Pretty good location, downtown. However, a lot of homless around during day and night, a bit sketchy but overall, the service of the hotel is great.

Not bad. Lobby is beautiful. However rooms are only alright. The sky lobby can be a little annoying and the lighting system at the hotel is not operating as designed there are many issues with the system.

9for the breakfast, I didn't even know where the breakfast was, why did he charge me, and I reminded him that I didn't go to the breakfast, and then he didn't give me a bad review

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in a great, central location. The room was comfortable and clean and the decor and architecture are gorgeous. Parking here, at $50/night for self-park, is a ripoff

The hotel is in downtown LA too and it’s a walking distance to the Metro and the Grand Central Market but it can get pretty unsafe in the night as there are a lot of homeless people and weird/crazy people on the streets and near the metro

I never stayed at this hotel overnight but I did go to a couple of weddings at the ballroom. I have to say the whole art deco style is priceless. The grand entrance to this hotel with all its detail is breathtaking

A beautiful lobby welcomed us, and we enjoyed a spacious room. The hotel is located near bus stops. One issue I encountered was with the water bottles: I needed to ask the front desk staff for new ones every day.

I am so taken back and cannot wait to book with Omni for future getaways. Thank you so much to the amazing staff! It is also a huge plus that there is an outdoor pool, gym, and a beautiful courtyard to hangout

Most of the service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel also has a free car that can be sent to nearby places within three kilometers

The key is that the hotel is in the city center, the surrounding area is very safe and quiet, and there are no messy people hanging around

The hotel room is very good, the service is very warm (I often go downstairs to smoke, and every time the waiter opens the door for me, I feel a little embarrassed), the location of the hotel is very convenient, it is very close to the "Angel Railway", it is also convenient to eat, and there is a night market not far away

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This hotel has a fantastic bed, great food, all the amenities and everything else. I had a great time here because everything I wanted was delivered and thanks to these guys for making it possible

You can pay valet parking for $40 per day, but if you want to save money, you can pay $7 per day(weekend rate) by parking at the World Trade Center which is located across the street of the hotel

Beautiful hotel, with amazing aesthetic. Very nice accommodations - lovely rooms that are clean and tidy. Even the elevators smell amazing! The staff are relaxed and friendly, the bar was pricey but good

Grand Hotel had great ratings and the prices were reasonable for a luxury hotel. There are several reasons why I love this hotel. First, the hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable

Hotel location is within walking distance to a few metro lines. There are also many restaurants nearby, especially in Little Tokyo which has many great food options. We enjoyed our 4-nights stay in this hotel overall.

The cleanliness of the room was commendable, but the overall aesthetic and furnishings felt somewhat dated. An example are the TVs - they aren't smart TVs but have Direct TV so it felt very 1990s

The hotel doesn't have a pool or spa, which was a bit disappointing, but it does offer a fitness center and business center

The rooms are a bit on the small side. This is one of the few hotels in the immediate area of the convention center to have a solid hinged door. This is great for privacy when sharing a hotel room

In a very good location in DTLA and loved the vibe in the lobby as well as the guest rooms. Would've been better when the staffs cuold be more professional in explaining everything when checking in

This by far is the BEST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I came in for my birthday celebration and let them know in advance when they asked why I was coming

Bed is comfy completely giving you the luxury bed vibe no weird loud noises at night slept soundly. ATM is located at lobby in front of the elevators--also inside the elevators each one has a different art

If you have children with special diets and meal prep like I do, they do provide microwaves when you request it which is a huge plus for me

Attended a convention and the meeting rooms were big and clean. Staff in restaurant were super helpful and friendly. Only negative was dinner for over ,300 people, there wasn't enough help/servers

Overall a bit aged but still well maintained with private parking. However, a lot of cracking noise during midnight; was a a run-down with the supernatural without us knowing (just kidding)?

The room was spacious than what I expected and with mountain view. Able to see sunset and sunrise. Parking is available but need to pay $24 per day

Once they finish remodeling the lobby, bar and pool, it's going to be real hot spot. Not the nicest neighborhood, but a short drive to everything downtown has to offer

I really wish they hadn't cut back the trees out front but since they did, now I wish they'd completely remove the bare tree remnants. It was an odd decision to leave the trees the way they are

I highly recommend this place! We went to watch a game, and it was only a five-minute walk? Very close, and it's also close to shopping and eating in downtown. There is a homeless nearby, but they are not aggressive

The room is much bigger than expected, very spacious and comfortable. The courtyard room I booked must be more than 23 square meters, the bathroom is very large, and the layout of the hotel is also beautiful

The details of the hotel facilities feel that the maintenance is not in place, such as a lot of damage in the corners of the ground, but as a 5-star hotel, the price-performance ratio of more than 1,000 a night is too high

This is a fantastic property! Truly boutique and a gem in the city. Every corner of public space is designed and decorated to intrigue. Upon entering you are transported to an oasis

After drinking it, you can only fill it with plastic bottles (understandable) 4) My room did not provide a hair dryer. I called the front desk to ask for one and had to wait for 40 minutes

There is a small swimming pool on the top floor which is great for taking pictures. It’s less than $200 a night in the off-season, which is quite a deal and highly recommended

I went to Los Angles and stayed here. The location is pretty good for LA and it was near plenty of restaurants and high end shopping centers

Loved the room and elevated decor and furnishings like the lamps, sofa, chairs, and bed frame! So nice having a bedroom and two TVs. We really had an enjoyable stay! The hotel was really nice and centrally located too

Great updated room, breakfast may have been the best I've had from an Embassy Suites. No Tesla chargers is a bummer but not really expected. Garage is tight but plenty of spots open. Room was great, didn't go to the pool

During dinner, our server Juan was just as fantastic—kind, attentive, and welcoming. Way to go, Embassy Suites Glendale, for hiring such incredible staff! You can really feel the difference when people love what they do

The Standard is a great spot to just chill and have a few drinks with friends. The music isn't the most ideal but I can see why they chose it. It fits the atmosphere of the lounge

Out of towners like myself, get really disappointed when they can't go grab a drink on the roof and even more so when they're told 4 different times to expect the rooftop to open

We made it all the way to the top and were told by the employees we needed wristbands. We had to exit the hotel and go through the "back side" to get wristbands and pay cover

The service attitude of the hotel front desk and the receptionist at the door was very good. They were warm and attentive when consulting about outings. The environmental sanitation facilities were also good

The beds are rather low to the ground. These low beds would be very uncomfortable for a person who has trouble bending down. The hotel room interior is not very attractive but it was clean. I loved the virtual live desk

The lighting is a bit dim, but there's not much you can do about it between buildings. The location is great, the metro is down the road. To see all of LA this location is 30 minutes from everything

We got the king size room, the size is perfect, and the bed was comfy. I would maybe change the kind of sheets, make them fitted, leave the single sheet in the wardrobe

Went for Forever Midnight, at the Convention Center, valet parking may be expensive, but to be able to walk to the venue and back, without traffic, the fear of being pulled over, definitely worth it

Had someone leave early from the event, her card wasn’t working to get in the room, they were able to call me and ask me if they could give her a card. Really good customer service up front

Beds were comfortable, shower water was hot enough, ice machine was convenient, checkout was quick, just dropped off the cards. The cleaning ladies were really nice

Overall, will definitely be staying here again if another event is close by

Just across the road from Crypto.com. Super convenient if you are catching a LA Lakers match. Down the road, 8 mins walk to Target. Not noisy. Hotel clean and very comfortable. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Elevators are spacious, rooms are very clean and very comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and modern, beds are very comfy! Don’t let me forget about their rooftop! It is a must see

Pressure for shower was bit low but otherwise no issues with hot water? Water: No free water unless u are silver and above, but in the lobby you have complimentary fruit infused cold water destination fee: now this is something new to me

Its very clean in my opinion Room: Its really small, but modern design. U can open just one 26 inch luggage in the room. No noise, but got bit of ****/ ********* smell in my room, not sure whats the cause

There was even a wall with tap beers you could pour and purchase in the lobby. I also really appreciated that there was a $25 credit given for food and drinks, so I went to the rooftop

Location was great at downtown LA: near the 7th street metro. Nearby lots food as well such as Tacobell, Starbucks, Jollibee and near grocery store down the road Cleanliness: have no issues

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff

The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar

I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome

The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay

The people at the entrance and the roomkeepers were very kind and helpful. Also, since it was on the top floor, the view was great and it was close to the rooftop, so I was very satisfied with my stay

On the other hand, some of the facilities were old and I had a little trouble using them. It was close to 7th station, which has four lines, so I was able to do some sightseeing comfortably

I stayed here for a convention nearby. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was large, spacious and well maintained. I did wish it had a few more outlets in convenient locations for charging things
