Comfortable stay for a short layover in LA, spacious and modern rooms and helpful luggage storage facilities.
convenient location, free airport transfer, clean, great for transit hotel
Not bad but with what they charging you could do much better in the same area
The location is great. However, there are no consumable toothbrush and slippers. This is the first time I encountered for this level of hotels.
The Hyatt turned out to be an excellent choice for our extended weekend away in LA. The location across from LAX was perfect and easy to find. The staff were friendly and happy to serve us. The rooms were up to date, clean, and although across the street from one of the largest airports in the world, quiet. The bonus was being able to watch all the jumbos taking off at night to destinations all...
The 12 Oak valet staff at Hyatt Regency exceeded all expectations with their exceptional service and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm, genuine welcome and quickly took care of my vehicle with efficiency and care. What truly stood out was their attentiveness—always ready to assist with luggage, provide directions, or answer questions with a friendly attitude. Each...

I booked the Four Points by LAX because of the very low price for two nights and the airport shuttle to and from LAX. Although the rooms are rather dated and are nothing special, I felt as if the property was very decent overall for the price! I absolutely loved how it was right across the street from the Budget rental car lot as I was able to easily rent a car for the day to drive to and from Universal...
Overall a pleasant stay at Four Points LAX - I got a great deal on the stay for my dates which is why I booked it despite reading the generally negative reviews. Honestly, this is a perfectly fine property. The whole building, but especially the guest rooms, are clearly dated but mine was clean and reasonably spacious as far as hotel rooms come.
Location is definitely not going to suit everyone. My...
Nice hotel very close to the airport I recommend this place and I will come back one day.
Overall pleasant stay, great value for money in the area, if you’re prepared for a somewhat dated property. Staff were fantastic. Unfortunately no more airport shuttle service as of Feb 2025. Is about a 30 mins walk to the terminals or you can catch 2 buses for about the same amount of time. Will be much better when the full alignment of the K line opens which should be very soon, which will allow...
I had a very nice stay. I had 24hr hot water in my room from the coffee maker which i liked a lot. The service was very good, too
A lot of the reviews of this hotel are not good yet we stayed last month and had a pleasant stay. Rooms were warm and spacious and quiet. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was good and punctual. Special mention must go to Jose` who works at the bar in the evenings. What a nice guy. Excellent service and always had a smile on his face. A gentleman indeed. Thank you.

Marina del Rey Marriott Hotel
Los Angeles, 4100 Admiralty Way 🧭 Map
This place is a very nice spot and my initial reaction was a great one indeed. The lobby and staff were so helpful and I enjoyed just sitting (people watching) and charge my phone. Definitely bookmarked this one for a place to check out down the road when my partner and I can budget it into our work life. Thank you Marina del Rey staff for being so friendly and allowing me to chill out in the lobby...
Nice view of marina, friendly staff. Get concierge level if you can. Fun family games in lobby/outside. Yes pool is small but heated. Hot tub is large. Rent bikes in venice beach to go north for cheaper. Only here 2 nights. Santa Monica would also be a good place for 2 nights. Would not stay longer than 2 nights though...
Jonathan at the front desk was top notch! Quick check in and provided me with a tour of where everything was as this was my first stay at this location. Bianca was also awesome as my server everyday for breakfast. My room was impeccable. These two made my stay great and I will return to this hotel on my next business trip in the area.
I'm more partial to the Santa Monica view than the marina view. I find the city lights at night to be very therapeutic. It's a bit cheaper as well. Service, scene, location...all top notch for a Marriott.
I have not stayed here but spent some time in the public areas. This is a very nice hotel which is a short walk to Venice Beach. The complimentary cold cucumber water in the lobby and helipad make this a very welcoming hotel.
Perfect setting for a lazy weekend. Had a marina view which was so nice to look out on after a hectic week. Comfy bed, spacious suite. Walking distance to Venice Beach.

Hilton-Culver City, CA Hotel
Los Angeles, 6161 West Centinela Avenue 🧭 Map
Very cost-effective, very close to the airport, but far from the Griffith Observatory. It cost $100 to take a taxi. If you have a car, it is quite cost-effective to book this hotel
The room was of moderate size and did not include breakfast. However, the front desk mistakenly deducted a pre-authorization fee, which was discovered when checking the bill. We are now contacting the hotel to cancel the refund.
Valet very nice and front desk super helpful & friendly!
The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it was nice because it was close to the airport, Getty Center, and Venice Beach. Overall, it was spacious and clean, but the bathroom sink area was dark and the shower water pressure was weak, which was disappointing. I drank a bottle of water that was marked as $3, but I was later charged an additional $6, which was a bit absurd.
Nice hotel in a very chill area. Good stay.
Super happy to book this hotel for our last few days in LA. Top notch hotel with friendly and professional staff! Double thumbs up!

The location is wonderful. The hotel room was renovated but still an outdated feel to it. Shuttle bus service is good.
The hotel was clean and service was excellent. Proximity close to LAX with shuttle service. Very good price for your dollar.
The pick up bus service it takes time...Hope next time if you know that there are a lot of people checking in that day please make your service rotate even more often. Thanks
the location is good. the shuttle bus to the airport is convenient and the driver is very nice and helpful.
Very good and safe place. Good amenities and staff assistance and smiling demeanour

Close to the airport and west LA
Rooms are fine. Don't buy the breakfast. It's expensive and the food was cold. And this was at 8AM, not like I wandered in at the tail end of service. $20 for a bad school cafeteria meal, you'd be better off just stopping nearby at a Starbucks or fast food place.
Cody made sure I was well accommodated, he’s awesome. The dining staff was super nice. Breakfast and dinner was pretty good too. The Westfield Mall is literally 6 min walk away. The location is convenient to the airport and to Venice Beach. Not too shabby, I’d stay here again.
A perfectly adequate hotel, in a good location for the airport, whilst avoiding the airport hotel "premium" (which is why we stayed there). Larger rooms, that are maybe a little dated, but totally fine.
They have a breakfast buffet that for over 20 bucks a head, you have to be hungry to make worthwhile! The staff were all excellent though.
Central to all parts of LA. great bang for the bucks
Very nice and clean area. Staff very good Customer service. Just that NO complimentary breakfast. You buy your own beverages and snacks. Also, you pay your own parking as well not great. So for travel and clean rooms is great just NO 👎 breakfast available.

Stayed in room 611 on the Premium Floor where you can get "unlimited" snacks and drinks (that's if the vending machine was filled / actually gave you the item). Staff was wonderful. The room was great. The only issues were the pull out couch was very worn in. I know pull out couches aren't the most comfortable mattresses on Earth but you can tell it was time for a new one. The only other thing was...
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and modern. They have a nice Manager Reception each evening with some light snacks and drinks. Great gethering area. The conference facilities were also nice.
Great place to stay before an early morning flight out of LAX. The hotel is very clean and updated. The rooms are spacious as always. Would definitely stay again!
I often meet people here for meetings or put clients in this hotel. It’s a clean nice hotel! Surprisingly good service as well. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Some of the carpet could be replaced but not a big deal. All and all a good place to stay.
The location in relation to the airport was convenient, especially since they had a free shuttle service. We waited quite a while to catch the shuttle (tip: look for shuttles displaying embassy suites north) but once we got on it took only a few minutes. Check in was easy, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel was really nice. The room was spacious, the hotel itself was easy to navigate and the staff...
We stopped here for a quick layover between flights. The reception was welcoming and the hotel seemed to be recently renovated. They had a great lounge and happy hour offered to all guests. The room was great met all expectations we had from other embassy suites! Clean and sufficient!

Based on the mixed reviews, we were hesitant to stay here. But we're glad we did! Everything about the stay was great. Parking is easy and not as expensive as other local hotels. I am very pleased with the service I received during my stay! This is one review you can depend on to be true and honest! The hotel and rooms all looked and felt clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast offered is decent and mine was covered with my stay, however, for most there is a charge and it’s rather expensive for a basic buffet. I wouldn’t have paid for it if circumstances were different. All in all nice stay. I only gave 3 stars for staff because I did get a call...
I was surprised when I entered the hotel because it seemed so good. It seemed like they pumped in fresh flowers/lavender. The hotel was very clean and up to date. It looks like the recently remodeled.
Affordable down to earth, subdued luxury. Excellent location across from shopping & restaurants. Professional & polite staff at desk. Much better property than those next to LAX runways & at better price point. Short drive to Baldwin Hills Overlook that has best view of all of L.A. Everything is just average. I booked this hotel for the convenience of the location. Luckily I only booked it for two nights. No breakfast
The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great and the tariff is well priced.
This hotel has a great location. Once upon a time, it was THE place to stay in West Hollywood, particularly around Pride and other festivals. Nowadays, the hotel needs repair. It's clear they are cutting corners. Imagine light-blocking curtains that break, so they just rip them out and leave the room without them. Excellent place for Bed and Breakfast, the staff very friendly, The housekeepers nice peoples. Thanks. Recommended if you need price, comfort, location, service and breakfast. We are from Orlando Florida. Nice experience.
The smoke alarm started to beep at 1 am, the kind of beep indicating battery was in need to be replaced. Call the front desk, they were very responsive and switched us to another room. I know things happen, but this was the first time this happened in a hotel room I have ever stayed. Other than that everything else was fine. Rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. Services were excellent.
Clean, comfy and courteous. The front desk staff was so accommodating when we arrived several hours early and got us in a room pretty quick. Airport shuttle service every 30 minutes was a great plus. They also had service to take you to various area businesses and would come back and pick you up when ready. Would definitely recommend this location. Great continental+ breakfast in the mornings, too
This was a fantastic hotel! We had the nicest experience with the most cooperative staff. They even held our luggage safely and we caught the bus shuttle to the airport. The breakfast was fantastic with great options. Clean rooms, and also secure with a security guard at night who made sure we parked our car easily. Overall great experience!
We have no reservations about choosing this hotel for our family vacation because they far exceeded our expectations. My family and I were very pleased, and we have no reservations about booking this hotel for our next family vacation! It is highly recommended!
We had a great room that you could see the sunset and sunrise from. There is also an emergency balcony exit at the end of the hall that you can view all the planes coming into to land at LAX

I had a stay here not long ago and thought I'd share some experience. First of all, this hotel's rates are PRICEY and EXPENSIVE (I've went to a more luxury hotel with breakfast included+more space and modern rooms with LOWER rates)so I thought I'd get what I'd pay for. Instead, the rooms are VERY small, the ceilings aren't high, and the technology seems a bit outdated (like the AC Unit). The hotel...

They were great at the front desk. The room was nicer than expected. They even had a sitting area. Bed was very good and it is nice and quiet. Also, the office had coffee, tea, fresh water, and cookies for the guests.
Convenient transportation and parking. It has its own small parking lot. The breakfast is simple, including bread, bagels, cookies, boiled eggs (cold), milk, coffee, hot water, bananas, and yogurt. We went with our pets and chose twin beds and king beds, which were quite comfortable.
The hotel has free parking, but the parking spaces are quite tight. We arrived at the hotel around 9pm and there were only 2 parking spaces left. It's not far to drive to several attractions, and there is a **uncle next to it.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are simple, close to the road, and noisy. I don't recommend staying here, choose carefully!
Very good! The hotel is clean and the service attitude is also very good!

The other problem is the pool deck was disgusting...
Hotel was nice. A couple of blocks from SM pier. Rooms were great. Plenty of space. B d was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and a huge shower. Breakfast and Tea selection could have been a little better. But otherwise it was good.
Had a great stay here with wife and baby! The property felt safe and secure, the rooms were very modern and clean, bed was comfortable, the room got dark enough for the baby to nap easily. The heated pool was nice, and baby had a fun time swimming in it (in a swim diaper!). Good location with an easy walk to 3rd street, the pier / beach, and a bunch of good restaurants. Would stay again!
Convenient location in Santa Monica. Walking distance to the beach, Pier and Third Street Promenade. Metro rail station was across the street.

Everything was great about the location, the interior of the rooms, the front desk staff!
