Rarely have I seen a hotel so beautifully decorated for Christmas. My room was comfortable and the staff were wonderful.

The nicest Hilton I have ever stayed in and the only hotel to have text conversations with me throughout the duration of my stay. Such a small detail that led to me having several questions or needs addressed with very minimal effort. I stayed here when flooding from Tropical Storm Harvey caused me to evacuate my home. The hotel staff responded accordingly and were compassionate. The hotel is being used as a base of operations for first responders from all over the world. Although the hotel was not running at full operations, they maintained an excellent reputation.

A very good hotel, unique architecture, quality restaurant and room service, unique views, and a convenient location. A distinguished "space age" exterior appearance and modern interior. No excess noise, very flexible arrival and departure times for travelers. A favorite layover hotel for me.

The location is great. Surprising, nose from the planes wasn't an issue. However, topi could hear everything going on in the halls. Since this is located in an airport, people are coming and going all night. So, it's not particularly restful. The rooms are nice though dark. The breakfast buffet was good. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.

Great 5 star option in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Pillows could have been firmer for better neck support. The hallways were unusually colder than rooms and other areas like lobbies. Room amenities are top notch and had everything for a business traveler. Friendly service at the front desk

The last we came here everything was clean but This time I saw a lot of human hair on the bed and the bathroom floor also a lot of human hair looks like they didn't clean it well.

Smart hotel which is modern and in good condition. Helpful separate club room which we were able to use for business purposes. Breakfast was reasonable.

Rooms are clean and the bar service is usually great. Breakfast buffet is good too. Night check in service is good, or often bad. Location...LOL. This hotel is in Greenspoint. The locals, taxi drivers and Uber drivers will tell you not to stray from the hotel at night. They call the area Gunpoint.

Highly suggest! My room was neat, clean and updated! The hotel is in a great location and the customer service I received from Gregory was excellent! Will definitely be staying again when in town! I am very pleased with my stay!

When we arrived, seem like rush hour, there were 2 clerks 1 of which was not helpful at helping the guest get checked in. The clerk even got frustrated and walked away leaving a line of over 10 guest who needed assistance. Waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get checked in. The Hotel ZaZa performs even under pressure! We stayed here for the first time while visiting our grandchildren. I didn’t realize when booking the Cowboy Carter Tour was in town. The ambience of Hotel Zaza is a far out vibe! As soon as you arrive on the property you can feel it… The poolside experience was fun & the Spa was a relaxing time. I was there for a retreat. The hotel is really nice from the entrance and a nice size room. The bathroom had multiple mirrors which is helpful for when you're stepping out. The food was good. The Whiskey Room is an easy favorite. The only negative, in a one night stay I had to get my room key reactivated several times.

Grand hotel. has a bit of an old school and at times dated feel to the rooms but the communal areas are rather grand. Tons of facilities including an extensive leisure centre, numerous function rooms and restaurants. I’ve stayed at so many Marriott’s and have been a lifeline Titanium for about 8 years. This stay was by far one of the best ever in every aspect. Uneven service with running out of coffee, mediocre breakfast, limited services after the bar closes, but friendly and attentive staff, (although perhaps too many of them)….Lobby is beautiful but rooms have lagged behind the times and need a facelift/renovation. Restaurant and bar only basic especially compared to all the great dining nearby. can’t beat the location though for walking to great dining...

The hotel is beautiful, the suite was perfect and we had a great time at the event our friends hosted there. Food was delicious and the bar was great too. The staff was absolutely the best, everyone from the valet to the check-in clerk to the servers were great, and we could walk to uptown park safely.

The service was phenomenal from check in to check out. Breakfast was fresh and yummy. Bed and pillows were ultra comfortable, lux brand toiletries and bathrobes and slippers in our suite. Loved the Italian themed art pieces- definitely an old sophistication to this place. Will definitely be back.

We stayed Oct. 19-20 2024. This is one of the nicest rooms we have booked (and we have stayed at the Four Seasons, The Ritz and Greenbrier). Spacious, great accommodation and amenities (coffee, refrigerator, wine storage, big TV, comfy bed) and nice furnishings. The hotel is renovating the lobby so there is no restaurant. However, you can order and have a great Italian restaurant deliver. Also...

Welcome on arrival very good. Room was well appointed and hotel is beautifully decorated with many original artworks. Original mansion has been expertly restored and is stunning. Excellent Scottish waiter gave great advice.
