Excellent We loved the hotel, from the lobby to the beach everything is beautiful. Lots of swimming pools and hot tubs, excellent fitness center and plenty of activities available. There is a store that sells from breakfast to frozen food and most of the basic needs. Two options of restaurants, I would like if there was a third option too. The room has excellent space and has a kitchen with the basic...
Very costly food and drink and everything you request or do there is a charge. Also the room service could be better. Sheets are not changed upon request unless you pay an extra fee. The location was good along with the beach and pool areas. Next time we go to Hawaii we would look for other options. Finally the staff hounds you to listen to their time share spiel. Very obnoxious as it lasts 90 min...
Very nice place to base a trip to Oahu. Staff was great. Great set up for kids with the pools and the protected beach and cove to swim in. Only down side is that our mattress was flat worn out. It appeared that a 450 lb Samoan warrior had been sleeping on one side. Rough on the old back.
The lush tropical gardens, ample lounge chairs by the pools and friendly staff add to the charm and beauty of KoOlina🌺
It’s a beautiful property in Ko’Olina with a relaxing vibe all throughout. Well kept resort and very cozy. The only complaint I would have is that the late check out offer is not as flexible.
I really enjoyed the location and access to the lagoons/beach. Dining option were pretty expensive but that is expected at a place like this. At least the other option is to cook inside your suite.

Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, Kapolei1 / 24

I spent the week at this resort and it was the most relaxing, luxurious stay I've had. The high standard of service is so seamlessly executed. I spent almost every day at the infinity pool on the ocean side. The poolside service dazzles. Rodel was my favorite server. He made sure I always had what I needed at all times. I felt so taken care of. There is no experience like the Four seasons. From the...
Where do I begin? This place was just magical. I have stayed at 5 start resorts all around the world including top rated ones such as Aman and nothing comes close to the service provided here. The welcome experience, the discounted room upgrades, and the service was just top notch. Sure the elevators etc were a tad old - but between the view and the service I was blown away. I stayed over Christmas...
We stayed at the Four Seasons just after thanksgiving this year. It was our first time but definitely won't be the last. Sean the manager, Mike in concierge, and a very friendly woman at the front desk who's name I forgot but starts with A (I think) were stand out members. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Truly a world class experience staying here. Thank you so much to...
Can't say enough good. We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff were simply amazing. We had wine and cookies and chocolate covered strawberries and fruit in our room when we arrived. When we went to the beach, before we could even sit down, someone was right there covering the beach chair in a towel and handing us a menu and a glass of ice water. The valet staff were superb. The iPad in the...
We loved it here and will definitely be back. Our room was amazing and the grounds and beautiful. The food was good (not great) and there is a limited menu poolside. The drink service by the pool was also fairly slow and we often had to wait a while to order but others wise we had a great stay. I would defintiely recommend to friends and family.
This our third visit Excellent service Great location and food

2nd Hotel I stayed in after I arrived in Honolulu, stayed about 2 weeks. Room was clean with daily service and they are super pet friendly, they even have a double gated "leash off" potty area where the mutt can run around without their leash for a bit and socialize with other dogs, though the pet area does kind of smell bad due to some irresponsible owners bot picking up. The Airport Honolulu does...
I like this simple hotel. Being so close to Honolulu airport means it's convenient for me for a quick layover (after a domestic flight), before an early morning flight to Australia. It also serves it's purpose as a quiet place to lie horizontally, after my 10 hour return journey, before a domestic flight the next day. The beds are always clean and bug-free. The staff have always been polite and helpful...
We're military and staying at the hotel until we get on post housing. The staff has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is amazing. You wont be disappointed.
The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. I had their breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious. The pool area is very nice too. I was here for only one night but i wouldn't mind staying longer if needed. It's definitely away from Waikiki and good for business or any kind of short trip needs.
Really close to the airport and amazing to have the complimentary shuttle! To go to the city without a car is also convenient as it is close to a few bus stops and though the ride to town is long, it's convenient to have if you are only a couple of days in Honolulu and don't want to rent a car Hotel and room were really clean and kept as such Very happy with the overall service, the staff and their...

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re a very deep sleeper. The road noise is impossible to sleep with. I’ll be complaining soon and seeking a part refund. Even with earplugs I couldn’t sleep enough. (There was also no bottled water. Even in countries with drinking tap water, hotel rooms get theirs from tanks so it’s not recommended.)
Located close to the airport, few grub spots and convenience store close by.
Very convenient location to the airport. Friendly staff
This hotel is very good. There is a McDonald's downstairs and next to it, as well as several other restaurants. It is a 7-minute walk from the airport. There is also a free shuttle bus. I personally think it is better to walk there. When I left, I also walked to the airport, which is very close.
My family enjoy staying a night there.

A solid 3. it is not the Marriott room is small, bed is still okay, only has a shower no bathtub. The staff is polite, they have a Chinese restaurant and a bar on the premises. Food at the restaurant is really good, small bar but nice atmosphere beverages average price. other than that the only downfall is the location, there is a park right behind me but it is mainly used for canoeing, you are centrally...
Outside neighborhood a little sketchy. Would not leave the immediate grounds once sun goes down. Internet access is pretty much non existent. Customer service tried to get it working but could not. Of three devices only phone could seem to access Internet. If Clean surroundings is all you require then it will be fine
Decent little place. The rooms are basic, with shower/bathroom, somewhat dated with a funny smell from cleaning chemicals that persisted after airing out. Staff was amazing! Had a few interactions and every time they went above and beyond. My only real complaint is the parking lot is not big enough to hold all of the cars, so make sure you get here early. I believe some of the people from the bar/restaurant...
Under new management and many nice changes. New floors make it pet friendly. Clean rooms. If you don't mind the sound of jets and planes it's a nice place to just rest. If you are looking for a place to sleep while out all day it's great.
It was adequate for our purposes. We needed a single night prior to meeting the rest of our group at a resort. That said it's a fairly standard motel, but it happens to be in the middle of an industrial district. The state park behind it was sketchy at best and full of leering homeless people. That's not the fault of the hotel, but I wouldn't call it out or even mention that it's nearby as a perk of...
Location was great if close to the airport. Not close to much else, but only a 10 minute walk to the bus. Rooms were very small and not dirty but not clean. Price was great and most of the staff was nice and accommodating. They let us keep our bags in a locked room after we checked out and went on a tour; very nice of them! Would stay again if on a budget and/or needed to be close to airport.

I didn't stay at the hotel but dined at the buffet at the restaurant. It's always good but I miss the shrimp tempura, and it seems they removed the soft serve ice cream machine...which I enjoy but they still had a selection of I've cream in a cup...and toppings so I was happy! Price is higher so nice to have the IDcard for a little discount.
This is a nice budget-friendly hotel and had a great staff and restaurant. Rooms could be more updated, but overall a good hotel for those on a budget. Walking distance to great shopping and eateries.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great place to stay warm up food wash clothes and iron them, play video games a family can really save money, pretty beds oh you can make toast and coffee..wow wow
It was fun feeding the fish for just fifty cents. The brunch spread want vast, from crab and prime rib to drumstick ice cream cones. The over the water private room was cool to be in, but a little crowded.
Great place. Offers shopping near by. Good for the kids they liked the pool. If be the best was the floating restaurant with the koi.
Perfect hotel to reduce costs but the rooms are very dated and small. They will try to charge you for everything so come prepared. The pool is very small and it is quite a walk to the beach. We liked the rooms but caution you not to stay here too long...it is small. The staff is great and the shop at the lobby has great snacks. I would recommend for your night before going to the airport....

A hotel who misinformed its guests, causes a problem , and then just say sorry we can’t do anything and walks away. Daryl the manager, just ruined the hotels image for me.
This place once was called the Ala Moana Americana (hotel)" before the new condo-hotel transitional period/era.
Signature Steak restaurant, on the hotel guests' elevator (36th floor) had replaced Aaron's (On Top) restaurant. I remember this place back in the day. (Piano bar ?)
Starbucks is by the lobby area and Rumours nightclub. Ala Moana mall side elevator only has 13 floors. Yuzu restaurant is gone: I had a Lotus Root Pizza there once.

Looooved this hotel so much!!! Going to miss the heated toilet seat and bidet in the bathroom. Room was spacious and ocean front was beautiful. Love how you can open the windows completely. I stayed in a club room. I was very grateful that a room was prepared for me even though it was the morning. I was able to use the lounge immediately after checking in, and was able to spend a relaxing time while looking at the wonderful view.
It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. King room with L-shaped couch was best for my husband and me as we had room to rest in between activities and adventures. Amazing little cafe/bar. The breeze was fantastic and Xavier was an extraordinary bartender (so fun and friendly and made amazing drinks)!!! Staff was very polite. Rooms were comfortable with good AC systems in them and a nice balcony that you could sit out on. The blinds made it so you can completely close in and be in the dark. The location was amazing, overlooking the beaches to Waikiki and Honolulu! The elevator was troublesome because only one was in operation. This made for a timely entrance and exit as the building was nearly 40 floors. Clean and tidy place. The room was amazing with an amazing view overlooking the beaches!
Great place to kick back, I got a room through air B&B, the room was very expensive for the lack of square footage. Both elevators did work, the parking security gave me trouble even though we told them we had a room ans said they might have towed us. The view was great, the lack of railing was kinda sketchy. But you can not beat the location. The building felt tired and dated it could use some TLC
Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Well with the price. Bed was very comfortable. Extremely clean rooms and great amenities
This is a condo hotel and if you're not expecting a real hotel it's great. There is no Lobby or front desk service. No one here to give you your key you need to get it from a lockbox. Since I've been here both elevators are working fine and the parking is great. The room is nice and the view is great. You can't beat the location for this cost.

My wife and I spent 3/29/2024 - 4/5/2024 at this hotel. Ilikai is the actual hotel but Waikiki Marina Resort somehow gets rooms in the hotel. Everything was great for a stay. The hotel is within walking distance to many shops and places to eat. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very relaxing. The hotel has shops and a couple of eating places. Came here for a week of relaxation. The hotel is beautiful, 2 bedroom suite was great BUT all we heard the entire time we were here was yelling and chanting and drumming of the employees on strike. The one bedroom is a nice size. Comes equipped with just about everything that you need, including a waher/dryer, which is handy. You, unfortunately, are away from the Hawaiian Village resort area and beach. The hotel itself is very nice, with friendly staff, that's doing an amazing job with the strike going on. Outside of all the racket, you hardly notice that there's anything going on.
The complex is a little dated but kept in very good condition. Extremely clean and daily housekeeping was of a very high standard. The Hilton lagoon was loved by the children. The apartment we stayed in was well set up and very comfortable - full kitchen and modern washer and dryer.
The apartment and view, and staff were amazing. Highly recommend. Absolutely delightful place to stay
Beautiful complex close to the beach. Our room view wasn't the best, but still had a lovely view of the mountains. Close to many shops and restaurants. Hospitality was on point, and covered all of our needs. The kids loved it. Would definitely go back again!
We had a two room suite which was great. The staff was wonderful and the location is right in the heart of Waikiki.

Not the newest or most modern, but kept clean and in good repair. Staff is courteous and helpful. Parking space is not an issue. It's just close enough to Wakiki to participate in those activities if you wish, but at the edge so easy to make a quick escape. We used the room as our base of operations for a few days and travelled all over the island hiking and snorkelling.
Not bad for the price. Rooms a little dated and need a little maintenance but acceptable for a couple of nights. Staff friendly, parking decent. Overall a pretty ok experience as long as your expectations are realistic.
Friendly staff. Rooms are a bit dated and small but only stayed for 1 night luckily. They had a little shop for souvenirs. And a restaurant attached that you get a discount for. I liked that they had chargers for you attached to the phone. Very convenient.
Remodeler Plaza Waikiki was fantastic experience. They had a little fridge and a microwave and a safe in the room. The beds were fairly comfortable. It was great overall. Not a bad price to be so close to the beach and the rooms and bathroom was clean. I wish the comforter was thicker but that's the only 1 negative about the room. Also, they have two attendants on duty watching their parking spots that are reserved for guest only. When I pulled up to inquire if they had any available rooms that night, both of these attendants walked up on my car...
Very close to the beach where we watched the sunset. Easy to walk to various attractions and lots of tour buses are picking visitors up nearby. Only thing was that the safe in our room was low on battery and essentially useless. It was also much easier to get things you needed (e.g. shampoo, toothpaste) if you go downstairs and ask directly. Staff was great! Location is decent! Hotel and rooms are horrendously dated. The elevators? Prep an extra 10 minutes every time you leave as they are the slowest and smallest ones I’ve ever been in. Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay. The building is always clean, and the staff is respectful whether they're at the front desk, cafeteria, or valet guys. Friendly staff. Close to conventional center. Outdated, small elevator. No bathroom fan. Moldy smell in the room. Barely acceptable with 50000 points/ night without any tax/fees. Parking is $55.5/day. Dining credit will cover around half of the breakfast.
The location is excellent. The hotel breakfast tastes good, the egg rolls are rich in ingredients, the restaurant has a good view, there is a gym and swimming pool, and it takes less than half an hour to get to the airport.

Beachfront, it is suitable for friends
On Waikīkī Beach, close to everything you need, and great service. Thank you Outrigger Reef!
No complains but the unit facing to the street is not acceptable. It got busy with the grocery trucks from 5am.
