The entire staff was polite (the kind you see in distinctive movies) and very attentive to what I had to say. The hotel is right next to the freeway and we didn't hear it at all in the room or by the pool

Very clean rooms of a decent size. The only problem was that the receptionist said the room was not ready and would call when it was. Maybe she had to leave early, it was Friday, who knows

This bartender made time for great customer service and great cocktails while being extremely busy! We will definitely be back

This hotel was the most AMAZING experience Ive ever had. We booked a room for the weekend for my daughters 7th birthday. They left a cake and candy in the room for her

Every time she walked by the front desk they reminded her it was her birthday and shes a princess. The service alone will make me book here again

If you have a fear of heights, this is not the hotel for you! I thought I had conquered my fear of heights until I was given a room on the 17th floor and the only way to get there was a glass-backed elevator

There could have been more lighting for the photo backdrop. The ceiling pot lighting was not sufficient. The servers need a little more training, but overall the dining experience is pleasant

We were there for our award-winning author, which was published in iWrite Anthology 9. Children's Book by Children. It was very easy to navigate and park. The reception area was lovely

Great stay, but silly me left a few piece of jewelry in the room when I checked out! I realized hours later, called, and they had already set it aside for me!!! I was able to pick them up and am so grateful they went above and beyond

They also offer the Oak Room, which is a beautiful spot that overlooks Houston-the best view in my opinion! I love having my stay-cations here!! The spa is a super serene atmosphere-spend the day here and you will feel like you're walking on a cloud! The service and staff are unmatched

We take our dog and he is always treated like family. The last time, we were welcomed with a dog collar, custom pet friendly menu and macaroons!! We love the Post Oak. We will be coming back for many, many more visits!

If you have not been here, it is a must. The whole place is quite beautiful. The design is amazing. Bloom and Bee is beautiful and the food and great. Stella, the new wine bar is cozy and great selection of wine.

The pool is heated, with an even hotter jacuzzi! The workers are friendly, and they all seem to be bilingual. I have gotten engaged in the city, and they did everything they could to make it an even more magical moment

Had the most wonderful afternoon tea here! We had a 'Granduca Afternoon Tea' with a mix of pastries, savory snacks, prosecco and tea! The staff and service were very good and everything was delicious!

My wife and I spent our anniversary with the hotel Nicole was far too kind and placed a nice welcome gift for my wife and I in the room! Kudos to the Hilton App for allowing me to pick EXACTLY which room I wanted to stay in! It was truly a wonderful experience and I plan to return to the Hilton Americus the next time I visit Houston! Stayed here for a business convention. Ate and drank down at the lobby bar. Awesome service and fantastic appetizers there. Food and service during our breakouts and meals was terrific

Kudos to the banquet staff! Full sized Starbucks down in the lobby. Can't beat that for your quick coffee fix. If you go during peak times though, then expect the line to be long

While we did have a small issue at the hotel restaurant, Zach, the manager did an amazing job of handling the situation with tact and ease

Great for meetings and events. I’ve attended a few events here. My only issue that prevents me from making this 5 Star is the valet can be a little rough with your cars and it takes a while

The staff however, particularly the front desk clerk, was rude to my sister-in-law and didn't seem to want to help her when she inquired about possible future reservations

Staff was friendly and the place was very clean, the location to Reliant can't be beat and there's a Papacitos on the other side of the highway with a 7 minute walk

Room, Bathrooms, Towels were clean. Soap, Shampoo and some Creams provided, they are good quality. Fixtures and Furniture are dated. TV has poor signal and picture quality

I have been traveling to Houston for Medical treatments for the past six years. I have stayed at other hotels in the area. This hotel is convenient to M. I have not been disappointed staying here

My husband could not raise his arms in the shower without hitting the ceiling tiles. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The hotel had security at the front gate watching the parking lot

The lobby was very pretty and clean. The rooms in the tower looked like a standard room with two full sized beds. All ceilings were pretty low, especially in the bathroom shower

Probably deserves 5 stars to be honest. Stayed right after Harvey, I know they had some flood damage, which explains the smell. Staff was amazingly hospitable and downright friendly

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. The main hiccup was that there was no hot water. The parking options are self-parking is $25 or valet is $35 which is fine if the hotel were downtown.

I just didn't like how the hotel doubled in price after I tried to extend my stay. I am from New Orleans, and I just needed to stay somewhere until power was restored to my address in New Orleans

The room did not have a microwave. The beds were really comfortable. They had a soda vending machine on my floor but it cost $2. 50 for a soda which is pretty high. The pool area was also kind of small

Nice decoration, furniture feels of good quality, bed and pillows are very comfortable, room super dark in the mornings so that is a big plus. Will be staying here next time I come back to Houston

We walked to the galleria, although I wouldn't walk further than that, but you're no more than a 5 minute drive from many nice restaurants. I would visit this hotel 1000x over

Despite being next to I10, our room was very quiet with no road noise whatsoever. The parking was a bit tight but still on the busy rodeo weekend there was more than enough parking

Touring comedian Luz Pazos recently stayed here while performing nearby and had a wonderful stay! The room was perfect, clean, and the floor was very quiet

A breakfast that is as good as any you'll find. The Staybridge Suites provides a great experience with all the bells and whistles. Beyond the common area is a large surrounding outdoor patio and a beautiful outdoor pool

Stayed here for work now on several occasions. Very nice and new accommodations. Love the location for getting to just about anywhere, and it is safe

The staff was awesome and very friendly considering the really late check-in, and even provided a late check-out so our client could take full advantage of the free breakfast, laundry room, and fitness center in the morning before hitting the road

They have a really nice big outside pool and gym you can use on the second floor. The breakfast buff is super tasty and is better then most others i have eaten before

I can honestly say this was one of the top Hyatt's besdie Regency's of course however for a lengthy stay you have a chick decor, clean, beds are new, the kitchens are stocked fully wish dishes, silverware, pots, pans, BAKING dishes

We are small town Rednecks, we were NOT ready for what we got into! Everything was very fancy! There was no pool which was upsetting, we didn't know they were environmental conservative people

The hotel is not without drawbacks, the workout room was under construction while I was here. Only the treadmill and stationary bike were working, and the weight machine was disassembled

There was no towel rack in the bathroom, and they provide a small closet thing but there are no hangers to hang things

I'm a vegan and they had oatmeal soy milk, almond milk, banana's, apples, and English muffins/bagels. The coffee is also the best I've ever had in a complementary hotel room
