I absolutely loved my stay here in this hotel. My husband and I found a good price on this place so we took a chance. It was still a little more expensive than the places we normally stay at but it was worth it. The AC worked well, the shower pressure was nice, I loved how the room was fully equipped with dishes and the carpet was freshly shampooed. The breakfast was great and it was free which is always a plus. I have only 1 single complaint, our room was right by the elevator and we could hear children screaming and running up and down the hall way early in the morning. It didn't last long but it did wake me. I will definitely stay here again for my next business trip.

Quick stop traveling through Houston. Shower water never heated up so if you like cold showers to wake you up this it your place. The room had everything you needed it just felt like an older dark and dated place. Nothing luxurious for sure.

There culture barrier here! If you’re of African decent, think twice before staying here. This is a nice place located a couple doors down from The Galleria Mall. We would have given this place 5 stars however, when we checked in yesterday evening, we got a very cold greeting from the guy at the front desk. He was consistently very cold and unwelcoming during check-in and as we entered in and out. He looked at us in a disgusted manner. The housekeepers were even unwelcoming. The morning guy who checked us out today was very polite! The rooms were clean and fully furnished with all the things you need for a short stay. You can tell it’s an older hotel as there was chipped paint in the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre. The sausage links and patties were not fully cooked. Overall this was a cute and quaint set up, however, it needs a customer service overhaul and a room 431 makeover (repaint bathroom).

Beautiful room, perfect location with access to the Galleria.
They need security with the guts to kick out people beyond belief.
Family of loud morons were down the hall from me. Family did not quiet themselves after 3 times I heard managers knock on their door to calm them down.
Nothing changed for 3 hours of noise until I heard 4 manager talking. And I stepped out & went stonecold off on them.
Not another peep after that.

never have seen quite a property like this one a kitchenette, 2 tv's in one room, never saw such huge beds in all my life thought I needed a step stool to get into it room was clean too bad there weren't more eateries and or stores in the area we could have gone to thankful galleria Mall was right by ate there otherwise a very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient 1 min walk to the Galleria. Staff was very firendly. Room a little bit dated but not disturbing. Beds slept great. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Overall will be back when visting next time.

The property had a homelike feeling to it. It was comfortable and spacious. The property is starting to show its age a little by the wear and tear signs on furniture and corners of doors, etc. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.
