As classic and gorgeous as its reputation suggests. Beautiful antique wood stairways and doors, spacious rooms with fresh flowers throughout. And that lobby! Seriously? The scent from the flowers was one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever smelled. Not to mention, it is located directly across the street from the world famous Rodeo Dr! Very very nice. Exceptional service. I have a high floor on with a huge balcony and a view of LA. The Gym is adequate, not amazing. The steak at the in house restaurant Cut was not the best I've had. The room is very spacious with a big bathroom and a soft bed, the carpet looks dated. The valet area is a little rough.

Famously known as the Pretty Woman Hotel. It's a great place to visit whether you're a tourist or as a guest. They have CUT, which is a beautifully crafted Steakhouse owned and operated by Wolfgang Puck. They also have a bar area, and local shops too. The rooms there are spacious, and they go up to 8 Floors, and there's 2 more floors that are VIP status with roof acces.

Everything in the hotel from rooms to service is amazing. Just had an amazing stay. We are on our honeymoon and only stayed one night but they were kind enough to give us a an upgrade to a beautiful corner suite as well as sent us some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. The views from the roof are spectacular! Between the level of service, comfort of the room, and spectacular location we couldn’t be happier with our stay.

The tall valet guy was so helpful, and hospitality, and has wonderful customer service! Great location close to everything, Jean Georges on-site for breakfast and dinner. The famous rooftop pools are empty most of the time in winter, which can't be better anymore for a solo traveler. Honestly, this place is great. If you like to workout when you travel, this will be unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Imagine a gold’s gym from the 1880’s that’s been kept up, combined with a hotel, combined with an old school feel and multiple dining options and 100 nooks and crannies and you’d kind of have this place. Beautiful hotel next to Santa Monica Pier overlooking the beach. Rooms are luxurious and the views are wonderful. There is a rental counter in the hotel if you want to take a day drive up to Malibu or Santa Barbara (both well worth it). I've stayed here many times and can't wait for my next visit. Stayed here for a few days for work and its location next to the Santa Monica Pier was just great. The staff I met were helpful and friendly. Accommodations were as expected, and I was entirely comfortable. The outdoor pool faces the sea but is overlooked on three sides by multiple levels of rooms. I would go back, if the company picked up the tab again.

This review is spa only. It's a lovely olace to unwind and the massage services are great if you are staying at the hotel. They have all the usual amenities like sauna, steam room but no private soaking tub. There's a Jacuzzi and pool outside that is heated which is nice. Otherwise, it's a very tiny spa, not for group events.

There is certainly a minimalist approach with a focus on wellness. We have a king loft suite (I believe), which gives an uninterrupted view of the skyline. Stunning interiors and an amazing scent is what hits you when you first walk in, the check-in is breezy; staff are incredibly friendly and courteous, valet parking is easy and fast. Despite the late hour and the kitchen being about to close, the staff at Lobbies Cafe and Bar provided exceptional service to my family and me during our visit. They were friendly and accommodating, creating a memorable experience for us. The unique and antique decor of the cafe, along with the beautiful garden, added to the overall charm of the place.

Literally on the Hollywood walk of fame. Museums and shops in walking distance. Universal Studios a very short 15 minute drive away. Our room and the hotel in general were clean and in great shape. Responsive staff. The area lost power in the middle if the night, so The hotel security staff escorted us back to our room after we walked our dog.

My daughters took me to this wonderful hotel for a Mothers day weekend. View, modern decor, very clean, wonderful staff, delicious room service. Loved the location. What is not to like or love. I would stay here anytime.

Great so far! Haven't been here a full day yet. Beautiful room, lobby, and everything. Very comfy bed, with a sound machine on the night table, helped me fall asleep, which it's often hard in a new bed. Only problem is the dim lighting in the room. I like the dim lights, but it was harder getting ready for last night's event than it needed to be. My fave so far is the window seat with the perfect cushions...

It's a nice place, with comfy beds, and a quaint swimming pool and gym. The staff is also friendly and approachable. Eateries and pharmacies are within walking distance, as is the metro station. Highly recommended.

This place is so awesome. Everybody from the bellman to the managers were kind and hospitable. Bar maids were delicious to the eyes, and warm to the heart. Drinks were generious.... My room was "Styled " to perfection. This place makes you feel like a VIP.

Always a great stay here - the service is top notch and the rooms large and comfortable. This W's bar / lounge often had live music or events at the weekend. Also fitness room and rooftop are great!
