Had a great corner room, the hotel was in a cool location near the theater and art area. Many things in walking distance. Service was great in restaurant and room service.
Nice, clean hotel in a safe part of town within walking distance from the tunnel system, many major businesses and the convention center. Quiet after 5pm since it's in the financial district. If you are looking for night life while staying here you will have to catch a cab somewhere else in the city.
I was there for a one day conference so I didn't stay in a room. The valet service did well considering the huge volume when the conference ended. The meeting rooms and chairs were comfortable. The food was pretty average but expectations shouldn't be very high for food at a conference. Overall it was a good conference experience.
Have used this hotel several times for work events and service is always spectacular. The hotel lobby area is clean and staff was always willing to escort me to the event location. Bathrooms are easily accessible and any needs are quickly addressed. Would recommend the venue.
First thing:ROBOTS!!! They have robot security which is awesome. The bar was slow, but made decent drinks. We were in the Travis room for The Dinner Detectives, and it had a great set up, decent size, food was excellent, and above all it was extremely fun. The valet was fast and appropriately priced for the area. I would recommend this hotel for any event or overnight stay.
The staff is great. I have two major complaints. The first one is that the TV is connected to DirecTV through a coaxial cable so the image quality is not very good and was often jumpy and frequently stalled. The second one is that there is only valet parking (which costs $34 a day) and no self parking. This was not disclosed to us during booking which to me feels like a pricing misrepresentation. Our...

Rarely have I seen a hotel so beautifully decorated for Christmas. My room was comfortable and the staff were wonderful.
This was THE HOTEL! Hands down my best Hilton experience yet. The hotel was very nice, clean, and well kept inside and out. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. While we did have a small issue at the hotel restaurant, Zach, the manager did an amazing job of handling the situation with tact and ease. He truly made us feel valued. My wife and I spent our anniversary with...
Stayed here for a business convention. Great hotel. Rooms are nice. Ate and drank down at the lobby bar. Awesome service and fantastic appetizers there. Food and service during our breakouts and meals was terrific. Kudos to the banquet staff! Full sized Starbucks down in the lobby. Can't beat that for your quick coffee fix. If you go during peak times though, then expect the line to be...
Beautiful hotel. Great for meetings and events. I’ve attended a few events here. My only issue that prevents me from making this 5 Star is the valet can be a little rough with your cars and it takes a while. I’ve had two issues with getting my car in a timely manner. The service inside the hotel is great. The food is always awesome too. I’ve had a couple of different items, but there desserts always...
The nicest Hilton I have ever stayed in and the only hotel to have text conversations with me throughout the duration of my stay. Such a small detail that led to me having several questions or needs addressed with very minimal effort. If you are staying in the Houston area and have the extra pocket money then there really isn't a reason not to stay here. Centrally located, fantastic customer service...
I stayed here when flooding from Tropical Storm Harvey caused me to evacuate my home. The hotel staff responded accordingly and were compassionate. The hotel is being used as a base of operations for first responders from all over the world. Although the hotel was not running at full operations, they maintained an excellent reputation.

Valet service was excellent, Nick went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. He provided us with excellent service. He made us feel welcome and was very friendly. Thank you for the impeccable service. Jorge and Sarah Rocha
Where do I begin. This hotel was immaculate. Excellent customer service, valet parking, onsite restaurants, easy check-in/check-out. I can't think of anything bad to say. Overall a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again and again and again...great location in the city center. Did I say the rooms are clean??? Well they were. I felt very comfortable here.
We were there for our award-winning author, which was published in iWrite Anthology 9. Children's Book by Children. It was very easy to navigate and park. The reception area was lovely. There could have been more lighting for the photo backdrop. The ceiling pot lighting was not sufficient. Lunch was delicious. The servers need a little more training, but overall the dining experience is pleasant...
Service was great. Room was impeccable. I'm not a huge fan of the temperature control on the shower. 24-hr cafe was perfect. If you have a fear of heights, this is not the hotel for you! I thought I had conquered my fear of heights until I was given a room on the 17th floor and the only way to get there was a glass-backed elevator. One side of the elevator bank faces inward and the other faces the...
Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I did have a bit of a weird situation though. I was taking a quick nap with the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I thought I may have heard a knock at the door but I was out of it. Then I hear housekeeping open the door and announce themselves. For some reason, I actually had the hinge lock engaged, so she just left and I went back to sleep...
I found my stay there to be quite nice. The staff were courteous and professional at all times. I do think it is a shame how much they charge nonprofits for catering. The desserts were lovely though.

we stayed as a family. The lazy river and pool are just fabulous. our room over looked the pool and was perfect.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotel rooms, visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. by booking a hotel there and these guys had the best rates anywhere! Went for a quick getaway. Amelia provided a great check in and Steven at the pool is amazing. Glad to see services are still running, even during this pandemic.
Arrived at 2am and the staff were still cheerful and welcoming after long delays on the way. We came for my wife's birthday and she was blown away by the facilities throughout the hotel. The pool was an amazing sight and fun to swim in. Just wasn't happy with the number of kids in the infinity pool after 6 or the number of kids jumping into the hot tub. All restaurants were top notch and reasonably...
My wife and I spent our wedding night here and loved every minute of it. The staff was attentive to our few requests and upgraded our room at no charge! Really nice hotel. Rooms are well appointed with quality bedding, mini fridge, flat screen tv and a safe. Location is great as you can walk to minute park, Compaq center and compass field... us you are connected to the convention center. We didn't get to use it but there is also a decent sized pool, hot tub and coolest thing, a lazy river shaped like Texas. Staff was nice as well. Great place.
Very beautiful hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. I only have issues with some of their amenities as well as some of their restaurant recommendations in downtown which weren't very good. Pretty expensive for what you get here. Overall good experience though. Beautiful pool and beautiful view

I was most impressed by how quiet it was being that is was located by the airport. You could not hear the plane traffic at all!!
Great overnight stay in between flights. Breakfast buffet was $23. Super good and wide selection. You pay for the convenience and quickness. Great service at breakfast!
Perfect location! There is even a private subway to take you directly to/from the terminal! This is at the high-end of the Marriott brand. Fantastic decor and exceptionally well-maintained. We ate (and had drinks!) in the bar late one night and breakfast in the concierge lounge in the morning. It helped us unwind and get ready to travel-on. Even when I just fly-thru Houston, whenever I see that...
Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received from a Marriott hotel, the Rooms Operations Voyager Kai Willis did an amazing job getting me a decently priced room when my flight was cancelled, and helped me pay with a credit card that I had forgotten at home. She helped with all the forms and was very personable! THANK YOU KAI!!
The hotel was conveniently located at the airport with direct trains running to and from the terminals which was very convenient. The hotel was clean comfortable and the staff were friendly. If you needed to be downtown it is fairly remote but we were meeting in Humble so it was very convenient.
The hotel has been newly renovated to align with the updated Marriott aesthetic. It's very clean and tasteful. The executive lounge is a pleasant place to be as well as the restaurant. My general observation is that the rooms I'm the South Tower are a little bit nicer than the North Tower but overall I have enjoyed staying here for work trips with nearby clients. Liked the location and the design of the hotel. I am familiar with the area and was great to come and go in a number of different directions and this is a nice big hotel.
The room and bed were comfortable. Several of the guest rooms surround the central lobby area, as did mine, so I had to run the fan all night to ensure any lobby noises didn't wake me up. The buffet was delicious and had the option for custom eggs. The hotel is right across the street from Rockwell Collins, which is convenient if you're in town for training.
Very comfortable beds-always first priority for me. Large facility with restaurant, bar, Starbucks. Staff was very helpful. Location is good. Near restaurants and shopping... But what isn't in Houston?! Lol. Would stay here again.
Nice place. Very clean and well managed. Staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are quiet. The lobby area is large and comfortable for conversations and the club is very nice. Restaurant food could be better. Have stayed here several times now.
This rooms are very nice. Nice view. There was more people than normal but everything seem to be running smooth. Breakfast was good and a nice variety. The front desk staff was nice.
We live in Houston and every year we flood. We always try to book this hotel because they make you feel like they are family. Pam and Jennifer make sure there is no problems with anything!!! Excellent bedding. Good menu at two restaurant choices and excellent gym. Pool could use a little verve, maybe some softening landscaping? Overall, an excellent place to stay.
So so disappointed. There were many people to greet you as you entered the hotel. Lots of "door people" . Not nearly enough people in hospitality including both room service and the restaurant to get adequate service. We stayed in a "residence" room. The decor was basic hotel and the TV's had only basic cable and could not stream. There was a nice grocery store across the street. That was the highlight...
I was debating between the Four Seasons and another luxury hotel. I’m glad I chose the Four Seasons. The room was updated, classic, and very comfortable. We were in a suite. It was nice to have a bedroom separate from the kids. The bedroom was nice and dark at night. The service was great! We interacted with the front desk, room service, and house keeping. Everything was great and we can’t wait to...
Great 5 star option in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Pillows could have been firmer for better neck support. The hallways were unusually colder than rooms and other areas like lobbies. Room amenities are top notch and had everything for a business traveler. They handled volume reasonably well and check in counters are very efficient and courteous. Would love to come back...
Lovely room and lobby. Super clean and helpful. The pool is small though, and not very deep, and the poolside service was slow. Other than that, we’ve had a nice stay! They do late checkout for free which is very considerate.
The desk was very responsive to requests before during and after check in. Very friendly prompt service. The hotel was quiet at night- good for sleeping.

Food and drinks from the bar and restaurant where fantastic. Outstanding service from one of the bartenders, named dean. This bartender made time for great customer service and great cocktails while being extremely busy! We will definitely be back.
This hotel seems to be chronically understaffed. Between the front desk and the bar on my first night, I spent more than 90 minutes waiting in line to check in, pay for parking, for food, and to pay for the food. Having said that, all the staff were great, there just simply wasn't enough of them. I was there for a conference, and the events area was well staffed, and the staff were great. The shower...
This hotel was the most AMAZING experience Ive ever had. We booked a room for the weekend for my daughters 7th birthday. They left a cake and candy in the room for her. Used facility ballrooms (3) & each ballroom was extremely cold all 3 days & run down, old & warn. Staff was pleasant & the hotel itself is beautiful. 2 restaurants & Starbucks inside. There's a Jimmy John's, Smoothie King & Bakery shop within walking distance to hotel. As well as a mall across the street & movie theater.
I really like this place. Come for lunch often, good service and great ambiance. 30+ year old lobby always looks elegant and new. Starbucks. Wine bar after four, service a little slow but you shouldn’t be in a hurry anyway. Nice rooms.
Great location. Was here for a dance convention and the ballrooms were amazing. The elevators were a little slow. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast Buffet is delicious.
Huge facility, great location, easy access to Beltway 8 and I-45. Free Shuttle to IAH. Restaurant serves Breakfast & Lunch and the Bar (Vino's) serves Dinner plus they have room service and a Starbucks in the lobby. Lots of Ballroom and meeting space. Everyone is very nice and the food has been very good. ? Enjoy
Went to Hilton Houston North for a professional event in the conference room. So while I can't speak for the Hotel rooms I will say the parking, lobby and conference area were all very nice and updated. Everything was clean and modern and staff was attentive. The food and servers were also very good. Would definitely stay there if I needed a room in the area!
Nice, clean room. Good conference hotel. The neighborhood when I stayed was not very safe and we were advised not to go out after dark on foot. But the hotel does work around that by providing complimentary shuttle to the neighboring area.

Westin Galleria was very convenient to stay at for conference, shopping, and finding food. However, I expected the rooms to be much nicer. I must say they were pretty average. They were clean, but the air conditioning wasn't all that great. I had to come from under the covers several times during the night.
I really enjoy staying at the Westin Galleria Houston Hotel. This is like having ur cake and eating it too! Beautiful hotel for its age. Decorated with class and elegance. Price is worth it, rings are very clean and conference rooms were comfortable and set up on time with great service!
The front desk staff really could use not only customer service training but basic people skills as well. The hotel itself is very tired and needs a complete refresh. Well maintained and clean rooms. Staff not so nice especially when dealing with foreigners. Facilities are very good; like gym, pool etc. Food is tasty and heavy though the no. of items in the menu are very less.
Love it here! The nicest staff and really clean rooms. There is always someone around to assist. This is our second year to stay here. We highly recommend this location for Houston stays, work or pleasure!
This hotels age is showing. It smells kind of odd and musty. The rooms are big enough but there was no fridge or microwave and the vending machines needed refilling. The service was excellent but the menu selection for Room Service was pantry at best. This is one of those hotels your stay at because it's either the only viable room around or you get it at a step discount. It's not a bad place to stay...
Nice hotel. You can tell it's a little older though and not in quite the best neighborhood. But I slept great my entire week there. Not super easy to navigate to
Good hotel. In a while it will need some remodeling, but still is a good place to stay. Not a very good place to walk to have a dinner or lunch. I paid a very fair price for 5 nights.
