Very nice place to base a trip to Oahu. Staff was great. Great set up for kids with the pools and the protected beach and cove to swim in. Only down side is that our mattress was flat worn out. It appeared that a 450 lb Samoan warrior had been sleeping on one side. Rough on the old back.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re a very deep sleeper. The road noise is impossible to sleep with. I’ll be complaining soon and seeking a part refund. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep enough. (There was also no bottled water. Even in countries with drinking tap water, hotel rooms get theirs from tanks so it’s not recommended.)

This hotel is very good. There is a McDonald's downstairs and next to it, as well as several other restaurants. It is a 7-minute walk from the airport. There is also a free shuttle bus. I personally think it is better to walk there. When I left, I also walked to the airport, which is very close.

Great place to kick back, I got a room through air B&B, the room was very expensive for the lack of square footage. This is a condo hotel and if you're not expecting a real hotel it's great. There is no Lobby or front desk service. No one here to give you your key you need to get it from a lockbox. Since I've been here both elevators are working fine and the parking is great. The room is nice and the view is great. You can't beat the location for this cost.

Came here for a week of relaxation. The hotel is beautiful, 2 bedroom suite was great BUT all we heard the entire time we were here was yelling and chanting and drumming of the employees on strike. The one bedroom is a nice size. Comes equipped with just about everything that you need, including a waher/dryer, which is handy. You, unfortunately, are away from the Hawaiian Village resort area and beach. The hotel itself is very nice, with friendly staff, that's doing an amazing job with the strike going on. Outside of all the racket,you hardly notice that there's anything going on.

The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children. The apartment we stayed in was well set up and very comfortable - full kitchen and modern washer and dryer.

We had a two room suite which was great. The staff was wonderful and the location is right in the heart of Waikiki.

Not the newest or most modern, but kept clean and in good repair. Staff is courteous and helpful. Parking space is not an issue. It's just close enough to Wakiki to participate in those activities if you wish, but at the edge so easy to make a quick escape. We used the room as our base of operations for a few days and travelled all over the island hiking and snorkelling.

Very close to the beach where we watched the sunset. Easy to walk to various attractions and lots of tour buses are picking visitors up nearby. This resort is HUGE! Neither me nor my husband hand any idea it was as large as it is prior to booking there. Anything you can possibly need can be found right on the grounds.
