Great hotel. The rooms had some character, but they were very clean and spacious. Having a parking spot--literally--two steps from the door to the room was also a major plus. This hotel is also in a great location, just a few minute drive to get onto the 101. Plenty of restaurants & shopping nearby as well. You can also walk to Universal Studios (and save $ on parking!). The staff was unbelievably...

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Got there late and were cheerfully greeted with cookies for the kids. Very tidy and clean.

I rated it 4 stars because it isnt major luxury. It's such a cute little place, and I don't want to say the workers name out of respect, but He was super super nice!! Extremely. Great customer service and you won't have any parking problems! because u get ur own designated parking spot/garage . I like it :)

Some of the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel. The street appearance might not seem like much but the rooms were awesome. Decent size rooms, good bathroom with full size shower and refrigerator. Highly Highly recommend if staying near Universal Studios Hollywood.

Loved staying here. There are so many good things to say about this little place. Management knew who we were when we arrived, very knowledgeable of the area, and I loved talking with them. Rooms where very simple and clean. I loved how quiet it was not sharing walls or having people above us. Very close to Universal Studies and loved the ten minute walk to get there.

Great location & excellent decor but a wee bit pricey. But hey - cheap is expensive, and you get what you pay for sometimes.

Great place to stay short or long term. Walk to Spagos or shopping. Walk to Montage. Friendly staff and valet. Bedding is very nice and comfortable. Windows in bedroom open to a serene courtyard. Living room doors open to a covered balcony. Nice desk area to work, kitchen fully stocked. Shower is very nice as is deep bathtub. Washer and dryer make it even better! It's super quiet as well ...

Desserts at Blvd Restaurant are beautiful and delicious.

I loved there. The place was luxurious. I felt the attention and excellence. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The lighting is beautiful. The hotel also offers a driver with a luxury car to connect to nearby areas. There is also a private cinema. Also the area around the hotel wonderful ????
