Prince Waikiki Hotel

Nice hotel. Took a while to get served at reception for check in. Pool area nice and has a nice view. Rooms decent but the shower is over the bath.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the water refill station in the lobby. The Honolulu Coffee Company on-site was pretty good, although it does get crowded quickly.

On the downside, the pool area was a bit underwhelming, and unfortunately, the infinity pool was closed for the entirety of my stay. The breakfast buffet was just average. I mainly went to use the resort credit that came with the Costco package.

If you're wanting quick beach access, look elsewhere. I enjoy walking, but it got old after a few days. Also, this isn't the hotel for you if you're wanting a Hawaii/Polynesian vibe.

One major highlight was the noticeably quieter atmosphere. There were far fewer children here compared to other hotels in the area, which made for a more relaxed experience.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay but would personally book somewhere else.

My fiancée and I spent an unforgettable week at Prince Waikīkī and genuinely could not get enough. Absolutely incredible stay—we’re already planning to return, maybe even before November! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The front desk welcomed us with a thoughtful gift, and housekeeping kept our room immaculate with daily linen, towel, and pillowcase changes—chef’s kiss! The room had a slightly old-school feel, but it was spotless and absolutely five-star quality, with a spacious layout, separate toilet area, shower, and bath.

The valet team deserves a special mention. They were fast, friendly, and professional every single time—always greeting us with a warm smile and making sure our car was ready without delay. They made coming and going completely stress-free. Always gave amazing recommendations and without their help we wouldn’t have tried the food they love to have themselves.

The infinity pool was open, and our cabana rental was private and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. We also loved the views of Waikīkī and the island, especially from the elevators it was breathtaking. Coffee downstairs was great as well especially when we wanted to start beach hopping early!

We had read great reviews before booking, and now we can confidently say they were all spot on. Prince Waikīkī made our engagement trip truly special. We can’t wait to return soon! 🌺✨

Stayed here for a week with our family, and was very pleased with our experience! The customer service was amazing! Room service is very quick, food options are phenomenal, totally recommend going to 100 sails for the dinner buffet and the dinner a la carte! Try out the pool side bar and don’t forget to grab a coffee or smoothie at Honolulu coffee located inside the hotel as well!

Housekeeping was always on top of it! The room was tidied up every day!

Bell boys were also very pleasant and helpful, we used valet parking and they didn’t disappoint! Brought us our luggage, and groceries up to our room in no time! They even recommended awesome local spots to visit and try!

Also have to mention, our flight back home was at 9 pm and for $100 charge we were able to stay at the hotel until 6 pm, which was very helpful since we were traveling with a toddler!

Looooved this hotel so much!!! Going to miss the heated toilet seat and bidet in the bathroom. Room was spacious and ocean front was beautiful. Love how you can open the windows completely. Staff is very nice and service was excellent. Food is amazing at the hotel. The pool and hot tub and pool side service was phenomenal. Truly a luxurious hotel. Came here for my honeymoon, 10/10!!!

I was very grateful that a room was prepared for me even though it was the morning.
I was able to use the lounge immediately after checking in, and was able to spend a relaxing time while looking at the wonderful view.

It was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. King room with L-shaped couch was best for my husband and me as we had room to rest in between activities and adventures. We went to Honolulu for a family member's wedding. This hotel was within walking distance to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Situated on the harbor, fantastic views from the hotel room! Restaurant had great food! And the hotel staff were very helpful, as were the cleaning staff (especially Sky and Marilyn). All were very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not far from the shopping mall. It takes less than 20 minutes by taxi to other places. I like the hotel's swimming pool and bar. The staff are friendly and lovely. The only drawback is that there is no private beach, but the disadvantages are not outweighed by the advantages. The beach is a few steps away. You can see all kinds of beautiful tropical fish by free diving. You can also swim with big turtles. Everything is worth it. The hotel's body lotion smells good.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Ala Moana Shopping Center. The room has a great view, and the sea view outside the floor-to-ceiling window is pleasant. The room facilities are complete, with a kettle and slippers, and the room is cleaned every day. The sushi in the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is very delicious.

This tower-type hotel has a great view of the yacht harbor right in front of it. The view was great. It's also close to the Ala Moana Center.
