Had a great corner room, the hotel was in a cool location near the theater and art area. Many things in walking distance. Service was great in restaurant and room service.
Nice, clean hotel in a safe part of town within walking distance from the tunnel system, many major businesses and the convention center. Quiet after 5pm since it's in the financial district. If you are looking for night life while staying here you will have to catch a cab somewhere else in the city.
I was there for a one day conference so I didn't stay in a room. The valet service did well considering the huge volume when the conference ended. The meeting rooms and chairs were comfortable. The food was pretty average but expectations shouldn't be very high for food at a conference. Overall it was a good conference experience.
Have used this hotel several times for work events and service is always spectacular. The hotel lobby area is clean and staff was always willing to escort me to the event location. Bathrooms are easily accessible and any needs are quickly addressed. Would recommend the venue.
First thing:ROBOTS!!! They have robot security which is awesome. The bar was slow, but made decent drinks. We were in the Travis room for The Dinner Detectives, and it had a great set up, decent size, food was excellent, and above all it was extremely fun. The valet was fast and appropriately priced for the area. I would recommend this hotel for any event or overnight stay.
The staff is great. I have two major complaints. The first one is that the TV is connected to DirecTV through a coaxial cable so the image quality is not very good and was often jumpy and frequently stalled. The second one is that there is only valet parking (which costs $34 a day) and no self parking. This was not disclosed to us during booking which to me feels like a pricing misrepresentation. Our...

This hotel is breathtaking. I mean it’s just so beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly. They have a nice spa near the lobby as well as tasty restaurants. Don’t be shocked if you see a luxury cars around this hotel. It’s on the pricier side. There are also tons of places that are walking distance. The pool area is also very beautiful.

If you have not been here, it is a must. The whole place is quite beautiful. The design is amazing. Bloom and Bee is beautiful and the food and great. Stella, the new wine bar is cozy and great selection of wine.
I have to start this review by thanking Carolina for her exceptional customer service and expert knowledge!!! There was one mishap with staff the day before...and during our tequila tasting we vented to Carolina. Carolina explained the operations of the hotel, the standard to which they were held and why they had to ask certain questions. Carolina was professional and down to earth. SHE is the reason...
BEAUTIFUL. LUXURIOUS. CLEAN. Above all else, the service and staff are amazing.Absolutely amazing. No matter what the occasion, Paulo has helped us out tremendously to make sure things run smooth. He is a master at his craft and always goes about and beyond. This is a beautifully built hotel, I love the interior design. cozy nice hotel located in prime location, post oak !
The Italian restaurant is truly amazing. Great taste. Argentina is the name of the waitress who prepared our tiramisu dessert right in front of us for my daughter's birthday. It was a good rally experience. We will be back again!
Had the most wonderful afternoon tea here! We had a 'Granduca Afternoon Tea' with a mix of pastries, savory snacks, prosecco and tea! The staff and service were very good and everything was delicious!
This is a beautiful hotel. The pool is heated, with an even hotter jacuzzi! The workers are friendly, and they all seem to be bilingual. I have gotten engaged in the city, and they did everything they could to make it an even more magical moment. White rose petals were left on the bed, with champagne, chocolate dipped strawberries and dark chocolate waiting for us to come back after I've said yes...
Amazing staff. The hotel is very nice, we left an item in our room and housekeeping turned it in and the called me. Outstanding location
Wow, what an amazing hotel. I stayed at Hotel Granduca for a concert and might I say I had an excellent time. At check in they told me the room we had booked had only 1 bed (there were 3 of us) so they upgraded our room to a suite with 2 beds free of charge which was very thoughfull. I had read online about there maserati they can drop you off around town in and was very excited to have them drop...

Exceptional accommodations. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Very clean.
Excellent bedding. Good menu at two restaurant choices and excellent gym. Pool could use a little verve, maybe some softening landscaping? Overall, an excellent place to stay.
So so disappointed. There were many people to greet you as you entered the hotel. Lots of "door people" . Not nearly enough people in hospitality including both room service and the restaurant to get adequate service. We stayed in a "residence" room. The decor was basic hotel and the TV's had only basic cable and could not stream. There was a nice grocery store across the street. That was the highlight...
I was debating between the Four Seasons and another luxury hotel. I’m glad I chose the Four Seasons. The room was updated, classic, and very comfortable. We were in a suite. It was nice to have a bedroom separate from the kids. The bedroom was nice and dark at night. The service was great! We interacted with the front desk, room service, and house keeping. Everything was great and we can’t wait to...
Great 5 star option in downtown Houston. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Pillows could have been firmer for better neck support. The hallways were unusually colder than rooms and other areas like lobbies. Room amenities are top notch and had everything for a business traveler. They handled volume reasonably well and check in counters are very efficient and courteous. Would love to come back...
Lovely room and lobby. Super clean and helpful. The pool is small though, and not very deep, and the poolside service was slow. Other than that, we’ve had a nice stay! They do late checkout for free which is very considerate.

The staff was great! Every single person we encountered.
I didn't stay here but went for afternoon tea...it was lively. The staff was so professional, friendly, and accommodating, and the food was delish. There were about 6 different sandwiches, one of which was salmon. No one in my party ate salmon, so they substituted it for us without hesitation. I am not a tea drinker, but the Proseco was delicious, and we each got a box of macarons to go, which...
My experience at the St. Regis hotel in Houston was exceptional. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and serene atmosphere all contributed to a truly five-star experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for those seeking luxury and indulgence in the heart of Houston.
Staff was amazing. They sent strawberries and a bottle of champagne to our room for our anniversary. And they gave the girl St. Regis teddy bears. The pool area was clean and not too deep. Water was a little chilly at first. But once you were in a few minutes it was great. Breakfast was good too. Especially the smoked salmon eggs benedict. Keith
Best place to stay in Houston. The service is amazing, everyone is always so helpful and friendly. The food is delicious, the ribeye dinner was one of the best meals I’ve ever had and the fresh fruit they serve with the waffles and ice cream is the best ever. First time staying at this hotel and will definitely be coming back. I celebrated my birthday night here and everything was perfect. Loved that it was down the street from discovery green. The bed and tub were amazing! Such a relaxing hotel. The staff and vallet were very helpful and the food was delicious!
I stayed June 1st 2016 and I still remember how good my stay there was. Absolutely fantastic service. They didn't have a drink I wanted so I just went up to my room and relaxed. They came later with a bucket of ice and my desired drink. They actually sent someone to get it. The room was great too. Can't say enough good things.
We enjoyed the stay a lot. The room and bathroom were very nice. There are a lot of restaurants around you can just walk to. We had access to concierge lounge which we liked a lot. You were able to get refreshes and snacks there and breakfast in the morning. We will definitely go there again. The service was excellent and the elevators are pretty quick as well.
100% classy. The service is impeccable.....even at 3AM the staff was bending over backwards to accommodate every single request. The facility is spotless and the rooms are phenomenal. Perfect location downtown with easy access to the expressways. I will certainly stay again and highly recommend that this be your first choice if you are visiting Houston.

I had the pleasure of staying for a wedding weekend and everything was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is in a great location, has great water pressure, and comfortable beds. It is a jewel. I will be returning in the summer and fall. The staff made us feel like royalty from valet to front desk to housekeeping. It is not often that a hotel hits on all targets but they really did.
The entire staff was amazing. We had a company event there consisting of 25 people. We used their conference room, restaurant, buffet services, and individual rooms. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The front desk guys were amazing. The rooms are clean and aesthetically pleasing. Nice location. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe. My go to when I travel to Houston for work. I want to stay at all their hotels now!!!
The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! We stayed from Tuesday till Sunday and every member was helpful in some shape from or fashion. Check in time is supposed to be 3 PM we get to the hotel at 4:30 and they have no clean rooms available yet so we have to sit out in the lobby and wait along with plenty of other guests. Food and drinks from the bar and restaurant where fantastic. Outstanding service from one of the bartenders, named dean. This bartender made time for great customer service and great cocktails while being extremely busy! We will definitely be back.
This hotel seems to be chronically understaffed. Between the front desk and the bar on my first night, I spent more than 90 minutes waiting in line to check in, pay for parking, for food, and to pay for the food. Location is convenient to the ball park and convention center. Noise and security became a serious concern for us during our stay. Service was great. Room was impeccable. I'm not a huge fan of the temperature control on the shower. 24-hr cafe was perfect. If you have a fear of heights, this is not the hotel for you! I was there for a retreat. The hotel is really nice from the entrance and a nice size room. The bathroom had multiple mirrors which is helpful for when you're stepping out. The food was good. The Whiskey Room is an easy favorite. The only negative, in a one night stay I had to get my room key reactivated several times.

Beautiful hotel. Great for meetings and events. I’ve attended a few events here. Location 10/10. No more than 10-20 min from all hot spot. The hotel is literally attached to the mall. Super convenient if that interests you. Cleanliness 10/10. Smells good everywhere as well. Service 10/10 everyone we came into contact with was very accommodating. Bartender was a little aloof.
Everything was perfect....the room was great, clean and comfortable...The staff was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was excellent and varied. It should please all tastes.
Used facility ballrooms (3) & each ballroom was extremely cold all 3 days & run down, old & warn. Staff was pleasant & the hotel itself is beautiful. 2 restaurants & Starbucks inside. There's a Jimmy John's, Smoothie King & Bakery shop within walking distance to hotel. As well as a mall across the street & movie theater.
I really like this place. Come for lunch often, good service and great ambiance. 30+ year old lobby always looks elegant and new. Starbucks. Wine bar after four, service a little slow but you shouldn’t be in a hurry anyway. Nice rooms.
Great location. Was here for a dance convention and the ballrooms were amazing. The elevators were a little slow. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast Buffet is delicious.
Huge facility, great location, easy access to Beltway 8 and I-45. Free Shuttle to IAH. Restaurant serves Breakfast & Lunch and the Bar (Vino's) serves Dinner plus they have room service and a Starbucks in the lobby. Lots of Ballroom and meeting space. Everyone is very nice and the food has been very good. ? Enjoy
Went to Hilton Houston North for a professional event in the conference room. So while I can't speak for the Hotel rooms I will say the parking, lobby and conference area were all very nice and updated. Everything was clean and modern and staff was attentive. The food and servers were also very good. Would definitely stay there if I needed a room in the area!

I was a bit disappointed. My key card didn't work all weekend, despite me going to the front desk multiple times to have it re-keyed. The plug in the bathroom didn't work, so we had to use our hair dryer and styling tools at the desk. The pool felt great, but it was supposed to close at 10pm. People were out there until nearly midnight, so we didn't fall asleep until after then. And there seems to...
Most of there rooms need maintenance management take look of bathrooms I stayed in many times on this hotel bathrooms need maintenance and so rooms need remodeling . Other than that very clean great service
Our room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The location is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We were here for an event, so the location was perfect for us. We had a great view of the city from our room.
The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. However, the service was not up to par. I did not receive a microwave on the first day, as promised. There is no complimentary breakfast, but there is a Starbucks on-site and a food station that operates from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Location was great. Mostly well taken care of amenities.
The place was wonderful. Everyone was great at customer service. The hotel manager is a wonderful, helpful young woman. The restaurant serves fantastic food. This was one of my best hotels and I travel around the country. Thank you Hilton Houston Post Oak!!! 5 stars!!!!

This place is beautiful! However, the double bed rooms were tight. The place was fairly clean, despite the dust here and there, and the many hairs we found on both the beds, and on every price of bed linen. With that exception, the service was astonishing; and I felt treated equally fair despite the boujee people who stay here. Every worker was super nice, welcoming, and very attentive. Most of all...
We have never stayed at a better hotel. This place is amazing! We have stayed in lots of hotels, and this is the only one I will allow my kids to walk barefoot on the carpet, that is saying something. Front desk staff were amazing! Every staff member we encountered was happy to be there and made our stay great. Thank you and this is now our regular hotel in Houston.
On our way back from NOLA, we stopped here and we were assisted from the time we pulled up to the hotel, to the time we left the next morning. The valet was friendly, the bellhop was helpful, and the lady who checked us in was welcoming. The bellhop It was such a beautiful hotel, and got a good night’s rest. The room was comfortable, and everything about it made our stay well worth our long drive...
Stayed two nights here a few months ago. The rooms are comfortable and quiet for being right in the med center. Location is perfect if the med center is where you need to be. I had room service twice and it was about average on speed and quality. The clincher at this hotel, though, is Carl in the restaurant area. I was fortunate enough to have him as my server both nights. He is excellent at his job...

This was our first time staying at this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, beautiful pool, quiet areas, comfortable beds and a great gym. My fiance liked the bar and watched the game there. My kids had a great time too. There were no channels on the television, but that was no big deal. We had a really good holiday. Jewel was our receptionist. Maggie was our cashier. These women were amazing (great...
Clean, friendly staff, nice bar area. Beds and pillows were less than stellar and my toilet didn't flush well. The hard as a rock bed and too soft pillows made my review a 3 star. The cleanliness and staff are a 5 star!
Rooms were clean. Beds were super comfy. Staff was awesome. Brian and Juanita were so accommodating, after a horrible experience with a hotel across the hwy. Great customer service.
Cheap but nice and comfortable
My flight was cancelled so the airline was nice enough to put me at this hotel. I have stayed at the hotel before a few years ago and was pleasantly surprised to see a few cozy changes. The decor is nice, the bar and restaurant are great. Room service at this Sheraton has always been great in my opinion. The only thing I would change is the mattresses. One can feel the metal framing of the mattress...
Great location for people that don't have their own transportation. Close to the airport. Led by of food choices nearby within walking distance. Subway, Taco Bell, a Mediterranean restaurant to name a few. The lobby is very clean and spacious and the room was average for what you'd expect from a Sheraton. The lobby offers refreshments like hot apple cider and coffee and staff went above and beyond

Great Location. At the mall. Plenty of things to do around. Close to surrounding businesses. A bit far from the airport
Fabulous! Friendly staff. All procedures are in place. Hand sanitizer stations, wearing masks. Social distancing Beautiful hotel
MASTERMIND ALLIANCE LOVES THIS PLACE! I LOVE THE PHOTOGRAPHY DEVICE IN THE ROOM. SO GOOD! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE! MMAPGX
My God. CHICKEN AND WAFERS WAS AMAZING!!! The hotel and valet service was perfect! Would definitely like to return!
I really enjoyed my experience with this hotel but I'm reluctant to recommend it simply because of the timeliness of the staff. 4 star hotel with 30-40 minute waits for simple request like extra towels and toothpaste. The hotel is going under renovations and most ice machines do not work. (April2018) The rooms are very nice and the bed is comfortable. Awesome location if you would like the idea...
Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was nice and friendly. Check in/check out was easy. Housekeeping was very attentive. Location is good, but parking can be difficult since it's at the mall. Construction noise was bothersome in the mornings. All that said I've always had good experiences at Westin hotels.

Great location and price for the room. Booked a room with a king bed and they put me in a room with 2 double beds. Didn't find out until I got to the room. They said they were at 100 percent capacity. Would've been nice to know that before i walked in. Other than that I had no issues.
The hotel's location is extremely convenient, being right off I-10, and the room was very clean. We had a corner room, so the view was excellent. The service at their restaurant was top notch, I would stay here again.
Always a pleasant visit everytime I've stayed at this hotel. My friends recently got married here and the overall customer service we received was phenomenal. The hotel is pretty big and has valet and then self parking in a garage at the back of the hotel.
This is a nice hotel, very pricey but worth the extra money. Pool area has dead palm trees, but the rest of the landscape is nice. Workout room is big and equipment is quality. Overall...good stay!
Beautiful place..Elegantly decorated at Christmas time along with Christmas classic.music playing throughout entries and lobbies. Love the indoor water pond. Beautiful especially when viewing it while riding down elevator. Easy parking for guests. Would highly recommend. Lots of little extras in rooms. Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, plenty towels, and very clean

Smart hotel which is modern and in good condition. Helpful separate club room which we were able to use for business purposes. Breakfast was reasonable.
Rooms are clean and the bar service is usually great. Breakfast buffet is good too. Night check in service is good, or often bad. Location...LOL. This hotel is in Greenspoint. The locals, taxi drivers and Uber drivers will tell you not to stray from the hotel at night. They call the area Gunpoint.
Highly suggest! My room was neat, clean and updated! The hotel is in a great location and the customer service I received from Gregory was excellent! Will definitely be staying again when in town! I am very pleased with my stay!
When we arrived, seem like rush hour, there were 2 clerks 1 of which was not helpful at helping the guest get checked in. The clerk even got frustrated and walked away leaving a line of over 10 guest who needed assistance. Waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get checked in. The new upgrades are not geared towards families with little one. The rooms have no microwave. Traveling with a new born...
If I could leave more than 5 starts, I would do it! This hotel exceeded my expectations during my stay in Houston. The airport transfer was clean and on time, just as Megan promised at the front desk. The driver was very nice and quickly took me to the hotel. I was even able to register on my app and was given a digital key on the way to the hotel, so I just walked straight to the elevator and headed...
I love the hotel. We have been coming here for many years. Although a few things have changed over the years that will prevent us from staying here again in the future. Our son has special needs and a favorite feature we enjoyed at the Houston Marriott North was the "indoor/outdoor heated pool." We just discovered today that they filled the inside of the pool and now we only have a smaller...

Grand hotel. has a bit of an old school and at times dated feel to the rooms but the communal areas are rather grand. Tons of facilities including an extensive leisure centre, numerous function rooms and restaurants. The Sunday brunch is a pretty extravagant affair with a ton of choice of an overall good quality All interactions with staff were excellent - very helpful and polite.
My wife, baby and I stayed at the Houstonian for three nights. We had a very nice experience. The guest service was impeccable. We enjoyed the outdoor pool areas. (There are no indoor pools.) We initially had trouble accessing the pool area with our cards, but the desk service was helpful and someone showed us the correct gate to use. We also took our baby to play for a couple of hours in the Houstonian...
We stayed here for some business meetings, and I have to say...I'm not sure that I get the hype. I spend about 150-200 nights in hotels every year and the Houstonian was not bad, but also didn't really stand out for me. So, let's start out with the good stuff. The staff was awesome, and we're always more than willing to help out. They were kind, helpful, and everything you would expect. Also, the...
This experience was so special to me. My husband got us a couples spa day as a surprise for my birthday. I had never had a professional facial or massage done before.
