My wife and I spent our anniversary with the hotel Nicole was far too kind and placed a nice welcome gift for my wife and I in the room! Kudos to the Hilton App for allowing me to pick EXACTLY which room I wanted to stay in! It was truly a wonderful experience and I plan to return to the Hilton Americus the next time I visit Houston! Thanks again for making our stay quite wonderful

Stayed here for a business convention. Ate and drank down at the lobby bar. Awesome service and fantastic appetizers there. Food and service during our breakouts and meals was terrific

Kudos to the banquet staff! Full sized Starbucks down in the lobby. Can't beat that for your quick coffee fix. If you go during peak times though, then expect the line to be long

While we did have a small issue at the hotel restaurant, Zach, the manager did an amazing job of handling the situation with tact and ease

Great for meetings and events. I’ve attended a few events here. My only issue that prevents me from making this 5 Star is the valet can be a little rough with your cars and it takes a while

Workout facilities are nice/clean with towels and water available. Easy access to parking structure next door for self-parking

Valet service was excellent, Nick went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. He provided us with excellent service. He made us feel welcome and was very friendly. Thank you for the impeccable service

Great stay with wonderful accomodating staff. They found us a high floor room away from the elevator and our stay was quiet/comfortable. Pillows were too soft for my comfort but rest of the room was very nice

If you have a fear of heights, this is not the hotel for you! I thought I had conquered my fear of heights until I was given a room on the 17th floor and the only way to get there was a glass-backed elevator

I found my stay there to be quite nice. The staff were courteous and professional at all times. I do think it is a shame how much they charge nonprofits for catering. The desserts were lovely though.

Amelia provided a great check in and Steven at the pool is amazing. Glad to see services are still running, even during this pandemic

We didn't get to use it but there is also a decent sized pool, hot tub and coolest thing, a lazy river shaped like Texas

we stayed as a family. The lazy river and pool are just fabulous. our room over looked the pool and was perfect.

The staff was attentive to our few requests and upgraded our room at no charge! I have also sent my mom here for a birthday get away, and the same was true then too! They also upgraded her room at no charge for that stay as well! Hands down the best hotel in Houston! Go to check out all the reatruants, bars, spa, Texas shaped pool, and amazing room service, but absolutely say for the HOSPITALITY!!

Great overnight stay in between flights. Breakfast buffet was $23. Super good and wide selection. You pay for the convenience and quickness. Great service at breakfast!

Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever received from a Marriott hotel, the Rooms Operations Voyager Kai Willis did an amazing job getting me a decently priced room when my flight was cancelled, and helped me pay with a credit card that I had forgotten at home

Staff has always been lovely, especially in the mornings at breakfast time. My remote was lost in a routine cleaning of the room and I got the new remote within just a few minutes of calling the help desk

Perfect location! There is even a private subway to take you directly to/from the terminal! This is at the high-end of the Marriott brand. Fantastic decor and exceptionally well-maintained

The hotel has been newly renovated to align with the updated Marriott aesthetic. The executive lounge is a pleasant place to be as well as the restaurant

We ate (and had drinks!) in the bar late one night and breakfast in the concierge lounge in the morning. It helped us unwind and get ready to travel-on

Breathtaking lobby really makes this place feel awesome. Cool lightning as well. Rooms seem recently redone and very nice. No microwave in my room which was missed but no big deal. Would stay again.

Pam and Jennifer make sure there is no problems with anything!!! If something is not right, they tell us just sit and relax while they fix it. Offer to get us water or coffee

Very comfortable beds-always first priority for me. Large facility with restaurant, bar, Starbucks. Near restaurants and shopping. But what isn't in Houston?! Lol

I can't tell if it's on the way down or being revitalized. The main draw for our family was the glass elevator that my 2 year old wanted to ride constantly

We live in Houston and every year we flood. We always try to book this hotel because they make you feel like they are family

Excellent bedding. Good menu at two restaurant choices and excellent gym. Pool could use a little verve, maybe some softening landscaping? Overall, an excellent place to stay.

There were many people to greet you as you entered the hotel. Not nearly enough people in hospitality including both room service and the restaurant to get adequate service. We stayed in a "residence" room

Great 5 star option in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Pillows could have been firmer for better neck support. The hallways were unusually colder than rooms and other areas like lobbies

I was debating between the Four Seasons and another luxury hotel. I’m glad I chose the Four Seasons. The room was updated, classic, and very comfortable. It was nice to have a bedroom separate from the kids

Room amenities are top notch and had everything for a business traveler. They handled volume reasonably well and check in counters are very efficient and courteous. Would love to come back and stay again

The bedroom was nice and dark at night. The service was great! We interacted with the front desk, room service, and house keeping. Everything was great and we can’t wait to go back!

The entire staff was polite (the kind you see in distinctive movies) and very attentive to what I had to say. The hotel is right next to the freeway and we didn't hear it at all in the room or by the pool

All of the waitresses came out with drinks and checked on myself and the wedding guests often. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding. Everyone was raving about the food, drinks, and service

The rooms were clean and comfortable. You wouldn’t know the hotel is animal friendly because of how clean it is, but it is and that is an added bonus! I wish i had had my wedding here!

Huge facility, great location, easy access to Beltway 8 and I-45. Restaurant serves Breakfast & Lunch and the Bar (Vino's) serves Dinner plus they have room service and a Starbucks in the lobby

Went to Hilton Houston North for a professional event in the conference room. So while I can't speak for the Hotel rooms I will say the parking, lobby and conference area were all very nice and updated

The neighborhood when I stayed was not very safe and we were advised not to go out after dark on foot. But the hotel does work around that by providing complimentary shuttle to the neighboring area

Come for lunch often, good service and great ambiance. 30+ year old lobby always looks elegant and new. Wine bar after four, service a little slow but you shouldn’t be in a hurry anyway

Great location. Was here for a dance convention and the ballrooms were amazing. The elevators were a little slow. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast Buffet is delicious.

The only feedback that I can give on the rooms was that the windows probably needed cleaning. I am a lifetime Platinum elite with Marriot and really enjoyed the concierge lounge. The staff there was also excellent

The hot water got hot immediately in the roomy glass shower and the towels were thick. My ONLY complaint was the bed was too soft

Westin Galleria was very convenient to stay at for conference, shopping, and finding food. However, I expected the rooms to be much nicer. I must say they were pretty average

And there seems to be confusion between the front desk and restaurant staff as to whether or not breakfast is included in your stay. That being said, we enjoyed the pool, all the food was good, and service was great

The pool felt great, but it was supposed to close at 10pm. People were out there until nearly midnight, so we didn't fall asleep until after then

Everyone was great at customer service. The hotel manager is a wonderful, helpful young woman. The restaurant serves fantastic food. This was one of my best hotels and I travel around the country

The mixed greens salad was excellent; unfortunately, the entree tasted like it came from a mediocre restaurant. Hilton usually has excellent food for catered events. The desert was excellent, Cream Brulé

On the 10th floor in the lounge, there are free snacks, coffee, and water chips. cokes all day long!!! And at 430 pm they serve hot food and fresh healthy food and free drinks each day. The rooms are large and clean

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being right off I-10, and the room was very clean. We had a corner room, so the view was excellent. The service at their restaurant was top notch, I would stay here again.

Elegantly decorated at Christmas time along with Christmas classic. music playing throughout entries and lobbies. Beautiful especially when viewing it while riding down elevator. Lots of little extras in rooms

The driver was very nice and quickly took me to the hotel. I was even able to register on my app and was given a digital key on the way to the hotel, so I just walked straight to the elevator and headed to my room

This website will compare thousands of hotel sites and will usually have rooms that are much cheaper than others! You'll thank me later! This hotel has one of the highest ratings in the area

Individual central A/C and heat, no noise window units! Do plan for a very low clearance in parking garage if you drive a lifted, or oversized vehicle, you may need to consider valet parking

I stayed a whole week, and Michael made sure that I had a good stay. I would recommend the DoubleTree to anyone looking for a quality hotel to stay at. Would definitely stay again!

Probably deserves 5 stars to be honest. Stayed right after Harvey, I know they had some flood damage, which explains the smell. Staff was amazingly hospitable and downright friendly

They have a regular lounge, an exclusive club lounge on the 9th floor, a penthouse floor, a guest laundry room, a ballroom dining hall, a superb restaurant (Ella's Table), pool and jacuzzi, fitness center, rec center, shuttle services, fast wifi, pleasant/honest housekeeping, room service and a bar (try the local Shiner Bach)! Everything you could ask of a hotel of this caliber

Well maintained and clean rooms. Staff not so nice especially when dealing with foreigners. Facilities are very good; like gym, pool etc. Food is tasty and heavy though the no. of items in the menu are very less.

By the time I walked from the gate to the shuttle landing site, my boyfriend was already there! He drove like Steve McQueen to take me to the hotel and there was no problem! My room was beautiful, clean and especially quiet

The restaurant and bar are very clean and well stocked and I had a great breakfast of caramelized bananas, banana pancakes and ham! Definitely the best hotel breakfast I've had in years! I highly recommend this place

Not crowded, way access from the beltway, plentiful free parking. Also extra points for the super nice security guard and hotel employee who offered directions/assistance unprompted
