We upgraded to have breakfast for $60. The hotel upgrade is to executive and free appetizer. So we got 4 free appetizers for free. Perfect location in downtown Houston. We”ll stay again next time. Their breakfast are really good as well
good location for exhibition. friendly staff
Good location poor amenities poor concierge good check in experience
It's OK, I stayed here for business trip, close to the conference center. There are many good reviews online, I was quite worried at first. Hilton standard hotel, normal standard, breakfast is also OK.
Very good facilities and good location... but you have to pay for it.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to stay this hotel, mainly because of the CCIM conference held here. However, since I registered a bit late, I wasn’t able to get the special discount. The check out service man is excellent. The staff guided and assist me, I believe this is the great example of what makes a hotel truly outstanding.

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation
Exceptional stay in the heart of Houston! 🏙️✨ Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with top-notch service. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many downtown attractions, restaurants, and business centers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and great city views. The lobby is stunning, and the on-site dining options...
The hotel was really nice and their rooms were very comfortable. Having a 24/7 Einstein bagels was really convenient. However, they charged me for incidentals twice. I was told that it would be refunded within 10 business days. I know it's common to get refunded in that time, but charging me twice means I am out an extra $300 for over a week until then. All I got was a "oh we're sorry, someone must...
Staff at check in, were friendly and welcoming even at 1am in the morning. Elevators were pretty quick, even to some of the top floors. The rooms seem to appear having some recently updated features. For instance the lighting, bedding and furnishings in the room. Yet, other things appeared to be dated, like the door and shower in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the convenient layout of the...

There was no internet in my room, my room was 1100. I had to get to the lobby to get internet. And couldn’t find the gym or the buffet breakfast at the beginning had to ask. Hate the carpet though was kinda hard to push my luggage ALL THE WAY to the room. The room was big and comfy overall. The best part for sure is the bathroom.
A very good hotel, unique architecture, quality restaurant and room service, unique views, and a convenient location. A distinguished "space age" exterior appearance and modern interior. No excess noise, very flexible arrival and departure times for travelers. A favorite layover hotel for me.
The location is great. Surprising, nose from the planes wasn't an issue. However, topi could hear everything going on in the halls. Since this is located in an airport, people are coming and going all night. So, it's not particularly restful. The rooms are nice though dark. The breakfast buffet was good. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the city. I will definitely stay...
Very good location. Just in the terminal.
Excellent location with light rail at the basement linking to the the airport terminals. Ideal for early flights. Offers ease of mind!

From start to finish, first class people, service and hotel!!!
Stayed here for conference at Westin Galleria, this was nearby and a really nice hotel. Recommend
Food and drinks from the bar and restaurant where fantastic. Outstanding service from one of the bartenders, named dean. This bartender made time for great customer service and great cocktails while being extremely busy! We will definitely be back.
This hotel seems to be chronically understaffed. Between the front desk and the bar on my first night, I spent more than 90 minutes waiting in line to check in, pay for parking, for food, and to pay for the food. Having said that, all the staff were great, there just simply wasn't enough of them. I was there for a conference, and the events area was well staffed, and the staff were great. The shower...
This hotel was the most AMAZING experience Ive ever had. We booked a room for the weekend for my daughters 7th birthday. They left a cake and candy in the room for her. Every time she walked by the front desk they reminded her it was her birthday and shes a princess. The service alone will make me book here again. Not to mention the beautiful views and extremely comfortable bed! Thank you to the staff...

While staying at the Hilton North, I had such a great interaction with the manager Crystal! I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Crystal for her exceptional service at the restaurant inside the Hilton Houston North. As a United Airlines trainee, meal times are often the only moments I have to relax and Crystal always makes them a pleasure. She greets everyone with such warmth and professionalism,...
I have to take another moment to recognize Crystal at the Hilton Houston North for her consistently amazing service! As a United trainee, long days of training can be exhausting but Crystal’s friendly face and positive energy always brighten the day. She is always so helpful and attentive, whether it’s answering questions, offering guidance, or simply going out of her way to make sure I’m taken care...
Today I went to the hotel restaurant for lunch and Mr Anthony took such great care of me. He treated me like family and it touched me. I stay at this hotel a lot but this is my first time eating at the hotel and now because of his kindness, it won’t be my last. Great customer service from everyone. From the front desk, to the cleaners, to the restaurant staff. If you want a comfortable stay by the...
I absolutely love coming to Hilton’s restaurant, especially on Thursdays—it’s become a weekly highlight for me. The atmosphere is always welcoming, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. Yolanda, the cook, is simply amazing—her dishes are consistently delicious and thoughtfully prepared. You can taste the care she puts into every meal. And Carlos, the host, is the absolute best. He always...
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the past four days, three nights. I was part of a team that hosts a convention so I had the chance to interact with multiple staff members. The sanitation is a little poor, the location is good, and it is very convenient for shopping. The disadvantage is that I was deducted 30 US dollars for no reason. After a month of communication with Ctrip, I returned it. Next time I go to Houston, I will not choose this place. I lost the convenience of shopping, and there is nothing else worth recommending
The location is very convenient. The hotel shower and sink facilities are old and the temperature adjustment is not sensitive. The service staff is very friendly. Overall, it is a good experience
The hotel is conveniently located. Although the room facilities are a bit old, they are spacious and clean. The air conditioning is sufficient. The front desk staff and other staff are very warm and polite, and the service is timely.
The room was clean and tidy, and it was very convenient for eating and shopping.

I stayed at the Westin from June 8 through June 13, 2023. I transferred to this hotel after having a bad experience at the courtyard in West University Houston. The service at this hotel was amazing. Good service, clean rooms, high tolerance of the hotel
The room facilities are old…
Great hotel. Really good location, nice big rooms, good facilities.
I was a bit disappointed. My key card didn't work all weekend, despite me going to the front desk multiple times to have it re-keyed. The plug in the bathroom didn't work, so we had to use our hair dryer and styling tools at the desk. The pool felt great, but it was supposed to close at 10pm. People were out there until nearly midnight, so we didn't fall asleep until after then. And there seems to...

Beautiful hotel for its age. Decorated with class and elegance. Price is worth it, rings are very clean and conference rooms were comfortable and set up on time with great service!
The front desk staff really could use not only customer service training but basic people skills as well. The hotel itself is very tired and needs a complete refresh. The lobby was littered with glassware from the holiday party the night before. Someone intentionally ran down the hall in front of our room and left a trail of jelly beans that was not cleaned up when we arrived nor by the time we checked...
Despite its age, this hotel has been well-maintained. My 3-night stay was issue-free. Its convenient location near the airport and 24/7 security in the parking lot were additional benefits.
I've stayed at hotels for 6 months now. And this one is the best ever. Breakfast is free, and there are many food choices, not just two items but 6 dozen. Friendly service. Bring you coffee. Real silverware. On Wednesday, they have oodles of noodles downstate from 11 till one. Thursday, they had tacos. Awesome. I had two items broken in the room, and they fixed them properly immediately. Room was excellent and clean. Huge ~75” tv with a couple of hbo movie channels. The bathroom revealed its age (I remember when it was the Omni) and an update is in order. The lobby, restaurant, bar, etc were VERY cold Sun - Wed - seem to get it fixed somewhat by Wed PM. My room was also very cold - thermostat set at 65 degrees when I checked in. The AC unit was not working properly every time it would turn itself off it would make a huge thump this happened every 15 minutes. It was hard for us to sleep thru thr night
Not impressed at all. I was excited about my stay, from reading some reviews prior. I was only staying for a night, I found body hair in the bed. The air conditioner made a loud knock before coming on , each time. There was no ventilation switch in the bathroom and finally, there was mold on the shower curtain. It could use some upgrades.
The hotel is clean and beautiful, very nice!
Room size is good, clean and no smell; the environment is prefect, nice decoration. The pool is nice, but not use due to cold weather at this moment. The experience is fine.

The last we came here everything was clean but This time I saw a lot of human hair on the bed and the bathroom floor also a lot of human hair looks like they didn't clean it well.
Smart hotel which is modern and in good condition. Helpful separate club room which we were able to use for business purposes. Breakfast was reasonable.
Rooms are clean and the bar service is usually great. Breakfast buffet is good too. Night check in service is good, or often bad. Location...LOL. This hotel is in Greenspoint. The locals, taxi drivers and Uber drivers will tell you not to stray from the hotel at night. They call the area Gunpoint.
Highly suggest! My room was neat, clean and updated! The hotel is in a great location and the customer service I received from Gregory was excellent! Will definitely be staying again when in town! I am very pleased with my stay!

Okay. It was clean. Considering the cost of living in the US, it was acceptable.
It is a good hotel and well located. I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the vent was and when I ended up with a flow when I turned on the air- conditioning. It was obvious what caused it.
Well, the environment is okay. The hardware is generally old. The elevators are still out of power. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean. There are many insects floating on the water. The water is a bit turbid. I don’t know why. It may be because there is too much bleaching powder. reason. Hotel is nice, but needs somethings changed. 1) bathroom in King Suite has not like in shower area so is dark. 2) Two towels for 2 people is not enough if you take more than within 24 hrs. 3) Once again bar soap in bathroom is too small for 2 people for 24 hr stay. On the plus side, they had plenty of front door help so service was excellent, nice pool and grounds, room had a safe and had ice machines
The room and atmosphere were great, very clean rooms, and great service. We celebrated our anniversary, and the hotel made us feel special and the occasion important to them to recognize.
Jose, Ebony, Kristina, Lisa and Amir were an incredible team. Next level. Omni Houston has the best customer service of any hotel!

We had a great experience for the one night we were here in town for a wedding. Nice, weird decor. Bar was fun. Right by galleria. I wasn't a fan of the lobby music. Modern dance music. Probably cool for alot of people though. Rooms were dope , foods dope. Go rockets
Nice lobby. Very professional and modern. However, check in was disorganized and my reservation was not what I was told it would be. Always enjoy staying at the Houstonian. It is a true refuge from the "busyness" of the city. The staff is first rate and the food is fantastic. No need to leave the property after you arrive.
We had a wonderful weekend for my husband birthday. The concierge was very friendly in helping get us to dinner on time, and the hotel was beautiful. Check in was flawless and the bar serves was exceptional.

Very nice staff at front desk, I received text messages asking about the quality of service. Very clean as I expected. Plenty of conference rooms. Very close to stores and restaurants. I was not pleased with the bag you get at check in. It was just 2 waters. You don’t really need a bag for that.
