This hotel is breathtaking. I mean it’s just so beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly. They have a nice spa near the lobby as well as tasty restaurants. Don’t be shocked if you see a luxury cars around this hotel. It’s on the pricier side. There are also tons of places that are walking distance. The pool area is also very beautiful.

If you have not been here, it is a must. The whole place is quite beautiful. The design is amazing. Bloom and Bee is beautiful and the food and great. Stella, the new wine bar is cozy and great selection of wine.

Had the most wonderful afternoon tea here! We had a 'Granduca Afternoon Tea' with a mix of pastries, savory snacks, prosecco and tea! The staff and service were very good and everything was delicious!

I was there for a retreat. The hotel is really nice from the entrance and a nice size room. The bathroom had multiple mirrors which is helpful for when you're stepping out. The food was good. The Whiskey Room is an easy favorite. The only negative, in a one night stay I had to get my room key reactivated several times.

I stayed here when flooding from Tropical Storm Harvey caused me to evacuate my home. The hotel staff responded accordingly and were compassionate. The hotel is being used as a base of operations for first responders from all over the world. Although the hotel was not running at full operations, they maintained an excellent reputation.

When we arrived, seem like rush hour, there were 2 clerks 1 of which was not helpful at helping the guest get checked in. I love how spacious and clean the rooms are. There’s spots/storage for everything you need when on a trip and all your luggage and more. My favorite thing would have to be the bed, they are huge and very comfortable! The bed is better than the one I have at home haha! The mini fridge was a life saver because we had leftovers from our dinners and meals.

When its our only escape from the day to day business of our life... last call is 2am but hotels close the bar at 10? Why not 11 or even 2am its sad the hotels dont get why we as travelers need more access and time to bars. Its our only release while traveling...

Stayed here on a business trip to Houston. I wasn't able to make it to the hotel until around 10 but the staff was still super helpful and kind. Room was nice and overall environment very professional. Only thing that could improve is for room service to deliver past 10 PM.
