The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s great not having to reserve chairs for the beach as each room comes with two. The complimentary snacks and champagne in the lobby were a welcome treat

Great place to stay right on the boardwalk with a beautiful beach. The staff is awesome and the rooms are beautiful. I think th best part for me was the comfort of the bed it was plush

The beach is a couple of steps from the hotel. The atmosphere is welcoming and warming. The whole staff is friendly and professional. The rates are reasonable for being beachfront

HEAVEN checked us in, and she was wonderful, sweet, and informative. AGUSTIN in the pool are vas very pleasant. Overall, all staff members were always ready to help

Third time staying here. Always a great experience....right on the beach and the boardwalk, with Margaritaville right next door. Helpful staff, parking included, beach chairs and umbrellas included, clean quiet rooms.

This hotel offers great service at the beach. Super close and chairs & towels are for free (as parking is). The rooms are ok. All in all a good choice

Walk north along the beautiful beach, past the city park and to the pier. Walk south past the pubs, gift shops and restaurants. The hotel is mid-century quaint. The rooms are each decorated differently

Only a few have a view of the water, but that is a small price to pay. It is a two-minute walk from the entrance of the Ocean Inn courtyard until you cross the Hollywood Broadwalk and are on the beach

Our room was clean and the bed was good. The courtyard was a real joy with shade and a family of iguanas in the trees to watch. (Don't worry, they will not get close to you

The Ocean Inn is simply the best location for the money you could reasonably expect to find on the coast of Florida. This is an old school independent hotel with 11 rooms

) All of this for $150 / night including parking is unbeatable in the area. But PLEASE stay somewhere else so that my room will be available!

Very close to the beach, lots of things to do nearby, room was much bigger then expected! They were very accommodating, and let us get our beach chairs and towels before checkin and watched our luggage until our room was ready

We loved everything about the hotel and the polite staff. The room was spacious, and we were able to see the ocean between buildings! It is so close to the beach and the broadwalk. I would definitely stay here again

Shabby chic? Cute beach side cluster of buildings form this boutique site. The rooms have space to spread out, and are each unique unto themselves. We stayed in a Jr 1bedroom suite beach side of the buildings

The place we stayed was so pretty and so close to the beach with lots of food choices and shops. Quiet and nice area! The room was clean. Beach chairs towels, etc are available at the office!

Pretty good hotel complex, the full complex of services-level 5☆ Located on the first line, right on the ocean. Of the minuses: very dangerous balconies. With young children really dangerous.

Their pool is worth a sight! Beach is just steps away , great restaurants nearby , very convenient location and not overly crowded and felt safe at all times and all of this for a reasonable price ! They also help arrange Miami tours which we only found out later , I would definitely stay here again if I plan for a Miami trip in future

Lots of perks, too! Like free bike rentals, free beach chair rentals, a gym or the wonderful pool. If I had to wish, I wish there was a channel guide for the cable TV. Fabulous resort! Even my pooch had a great time

The lobby is very welcoming, and our valet Roberto was just amazing! He was so sweet and took care of us our entire trip! When we checked in our room it smelled delightful and was very clean! The pool on the 7th floor was great as well! Would definitely recommend if you’re staying with a family!

The pool area is fantastic! Everyone there is very attentive to your needs. The sunset club has excellent appetizers; as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

Within walking distance are lots of fabulous restaurants and there is nothing that beats a walk on the beach early in the morning or under the stars at night

We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing

The walk to the beach was 3-5 minutes. Luxury feel hotel with an affordable price. Would recommend 10/10 and would stay here again without a doubt

We booked a King corner room through the Hilton Honors App. Our room had pretty pool and intercoastal views. It was very cozy and spacious. The pool atmosphere was very relaxing

Check-in was a breeze and a pleasure, room was clean, beautiful and spacious and the view to the pool was fabulous! The beach service included umbrella, chairs and towels was uber convenient! The water bottles and cookies was a PLUS and came in clutch the night we checked in

The hotel room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly, especially Sandra Dee. However, the construction going on around the hotel was irritating. It woke us up at 6:30 am and it was hard to relax by the pool

This is my second time booking here and this time was a completely different experience. Camilla was a doll, very accommodating and pleasant. The beach is not “far” but it’s certainly a walk through other properties

The beach attendants were rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they were doing us a favor by providing chairs and towels. And they closed down early causing all our belongings to be placed on the ground

Great food and staff. Loved our room with an amazing view. Great live music at a great location. Our family stayed in a big fancy hotel and wished they had stayed here instead. We will definitely be back!

While sitting at the Tiki bar in the back, you can hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach and you can feel the breeze as it comes off of the Atlantic I gave this place a 5-star rating only because I didn't have the option to give it 10-stars!

Villa Sinclair is just steps away from the beach and broad walk, and has everything needed nearby, family and couples friendly, with plenty of attention to details, we love Hollywood beach, and the best place to stay is definitely Villa Sinclair

Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!! This is definitely a home away from home

booked this place last minute a little hesitant because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised!!! location is unbeatable, ocean front views, café downstairs and world famous Mamacitas Latin restaurant next door, the staff was very polite and helpful

It was a nice place right in front of Hollywood blvd right in the middle of the action nearby restaurant and stores - front beach wheelchair access and the prices were worth it - a lot of sand and water damage is appreciated in the pictures - the structure must have had damage as well - so sad to see this motel go - hopefully they built a nicer one

If u are on a budget, then this is the place to stay as u have all u may need to cook and couple places to buy groceries and eat at home. 100%+ recommended!!!! Will be back for sure!!

I've stayed at the nicer hotel with a room over looking the ocean on the 10th floor with the valet parking and free breakfast but let me lay out a scenario for you, You gather all your beach things, walk down the long hallway to the elevator, take it down ten floors, cut through the cold lobby, outside past the bar get to the beach and get all set up and now one of the kids have to pee! They give you beach towels to take to the beach and allow you to take the beach chairs down to the beach as long as you bring them back

We didn’t know this prior to arrival and it was such a relief for us to not have to worry about buying or renting chairs and towels. Thomas was great and made sure we had everything we needed in our room
