Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina

I spent the week at this resort and it was the most relaxing, luxurious stay I've had.
The high standard of service is so seamlessly executed. I spent almost every day at the infinity pool on the ocean side.
The poolside service dazzles. Rodel was my favorite server. He made sure I always had what I needed at all times. I felt so taken care of.
There is no experience like the Four seasons. From the mattress to the lighting of the room to the employees that are here, everything exceeds expectations.

Where do I begin? This place was just magical. I have stayed at 5 start resorts all around the world including top rated ones such as Aman and nothing comes close to the service provided here. The welcome experience, the discounted room upgrades, and the service was just top notch. Sure the elevators etc were a tad old - but between the view and the service I was blown away. I stayed over Christmas and it was perfect. Not crowded and just everything was perfect. They even baked Christmas cookies and delivered to every room. I was blown away at how we were treated. I usually stay in Waikiki but decided to stay on the quiet side and I enjoyed it. Sure - there are kids next door to the Disney -but they didn't really bother me too much. The beach service was top notch as well. I will be staying here again just because how well every single department treated us. Everything we needed were right at our finger tips. Blown away - a great vacation.

We stayed at the Four Seasons just after thanksgiving this year. It was our first time but definitely won't be the last. Sean the manager, Mike in concierge, and a very friendly woman at the front desk who's name I forgot but starts with A (I think) were stand out members. Everyone here goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Truly a world class experience staying here. Thank you so much to everyone who went above and beyond to make sure we ha an amazing stay.

Can't say enough good. We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff were simply amazing. We had wine and cookies and chocolate covered strawberries and fruit in our room when we arrived. When we went to the beach, before we could even sit down, someone was right there covering the beach chair in a towel and handing us a menu and a glass of ice water.

The valet staff were superb. The iPad in the room allowed us to notify them in advance so the car was waiting for us when we walked to the lobby.

The pools and hot tubs are perfect. So beautiful and the scenery is second to none. The sunsets can't be beat.

We loved it here and will definitely be back. Our room was amazing and the grounds and beautiful. The food was good (not great) and there is a limited menu poolside. The drink service by the pool was also fairly slow and we often had to wait a while to order but others wise we had a great stay. I would defintiely recommend to friends and family.

This is by far the best hotel my family and I ever stayed in! Everything was perfect! Cameron at the front desk provided exceptional customer service and was very detailed in giving us information about the hotel! And was upfront about the taxes we had to pay for the hotel! The services were very organized and it was easy to get a reservation at Mina Fish House through Open Table or simply talking to a representative there at the restaurant! The food was very good! Breakfast at Noe was great too! The pool services was organized and efficient! The room my family and I stayed in was outstanding and well maintained! The hotel is pricey but it is worth it if you are looking for great services. No other hotel is better than the Four Seasons in this area! Don’t waste your money next door at Disney! Four Seasons is the best place to be!

We have stayed here several times over the years, have always enjoyed it very much, and would continue to return. Personally, we enjoy being away from the downtown and going there when we wish. There are several great restaurants and bars on-site. We are especially fond of the fresh seafood and outdoor experience of Mina's. We appreciate the adult pool as when traveling without kids and getting some well-deserved quiet time to decompress is essential. People here have always been friendly and very helpful.

Best hotel ever! & hotel of my choice forever!

The four seasons has it all amazing service and they go above and beyond for the guests (my hubby and I) their properties are exceptionally maintained, the property in Maui and in a Oahu have lush landscape and beautiful styled rooms with all the comforts you could possibly need, and the restaurants are five star that serve fresh delicious offerings.

The extra little touches that they provide complementary fruit cups at the pool and ice water with amazing service. The staff is always going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable have everything you need are friendly and want to make your stay is everything you want it to be and more.
This was my husband’s first time experiencing The Four Seasons and he is now a believer he knows why I love this hotel so much it’s worth every penny!
