Great looking lobby, easy to get around. Courteous and quick staff. Restaurants throughout the hotel could be labeled better, but I probably just didn't look hard enough. Elevators are really fast. This place, because it is across the street from LAX and cannot shut out all airport noise, has earplugs, white noise machines and herbal foot, hand and face creams in the unit to help promote relaxation. Rooms are very nice too, very expensive hotel but you get what you pay for. We only spent two days at this hotel and it was great. I recommend getting this hotel if you're traveling to LA and want a comfy hotel that makes you feel taken care of.

The hotel has a great location for downtown festivities. The decor seems a little worn but nice. There's a bar/lounge in the lobby area that's nice to relax in or meet up with others. There was a Japanese garden that was beautiful but we couldn't take advantage of it during our stay because of the rain. We were able to achieve this goal with the help of your employees. We'll be back next year. Digitalized modern hostel concept. Everything is new. Style of furniture is modern & beautiful . Rooms aren’t huge but extremely functional. Lots of space to share with others in lobby. Their check in process was really slow.. and check in/out machines are a little glitchy. I am sure they will get the bugs out of the system once they are fully ramped.

No parking, it was hard to find a parking spot and paid so much when found one 10 mins away, most of them u have to pay every time u go in and out. It was a nightmare trying to find parking. Also the room was cold and it couldn't get adjusted higher than 24° C or turn the ac off completely.

Everything is perfect except that it's a little bit noisy. My room facing east on 8th floor right up to the main entrance towards the main road, can hear the noise every time a pickup or sportscar passes. Maybe not a big deal but should be considered from the perspective of such luxery hotel.

This hotel was amazing! From the check-in process to checkout. The first thing I did was try their espresso martini, which was amazing. The food was amazing as well. If you don’t like what they have to offer you’re blocks away from some good food! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the view from the room was nice. My only complaint is that no hair brush, toothbrush and toothpaste was provided in the room. Apart from that, everything else was nice. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. As it is much better, compared to the others in the area.

Camila was excellent to have as a host and supported us very nicely during our first stay by her conversation and listening skills. The hotel has a Tesla supercharger which is super. So I only interacted with Camila and Caesar the Valet that took my Tesla for supercharging. Hotel indigo is the best hotel and very safe too. Beats all the others.
