Food and drinks from the bar and restaurant where fantastic. Outstanding service from one of the bartenders, named dean. This bartender made time for great customer service and great cocktails while being extremely busy! We will definitely be back.
This hotel seems to be chronically understaffed. Between the front desk and the bar on my first night, I spent more than 90 minutes waiting in line to check in, pay for parking, for food, and to pay for the food. Having said that, all the staff were great, there just simply wasn't enough of them. I was there for a conference, and the events area was well staffed, and the staff were great. The shower...
This hotel was the most AMAZING experience Ive ever had. We booked a room for the weekend for my daughters 7th birthday. They left a cake and candy in the room for her. Every time she walked by the front desk they reminded her it was her birthday and shes a princess. The service alone will make me book here again. Not to mention the beautiful views and extremely comfortable bed! Thank you to the staff...
Listen, this hotel gave an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were absolutely AMAZING!!! The rooms were clean and spacious. I had a couple of issues with my room and upon checking in, but the staff did the best they could to rectify things. One of the lovely managers left a beautiful gift in our rooms, of champagne and gourmet chocolates!! Such a thoughtful gesture. The valet staff were fabulous...
I went to the most beautiful wedding here two weeks ago here. It was one of the classiest weddings I’ve ever been to- beautiful and incredible service. All of the waitresses came out with drinks and checked on myself and the wedding guests often. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding. Everyone was raving about the food, drinks, and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. You wouldn...

I have frequented the Westin over the years and again they provided exemplary service. I was acknowledged immediately as a Titanium member and provided an upgrade, points and breakfast. I would like to note that the times for dining downstairs should be posted in the room. There was a mix up the first day, but I was able to get service in my room, but would have much rather have dined in the restaurant...
We stayed one night as just a little get away. Everything was great! Very clean. Conveniently located. Great vibes. All staff was helpful and polite, and thank to Lisa for helping us she was wonderful
I recently had an amazing stay at The Westin Houston, Memorial City. I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect—being connected directly to Memorial City Mall made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. What truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional team at breakfast. They were attentive, friendly, and...
Had a very good sleep with the extra comforters. The pool and hot tub was nice on the top floor by the gym. Employees with diversity at the hotel on the upper floors were so nice and telling us to enjoy the wedding too and the space in the lobby seemed to be adequate for some guests to wait at times too although it did seem awkward with some of the reception some of the times too. The Lily conference...
As in all properties location is very important and for me it wa central for my purposes and easy to access.
We had our first night away since our baby was born and Sabrinah at the front desk made our stay extra special. The room was beautiful and we really appreciate the staff going the next mile to make our stay so memorable.

Had a great corner room, the hotel was in a cool location near the theater and art area. Many things in walking distance. Service was great in restaurant and room service.
Nice, clean hotel in a safe part of town within walking distance from the tunnel system, many major businesses and the convention center. Quiet after 5pm since it's in the financial district. If you are looking for night life while staying here you will have to catch a cab somewhere else in the city.
I was there for a one day conference so I didn't stay in a room. The valet service did well considering the huge volume when the conference ended. The meeting rooms and chairs were comfortable. The food was pretty average but expectations shouldn't be very high for food at a conference. Overall it was a good conference experience.
Have used this hotel several times for work events and service is always spectacular. The hotel lobby area is clean and staff was always willing to escort me to the event location. Bathrooms are easily accessible and any needs are quickly addressed. Would recommend the venue.
First thing:ROBOTS!!! They have robot security which is awesome. The bar was slow, but made decent drinks. We were in the Travis room for The Dinner Detectives, and it had a great set up, decent size, food was excellent, and above all it was extremely fun. The valet was fast and appropriately priced for the area. I would recommend this hotel for any event or overnight stay.
The staff is great. I have two major complaints. The first one is that the TV is connected to DirecTV through a coaxial cable so the image quality is not very good and was often jumpy and frequently stalled. The second one is that there is only valet parking (which costs $34 a day) and no self parking. This was not disclosed to us during booking which to me feels like a pricing misrepresentation. Our...

I recently stayed at the Magnolia Hotel Houston, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is beautifully designed, with an interesting circular lobby layout and a welcoming breakfast area on the second floor. The gym on the 23rd floor, complete with a rooftop pool, was a fantastic addition. My room was spacious and had a luxurious extended-stay feel. While the millwork could...
Beautiful hotel! Just stayed here for a wedding and it was wonderful. Ernest at the front desk is AMAZING. He saved the day when we had some issues with the bridal suites fridge and how food had spoiled. He personally went out and got new food for us. Some minor issues...the toilet handle in our room was extremely loose. Would have been nice if the kitchenette had a few plates. Our suite had 2 wing...
The service was fantastic. My husband was able to ask for bottles of water at the front desk from the friendly workers. The valet person offered us two umbrellas to borrow when it was raining. My kids loved the cookies at night and getting a coffee in the morning. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This was one of the few places that I liked the pillows. It was nice to have a fridge...
The bathroom was excellent layout. Best shower, ever. The buffet breakfast was good and the service was good.
Amazing rooms. Beautiful spaces. Seemed to have an issue with a desk clerk allowing white guests in without question but needed to see room keys for my black guests. Had to go to the lobby to show my room key to get them in while I watched other people walk in unobstructed. Other than that, the night was awesome.
Great so far. Room wasn't ready when we arrived. Estimated another hour. I suppose that's fine. The rest of the hotel is fancy as hell. Staff is friendly yet not in your face.

The staff was really helpful and caring. I love Holiday Inn hotels, it's always a pleasure staying there.
The hotel is OK. I just didn't like how the hotel doubled in price after I tried to extend my stay. I am from New Orleans, and I just needed to stay somewhere until power was restored to my address in New Orleans. The front desk clerk ( NORA) was not sympathetic at all. There are other hotels with the same amenities that don't charge you as much.
Our check in was a great first impression and overall foreshadows the hospitality and kindness of every staff member - every time I approached the front desk everyone was so polite. Hotel was very clean and clearly well managed. If I needed to be in the area I'd stay there again without a doubt.

This was THE HOTEL! Hands down my best Hilton experience yet. The hotel was very nice, clean, and well kept inside and out. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Stayed here for a business convention. Great hotel. Rooms are nice. Ate and drank down at the lobby bar. Awesome service and fantastic appetizers there. Food and service during our breakouts and meals was terrific. Kudos to the banquet staff! Full sized Starbucks down in the lobby. Can't beat that for your quick coffee fix. If you go during peak times though, then expect the line to be...
Beautiful hotel. Great for meetings and events. I’ve attended a few events here. My only issue that prevents me from making this 5 Star is the valet can be a little rough with your cars and it takes a while. I’ve had two issues with getting my car in a timely manner. The service inside the hotel is great. The food is always awesome too. I’ve had a couple of different items, but there desserts always...
The nicest Hilton I have ever stayed in and the only hotel to have text conversations with me throughout the duration of my stay. I stayed here when flooding from Tropical Storm Harvey caused me to evacuate my home. The hotel staff responded accordingly and were compassionate. Where do I begin. This hotel was immaculate. Excellent customer service, valet parking, onsite restaurants, easy check-in/check-out. I can't think of anything bad to say. Overall a great hotel. Would definitely stay here again and again and again...great location in the city center. Did I say the rooms are clean??? Well they were. I felt very comfortable here.
We were there for our award-winning author, which was published in iWrite Anthology 9. Children's Book by Children. It was very easy to navigate and park. The reception area was lovely. Service was great. Room was impeccable. I'm not a huge fan of the temperature control on the shower. 24-hr cafe was perfect. If you have a fear of heights, this is not the hotel for you! Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. I did have a bit of a weird situation though. I was taking a quick nap with the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Excellent bedding. Good menu at two restaurant choices and excellent gym. Pool could use a little verve, maybe some softening landscaping? Overall, an excellent place to stay.
So so disappointed. There were many people to greet you as you entered the hotel. Lots of "door people" . Not nearly enough people in hospitality including both room service and the restaurant to get adequate service. We stayed in a "residence" room. The decor was basic hotel and the TV's had only basic cable and could not stream. There was a nice grocery store across the street. That was the highlight...

Great 5 star option in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Pillows could have been firmer for better neck support. The hallways were unusually colder than rooms and other areas like lobbies. Room amenities are top notch and had everything for a business traveler. They handled volume reasonably well and check in counters are very efficient and courteous. Would love to come back...
Lovely room and lobby. Super clean and helpful. The pool is small though, and not very deep, and the poolside service was slow. Other than that, we’ve had a nice stay! They do late checkout for free which is very considerate.

There's a Jimmy John's, Smoothie King & Bakery shop within walking distance to hotel. As well as a mall across the street & movie theater.
I really like this place. Come for lunch often, good service and great ambiance. 30+ year old lobby always looks elegant and new. Starbucks. Wine bar after four, service a little slow but you shouldn’t be in a hurry anyway. Nice rooms.
Great location. Was here for a dance convention and the ballrooms were amazing. The elevators were a little slow. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast Buffet is delicious.
