You stay here because you’re catching a flight out of LAX, but that’s about it. Been here a couple times for work. Shuttles are quick and the bar is pretty decent. Rooms are pretty quiet and the beds aren’t bad either. Ditch your rental car the night before, because parking is either expensive or the lot is totally full. Besides, the rental car facility will give you a lift to your hotel.

I stayed at the hotel briefly for an early flight from LAX, having been fairly far from the airport for work. The concierge was very nice. The accommodations were great, with a nicely appointed room and all the things a business traveler needs. The hotel also had a very pleasant pub in the lobby, with good food at decent prices. This place rocks! Last minute booking (was cheap) and the hotel staff gave us an awesome room and hooked it up with parking. Be nice and people will be nice to you. Also great location and is in the LAX row of hotels so it's almost like a small town (places to eat, etc.) It doesn't feel as run down as a few other hotels do a few blocks away from the airport.

I keep on coming back with this hotel because it was great and worth it to stay. The rooms, the staff, and the facilities were all wonderful and adorable. The hotel is the closest one to the airport making it super convenient. If you don't like noise keep in mind the approach patterns to the airport with it's 4 runways can be bothersome which can also be of concern to some. This hotel have the best bed on the zone. We have stayed in other brands and the beds were too soft. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good. Air conditioner work well and not noisy. Well maintained in general.

Jonathan at the front desk was top notch! Quick check in and provided me with a tour of where everything was as this was my first stay at this location. Bianca was also awesome as my server everyday for breakfast. My room was impeccable. These two made my stay great and I will return to this hotel on my next business trip in the area.

I'm more partial to the Santa Monica view than the marina view. I find the city lights at night to be very therapeutic. It's a bit cheaper as well. Service, scene, location...all top notch for a Marriott.

Rooms are fine. Don't buy the breakfast. It's expensive and the food was cold. And this was at 8AM, not like I wandered in at the tail end of service. $20 for a bad school cafeteria meal, you'd be better off just stopping nearby at a Starbucks or fast food place.

A perfectly adequate hotel, in a good location for the airport, whilst avoiding the airport hotel "premium" (which is why we stayed there). Larger rooms, that are maybe a little dated, but totally fine. They have a breakfast buffet that for over 20 bucks a head, you have to be hungry to make worthwhile! This an alright hotel but very expensive and watch out for the extra charges that they don't tell you about upfront! Parking in the lot is $25 per day and they don't tell you about the free parking right across the street from the building. They do not accept cash for anything (mini mart, washers/dryers, Starbucks, etc.) in the building but will definitely charge stuff to your credit card or room....

Everything about the hotel except for the rooms were great. The lobby had a pretty good restaurant with a nice buffet, a ping pong room with two TVs, and a snack bar. Everything was nice and modern. The rooms on the other hand we're not the best. I'm not saying they were bad, but they definitely we're not good. The walls were ugly and flakey, and the bathroom was small and dirty.

We have one more night there on our 3 night stay. We got one of the newly renovated rooms. It has been good so far. We also ate at there restaurant for dinner the first night as we got in late. The food was good and the service was great. Their breakfast has also improved since our last stay at another La Quinta.

Comfy bed.. let's admit it, that the most important part. Clean. Good water pressure. Ironing board, hair dryer, mini fridge, LCD TV. Staff was kind, although they did give the wrong type of hotel key at first. But, they fixed it and apologized. Parking was easy and right there. I just wish I knew that there are multiple car rental places that are just a 5 minute walk away that were listed as airport pickup locations. This is a very comfortable and clean and classy Hotel, it's just in an area of town that is not so classy or clean! They have a great big parking lot underground and security guards and as soon as you come in the front door you smell the beautiful perfumed air that is very elegant. The rooms look like beautiful new hotel rooms. I highly recommend it and I don't think you can beat the value for money

It's like any other Motel like stay. The place is average and I'm being way too generous with a 3 star. The gym should have just been a storage room for staff. The home gym equipment was just bad and so poorly maintained. The pool was meh too. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which is the only reason why it's got 3 stars.

The smoke alarm started to beep at 1 am, the kind of beep indicating battery was in need to be replaced. Call the front desk, they were very responsive and switched us to another room. This was a fantastic hotel! We had the nicest experience with the most cooperative staff. They even held our luggage safely and we caught the bus shuttle to the airport.
