Shuttle service to the airport is fantastic and runs frequently. Parking is $44 a night, but if you are doing a long term stay the rate is much better. I hope to stay here again soon, this was a wonderful place to rest!

This is a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. The swimming pool is really nice. The lobby and restaurants were just re done and have good food with good service

The gym was fantastic - large, exceptionally well equipped, with added dry saunas and showers. Great view from our room on 39th floor to the LA downtown and beyond. The room and the beds were comfortable

To travel between floors you have to first go to level 70, enjoy the view and then go to your room, gym or whatever. Every time someone in the elevator grumbled about this weirdness

the room is very spacey and nice. But the sound insulation of the bedroom is concerning. We can hear the music from the next room clearly.

Parking is $24 per day without roof, with no in and out privilege. But pick up parking for 5min is convenient.

Attended a class for professional growth. The AC works great in these spaces, my classmates didn't like that but I loved it. There's a really good Starbucks Cafe next to the lobby

We arrived by car, unfortunately the first impression is not the best. The reception by a concierge was very unfriendly and barely understandable, I only just understood $70 per day for valet, I think it was extortionate

I never stayed at this hotel overnight but I did go to a couple of weddings at the ballroom. I have to say the whole art deco style is priceless. The grand entrance to this hotel with all its detail is breathtaking

They offered changing my room but could not promise no noise because “the WHOLE building is under renovations”! They will hold you $200 per night on incidentals and charge you $29 per day on “destination fee” which is just “shuttle and coffee” Seriously??? Breakfast not included, and the to go options range 25-35 bucks

Overall a pleasant stay at Four Points LAX - I got a great deal on the stay for my dates which is why I booked it despite reading the generally negative reviews. Honestly, this is a perfectly fine property

The whole building, but especially the guest rooms, are clearly dated but mine was clean and reasonably spacious as far as hotel rooms come. Location is definitely not going to suit everyone

Bus route 3 stops right out the front of the hotel which will take you to Santa Monica in just under an hour. Parking I think is $60 / night. The staff were the standouts to me

My activities were concentrated around LAX so it worked well for me, but I had to go into downtown which took about 1hr 20m under the current metro trains service alignment

If you are looking for a simple affordable hotel with a shuttle to and from LAX and are not super particular, then the Four Points by Sheraton is for you!

All of them were fantastic, they made me feel welcome at check-in and greeted me almost every time I walked past the lobby on my way back to my room

However, they charged a big sum USD20 to microwave food. It really surprise me, but guess they discourage self pack food, but to get room guests to dine in cafe. Feel safe and good for family vacation stay

The buffett and food in the AM was delicious, those chefs were great! My favorite was the short distance to the pier, and lounging watching the sunset from fire pits at hotel

There is a rental counter in the hotel if you want to take a day drive up to Malibu or Santa Barbara (both well worth it). I've stayed here many times and can't wait for my next visit

The history is magnificent, the pool and pool scene is among the top three swimming pool scenes in LA, the location is as good as it gets for a visit to Hollywood but terribly busy and can be a bit loud—tho they did a great job of sound proof windows, far quieter than your average motel

We love the rooms (King Suite) and can spend hours at the pool (which is heated year round), then find ourselves enjoying reading our kindle and hanging out in the most beautiful and inviting lobby

Feels like you are surrounded by stars from the past at every turn. The pool is definitely the highlight, and eating options on site are great. Rooms in the tower are unsurprisingly tiny and could do with freshening up
