Great big hotel complex on the ocean with private facilities, Parking, beach, swimming pools, meeting halls, shops, restaurants and a pier for yachts and boats. The hotel is classified as business hotel of the resort on the ocean. Located in the Northern part of the Peninsula of Miami beach in Hollywood Beach.

Pretty good hotel complex, the full complex of services-level 5☆ Located on the first line, right on the ocean. Of the minuses: very dangerous balconies. With young children really dangerous.

The cleaning was sometimes done hastily, sometimes they forgot to make up the bedroom or to clean the bathroom, or even to replenish the room with tea and coffee.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there. I think that if the hotel's housekeeping staff had followed the process of checking the closet and safe, they should have noticed it first. Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping...

The room is clean, the environment is very beautiful, the service is very good, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and it is very convenient to eat and buy things

The room was quite nice - sparkling clean! This is definitely the most important element for me, but this place didn't disappoint regarding cleanliness. One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room. The business center is right in the middle of the front...

They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! Rooms were clean and well ventilated :) We were allowed to access the rooftop bar even after checkout until it was time to head to the airport . Their pool is worth a sight! Beach is just steps away...

My suite was spacious, complete with small kitchen and a balcony that viewed the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen included refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, pots and pans, microwave and small coffee pot. Within walking distance are lots of fabulous restaurants and there is nothing that beats a walk on the beach early in the morning or...

We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. Very nice apartment. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing. Thursday afternoons they have "Salsa and shots" on the roof with Claudia, that was a lot of fun. We got margarita shots, the kids got lemonade for learning salsa :-) The only problem we had was with house keeping not leaving...

From the moment I got there I was greeted with a smile, which made me feel at home. Checking in was very easy and quick. My suite was very comfortable and everything was impeccable. The pool area is fantastic! Everyone there is very attentive to your needs . The sunset club has excellent appetizers; as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. They have valet parking which is extremely important...

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we checked in. The lobby is very welcoming, and our valet Roberto was just amazing! He was so sweet and took care of us our entire trip! When we checked in our room it smelled delightful and was very clean! The pool on the 7th floor was great as well! Would definitely recommend if you’re staying with a family!

This place is the real deal!! Customer service is next level, rooms are clean and spacious. Two beautiful pools and a hot tub, everything located right next to the beach. Complimentary beach chairs are provided. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Food in the hotel restaurant is delicious. Parking is a bit pricey at $43 a night. Hotel is pet friendly, but no designated dog area. We will definitely...

Great stay so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the live bands at night. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is that the pool areas are crowded.

Stopped in for a bite to eat at LandShark Cafe. What a beautiful hotel, lobby area, and pool! Nice boardwalk along the beach with lots of other shops. Really cool wake board area to learn surfing too! Will have to plan a stay at this great location.

Recently stayed at the Resort and it was an incredible experience!! The resort's vibe is just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beachfront location offers stunning views and easy access to the ocean. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable, providing a true sense of escape. We didn't stay in the rooms. We ate at the restaurant twice. The service the first time was a five but the service the second time was a two. I'm basing my experience on the first time. The service in Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville restaurant was excellent. Food was very good also.

Hotel is a bit old & needed a renovation, if you don’t have a car with you, you just got stuck in the hotel with nearby one petrol kiosk to get your drinking water, a McDonald's & a Danny to feed your tummy. Shopping center that Aventura Mall needs to book a Uber, can be pricey at US$30 per way.

The room smell like hell,carpet stink and wet. Its impossible to stay in rooms ,we sparyed parfume and waited to check out

It was clean and comfortable with a lovely jacuzzi and pool which were a godsend as the weather was hot

Stayed here as an overnight for a delayed flight. Close to the airport. The shuttle service was easy to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious.

Don't know why I have seen such horrible reviews. I found the room to be clean and the area is fairly nice. The front desk guys were very helpful. For the price it is definitely worth your time

Well if you need cheap kinda...this is an option. No elevators but its only 2 floors. Um. Free parking. Big room. With fridge and microwave and an old timers TV set. It's definitely old fashioned and not really upkept or with new amenities. But hey location is pretty great.

If you are looking to sleep well that's the place not to fancy, but reasonable for the price. Near everything you need. Great staff.

Beds can use a upgrade but overall it's a quiet peaceful hotel. My front desk experience has been great every desk attendant has been very nice and helpful to me. My room A.C is very cold very spacious I have a full refrigerator, microwave and a stove & oven. And the location is amazing your next to the beach and every store you can imagine. Great hotel right on the beach .. location along boadwalk is excellent. Tiki bar is not over priced. Service desk took care of all request very quickly. We will stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay and will go back. Water flow in shower is important to us and when water pressure was too low they replaced it quickly. Very responsive to clients needs. Hotel is perfect location on beach. Rooms always smell clean and fresh.

The website makes the rooms seem incredibly large and nice. In reality the room is kinda cramped and the windows for the ocean view could use some cleaning.

This was a terrible stay. Had to walk down to office to get pits, pans and dishes. No delivery. We reserved a superior oceanfront King suite but did not get what we paid for. The outside area was trashy and filthy. However, room was nice but not what we paid for. Please refund our money!😡

This is an old hotel that's outdated, however it's clean, the staff is friendly and the view will take your breath away.

The Diane is Permanently closed! After hurricane Irma. It was a nice place right in front of Hollywood blvd right in the middle of the action nearby restaurant and stores - front beach wheelchair access and the prices were worth it - a lot of sand and water damage is appreciated in the pictures - the structure must have had damage as well - so sad to see this motel go - hopefully they built a nicer...

Right on the beach 2 foot away .parking not so good. Have to park in the municipal parking lot near by

The shuttle service should run longer. It stopped at 11:30 and my husbands flight was delayed twice and landed at 11:37. The driver was at the airport but said he couldn’t wait. Thankfully the airport is close so he could get a ride but just inconvenient it doesn’t run until midnight.

Hotel was beautiful and put together. The kitchenette was surprisingly useful.

Staff was very nice and friendly. Very quiet and cozy. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was delicious. Each day, a different hot breakfast. One employee did stand out and I would like to say, best part of the stay. Her smile was contagious. Her name was Daiiquon.

Stayed here for 4 nights in June. Nice and clean. The room is big, everything there we needed. Nice little kitchenette, with bar fridge, 2 burner cooktop, deep sink and pots pans, plates and utensils etc. There’s a huge balcony where you can sit outside and watch everything going on, or relax and take in the sunrise or sunset. Location is great, a couple of minutes and you’re right on the boardwalk...

The Tel was so wonderful for our stay in Hollywood / Fort Lauderdale area!! Not only was our place steps from the beach, but it was perfect for a girls trip and comfortably held 6 of us! We loved being so close to the boardwalk but never heard too much commotion! I’ve stayed at several hotels in Hollywood beach The Tel is my favorite. The rooms are super clean and the staff is very helpful. They always answer the phone and they pay attention to detail. Friendly environment.

Beautiful hotel !! The location was amazing, very quiet neighborhood and very family oriented. The entire hotel looks brand new and smells like it is sterile which is great especially now. Staff is very friendly and accommodating and I highly recommend staying at this place.

I've been coming here for years I've probably slept in every single room just because it's super cozy small near great area for fun 😁

The room was very clean. The A/C was super cold and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with an ice pack and extra pillows. The outside is adorable, the time are a bit dated but don't skip this one over. It was a great stay for us.

The place may have promise in the future, but there was no notice that renovations were being planned. It's hearing sounds of drills all morning, that's very horrible.

Exceeded our expecations. Rooms felt clean and roomy enough...standard size with a kitchen as well. Was literally on the beach boardwalk....right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores and beach shops. Location ans view was unreal. You dont need a car here...so if possible id reccomend ubering out there to save yourself the hassle. You can walk anywhere as its right on the boardwalk....

Great place right on the beach. You cant beat location . Huge terrace with lounges and tables. Management is very helpfull and friendly. Oh yeah ,and you can get free beach towels and chairs. Parking is right behind the building which is very convenient. Love this place. Would recommend to everybody.

This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!! This is definitely a home away from home

We were so lucky to have found this place!! They were so helpful and literally had everything we needed. Super cool private area right by the beach! They supplied us with games and stuff to use at the beach it was perfect. Had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

Our stay at Villa Sinclair was excellent. Great place and it's completely renovated. Great location right on the boardwalk with tons of restaurants. Staff very helpful. Excellent security. You need your room card to go anywhere on the premises. Free inside parking and wifi. Highly recommend. Looks better in person than in the photos.

The accommodations were nice, but not amazing. The location is tough to beat - right on the boardwalk/ocean with a great view. The beach access is at the end of the boardwalk, so there aren't a lot of people on the beach by the hotel (relatively speaking). The pool/hot tub looked nice, but we stuck with the ocean! The biggest surprise for us was that this was not a normal hotel. It's a time share...

I loved my stay here, for an "INN" aka motel , it was one of the cleanest I been to. The hotel keepers Danny and his finance were so warm and welcoming , I traveled from NY and I needed a place to stay nearby. They only suggestion I will make is to have House keeping arrive a little later, they knock on your door so early in the morning and this is your only chance to have the rooms cleaned. Belvedere Inn is a clean, safe place to stay. The rooms are impeccably maintained. Highly recommend for a few nights or a weekend!

The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room... I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy... it turns on and off whenever it wants... the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception.

Friendly stuff, the location is awesome, the room was ok but Not well soundproofed, I could hear the next room and bellow room conversation and music… hopefully they stopped at midnight!

Very close to the beach, lots of things to do nearby, room was much bigger then expected! They were very accommodating, and let us get our beach chairs and towels before checkin and watched our luggage until our room was ready. I have stayed here 2 times now, and every visit has been great! Very nice place to stay, close to airport and cruise terminal

Great location and our room was upgraded to a very large suite!! Staff was friendly and even held our luggage so we could hit the beach/boardwalk while we waited for our room to be ready. They gave us beach towels and you can check out beach chairs too! Just feet from beach and great local eateries!

We loved everything about the hotel and the polite staff. The room was spacious, and we were able to see the ocean between buildings! It is so close to the beach and the broadwalk. I would definitely stay here again. I can't be any more pleased with our stay! Parking was $7.

Great location. Friendly staff. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin and you can hear every sound in the building. As long as you don't have annoying guests this place is well worth the money.

This is our second time staying at Beach Rooms Inn. It was just as good as our first. The owner accommodated us when we wanted to change rooms ( for personal reasons) and the room and service was great. It is very close to the beach and very comfortable.

Great location right next to the beach. Room was large though had a weird door at the back that used to connect to the room next to this one and could heard my neighbors TV and them talking. Also, had a weird remote that didn't do anything that I think was for the bathroom? Besides that, great place and close to the boardwalk. Emma was super friendly at check in and check out.
