Pretty good hotel complex, the full complex of services-level 5☆ Located on the first line, right on the ocean. Of the minuses: very dangerous balconies. With young children really dangerous.

Beautiful property, right on the beach and most rooms overlooking the ocean. What made my stay most special was the great treatment received from the staff. Vacationed here with one of my good friends for the week. We booked through Airbnb so our room was amazing and the view couldn’t be better. Beautiful room and great location. The night clerk wasnt very friendly. There is a $30 daily parking fee and $20 daily resort fee. It includes free smoothies (passion fruit or lemonade), towels, lounges chairs, bicycle rental, snacks.. however, we checked in at 7pm so we didn't get most of these amenities. We were at the beach at 8am the following day and were told the lounge chairs were not available...

We had the best time here. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s great not having to reserve chairs for the beach as each room comes with two. The complimentary snacks and champagne in the lobby were a welcome treat. The good at the bar/restaurant was delicious. It was nice to be able to get the drinks to go to have on the beach. It was a great vacation and will definitely be back!

This is my second time booking here and this time was a completely different experience. Camilla was a doll, very accommodating and pleasant. The beach is not “far” but it’s certainly a walk through other properties. The beach attendants were rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they were doing us a favor by providing chairs and towels. We booked a King corner room through the Hilton Honors App. Our room had pretty pool and intercoastal views. It was very cozy and spacious. The pool atmosphere was very relaxing. The service and staff were very pleasant and courteous. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay another night. Check-in was a breeze and a pleasure, room was clean, beautiful and spacious and the view to the pool was fabulous! The beach service included umbrella, chairs and towels was uber convenient! The water bottles and cookies was a PLUS and came in clutch the night we checked in. The walk to the beach was 3-5 minutes. Luxury feel hotel with an affordable price. The hotel room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly, especially Sandra Dee. However, the construction going on around the hotel was irritating. It woke us up at 6:30 am and it was hard to relax by the pool. They have valet parking, which was convenient, but it cost $25 a night. They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! Rooms were clean and well ventilated :) We were allowed to access the rooftop bar even after checkout until it was time to head to the airport . Their pool is worth a sight! My suite was spacious, complete with small kitchen and a balcony that viewed the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. Very nice apartment. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing. Thursday afternoons they have "Salsa and shots" on the roof with Claudia, that was a lot of fun. Shout out to Fitz who was very friend and helpful with the shuttle, such an amazing person! The hotel was good but aging, could use some maintenance. Some of the outlets in the room were not working. But for the price and location it is very liveable. The shuttles run every hour and are not call-for-service like most hotel shuttles. I came here for work and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff has kept my room fresh every day and the bar service was fantastic. When i come back ill be staying here again!! I highly recommend trying this hotel out. It was not even crowded.

This place has been great. A very short 30 second walk to the sand and the beds were very comfy. Prices are competitive. Right next to a great restaurant and practically on the boardwalk. Maids hit the place around 2 everyday and we always have fresh towels. A.c. is super strong so no worries there. Dish network. Plenty of outlets to charge/run stuff. Shower is nice. Free WiFi with a good signal.

Well if you need cheap kinda...this is an option. No elevators but its only 2 floors. Um. Free parking. Big room. With fridge and microwave and an old timers TV set. It's definitely old fashioned and not really upkept or with new amenities. But hey location is pretty great.

The Diane is Permanently closed! After hurricane Irma. It was a nice place right in front of Hollywood blvd right in the middle of the action nearby restaurant and stores - front beach wheelchair access and the prices were worth it - a lot of sand and water damage is appreciated in the pictures - the structure must have had damage as well - so sad to see this motel go - hopefully they built a nicer...

Long story short: My family was at The Diane, and I went to The Diane (it was a weekend, and everyplace was full), where they bent over backwards to accommodate me in my situation. The manager went over and above to help us out. We evacuated here from Cape Coral for hurricane Irma. It wasn't a great stay as the power went out through no fault of the facility. They have a generator for emergency lighting and we had hot water the whole time. They need to add the lobby TV to the generator power just so guests can keep informed about the outside world when an event like this...

Very close to the beach, lots of things to do nearby, room was much bigger then expected! They were very accommodating, and let us get our beach chairs and towels before checkin and watched our luggage until our room was ready. Great location and our room was upgraded to a very large suite!! Staff was friendly and even held our luggage so we could hit the beach/boardwalk while we waited for our room to be ready. They gave us beach towels and you can check out beach chairs too! Just feet from beach and great local eateries!

Shabby chic? Cute beach side cluster of buildings form this boutique site. The rooms have space to spread out, and are each unique unto themselves. We stayed in a Jr 1bedroom suite beach side of the buildings. Clean room, friendly hotel staff. This is a great spot to stay if you want slightly less craziness, but only slightly.
