Was so excited after seeing the videos and pictures of this hotel .....upon arrival found the room had not been properly cleaned and a adult type straw was found by my younger son ..also very dusty and dirty around the air conditioner......trying to roll up the blinds found we could only open 1/4 of the way and half ass fixed the chain .. oh not to mention the crapy design of the bathroom has toilet and shower in bathroom and a prison style sink in the room beware if you are staying with others the mirror door will guillotine you if not carefull my wife clocked my son in the head with the door very crappy design ...the service was horrible in the casino ordered drinks and left after about an hour and a half not getting my drinks will definitely stay away from this hotel/casino and recommend others to do so as well. If I could give zero stars I would .....maybe the other rooms in the other towers are nice but not the room we stayed in the smallest tower

I ordered an Amazon delivery of a book to the hotel's address and the room where I was staying. When the book was delivered, the business center employee demanded payment of USD10 without the hotel clearly advertising this "service" as a charged service. Beware!

Nice hotel. Not the nicest on the strip but i knew that when I reserved. Very clean...pleasant staff and lots of amenities. It went through a huge renovation in the past couple years which definitely stepped up their game. Also...its a stop directly along the Las Vegas tram which is ABSOLUTELY worth it. I'd stay here again. I usually stay at Mandalay Bay but there was a convention at the time so...Sahara. Glad I gave it a go. The reason for not giving 5 stars is just due to comparison to other strip hotels I've stayed at. This one is very nice. Way better than others but not the over the top opulence of some.

Excellent hotel. Big room, well decorated, spacious lobby, pretty new.
We stayed 7 nights and really enjoyed it.
The only problem is lack of a kettle or coffee maker. There is starbucks downstairs but if you want just a cup of tea then it's a problem.

It's a bit far from me. We did not utilize the hotel rooms. We were not there for a stay. We were there for an event they were hosting where they allow students to select prom dresses/suits, shoes and accessories.
Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and happy to be so. They were event staff, so please look up Project150 and give them your support. They are wonderful. This was our second year participating as recipients of their great works, and my daughter found the perfect look for this year's theme.

Decent Stay, But Not Fancy!
The room was big, but there weren’t enough cabinets to store our things. The closet was inside the bathroom, which was odd—especially since we specifically asked for a fancy room.
The view was okay, nothing special. Room service was good, but the cleaning was only surface-level—you could still find dust on the closet, which is unacceptable for a hotel at this level. Also there was no microwave or electric kettle!
On the bright side, the lobby, parking, and overall facilities were excellent.
I’d recommend this hotel for a normal or short stay, but if you’re looking for a truly fancy experience, this might not be the right choice.

Only stayed one night and regretted that I hadn’t stayed for the week. Great location, friendly, helpful staff and easy access to other side of ***** (MGM) for $6 on monorail (just under $14 for 24 hours) or $2 bus ride (slow but you can get your bearings if you have a few hours to spare and get a seat on top deck, front seats - may have to go to end of ride, change bus to achieve this). A 24 hour ticket costs $8. Bus goes to Fremont Street and also way beyond Mandalay. If arriving late at airport, I would recommend an Uber or Taxi to your destination. You can get a 108 bus to Sahara but wouldn’t recommend for solo lady travellers late at night.
