It is a great spot to stay in and it is clean . I would recommend it

Overall it's good, but the water flow for shower is too small and the water temperature is too cold.

Hotel is a bit old & needed a renovation, if you don’t have a car with you, you just got stuck in the hotel with nearby one petrol kiosk to get your drinking water, a McDonald's & a Danny to feed your tummy. Shopping center that Aventura Mall needs to book a Uber, can be pricey at US$30 per way.

The room smell like hell,carpet stink and wet. Its impossible to stay in rooms ,we sparyed parfume and waited to check out

It was clean and comfortable with a lovely jacuzzi and pool which were a godsend as the weather was hot

Stayed here as an overnight for a delayed flight. Close to the airport. The shuttle service was easy to use. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious.

This was a terrible stay. Had to walk down to office to get pits, pans and dishes. No delivery. We reserved a superior oceanfront King suite but did not get what we paid for. The outside area was trashy and filthy. However, room was nice but not what we paid for. Please refund our money!😡

This is an old hotel that's outdated, however it's clean, the staff is friendly and the view will take your breath away.

The Diane is Permanently closed! After hurricane Irma. It was a nice place right in front of Hollywood blvd right in the middle of the action nearby restaurant and stores - front beach wheelchair access and the prices were worth it - a lot of sand and water damage is appreciated in the pictures - the structure must have had damage as well - so sad to see this motel go - hopefully they built a nicer...

Right on the beach 2 foot away .parking not so good. Have to park in the municipal parking lot near by

I've been coming here for years I've probably slept in every single room just because it's super cozy small near great area for fun 😁

The room was very clean. The A/C was super cold and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with an ice pack and extra pillows. The outside is adorable, the time are a bit dated but don't skip this one over. It was a great stay for us.

The place may have promise in the future, but there was no notice that renovations were being planned. It's hearing sounds of drills all morning, that's very horrible.

Exceeded our expecations. Rooms felt clean and roomy enough...standard size with a kitchen as well. Was literally on the beach boardwalk....right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores and beach shops. Location ans view was unreal. You dont need a car here...so if possible id reccomend ubering out there to save yourself the hassle. You can walk anywhere as its right on the boardwalk....

Great place right on the beach. You cant beat location . Huge terrace with lounges and tables. Management is very helpfull and friendly. Oh yeah ,and you can get free beach towels and chairs. Parking is right behind the building which is very convenient. Love this place. Would recommend to everybody.

Great place with beautiful view, room was super clean and had fully equipped kitchen, a lot of activities around, long story short it was awesome stay for the price that i paid will come back definitely strongly recommend to everyone!

This hotel is excellent. The owner was very kind to me and my husband and upgraded us ? We had the monet suite and it was fully equipped with everything you'll need for a stay by the beach. Everything is super close, restaurants and bars on Broadwalk The suite was very clean and cozy. I definitely loved the French vibe it had to it. Will come again for sure!! This is definitely a home away from home

We were so lucky to have found this place!! They were so helpful and literally had everything we needed. Super cool private area right by the beach! They supplied us with games and stuff to use at the beach it was perfect. Had a great stay and can't wait to come back!

Belvedere Inn is a clean, safe place to stay. The rooms are impeccably maintained. Highly recommend for a few nights or a weekend!

The hotel is of course old, you can hear the sound from the rooms as if you were in the next room... I still don't understand how the air conditioner works, it's very noisy... it turns on and off whenever it wants... the advantages include proximity to the sea and the ability to take chairs and towels for the beach at the reception.

Very close to the beach, lots of things to do nearby, room was much bigger then expected! They were very accommodating, and let us get our beach chairs and towels before checkin and watched our luggage until our room was ready. Great location and our room was upgraded to a very large suite!! Staff was friendly and even held our luggage so we could hit the beach/boardwalk while we waited for our room to be ready. They gave us beach towels and you can check out beach chairs too! Just feet from beach and great local eateries!

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. Staff was always at work cleaning the facility, stopping to help open doors when needed. The manager went over and above to help us out. We evacuated here from Cape Coral for hurricane Irma. It wasn't a great stay as the power went out through no fault of the facility. They have a generator for emergency lighting and we had hot water the whole time. They need to add the lobby TV to the generator power just so guests can keep informed about the outside world when an event like this...

Stayed here a couple days ago with my family. Location is great and the prices were even better. Need to give a shout out to Marvin at front office, he’s a credit too this hotel, he was warm and welcoming, always there when you need him and went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable.
