Beautiful property, right on the beach and most rooms overlooking the ocean. What made my stay most special was the great treatment received from the staff. Beautiful room and great location. The night clerk wasnt very friendly. There is a $30 daily parking fee and $20 daily resort fee. It includes free smoothies (passion fruit or lemonade), towels, lounges chairs, bicycle rental, snacks.. however, we checked in at 7pm so we didn't get most of these amenities. We were at the beach at 8am the following day and were told the lounge chairs were not available...

The location was perfect but the rooms were old not at all what I expected from the pictures. Although they were really clean . I was disappointed with the staff at front desk , not friendly. Restaurants were good. Needs improvement.

We had the best time here. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s great not having to reserve chairs for the beach as each room comes with two. The complimentary snacks and champagne in the lobby were a welcome treat. The good at the bar/restaurant was delicious. It was nice to be able to get the drinks to go to have on the beach. It was a great vacation and will definitely be back!

The beach is not “far” but it’s certainly a walk through other properties. The beach attendants were rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they were doing us a favor by providing chairs and towels. We booked a King corner room through the Hilton Honors App. Our room had pretty pool and intercoastal views. It was very cozy and spacious. The pool atmosphere was very relaxing. The service and staff were very pleasant and courteous. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay another night. Check-in was a breeze and a pleasure, room was clean, beautiful and spacious and the view to the pool was fabulous! The beach service included umbrella, chairs and towels was uber convenient! The water bottles and cookies was a PLUS and came in clutch the night we checked in. The walk to the beach was 3-5 minutes. Luxury feel hotel with an affordable price. We went for a relaxing vacation and we were extremely pleased with the service. It was cleans staff was pleasant. The food and rinks were superb. It was very relaxing and fun. The hotel room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly, especially Sandra Dee. However, the construction going on around the hotel was irritating. It woke us up at 6:30 am and it was hard to relax by the pool. They have valet parking, which was convenient, but it cost $25 a night. They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! Rooms were clean and well ventilated :) We were allowed to access the rooftop bar even after checkout until it was time to head to the airport . Their pool is worth a sight! My suite was spacious, complete with small kitchen and a balcony that viewed the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. Very nice apartment. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing. Thursday afternoons they have "Salsa and shots" on the roof with Claudia, that was a lot of fun. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we checked in. The lobby is very welcoming, and our valet Roberto was just amazing! He was so sweet and took care of us our entire trip! This place is the real deal!! Customer service is next level, rooms are clean and spacious. Two beautiful pools and a hot tub, everything located right next to the beach. Great stay so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the live bands at night. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is that the pool areas are crowded.

Stopped in for a bite to eat at LandShark Cafe. What a beautiful hotel, lobby area, and pool! Nice boardwalk along the beach with lots of other shops. Really cool wake board area to learn surfing too! Will have to plan a stay at this great location.

The accommodations were nice, but not amazing. The location is tough to beat - right on the boardwalk/ocean with a great view. Breakfast was great but the eggs and bacon and sausage was a little cold a microwave was there so that worked out for me, room was nice and clean and comfy, great location for dinning and shopping nearby and close to the airport with free shuttle services offered by the hotel.

The rooms and staff are great, even if the decor is a bit dated. The beds, furniture, bathroom/kitchen are very nice in the king suite. The swimming pool is the size of a postage stamp. Enjoyed our stay and will go back. Water flow in shower is important to us and when water pressure was too low they replaced it quickly. Very responsive to clients needs. Hotel is perfect location on beach. Rooms always smell clean and fresh.

The website makes the rooms seem incredibly large and nice. In reality the room is kinda cramped and the windows for the ocean view could use some cleaning.
