The cleaning was sometimes done hastily, sometimes they forgot to make up the bedroom or to clean the bathroom, or even to replenish the room with tea and coffee.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. The shuttle service should run longer. It stopped at 11:30 and my husbands flight was delayed twice and landed at 11:37. The driver was at the airport but said he couldn’t wait. Thankfully the airport is close so he could get a ride but just inconvenient it doesn’t run until midnight.

location is great, right on the broadwalk. The room was huge, clean and light. The tiki bar was nice but only offers “wine-based liquor”, cocktails were $14 and the liquor was not detectable. Everything was good with the stay at the property. The amenities were great and the breakfast was 10/10. The hotel's location is okay, and the room facilities are generally acceptable, just average. For the price, I think the value is average. I chose a hotel that is close to my clients on a business trip. It has a beautiful sea view, a nice beach, a good restaurant, and a big and comfortable hotel room. The only problem is that parking is at Valet, which is an extra expense. Otherwise, everything is good and the experience was great!
