Pretty good hotel complex, the full complex of services-level 5☆ Located on the first line, right on the ocean. Of the minuses: very dangerous balconies. With young children really dangerous.

I called the hotel front desk to inform them that two pieces of clothing had been left in the closet of the room, but was told that after the hotel housekeeping searched for them indicated that they were not there

The room is clean, the environment is very beautiful, the service is very good, the swimming pool is very beautiful, and it is very convenient to eat and buy things

Great location. Valet is great. Easy check in and great pool! Room was large and very comfortable

One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room

Now if they didn't, then I think it was your housekeeping staff that took my clothes away and it is the hotel's responsibility to make a sincere apology, but NOT!

The business center is right in the middle of the front lobby, which can sometimes get super loud. A quieter workspace area that is tucked away would be nice

Their pool is worth a sight! Beach is just steps away , great restaurants nearby , very convenient location and not overly crowded and felt safe at all times and all of this for a reasonable price ! They also help arrange Miami tours which we only found out later , I would definitely stay here again if I plan for a Miami trip in future

The lobby is very welcoming, and our valet Roberto was just amazing! He was so sweet and took care of us our entire trip! When we checked in our room it smelled delightful and was very clean! The pool on the 7th floor was great as well! Would definitely recommend if you’re staying with a family!

Lots of perks, too! Like free bike rentals, free beach chair rentals, a gym or the wonderful pool. If I had to wish, I wish there was a channel guide for the cable TV. Fabulous resort! Even my pooch had a great time

We got margarita shots, the kids got lemonade for learning salsa :-) The only problem we had was with house keeping not leaving enough towels and toilet paper, but that was fixed quickly

The pool area is fantastic! Everyone there is very attentive to your needs. The sunset club has excellent appetizers; as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks

We stayed in room S201, it had a great view of the bay and was close to the elevator. The whole hotel is superb, the rooftop pool and its views are amazing

Great stay so far. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the live bands at night. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is that the pool areas are crowded.

This place is the real deal!! Customer service is next level, rooms are clean and spacious. Two beautiful pools and a hot tub, everything located right next to the beach. Complimentary beach chairs are provided

Stopped in for a bite to eat at LandShark Cafe. What a beautiful hotel, lobby area, and pool! Nice boardwalk along the beach with lots of other shops

Recently stayed at the Resort and it was an incredible experience!! The resort's vibe is just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beachfront location offers stunning views and easy access to the ocean

Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable, providing a true sense of escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable

I chose this hotel because it is close to where I had business at, but the best part was the excellent friendly service

I came here for work and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff has kept my room fresh every day and the bar service was fantastic

Stayed here as an overnight for a delayed flight. Close to the airport. The shuttle service was easy to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious.

Overall it's good, but the water flow for shower is too small and the water temperature is too cold.

No elevators but its only 2 floors. With fridge and microwave and an old timers TV set. It's definitely old fashioned and not really upkept or with new amenities. But hey location is pretty great

Don't know why I have seen such horrible reviews. I found the room to be clean and the area is fairly nice. The front desk guys were very helpful. For the price it is definitely worth your time

C is very cold very spacious I have a full refrigerator, microwave and a stove & oven. And the location is amazing your next to the beach and every store you can imagine

Beds can use a upgrade but overall it's a quiet peaceful hotel. My front desk experience has been great every desk attendant has been very nice and helpful to me

Yes the hotel needs updating but the location to me is everything Hallandale Beach Blvd has everything from the beach all the way to I95

This is an old hotel that's outdated, however it's clean, the staff is friendly and the view will take your breath away.

It was a nice place right in front of Hollywood blvd right in the middle of the action nearby restaurant and stores - front beach wheelchair access and the prices were worth it - a lot of sand and water damage is appreciated in the pictures - the structure must have had damage as well - so sad to see this motel go - hopefully they built a nicer one

Right on the beach 2 foot away .parking not so good. Have to park in the municipal parking lot near by

I did not even realize the error until he commented that the room would not be sufficient and he went into action. Service is worth more than any fancy decorations or shiny paintings

The shuttle service should run longer. It stopped at 11:30 and my husbands flight was delayed twice and landed at 11:37. The driver was at the airport but said he couldn’t wait

The Tel was so wonderful for our stay in Hollywood / Fort Lauderdale area!! Not only was our place steps from the beach, but it was perfect for a girls trip and comfortably held 6 of us! We loved being so close to the boardwalk but never heard too much commotion! The room was beautiful and spacious. It had a very nice view as well. Check in was a breeze as it was all done remotely. My husband and I go on lots of little staycations, and will definitely be booking here again!

If there is one complaint, which I took off one star for, it’s that the bed needs upgrading, it was a thick foam topper on a thin mattress, and each time one of us made a slight move it creaked, also one of the bedside tables was crooked and items would slide off easily

There’s a huge balcony where you can sit outside and watch everything going on, or relax and take in the sunrise or sunset. Location is great, a couple of minutes and you’re right on the boardwalk or beach

The A/C was super cold and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with an ice pack and extra pillows

booked this place last minute a little hesitant because of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised!!! location is unbeatable, ocean front views, café downstairs and world famous Mamacitas Latin restaurant next door, the staff was very polite and helpful

The hotel is located on the coastline and is surrounded by many restaurants and shops, you will never get bored anywhere in this place but in a place so you can stay in a quiet room if you want

The pool/hot tub looked nice, but we stuck with the ocean! The biggest surprise for us was that this was not a normal hotel. It's a time share that rents out rooms to the general public (if not already full)

Great place and it's completely renovated. Great location right on the boardwalk with tons of restaurants. You need your room card to go anywhere on the premises. Free inside parking and wifi

Therefore, do not plan on normal hotel-amenities (breakfast, turn down service, etc. I would say the staff was nice but not friendly. Definitely quick to quote you the rules and spout off the fine print

I loved my stay here, for an "INN" aka motel , it was one of the cleanest I been to. The hotel keepers Danny and his finance were so warm and welcoming , I traveled from NY and I needed a place to stay nearby

They only suggestion I will make is to have House keeping arrive a little later, they knock on your door so early in the morning and this is your only chance to have the rooms cleaned

Also PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do something about the beds, they are SO Squeaky every time I had to get up I ended up waking my partner up from a deep sleep each and every time

The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room. I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy. it turns on and off whenever it wants

the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception

The place we stayed was so pretty and so close to the beach with lots of food choices and shops. Quiet and nice area! The room was clean. Beach chairs towels, etc are available at the office!

Very close to the beach, lots of things to do nearby, room was much bigger then expected! They were very accommodating, and let us get our beach chairs and towels before checkin and watched our luggage until our room was ready

views spectacular, rooms and bathrooms spacious and very comfortable. We loved every moment of our weekend. It is not like a full service hotel where your room is made up everyday but linen/towels were readily available

I myself don’t mind being around children and or families but it can be very noisy if you are trying to find some peace and quiet just lounging by the pool. Food is decent, but the poolside drinks are very overpriced

The hotel offers a seemly nice pool area with tons of space but while we were trying to relax on multiple occasions, they had power tools and construction going on in the middle of the day

The resort is clean and you feel you are in a special place. Rooms were fully equipped and housekeeping quick to replenish supplies if needed. Great stay I will definitely return!

The pool was great! There is an indoor basketball court and the hotel lets you make an appointment for court and a basketball which the kids had fun with

Family Fun Beach was a quick walk across the street. They have towels, longer and umbrellas for use. At times we had a longer wait for the elevator

There is a Sister property across the street that has a great bar and it had multiple restaurants. Our room was wonderful! Kids had their own bed and bath on one side and we had our own

Worth the price Family trip. We had a blast. The hotel staff took care of us as soon as we arrived. The facilities are nice, and the views are definitely worth the price.

Clean, spacious and modern. Elevators are the only downside. During peak times you may wait a while to go down. Overall nice property and would stay again.

Gorgeous kitchen in between and living room so we had plenty of space. Not enough coffee supplies or bakeware for cooking but, we would stay here again!

It includes free smoothies (passion fruit or lemonade), towels, lounges chairs, bicycle rental, snacks. however, we checked in at 7pm so we didn't get most of these amenities

HEAVEN checked us in, and she was wonderful, sweet, and informative. AGUSTIN in the pool are vas very pleasant. Overall, all staff members were always ready to help
