Great big hotel complex on the ocean with private facilities, Parking, beach, swimming pools, meeting halls, shops, restaurants and a pier for yachts and boats. The hotel is classified as business hotel of the resort on the ocean. Located in the Northern part of the Peninsula of Miami beach in Hollywood Beach.

My rating is based on our 3 night staying in room 10. The good: The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They made the stay worth while. The hotel has beach towels, bikes, and beach chairs. Full size fridge, microwave and basically anything else you need. The bad: Room 10 is in need of some tlc. This resort was a last minute change after having a very poor experience at another hotel is South Beach. We sure wish we had made the move sooner!!! This resort is incredible!! I highly suggest that you book here, you will be happy you did. One of the BEST customer experiences I have ever received. We will be going back next year and staying here.

I really enjoy coming to the spa because it's right on the beach you're very close walking distance to many restaurants and activities the facilities at the spa is very clean they offer several different massages facials you name it I recommend this place

Beautiful room and great location. The night clerk wasnt very friendly. There is a $30 daily parking fee and $20 daily resort fee. It includes free smoothies (passion fruit or lemonade), towels, lounges chairs, bicycle rental, snacks.. however, we checked in at 7pm so we didn't get most of these amenities. We had the best time here. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s great not having to reserve chairs for the beach as each room comes with two. The complimentary snacks and champagne in the lobby were a welcome treat. The good at the bar/restaurant was delicious. It was nice to be able to get the drinks to go to have on the beach. It was a great vacation and will definitely be back!

They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! Check-in was a breeze and a pleasure, room was clean, beautiful and spacious and the view to the pool was fabulous! The beach service included umbrella, chairs and towels was uber convenient! The hotel room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly, especially Sandra Dee. However, the construction going on around the hotel was irritating. It woke us up at 6:30 am and it was hard to relax by the pool. They have valet parking, which was convenient, but it cost $25 a night. Enjoyed our stay and will go back. Water flow in shower is important to us and when water pressure was too low they replaced it quickly. Very responsive to clients needs. Hotel is perfect location on beach. Rooms always smell clean and fresh.

The website makes the rooms seem incredibly large and nice. In reality the room is kinda cramped and the windows for the ocean view could use some cleaning.

The rooms and staff are great, even if the decor is a bit dated. The beds, furniture, bathroom/kitchen are very nice in the king suite. The swimming pool is the size of a postage stamp. The accommodations were nice, but not amazing. The location is tough to beat - right on the boardwalk/ocean with a great view. The beach access is at the end of the boardwalk, so there aren't a lot of people on the beach by the hotel (relatively speaking). The pool/hot tub looked nice, but we stuck with the ocean!
