Food and drinks from the bar and restaurant where fantastic. Outstanding service from one of the bartenders, named dean. This bartender made time for great customer service and great cocktails while being extremely busy! We will definitely be back.
This hotel seems to be chronically understaffed. Between the front desk and the bar on my first night, I spent more than 90 minutes waiting in line to check in, pay for parking, for food, and to pay for the food. Having said that, all the staff were great, there just simply wasn't enough of them. I was there for a conference, and the events area was well staffed, and the staff were great. The shower...
This hotel was the most AMAZING experience Ive ever had. We booked a room for the weekend for my daughters 7th birthday. They left a cake and candy in the room for her. Every time she walked by the front desk they reminded her it was her birthday and shes a princess. The service alone will make me book here again. Not to mention the beautiful views and extremely comfortable bed! Thank you to the staff...
Listen, this hotel gave an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were absolutely AMAZING!!! The rooms were clean and spacious. I had a couple of issues with my room and upon checking in, but the staff did the best they could to rectify things. One of the lovely managers left a beautiful gift in our rooms, of champagne and gourmet chocolates!! Such a thoughtful gesture. The valet staff were fabulous...
I went to the most beautiful wedding here two weeks ago here. It was one of the classiest weddings I’ve ever been to- beautiful and incredible service. All of the waitresses came out with drinks and checked on myself and the wedding guests often. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding. Everyone was raving about the food, drinks, and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You wouldn...
The positives were the excellent location and cleanliness of the hotel.

I loved my room. Great size. Was there to see the Astros, great location
This place is extremely clean & the rooms are very nice. We’re happy we picked Cambria after a long drive. There’s plenty of restaurants & bars within a couple blocks. The hotel has a really nice bar & restaurant open from 4pm-11pm. I would definitely recommend stay here.
First off Alexa is so sweet! That’s my girl! She was so helpful! The hotel is nice, there’s quite a bit of homeless people Caroline street which is the next street over. We kept receiving texts for help to see if we needed anything and we needed more towels, two times they didn’t bring them lol. Overall a nice hotel with an excellent staff!! They did let us check in early which was so helpful and upgraded...
well positioned, friendly accommodating staff, you get what you pay for
Location is convenient to the ball park and convention center. Noise and security became a serious concern for us during our stay. There is no night security and we had two out of three nights with late night parties and a group fighting in the halls from 3 am-5am. Shame because the room and lobby are nice. It has a great market 3 blocks down on Austin and really good restaurants all around. Parking...
My family has stayed here 4 time in the past year. We absolutely love all of our stays! The accommodations are so comfortable. All spaces are clean, from public spaces to nooks and crannies in the rooms (tip housekeeping!). The beds are comfortable and the bedding is delightful. All personnel is friendly and attentive, in person and over the phone. We like having a snacks and drinks at the bar before...

Valet service was excellent, Nick went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. He provided us with excellent service. He made us feel welcome and was very friendly. Thank you for the impeccable service. Jorge and Sarah Rocha
Where do I begin. This hotel was immaculate. Excellent customer service, valet parking, onsite restaurants, easy check-in/check-out. I can't think of anything bad to say. Overall a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again and again and again...great location in the city center. Did I say the rooms are clean??? Well they were. I felt very comfortable here.
We were there for our award-winning author, which was published in iWrite Anthology 9. Children's Book by Children. It was very easy to navigate and park. The reception area was lovely. There could have been more lighting for the photo backdrop. The ceiling pot lighting was not sufficient. Lunch was delicious. The servers need a little more training, but overall the dining experience is pleasant...
Service was great. Room was impeccable. I'm not a huge fan of the temperature control on the shower. 24-hr cafe was perfect. If you have a fear of heights, this is not the hotel for you! I thought I had conquered my fear of heights until I was given a room on the 17th floor and the only way to get there was a glass-backed elevator. One side of the elevator bank faces inward and the other faces the...
Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I did have a bit of a weird situation though. I was taking a quick nap with the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I thought I may have heard a knock at the door but I was out of it. Then I hear housekeeping open the door and announce themselves. For some reason, I actually had the hinge lock engaged, so she just left and I went back to sleep...

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The guy at the front desk was friendly. The place itself looks a little outdated. The entrance however has been updated and is very beautiful. The elevator is slow and very small. The rooms are very big! That's the best thing about this place. The bathroom is nice and clean. Our AC did leak but they provided our room with...
I could not be happier with the experience! Booked online and as soon as I arrived I knew it was the right choice. The staff was so nice and had a key in my hand with minutes. The room was clean and bigger than I expected for the price, mini fridge already cool, clean working microwave. The shower was hot and perfectly pressured, the bed firm and comfy. Great stay, but silly me left a few piece of...
Hot tub was cold took a while to get it warmed up. The beds were comfortable rooms were clean. Breakfast was waffle maker or packaged honey bun or cereal. Overall it was an ok place to stay for a good night's rest before my daughter's big test.
By far the nicest I have found for the location and price. Nice free breakfast, (I had to have the waffle) fresh milk, and fruit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean the towels are thick. Very modern and sleek. I will definitely be staying again. If you were in the area and are looking, THIS is the one.

Had a great corner room, the hotel was in a cool location near the theater and art area. Many things in walking distance. Service was great in restaurant and room service.
Nice, clean hotel in a safe part of town within walking distance from the tunnel system, many major businesses and the convention center. Quiet after 5pm since it's in the financial district. If you are looking for night life while staying here you will have to catch a cab somewhere else in the city.
I was there for a one day conference so I didn't stay in a room. The valet service did well considering the huge volume when the conference ended. The meeting rooms and chairs were comfortable. The food was pretty average but expectations shouldn't be very high for food at a conference. Overall it was a good conference experience.
Have used this hotel several times for work events and service is always spectacular. The hotel lobby area is clean and staff was always willing to escort me to the event location. Bathrooms are easily accessible and any needs are quickly addressed. Would recommend the venue.
First thing:ROBOTS!!! They have robot security which is awesome. The bar was slow, but made decent drinks. We were in the Travis room for The Dinner Detectives, and it had a great set up, decent size, food was excellent, and above all it was extremely fun. The valet was fast and appropriately priced for the area. I would recommend this hotel for any event or overnight stay.
The staff is great. I have two major complaints. The first one is that the TV is connected to DirecTV through a coaxial cable so the image quality is not very good and was often jumpy and frequently stalled. The second one is that there is only valet parking (which costs $34 a day) and no self parking. This was not disclosed to us during booking which to me feels like a pricing misrepresentation. Our...

If you have not been here, it is a must. The whole place is quite beautiful. The design is amazing. Bloom and Bee is beautiful and the food and great. Stella, the new wine bar is cozy and great selection of wine.
I have to start this review by thanking Carolina for her exceptional customer service and expert knowledge!!! The Italian restaurant is truly amazing. Great taste. Argentina is the name of the waitress who prepared our tiramisu dessert right in front of us for my daughter's birthday. It was a good rally experience. We will be back again!
Had the most wonderful afternoon tea here! We had a 'Granduca Afternoon Tea' with a mix of pastries, savory snacks, prosecco and tea! The staff and service were very good and everything was delicious!
This is a beautiful hotel. The pool is heated, with an even hotter jacuzzi! The workers are friendly, and they all seem to be bilingual. I have gotten engaged in the city, and they did everything they could to make it an even more magical moment. White rose petals were left on the bed, with champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries and dark chocolate waiting for us to come back after I've said yes...

I was there for a retreat. The hotel is really nice from the entrance and a nice size room. The bathroom had multiple mirrors which is helpful for when you're stepping out. The food was good. The Whiskey Room is an easy favorite. The only negative, in a one night stay I had to get my room key reactivated several times.
My husband and I stayed for the weekend to get away from the hustle and bustle. I ordered a champagne package and they even upgraded our room. Stayed here for a business convention. Great hotel. Rooms are nice. Ate and drank down at the lobby bar. Awesome service and fantastic appetizers there. Beautiful hotel. Great for meetings and events. I’ve attended a few events here. My only issue that prevents me from making this 5 Star is the valet can be a little rough with your cars and it takes a while. I’ve had two issues with getting my car in a timely manner. The service inside the hotel is great. The food is always awesome too. I’ve had a couple of different items, but there desserts always...

Staff was friendly and the place was very clean, the location to Reliant can't be beat and there's a Papacitos on the other side of the highway with a 7 minute walk. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the age...didn't look rundown but not brand new. Would definitely stay again.
3/5. No complimentary breakfast. Large property, with large, clean, safe parking lot. Has on-site steakhouse, I did not eat there. Chinese fast-food restaurant next door, serves great junk food. I ate there several times, the food is good (if you like fried stuff). No good restaurants nearby, mostly fast food and strip-mall type joints. There is a Denny's less than a mile away. Room, Bathrooms, Towels...
The lobby was very pretty and clean. The rooms in the tower looked like a standard room with two full sized beds. All ceilings were pretty low, especially in the bathroom shower. My husband could not raise his arms in the shower without hitting the ceiling tiles. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The hotel had security at the front gate watching the parking lot.
I have been traveling to Houston for Medical treatments for the past six years. I have stayed at other hotels in the area. This hotel is convenient to M.D. Anderson. I have not been disappointed staying here. Can be pricey when an event is happening across the street at Reliant Stadium. But, that was poor timing on my part. Facility is a little aged, staff has always been very cordial and helpful....
The bathroom in my room was tiny and the ceiling desperately needed to be replaced. Sound does travel a little bit, but I was not disturbed. Location was prime for my trip. Near the airport and close to the manufacturing facility I was touring. WiFi was a but spotty. Room was clean. Front service was friendly and quick. Buffet was reasonably priced but I hear you can get coupons before. Wasn't too happy when I left a sweet water bottle behind and instead of going to lost and found it went to the trash.
Probably deserves 5 stars to be honest. Stayed right after Harvey, I know they had some flood damage, which explains the smell. Staff was amazingly hospitable and downright friendly. Restaurant was delicious, room was just fine.
Hotel has been very polite & courteous thus far during my stay. Great food & great drinks! Staff has been very helpful & nice. Would stay again if in this area again.
The stay here was good until the next day when we had to take the hotel shuttle. We had an international flight so we were scheduled to leave the hotel at 5:30am to make 2-hours before our departure. We were downstairs exactly at 5:30am. The driver never showed up. We had to ask the receptionist three times to locate the driver. She never informed us if he was on the way. The staff was really helpful and caring. I love Holiday Inn hotels, it's always a pleasure staying there.
The hotel is OK. I just didn't like how the hotel doubled in price after I tried to extend my stay. I am from New Orleans, and I just needed to stay somewhere until power was restored to my address in New Orleans. The front desk clerk ( NORA) was not sympathetic at all. There are other hotels with the same amenities that don't charge you as much.
Our check in was a great first impression and overall foreshadows the hospitality and kindness of every staff member - every time I approached the front desk everyone was so polite. Hotel was very clean and clearly well managed. If I needed to be in the area I'd stay there again without a doubt.

An absolutely exquisite hotel. Everything was perfect from the moment we walked it. The staff was outstanding, the room was impeccable, the views were amazing, and the best part was we were so close to everything . We walked to the galleria, although I wouldn't walk further than that, but you're no more than a 5 minute drive from many nice restaurants. I would visit this hotel 1000x over.
The hotel room itself was really nice. The lady at the front desk was incredibly professional and nice. Parking was $25 per day. The stopper in the bathroom sink broke the last night I was there and the sink would not drain. The room did not have a microwave. The beds were really comfortable. Excellent hotel cheaply priced for the room size, and overall experience. Great location, good for bringing pets and having morning strolls. Nice decoration, furniture feels of good quality, bed and pillows are very comfortable, room super dark in the mornings so that is a big plus. Will be staying here next time I come back to Houston.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Bar closes at 11 which is too early (should be 12, at least). Rooms have a decent setup, but certainly need to be maintained better. There was some kind of blue ink stained on the floor. Looked like Papa Smurf was murdered. Pour one out.
