Holiday Inn Intercontinental Airport, an IHG Hotel
Houston, 15222 John F Kennedy Boulevard 🧭 Map
transportation to and from airport was timely and clean, The staff was very helpful with directions and getting me to non-stay related transport.
5 star service
Stayed here one night when my flight was cancelled. It’s not much to write home about but a bed is a bed. 10/10 service though because I left a dress in the closet and the shuttle driver brought it to me at the airport!
The room is clean, quiet and comfortable, the service is good, the hotel is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus. I will stay here again next time.
Nice stuff which is friendly but not very satisfying with shuttle service.
Very suitable for a layover
The room is very new, but the bathtub in the bathroom is not very good and the water pressure is low.
The shuttle bus is convenient 4:30am-12:30am
It’s about a 10-minute drive from the airport. There’s a Chinese restaurant called Zhuyuan nearby. It’s delicious. Uber costs about $10 round trip.
The hotel you choose when transiting in Houston has a free airport shuttle bus, which runs every half an hour. The pick-up location is at B-103. No reservation is required. When the bus arrives, you can see clearly that it is the address 15222 and get on directly. It is very convenient; The room is quite large, the facilities are complete, and convenience is king. I will choose this hotel next time...

1 / 8Wingate near NRG Park/Medical Center Hotel
Houston, 8600 Kirby Drive 🧭 Map
3 stars for the location, staff, and comfy beds. We stayed 3 nights. The location is steps away from the NRG stadium. Can’t beat the location. The staff was friendly. Nice people. We really enjoyed Fabian at the bar at Cattlemen’s Club at the Wyndham. The beds were comfy. Got good sleeps. The shower water was hot. Can’t complain. This hotel is old. It’s dingy but clean. I did see some bugs including...
Hotel is in a great location, I mean the NRG stadium is right there, you can walk right to it. I give it for stars because it’s an older hotel. But keep in mind from this review they are renovating and it’s looking really good. So if you book this hotel this year be patient, because the staff is really sweet and accommodating, each member I encountered was very pleasant and always had a smile. I...
Good service. Great location. Beautiful room.
Hotel was awesome and right across from the rear of the hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. The cons were: the elevator seemed out of date as if a few people on at once would definitely get stuck, the pool area wasn't accessible (under construction) I get that it's still Covid but many hotels pool areas are open.
Great place to stay if you are going to NRG park/stadium for an event. Is literally right across the street. Clean place. Nice people. Doing well considering the challenges of hospitality in today's world.
Excellent service. The hotel was still being remodeled, but was clean. Where the Wingate really shined was the staff. Bebe checked us in and was able to change help us fix a mistake we'd made in our booking. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay near NRG Park.

Holiday Inn Downtown, an IHG Hotel

I loved the fact that I didn’t have to be dealing with the ac units by the window! this hotel has a regular ac unit like a house normally would and it was easy to use
Small rooms with big beds and big tv with cable! Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and blow dryer! Would give 5 but breakfast wasn't included. We did purchase an upgrade when we reserved so it saved us on the buffet. Also walls are a bit thin. Can hear neighbors or hall.
Clean spacious rooms with a full serve restaurant. Rooms were updated with comfortable bed. Hotel has gym with good variety of equipment. Great location.
We arrived very early on Wednesday 15th November and we met Latoya. She was super helpful and friendly, she kept us updated on the progress of getting a room. We had breakfast while waiting and although her shift ended she did a proper hand over to Amanda. She them stayed as long as she could with us and even gave some suggestions for things to do..when we finally got a room Amanda was so nice and...
Was a great place to stay. Went to two of the World Series games and stayed in this place. The rooms were clean the hotel people were amazing. The parking people were good. We got a free shuttle to the game. Would definetly stay here again.
We stayed here because we were attending a concert at the Toyota Center. The hotel is still within walking distance and much more affordable than other surrounding choices. The rooms are nice and updated.

Courtyard by Marriott Medical Center/NRG Park Hotel

Overall the property was well maintained. The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a grocery store very close, almost next door, and the hotel provided transportation to nearby tourist attractions and hospitals. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was malfunctioning and was scheduled to be fixed, but the pool was perfect.
On our checkout day the whole hotel had no hot water. Even with all the mishaps I...
very clean. Good service. Fastest elevator we have ever experienced. Literally 15 seconds from lobby to 3rd floor at our door.
Nice place to stay, very close to Rice. Wish they had free coffee in the lobby, but overall nice stay.
If I come back to this property, I will ask for Stacey Potts to handle my reservation. She was very accommodating, and the hotel had several nice amenities. It’s a good area, and I needed to be near the NRG for my travel plans. Will definitely be back!
Location is close to NRG Center
WLAN was actually for free, speed was sufficient for me (no streaming). Proximity to Kroger's store was nice. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic :-)

Courtyard by Marriott Galleria Hotel
Houston, 2900 Sage Road 🧭 Map
Standard Courtyard with normal room layout and amenities. Good location for the Galleria and restaurants. Looses points due to lack of supervision come the weekend. I know it’s the parents but staff needed to take action with anti social behavior and noise it negatively impacts other guests. Housekeeping is also what I would term inconsistent especially in emptying trash bins and replenishing coffee...
1. The hotel is in a good location 2. The deposit of 50 yuan has not been returned
inner room is outdated but cleaniless is there
Jennifer Lino is an awesome employee! She is always smiling and greeting and the food upstairs in the concierge is awesome!!! She is an awesome employee that is always going above and beyond. She never misses a beat she has the attitude of a great
I said here for two nights whilst on an eclipse tour. Check in was quick and the room was easy to find. However the room was very dated, the furniture tired and there was no safe, USB charging sockets or UK plug socket. The bedsheet had a small stain on it and the shower made the floor wet. The included breakfast was very basic and was not replenished so if you were not the first to come down to it...

The room is relatively large, which means the king-size room was changed to a standard room.
The room is quite big and clean.
we share a romantic weekend at the hotel and visited several places surrounding the hotel. we walked a lot since we love to hold hands and get to know a place. We were amazed at how safe we felt and the prices of everything was always within our budget.
Great hotel! I stayed here for a few days and they had very comfortable rooms, as well as a nice pool and a store downstairs with snacks and other essentials. Room service was also very good.
The room is large, the facilities are complete, the service is quite satisfactory, the breakfast is relatively rich, but it is the same every day, which is monotonous, which is understandable for foreigners. The overall feeling is pretty good. You can watch the sunrise every morning.
The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is also good, it would be perfect if you don't have to pay for parking

Stay here often for business travel great location. The rooms are in need of renovation but the staff is always nice and consistent. The low turnover that I notice tells me the staff must be happy. Every time I stay, the bartender, Gary, is always here and I've come to expect to see him. Great guy.
Overall, the hotel was fine. The lobby, bar, and breakfast areas were clean and nicely decorated in a nice, neutral modern style. The actual rooms of the hotel, the hallways, and other sections have not been updated in what appears to be a long time. The hallways and rooms were a bit dingy and dark, and the carpets, wallpapers, fixtures and decor/bedding was pretty dated and dirty looking. But overlooking...
Hotel staff are friendly, courteous, and professional. Good spot near the highway. The room wasn't great. It wasn't bad, it is just very dated and could use some renovation. One day there was an industrial humidifier on my floor and the hallway carpet was soaked but the staff was prompt in trying to resolve the issue (my room was fine though).

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Houston/Galleria. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel’s location is convenient, just a short walk to the Galleria mall. The complimentary breakfast was decent and helped start the day right. Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for both business and leisure stays.
Clean, quiet and sanitary. It would be better if bottled water was provided.
The surrounding area is convenient, shopping malls and supermarkets are within walking distance.
The room is clean and the service is great! The breakfast is also very good, with fresh fruits!
Yes, all was clean. I read not change and clean every day but room was cleared every day Check in was ultra express. All was fast. I think i did not spend 3-4 min in front of reception. There was computer and printer and i print some documents.

Perfect place to stay on a late night. Checked in around 2 am, the man working was very friendly. Check-out time was noon so it allows you to sleep in and get the rest you need. Very clean the breakfast attendant / bartender was sweet polite efficient and great at her job(s).however having my reservation for a week prior to arrival, after the 9 hour drive it would have been nice to check in before 3pm..being extremely exhausted and having to drive around an unfamiliar area for 3 hours was awful.
Extremely nice two-bed hotel. Indoor swimming pool and workout section was a great addition.
Room is a little dated but clean. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Dinning and bar space downstairs is modern and causal. All staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

I really liked the hotel. The room was comforfable and well laid out. Ine touch I appreciated was the lighting. The lamps had warm lighting. Red Roof Inn PLUS & Suites - IAH Airport SW

Ok place to stay for a quick stop before catching a flight. Bed was fluffy and comfortable. Working hot shower. I do find Red Roof’s dark burgundy decor a little depressing. However, the pool was great for a quick evening swim. Was grateful they had a coffee station in the morning. Parking included.
Was stuck overnight at IAH due to a late night flight cancellation and needed a place to crash. Didn’t want to spend a lot of money as needing a hotel room was unexpected and I’d only be crashing there, so booked a room at the Red Roof Inn Plus+ near IAH. Nice and easy checkinn, I got room upstairs was no issue it was pretty quite! They had small office table which was very neat for my work, I had room facing the pool I enjoyed the view all day! Pillows were big enough for me, great hot and clean shower
Pleasant stay. Nice and quiet. Room was clean and cool. Bed was very comfortable. And I was able to see my favorite cable channels. Location is close to the airport and a few restaurants. Staff were very friendly. I have to say. I’ll definitely come back.

I think that those who find this Red Roof nice aren't posting. After reading all the poor reviews I was very hesitant to stay even if United Airlines was paying since we missed our flight. This is a really nice Hotel. The front desk agent was friendly and helpful. Love the way it smells in this hotel as well, it's a very distinct clean smell, almost masculine. It's a nice hotel. I've spent a lot of time in it over the past couple years. There are a few things that could be better though. As someone else already said, AC is crazy off the hook LOUD in some rooms. Also, always ask to stay on the side AWAY from the Nordstroms. I loved the place very relaxing and clean professional customer service I was planning to stay couple days than hit the road than I extended to three more days. Definitely I will return for few days in next couple months
Great staff, lousy location over a very loud dual carriageway with screeching cars at 11pm meant I had to swap rooms from my upgrade. The staff were very accommodating but all the rooms over the road will be an issue for anyone there. Breakfast and parking were all sound but can't recommend this place unless you get a room away from the road.... Like I say the staff were great.
I was really shocked by the room I booked. It said at first that it was a barrier-free room, but it was not written like that on Ctrip. It was such a big room, and the air conditioner was so noisy that I couldn't live in it. Fortunately, Ctrip solved it for me. The bed was a bit too soft and hard to sleep in. The location is still very good.
The room is not bad, the price is OK, the environment and location are convenient, you can come here directly after getting off the plane, it's a half-hour drive, it's good, it's good for a business trip
Good view, good location and welcoming staff members
The main thing is that I felt like the staff was concerned about my comfort and needs. Their customer service is on point! I also appreciated the location... it's walking distance to my favorite store..Trader Joes! Also a neat water park nearby.

By far one of the best hotels in the area. The beds and rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. Perfect location for easy access to entertainment and food. Great for everyone!
Checking wasn't staffed and I waited almost 5 minutes. Room was clean, but carpet badly stained and wallpaper was pealing in the bathroom. Room layout was great, kitchen area organized and well supplied. Overall hotel layout was strange. Location good, but signage lacking.
I arrived closed to midnight after a terrible experience at a different hotel. I was so glad they had rooms available as I was traveling cross country with my pup. The front desk assistant, Maryann was so sweet and kind and got us set up with a room for the night. The room was nice and smelled nice too!
