Pretty good hotel complex, the full complex of services-level 5☆ Located on the first line, right on the ocean. Of the minuses: very dangerous balconies. With young children really dangerous.

Hotel staff were wonderful! They couldn't do enough for us. Crystal at the front desk was professional, kind and quick to assist. Nadine was also wonderful and helpful and so was Melvin. Beautiful property, right on the beach and most rooms overlooking the ocean. What made my stay most special was the great treatment received from the staff. The staff was incredible...views spectacular, rooms and bathrooms spacious and very comfortable. We loved every moment of our weekend. It is not like a full service hotel where your room is made up everyday but linen/towels were readily available. This is my second time booking here and this time was a completely different experience. Camilla was a doll, very accommodating and pleasant. The beach is not “far” but it’s certainly a walk through other properties. The beach attendants were rude and unhelpful. It seemed like they were doing us a favor by providing chairs and towels. We booked a King corner room through the Hilton Honors App. Our room had pretty pool and intercoastal views. It was very cozy and spacious. The pool atmosphere was very relaxing. The service and staff were very pleasant and courteous. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay another night. Check-in was a breeze and a pleasure, room was clean, beautiful and spacious and the view to the pool was fabulous! The beach service included umbrella, chairs and towels was uber convenient! The water bottles and cookies was a PLUS and came in clutch the night we checked in. The walk to the beach was 3-5 minutes. Luxury feel hotel with an affordable price. The hotel room was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly, especially Sandra Dee. However, the construction going on around the hotel was irritating. It woke us up at 6:30 am and it was hard to relax by the pool. They have valet parking, which was convenient, but it cost $25 a night. They let us do early check in as soon as room is available and late checkout by an hour for Free of cost too ! Unit we were given was very spacious and my son had his space to play indoors comfortably! Rooms were clean and well ventilated :) We were allowed to access the rooftop bar even after checkout until it was time to head to the airport . Their pool is worth a sight! My suite was spacious, complete with small kitchen and a balcony that viewed the ocean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. Very nice apartment. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing. Thursday afternoons they have "Salsa and shots" on the roof with Claudia, that was a lot of fun. From the moment I got there I was greeted with a smile, which made me feel at home. Checking in was very easy and quick. My suite was very comfortable and everything was impeccable. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we checked in. The lobby is very welcoming, and our valet Roberto was just amazing! He was so sweet and took care of us our entire trip! This place is the real deal!! Customer service is next level, rooms are clean and spacious. Two beautiful pools and a hot tub, everything located right next to the beach. Great stay so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the live bands at night. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is that the pool areas are crowded.

Stopped in for a bite to eat at LandShark Cafe. What a beautiful hotel, lobby area, and pool! Nice boardwalk along the beach with lots of other shops. Really cool wake board area to learn surfing too! Will have to plan a stay at this great location.

We had the best time here. The staff are amazing and so accommodating. It’s great not having to reserve chairs for the beach as each room comes with two. The complimentary snacks and champagne in the lobby were a welcome treat. The good at the bar/restaurant was delicious. It was nice to be able to get the drinks to go to have on the beach. It was a great vacation and will definitely be back!

It's one of those beaches where you can actually enjoy your time there. It's not too pack so you'll get a nice spot on the beach. It is family friendly and being i was with my nephew, it was great. There was things in the broadwalk like some little bike I can ride around with him. Overall good time.

Stayed here as an overnight for a delayed flight. Close to the airport. The shuttle service was easy to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious.

I suggest the use of spa-like aromas/essential oils to counter this. Shout out to Fitz who was very friend and helpful with the shuttle, such an amazing person! The hotel was good but aging, could use some maintenance. Some of the outlets in the room were not working. But for the price and location it is very liveable. The shuttles run every hour and are not call-for-service like most hotel shuttles. I came here for work and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff has kept my room fresh every day and the bar service was fantastic. When i come back ill be staying here again!! I highly recommend trying this hotel out. It was not even crowded.

I found this cozy hotel on a Google search close a vicinity I was doing business with for a week. Rooms were comfy and very clean.. This hotel is okay. I would certainly rate it as a 3 star hotel. I can't understand why some my key wouldn't work around 11 a.m. I had to go back to the lobby to get it reregistered. Well if you need cheap kinda...this is an option. No elevators but its only 2 floors. Um. Free parking. Big room. With fridge and microwave and an old timers TV set. It's definitely old fashioned and not really upkept or with new amenities. But hey location is pretty great.

The Diane is Permanently closed! After hurricane Irma. It was a nice place right in front of Hollywood blvd right in the middle of the action nearby restaurant and stores - front beach wheelchair access and the prices were worth it - a lot of sand and water damage is appreciated in the pictures - the structure must have had damage as well - so sad to see this motel go - hopefully they built a nicer...

I stayed for almost a week. Wonderful, helpful, over-the-top staff!!! Great location! I met family in Fort Lauderdale, and I ended up with a situation at the motel I was supposed to stay at. Long story short: My family was at The Diane, and I went to The Diane (it was a weekend, and everyplace was full), where they bent over backwards to accommodate me in my situation. The manager went over and above to help us out. We evacuated here from Cape Coral for hurricane Irma. It wasn't a great stay as the power went out through no fault of the facility. They have a generator for emergency lighting and we had hot water the whole time. They need to add the lobby TV to the generator power just so guests can keep informed about the outside world when an event like this...

Remodeled very nicely. Clean beds. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Breakfast is hot and plentiful. Stayed 2 nights before and after a cruise from Miami. About 20min drive to port but traffic is ?thumbs down
