything located right next to the beach. Complimentary beach chairs are provided. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Food in the hotel restaurant is delicious. Parking is a bit pricey at $43 a night. Great stay so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the live bands at night. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is that the pool areas are crowded.

Stopped in for a bite to eat at LandShark Cafe. What a beautiful hotel, lobby area, and pool! Nice boardwalk along the beach with lots of other shops. Really cool wake board area to learn surfing too! Will have to plan a stay at this great location.

Recently stayed at the Resort and it was an incredible experience!! The resort's vibe is just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beachfront location offers stunning views and easy access to the ocean. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable, providing a true sense of escape. We didn't stay in the rooms. We ate at the restaurant twice. The service the first time was a five but the service the second time was a two. I'm basing my experience on the first time. Location was good! I loved my food and drinks, although I know that a few people in our party did not. Service was a little slow due to a 28 person party that walked in at the same time we did. Beautiful room and great location. The night clerk wasnt very friendly. There is a $30 daily parking fee and $20 daily resort fee. It includes free smoothies (passion fruit or lemonade), towels, lounges chairs, bicycle rental, snacks.. however, we checked in at 7pm so we didn't get most of these amenities. We had the best time here. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s great not having to reserve chairs for the beach as each room comes with two. The complimentary snacks and champagne in the lobby were a welcome treat. The good at the bar/restaurant was delicious. It was nice to be able to get the drinks to go to have on the beach. It was a great vacation and will definitely be back!

Breakfast was great but the eggs and bacon and sausage was a little cold a microwave was there so that worked out for me, room was nice and clean and comfy, great location for dinning and shopping nearby and close to the airport with free shuttle services offered by the hotel.

The rooms and staff are great, even if the decor is a bit dated. The beds, furniture, bathroom/kitchen are very nice in the king suite. The swimming pool is the size of a postage stamp. There's basically nothing to do on the hotel property except watch the pool belonging to another hotel next door with a pool side bar and filled with people, or go work out in the miniscule fitness center. Like every Hampton the Fort Lauderdale location is a reliable choice with a good place to sleep and breakfast. While the building seems a little worn the service was fantastic. Booked in haste on my phone I did not select the proper room with space for an entire family. The accommodations were nice, but not amazing. The location is tough to beat - right on the boardwalk/ocean with a great view. The beach access is at the end of the boardwalk, so there aren't a lot of people on the beach by the hotel (relatively speaking). The pool/hot tub looked nice, but we stuck with the ocean!
