This property is amazing! The facility itself is top tier, very new and sleek. The rooms were great, so well furnished and very comfortable too. Also, the pool and gym facilities were excellent. The location can't be beat if you want to stay somewhere central and safe in LA with close proximity to West Hollywood and Beverly Hills. AKA did not disappoint. So glad we ended up staying here!

I should have posted this long ago. They have THE BEST coffee. I drink Iced Americanos and they use Coda coffee, which can be found in other places but is done exceptionally well here. I enjoy a quiche most often, but when I want to mix it up the amazing French pastries.

All of the staff from the front desk to the valet's to the housecleaners were so friendly and made my experience here nothing short of perfection. To wake up with that view everyday was a treat, and to be able to walk everywhere in LA was also an amazing perk. Cant wait to come come back.

This has been my favorite place to live so far. The building is brand new, views are incredible, and the staff is top-notch. There are tons of little amenities that add up to a wonderful experience - fresh coffee in the lobby, front-desk staff 24/7, a beautiful pool area, well-equipped gym, town car service, package service... it's all great.

Seemed to be very clean. Well taken care of. Friendly staff. Terrific breakfast. Had just about anything a person would want. Great reasonable prices and terrific staff. Close to subway and buses right in front. Dale Carter

Everything was good, the hotel room was clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was too good. The check-in & check-out was very easy and fast. The only bad thing was the auto system of electricity in the room, the AC & lights turned-off automatically as it has sensors if it can't sense you it shuts off. So we had to wake up at night just to turn the ac On, in the middle of the night

Staff is so sweet, hotel rooms are minimalistic but cute and clean. Bathrooms are old need renovation but can't complain. Free breakfast is on point with lots of options suiting all diets. Patio is stunning. Too cold for pool during my visit but even the pool looked amazing!

The rooms are pretty nice. The location is good. Easy parking. The complimentary breakfast they have is one of the best ones we have ever had at any hotel we've stayed at. Custom omelet and waffle bar made by a friendly chef. Staff was very polite and helpful.

One of the nicest hotels in the LA area. Great boutique hotel, modern, upgraded rooms comparable to/exceeds most high end chain properties. Always something new and exciting each time I visit. Great pool, patio, courtyard and wifi. many places to just chill. Very International feel with many languages being heard throughout property. Makes you miss European vacations.

Nancy at the front desk was awesome. She very courteous and helpful. I happened to be placed in one of the newly renovated room, which I was very impressed with. The location is great. My overall stay was wonderful and I will definitely stay next time I am in LA. TVP

Great over night stay. Hotel has been recently renovated and has a nice modern feel. Big bathrooms and nice suite type rooms. Close to universal city and walkable to restaurants.

Stayed one night for a quick trip to Hollywood. The place is very hip not very big and extremely clean. We were greeted at the front door by wonderful smells and friendly staff. The small bar had several people at it. We grabbed a nicely poured cocktail and enjoy the atmosphere before going to the room. Our room was very clean and very neatly put together. Nice and friendly staff, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and came with a fridge to store food. The bathroom was spacious and also loved the mirror that was a vanity. Loved that we were close to Universal Studios. It was only less than 5 min walk to the shuttle which took us all the way to Universal Studios. Will be coming back again.

Staff seemed eh. Pool wasn't open had to wait 20min for someone. Then pool was cold. Expected it to be more modern and welcoming. Room clean. Shower nice. Beds comfortable.

The room was clean and stylish with a large comfortable bed. We also had a small balcony and a TV with DirectTV and HBO. Bathroom had a nice shower, but no bath, with double shower heads, and it was also stocked with some extra hygiene items (feminine hygiene products, makeup removing wipes, etc.). The hotel is directly next to the freeway entrance. It's about a mile from the entrance to Universal studio. The are around the hotel is a little run down, we had several encounters with homeless people that werent very nice. The rooms are clean and large. Some of them have full hard wood floors while others had carpet. The bar is nice and there's a little coffee place that sells snacks too. The service...

let us drop our bags off early. it’s a cute little studio apartment style and perfect for a short stay. great location with many food options and the santa monica pier just steps away. lots of street noise since it’s above a restaurant/bar in downtown area but that’s to be expected given the location and didn’t bother us. also expect to walk up many flights of stairs with your luggage lol

Not sure why people left bad reviews. The room was clean and amazingly convenient for anything you want to do in Santa Monica. Great communication from the owner and fair pricing, will definitely stay here again.

Wasn’t horrible stay but wasn’t the best stay ever. Pros are: nice amenities, view, and amazing location. Code to enter should probably be given to guests before they arrive at the door, but whatever. Biggest problem was housekeeping. I’ve never encountered rude housekeeping staff in my life until this place! They constantly knocked on our door accusing us of wrongdoing because our window was open...

Location couldn't be better. Lots of room, big windows with a view to the pier, small kitchen with all the basics. We also reserved a parking space around the corner. Only negative: small cockroaches in the apartment. Still, we would definitely come back again.

Interesting accommodation, I would stay here again. There was just confusion on getting the code I needed to open the door to get to our room. Great location.

not really what was expected (pictures are amazing) but it was okay. maybe it was just our room. but, we had a room with a great ocean view. noisy but it was good enough for 3-4 nights. had a good time. location is great.

I have been living here for a couple of years now and since the experience here has gotten a lot brighter. The amenities are fantastic including the 24 hour gym as well as tennis and pool areas. Very relaxing vibe and safe in some aspects considering it is right by the beach. The management has increased their attention to details with residents and I hope it continues.

We worked with Adam and The Pearl team on a resident event and it was such a pleasure working with them. They provided an amazing evening for their residents at their gorgeous resort style pool and we were so happy to have been included on their special evening!

This place is probably the best place to stay for your buck. 10 minutes walk to the beach and shops. They have both long term and overnight type tenants here. There is a pool area with grills and tables with umbrellas. Security can be a bit tight.

The rooms are smelly, damp, extremely dated and gloomy so I wouldn't label this place as modern or lavishly comfortable in the slightest, however they were clean and in an upmarket area very close to beaches and good eatery which is good if staying here whilst on business for a short time. I would stay here again if only sleeping is concerned as it does the job and is quite affordable with the location...
