My wife and I spent our anniversary with the hotel Nicole was far too kind and placed a nice welcome gift for my wife and I in the room! Kudos to the Hilton App for allowing me to pick EXACTLY which room I wanted to stay in! It was truly a wonderful experience and I plan to return to the Hilton Americus the next time I visit Houston! Thanks again for making our stay quite wonderful
Stayed here for a business convention. Ate and drank down at the lobby bar. Awesome service and fantastic appetizers there. Food and service during our breakouts and meals was terrific
Kudos to the banquet staff! Full sized Starbucks down in the lobby. Can't beat that for your quick coffee fix. If you go during peak times though, then expect the line to be long
While we did have a small issue at the hotel restaurant, Zach, the manager did an amazing job of handling the situation with tact and ease
-International Foodie and Traveler
Great for meetings and events. I’ve attended a few events here. My only issue that prevents me from making this 5 Star is the valet can be a little rough with your cars and it takes a while

The location is perfect, within walking distance of many downtown attractions, restaurants, and business centers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great city views
The lobby is stunning, and the on-site dining options provide delicious food and drinks. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out seamless
The hotel’s amenities, including the fitness center and business facilities, are well-maintained, and the overall ambiance is both elegant and welcoming
Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this is a fantastic choice for a stay in Houston
Valet service was excellent, Nick went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. He provided us with excellent service. He made us feel welcome and was very friendly. Thank you for the impeccable service
The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation

A very good hotel, unique architecture, quality restaurant and room service, unique views, and a convenient location. A distinguished "space age" exterior appearance and modern interior
No excess noise, very flexible arrival and departure times for travelers. A favorite layover hotel for me
Everything is very orderly and an overall good experience
There was no internet in my room, my room was 1100. I had to get to the lobby to get internet. And couldn’t find the gym or the buffet breakfast at the beginning had to ask
Great food with wonderful location to the airport. The counter service is great as well, very nice to answer questions whilst they do love this job to sell Marriott membership in a quite proper and pleasant manner
Hate the carpet though was kinda hard to push my luggage ALL THE WAY to the room. The room was big and comfy overall. The best part for sure is the bathroom

Nice room and pool, good restaurant and bar, helpful staff. Thanks!
Excellent bedding. Good menu at two restaurant choices and excellent gym. Pool could use a little verve, maybe some softening landscaping? Overall, an excellent place to stay.
Great 5 star option in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Pillows could have been firmer for better neck support. The hallways were unusually colder than rooms and other areas like lobbies
The only thing negative was that the spa services were all booked up and we couldn’t get a massage, but other than that, it was a perfect small get away for me and my husband
Downtown location, very good restaurant and bar in the hotel, a few restaurants close by. Staff friendly, hospitable, and genuinely interested in yourcmfort and enjoyment.
Super Friendly Staff! Staff was SO friendly and helpful! Everyone I interacted with was great! Highly recommend this hotel if you are heading to Houston

This bartender made time for great customer service and great cocktails while being extremely busy! We will definitely be back
Food and drinks from the bar and restaurant where fantastic. Outstanding service from one of the bartenders, named dean
Stayed here for conference at Westin Galleria, this was nearby and a really nice hotel. Recommend
This hotel seems to be chronically understaffed. Between the front desk and the bar on my first night, I spent more than 90 minutes waiting in line to check in, pay for parking, for food, and to pay for the food
There was very little water pressure or volume, the temperature adjustment was very sensitive, and the shower/tap selector did not engage / popped off during my shower. There was no garbage can in the bathroom
Besides that, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I especially liked the paintings in the room. I was surprised how quiet the room was considering the window faced a busy freeway

While staying at the Hilton North, I had such a great interaction with the manager Crystal! I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Crystal for her exceptional service at the restaurant inside the Hilton Houston North
As a United Airlines trainee, meal times are often the only moments I have to relax and Crystal always makes them a pleasure
I have to take another moment to recognize Crystal at the Hilton Houston North for her consistently amazing service! As a United trainee, long days of training can be exhausting but Crystal’s friendly face and positive energy always brighten the day
She’s incredibly attentive, always making sure drinks are refilled, orders are correct, and that we have everything we need. Her friendly demeanor and positive energy truly enhance the dining experience
The Harth : Rosa, Carlos, Antone, Eric Incredible quick with our lunches as well as it being delicious! Rosa was quick to help me every morning with coffee as we began our big day of set up also
Crystal brings a personal touch to every interaction, making guests feel valued and cared for. Her consistency, kindness, and attention to detail do not go unnoticed

The only feedback that I can give on the rooms was that the windows probably needed cleaning. I am a lifetime Platinum elite with Marriot and really enjoyed the concierge lounge. The staff there was also excellent
I really enjoy staying at the Westin Galleria Houston Hotel. This is like having ur cake and eating it too! With the hotel being an attachment of the mall, u simply get on the elevator and step into the mall
I stayed at the Westin from June 8 through June 13, 2023. I transferred to this hotel after having a bad experience at the courtyard in West University Houston. The service at this hotel was amazing
No more than 10-20 min from all hot spot. The hotel is literally attached to the mall. Super convenient if that interests you. Smells good everywhere as well
The hotel is conveniently located. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient
The front desk staff and other staff are very warm and polite, and the service is timely

As always this was a GREAT place to stay! Every time I am In Houston this where I stay!! Staff is wonderful!! Rooms are perfect our balcony had great views! And the bed was so comfortable!!
Positives: -Location - design and room space Negatives: - ineffective external sound proof - outdated furniture - expensive parking fees, $32 per day - not flexible to extend on the checkout, extended only one hour!
Hilton Houston Post Oak is located in a great area. It's within walking distance of the Galleria. The hotel has very comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only negative is price of parking
Good service, clean rooms, high tolerance of the hotel
Great hotel. Really good location, nice big rooms, good facilities.
And there seems to be confusion between the front desk and restaurant staff as to whether or not breakfast is included in your stay. That being said, we enjoyed the pool, all the food was good, and service was great

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful pool, quiet areas, comfortable beds and a great gym. My fiance liked the bar and watched the game there
Beautiful hotel for its age. Decorated with class and elegance. Price is worth it, rings are very clean and conference rooms were comfortable and set up on time with great service!
The front desk staff really could use not only customer service training but basic people skills as well. The hotel itself is very tired and needs a complete refresh
On the 10th floor in the lounge, there are free snacks, coffee, and water chips. cokes all day long!!! And at 430 pm they serve hot food and fresh healthy food and free drinks each day. The rooms are large and clean
This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's not so good for your waistline. But then they do have a large exercise room and a pool
The hotel’s facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience

The buffet was expensive at $26 a pop & the coffee was weak. They should offer expresso/cappuccino in the cafe. There is a Starbucks elsewhere in the hotel
The AC unit was not working properly every time it would turn itself off it would make a huge thump this happened every 15 minutes. It was hard for us to sleep thru thr night
I turned it up, but the maid the following day turned it back down again so I had to turn it up again. The rest of the days the maid did not turn it back down. This is a pet friendly hotel with lots of dogs
I was excited about my stay, from reading some reviews prior. I was only staying for a night, I found body hair in the bed. The air conditioner made a loud knock before coming on , each time
The lobby, restaurant, bar, etc were VERY cold Sun - Wed - seem to get it fixed somewhat by Wed PM. My room was also very cold - thermostat set at 65 degrees when I checked in
Though well behaved, I would not stay there is you are allergic and don't like having that many dogs around in lobby, etc

They even upgraded me to a high floor with a great view! The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, just what I needed after a long day of flying!! Working in the airline industry, I rarely find such good customer service and reliability
The last we came here everything was clean but This time I saw a lot of human hair on the bed and the bathroom floor also a lot of human hair looks like they didn't clean it well.
Our son has special needs and a favorite feature we enjoyed at the Houston Marriott North was the "indoor/outdoor heated pool
Due to our son's preference for an indoor pool, in the future he will most likely stay at the Hilton or other hotels in the area that have indoor pools
" We just discovered today that they filled the inside of the pool and now we only have a smaller outdoor pool
Well constructed building, nice and solid. Nice workout room and pool area. Hotel has a restaurant and room service, so no free breakfast. They also have a Starbucks in the lobby

This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and will usually have rooms that are much cheaper than others! You'll thank me later! This hotel has one of the highest ratings in the area
Individual central A/C and heat, no noise window units! Do plan for a very low clearance in parking garage if you drive a lifted, or oversized vehicle, you may need to consider valet parking
I stayed a whole week, and Michael made sure that I had a good stay. I would recommend the DoubleTree to anyone looking for a quality hotel to stay at. Would definitely stay again!
Double not advertised queen bed was a real disappointment. Paid parking disappointing too. Nice Saleen pool though. Good looking place. Helpful staff.
Excellent staff and customer service. Friendly and professional. Immaculate rooms, comfy pillows (a must!) Easy access to major thoroughfares. Wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy the inviting pool /patio area.
There were a few things that weren't quite up to par with its past service but I'm sure it will improve with time

Very suitable for a layover The room is very new, but the bathtub in the bathroom is not very good and the water pressure is low. The shuttle bus is convenient 4:30am-12:30am It’s about a 10-minute drive from the airport
When the bus arrives, you can see clearly that it is the address 15222 and get on directly. It is very convenient; The room is quite large, the facilities are complete, and convenience is king
Excellent hotel intended for a short stay at IAH. Shuttle service included to/from IAH, very good size of the rooms; restaurant with good menu although it closes at 22:00.
The room is clean, quiet and comfortable, the service is good, the hotel is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus. I will stay here again next time.
transportation to and from airport was timely and clean, The staff was very helpful with directions and getting me to non-stay related transport.
The hotel you choose when transiting in Houston has a free airport shuttle bus, which runs every half an hour. The pick-up location is at B-103

Staff was great. Buffet staff was there to please. Couldn't use pool cuz rain. Self pkf not worth the 25 a day.
The pool is also a good place to relax
The pool is a nice spot to chill, too
The robes and slippers were a nice touch and the rose petals! We had a couples massage and Nick at Mokara did a fantastic job! The girl who did my husband's massage was amazing, too! They were both very attentive and were so kind! All the staff at the spa, hotel and even at Birdies were kind and welcoming

The pool side area made for a great reception area. Beautiful! Love the staff here they are so professional and friendly
My friend & I recently stayed here for the Beyoncé concert. We were met with valet & bag service upon our arrival, which was extremely nice. The front desk staff were very nice & welcoming
We booked 2 rooms for our stay and in both cases each of us had to call down to the front desk for towels and TP each evening when we returned for the night
But, still, the front desk staff and valet staff were friendly, professional, and efficient in checking us in. In the mornings we enjoyed breakfast in the Monarch room and relaxed with drinks in the evening in the Lounge
The Hotel ZaZa performs even under pressure! We stayed here for the first time while visiting our grandchildren. I didn’t realize when booking the Cowboy Carter Tour was in town. It would be a very busy weekend
The wait staff was exceptional! The meals coming out of the kitchen were outstanding and plentiful. Cocktails were creative and classic. The only area where we noticed a misstep was with housekeeping

They immediately jumped on finding us any room just to make sure we were going to make the ceremony on time and dressed. They went above and beyond to ensure my cousin's wedding went off without a hitch
I reserved a room for my cousin's wedding day so that they could get ready, take photos, and spend their wedding night. Early check-in is based on day of availability and isn't ever a guarantee
We weren't able to secure an early check-in over the phone, but upon arriving 90 minutes before the ceremony to get the bride dressed Taylir and Angel saved the day
Nice, weird decor. Bar was fun. Right by galleria. I wasn't a fan of the lobby music. Modern dance music. Probably cool for alot of people though. Rooms were dope , foods dope. Go rockets
Very clean nice up to date hotel. Friendly staff, nice lounge area and bar, good drinks, beautiful view of galleria. Would definitely come here again.
The hotel is stylish, the staff is super friendly and they were able to give us a ride to and from the venue of no charge (but don't forget to tip, don't be that guy) due to it being within 3 mile radius

My wife, baby and I stayed at the Houstonian for three nights. We had a very nice experience. The guest service was impeccable. We enjoyed the outdoor pool areas
) We initially had trouble accessing the pool area with our cards, but the desk service was helpful and someone showed us the correct gate to use
We also took our baby to play for a couple of hours in the Houstonian Club and played inside in the supervised children's area and outside in the playground
We stayed here for some business meetings, and I have to say. I'm not sure that I get the hype. I spend about 150-200 nights in hotels every year and the Houstonian was not bad, but also didn't really stand out for me
On the downside, the rooms were dated, the bathrooms we're tiny, and there was tons of construction. Also, I lose a fair amount of respect for any hotel that isn't downtown and charges for parking
So, let's start out with the good stuff. The staff was awesome, and we're always more than willing to help out. They were kind, helpful, and everything you would expect

There are also tons of places that are walking distance. The pool area is also very beautiful
They also offer the Oak Room, which is a beautiful spot that overlooks Houston-the best view in my opinion! I love having my stay-cations here!! The spa is a super serene atmosphere-spend the day here and you will feel like you're walking on a cloud! The service and staff are unmatched
