The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind. Staff was always at work cleaning the facility, stopping to help open doors when needed. All of the above is refreshing to experience and hard to find these days, so was much appreciated. The location was very convenient and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Shout out to Fitz who was very friend and helpful with the shuttle, such an amazing person! The hotel was good but aging, could use some maintenance. Some of the outlets in the room were not working. But for the price and location it is very liveable. The shuttles run every hour and are not call-for-service like most hotel shuttles. I came here for work and the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff has kept my room fresh every day and the bar service was fantastic. When i come back ill be staying here again!! I highly recommend trying this hotel out. It was not even crowded.

This place has been great. A very short 30 second walk to the sand and the beds were very comfy. Prices are competitive. Right next to a great restaurant and practically on the boardwalk. Maids hit the place around 2 everyday and we always have fresh towels. A.c. is super strong so no worries there. Dish network. Plenty of outlets to charge/run stuff. Shower is nice. Free WiFi with a good signal.

The room was very clean. The A/C was super cold and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with an ice pack and extra pillows. The outside is adorable, the time are a bit dated but don't skip this one over. It was a great stay for us.

This is an old hotel that's outdated, however it's clean, the staff is friendly and the view will take your breath away.

The Diane is Permanently closed! After hurricane Irma. It was a nice place right in front of Hollywood blvd right in the middle of the action nearby restaurant and stores - front beach wheelchair access and the prices were worth it - a lot of sand and water damage is appreciated in the pictures - the structure must have had damage as well - so sad to see this motel go - hopefully they built a nicer...

The manager went over and above to help us out. We evacuated here from Cape Coral for hurricane Irma. It wasn't a great stay as the power went out through no fault of the facility. They have a generator for emergency lighting and we had hot water the whole time. They need to add the lobby TV to the generator power just so guests can keep informed about the outside world when an event like this...

Very close to the beach, lots of things to do nearby, room was much bigger then expected! Great location and our room was upgraded to a very large suite!! Staff was friendly and even held our luggage so we could hit the beach/boardwalk while we waited for our room to be ready. They gave us beach towels and you can check out beach chairs too! Just feet from beach and great local eateries!

Exceeded our expecations. Rooms felt clean and roomy enough...standard size with a kitchen as well. Was literally on the beach boardwalk....right in the middle of all the restaurants and stores and beach shops. Location ans view was unreal. You dont need a car here...so if possible id reccomend ubering out there to save yourself the hassle. You can walk anywhere as its right on the boardwalk....
