transportation to and from airport was timely and clean, The staff was very helpful with directions and getting me to non-stay related transport.

5 star service Stayed here one night when my flight was cancelled. It’s not much to write home about but a bed is a bed. 10/10 service though because I left a dress in the closet and the shuttle driver brought it to me at the airport!

The room is clean, quiet and comfortable, the service is good, the hotel is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus. I will stay here again next time.

Very suitable for a layover The room is very new, but the bathtub in the bathroom is not very good and the water pressure is low. The shuttle bus is convenient 4:30am-12:30am It’s about a 10-minute drive from the airport. There’s a Chinese restaurant called Zhuyuan nearby. It’s delicious. Uber costs about $10 round trip.

The hotel you choose when transiting in Houston has a free airport shuttle bus, which runs every half an hour. The pick-up location is at B-103. No reservation is required. When the bus arrives, you can see clearly that it is the address 15222 and get on directly. It is very convenient; The room is quite large, the facilities are complete, and convenience is king. I will choose this hotel next time...

Hotel was awesome and right across from the rear of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. The cons were: the elevator seemed out of date as if a few people on at once would definitely get stuck, the pool area wasn't accessible (under construction) I get that it's still Covid but many hotels pool areas are open.

Great place to stay if you are going to NRG park/stadium for an event. Is literally right across the street. Clean place. Nice people. Doing well considering the challenges of hospitality in today's world.

Excellent service. The hotel was still being remodeled, but was clean. Where the Wingate really shined was the staff. Bebe checked us in and was able to change help us fix a mistake we'd made in our booking. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay near NRG Park.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is aged. Tub & floor stained. AC blow snowballs (a plus). Right across the street from stadium. No refrigerator in room as stated. Small rooms with big beds and big tv with cable! Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and blow dryer! Would give 5 but breakfast wasn't included. We did purchase an upgrade when we reserved so it saved us on the buffet. Also walls are a bit thin. Can hear neighbors or hall.

Was a great place to stay. Went to two of the World Series games and stayed in this place. The rooms were clean the hotel people were amazing. The parking people were good. We got a free shuttle to the game. Would definetly stay here again.

We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Toyota Center. The hotel is still within walking distance and much more affordable than other surrounding choices. The rooms are nice and updated.

WLAN was actually for free, speed was sufficient for me (no streaming). Proximity to Kroger's store was nice. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic :-)

This place is OK but you know what you're getting with a Courtyard in the US. It's clean, simple and functional. The car park barrier wasnt working so my parking was free. Rooms are typical american basic rooms; the gym is tiny, the pool is OK. I'd stay here again if only visiting for a few days but honestly, there are many many better options if you want to pay a few extra $$$

we share a romantic weekend at the hotel and visited several places surrounding the hotel. we walked a lot since we love to hold hands and get to know a place. We were amazed at how safe we felt and the prices of everything was always within our budget.

The hotel is OK. I just didn't like how the hotel doubled in price after I tried to extend my stay. I am from New Orleans, and I just needed to stay somewhere until power was restored to my address in New Orleans. The front desk clerk ( NORA) was not sympathetic at all. There are other hotels with the same amenities that don't charge you as much.

Very nice hotel! However, there are no stairs apart from fire escape stairs that lead outside. It became kind of inconvenient on busy days when all hotel guests were trying to go down for breakfast or up at night. All in all, though, great service, excellent and clean rooms, friendly staff, and good food. I recommend staying here, as long as there isn’t a large event going on nearby.

A nice hotel that is near the convention center and walk able to a lot of other things in Houston. The elevators had issues about 80% of the time there. Stay here often for business travel great location. The rooms are in need of renovation but the staff is always nice and consistent. The low turnover that I notice tells me the staff must be happy. Every time I stay, the bartender, Gary, is always here and I've come to expect to see him. Great guy.

Perfect place to stay on a late night. Checked in around 2 am, the man working was very friendly. Check-out time was noon so it allows you to sleep in and get the rest you need. Room over all was clean. I had a queen bed that also had a couch in it in case I needed it. The pillows were incredibly soft. I arrived closed to midnight after a terrible experience at a different hotel. I was so glad they had rooms available as I was traveling cross country with my pup. what i liked about the property is that it was a walkable distance to get to the toyota, but i did not like the strong smell of cigarette on the room that we were staying or in the hallways, but overall it was okay. they also have very limited parking spaces.

Houston visit The curtains in my room could not close up completely. So had difficulty sleeping because of the lights coming from outside. Water was onky given once. The evening male receptionist was very kind and helpful unlike the daytime lady.
