The pool is small but nice and there is a decent workout facility

Standard business class hotel with amenities. We stayed in Yellow Tower and had a pretty good view. There's a coffee shop, food court, standard restaurants, and room service. There are great lunch/ dinner options nearby

Great looking lobby, easy to get around. Restaurants throughout the hotel could be labeled better, but I probably just didn't look hard enough. Rooms were clean with a great view of LA (concrete and buildings

Bedroom is just the usual, but the bathroom is luxurious

And the water pressure is a little low, exacerbated by the fact that the shower has only a top-mounted rain head on it, making it very difficult to properly rinse without relying on the oddly sharp-cornered handheld option

The building is stunning and iconic, with gorgeous facilities, and incredible views. The room we stayed in was relatively small and shaped oddly, but not in an unpleasant way

Shuttle service to the airport is fantastic and runs frequently. Parking is $44 a night, but if you are doing a long term stay the rate is much better. I hope to stay here again soon, this was a wonderful place to rest!

We had a great one night stay in an immaculate room with a view of the runway. The gym was excellent and a good range of equipment. The airport shuttle was seamless and got us to the airport smoothly

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks and my stay was wonderful. My room was clean and spacious - the nice dude at the desk offered many options for where my room could be and I picked one near the pool

However some things we struggled with were: The parking garage had no signage for where pedestrians can exit to the hotel. This could be massively improved

The pool is spectacular- there’s also 4 hot tubs! There is a laundry room here if you need it- it’s on the fourth floor. It’s coin operated but there is a change machine and it’s $2

This was a good option- the third floor has a lot of cute little patios where you can sit outside as well as the pool

The very nice receptionist offered me a $20 credit towards beverages at the bar (which I didn't use), and an extra pull-on bed free of charge, which I highly appreciated. The elevator system needed to be get used to

The bathroom is clean and just invites you to take a shower and/or bath, the toiletries smelled so great I almost yanked the bottles off the wall :) The bed is soft and comfortable with fluffy pillows and clean linen, so comfortable in fact that I immediately fell into a long nap without even changing my clothes :) Upon waking up I took a quick shower and went out

The service was exceptional; the staff went out of their way to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests’ needs made me feel valued and well taken care of

I have never seen six flavors of smoked/marinated fish, besides a large variety of ham, eggs, sausages, pastry, vegetables, cereals and high quality fruit served all at once each day in a hotel breakfast buffet

The gym was fantastic - large, exceptionally well equipped, with added dry saunas and showers. Great view from our room on 39th floor to the LA downtown and beyond. The room and the beds were comfortable

To travel between floors you have to first go to level 70, enjoy the view and then go to your room, gym or whatever. Every time someone in the elevator grumbled about this weirdness

The sevice was exceptional from the momemt of check in, cocktails at the bar, dinner, and checking out. Would definitely send a friend there. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown LA

This is a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. The swimming pool is really nice. The lobby and restaurants were just re done and have good food with good service

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable

They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early because I got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait

The room was nice and spacious and comfortable for me and my husband. The room they gave us had a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The room had everything we needed

I was expecting relatively poor service after reading recent reviews but found the stay to be great! We stayed 3 nights and had room service offered daily with beds made, fresh towels and a tidy up (although we didn’t need it on one of the days)

Check in and check out was friendly and smooth. We asked for a late check out and they gave us an extra hour for free because they had availability, and also offered for an extended afternoon check out for a fee

Only note is that there is not much in the area. The Starbucks in the lobby is only open for a few hours a day and has a limited menu. There are a couple of sub shops within walking distance, but not much else

My son came with me on a business trip to the convention in Anaheim from Texas and we were having a extremely hard time finding a hotel that accommodates large trucks for parking or wasn't already booked up

There were no snack vending machines, only drink ones with a very small selection. Plenty of spaces to wait in the lobby with PowerPoints available

I luckily found this hotel and Jessica was more than helpful Smiles professional and courteous

Absolute perfect downtown LA hotel. Joy at the front desk was awesome as was the entire team. Our king executive suite was the perfect size with plenty of space and felt luxurious

Spacious rooms & great service. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. Lovely breakfast space for Marriott loyalty members (executive lounge), well stocked & well looked after

The bathroom was awkward, so you could hear more than you’d like. To put it bluntly, the experience was the same as any other Los Angeles 4 star hotel except that the bed was fluffy and the shower was impressive

Overall, we were happy to sleep there and enjoyed the services given, but the hotel shared areas like the hallways and elevators weren’t as clean as our room

This is the most luxurious hotel in the world! It was an immaculate, brilliant setting. It is ideal for both social gatherings and dates. For me it was a fantastic place to heal. We've had a good time here so far

Great lobby, lots of sitting spaces for waiting around for your uber /ride. Valets are very attentive and there's a great smoking area outside. I think it could be a bit further from the entrance but it's okay

Attended a class for professional growth. The AC works great in these spaces, my classmates didn't like that but I loved it. There's a really good Starbucks Cafe next to the lobby

Older building that has been meticulously maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The shower had incredible water pressure and all the facilities were in excellent condition. Just down the hill from Disney Hall

We arrived by car, unfortunately the first impression is not the best. The reception by a concierge was very unfriendly and barely understandable, I only just understood $70 per day for valet, I think it was extortionate

I never stayed at this hotel overnight but I did go to a couple of weddings at the ballroom. I have to say the whole art deco style is priceless. The grand entrance to this hotel with all its detail is breathtaking

I did get a chance to spend some time at a suite at the hotel and even though you can tell that it's a very old building they renovated the interior to feel very modern

I stayed at the hotel briefly for an early flight from LAX, having been fairly far from the airport for work. The accommodations were great, with a nicely appointed room and all the things a business traveler needs

Also great location and is in the LAX row of hotels so it's almost like a small town (places to eat, etc. ) It doesn't feel as run down as a few other hotels do a few blocks away from the airport

Checkout using the television was not available, so had to stop at front desk. Had a rental car from Avis and dropped it off before going to bed and walked 5 minutes to Four Points

This place rocks! Last minute booking (was cheap) and the hotel staff gave us an awesome room and hooked it up with parking. Be nice and people will be nice to you

Everything in the room was upgraded, maybe the electric outlets were still original. Very quiet rooms too, didn't hear a peep from anyone else next to our room

Very nice hotel, only valet parking and at the time $29 a night. The rooms were a little small, but considering it's near airport, that's understandable

I am a Hiltons Honors member and if service is not what I expect, I'm honest about it. My stay March 8-11 was fantastic! This location is truly top notch. The valet are superb, the lobby

At check-in, I was moved to the Wilshire Tower as part of Diamond membership, and I enjoyed a terrific Martini at the rooftop bar with my F&B credit. Most certainly enjoyed my stay and will look forward to revisiting

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were large, clean, and beautiful. We had bad weather last week, but nothing we could do about that. The breakfast buffet was the best. Highly recommended property.

Amazing view with Hollywood sign. Nice old fashioned room with amazing modern bathroom. Nice lobby with lots of things to do and rooftop bar. Large business center. everything walkable.

The hotel is the closest one to the airport making it super convenient. If you don't like noise keep in mind the approach patterns to the airport with it's 4 runways can be bothersome which can also be of concern to some

The other hotels along the same road as this hotel also host this same issue. A gym is available on the top floor of the hotel and there is a pool on the ground level outside adjacent to the hotel

I keep on coming back with this hotel because it was great and worth it to stay. The rooms, the staff, and the facilities were all wonderful and adorable. Recently, I have stayed there for a week, and I truly enjoyed it

Besides, the ambiance changed. It became more comfortable and pleasant to stay

We were breaking journey in LA so we decided to stay here overnight. We were greeted by Javier at the front desk who displayed the best hospitality that I have seen in a while. He was very gracious and professional

The heated pool with a view was amazing, as well as poolside drinks (we swam every day, but only saw the poolside bar open on Friday/Saturday). They had mocktails for the kids too. Room service was prompt and delicious

The pool deck was awesome, with a really cool view of "viewing bridge. " You can't beat the location; it's right in the heart of Hollywood

Loews Hollywood is amazing! Our room was super spacious, with a large washroom and living area. The view was incredible! The entire hotel was very clean, with friendly and helpful staff

We stayed overnight to catch a flight at lax and I have to say, the staff there was excellent! We dealt with valet driver (young Asian gent) who didn't end up valeting our car but helped us unload and was super kind

This place, because it is across the street from LAX and cannot shut out all airport noise, has earplugs, white noise machines and herbal foot, hand and face creams in the unit to help promote relaxation

The pool is an outdoor pool was nothing special. Those are the only things I could complain about

Location next to the airport was incredibly convenient. Price and availability was excellent. I did not stay at hotel, but was dropping off guests who were telling me about these factors

They actually brought up 4 pillows, but of the 4, only one was foam, and it wasn’t a good foam with substance; the other three were the same type as the ones already in the room: the kind that deflate as soon as you lay on them, with your head sinking to the mattress and the pillow puffing up on each side of your head

• Proximity to Universal Studios can’t be beat, and there was a free shuttle to the park every 15-20 minutes. Cons: • It seems this hotels HVAC system is old, so the entire hotel can only blow cold air or warm, not both

• Mattresses were not comfortable. • Food was outrageously priced. I ordered a small plate of chicken wings and a bowl of French onion soup through room service; there wasn’t even bread with the soup

• Rooms were spacious and bathrooms had large bottles of Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and a regular bar of soap. • Food in the restaurant and room service tasted good

We stayed on Dec 3rd and apparently they hadn’t switched to heat yet, so even though we had the thermostat set to 88 at one point, it was still blowing cold air. • No foam pillows in the room

You can pay valet parking for $40 per day, but if you want to save money, you can pay $7 per day(weekend rate) by parking at the World Trade Center which is located across the street of the hotel

Great location, good service, nice bar. This is our second stay, both were for one night, and both were great. Pretty close to the US football stadium as well

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Sheraton! The location couldn't be more convenient for visiting Universal Studios – just a short distance away, which made our trip so smooth and enjoyable. Sheraton Shuttle every 30 mins

Perfect location for a visit to Universal Hollywood! The hotel is lovely - great entrance and lobby. Everything very clean and the elevators were speedy. We were on the 16th floor with an outstanding view

This place was absolutely amazing the beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The house car was a rolls Royce that took you in a 2 mile distance. The people was so nice and it was just the best hotel ever

Though it looks old and grand on the outside, its updated and nice on the inside. Though I also love the Beverly Hills hotel, I think the restaurants here, and its wonderful shopping make it slightly better

Even though I live in Newport Beach, I had a 4 day business conference here, and my company gave me a room here. I love the grand design on the outside when entering, and I just love the shopping in the lobby

Famously known as the Pretty Woman Hotel. It's a great place to visit whether you're a tourist or as a guest. They have CUT, which is a beautifully crafted Steakhouse owned and operated by Wolfgang Puck

They also have a bar area, and local shops too. The rooms there are spacious, and they go up to 8 Floors, and there's 2 more floors that are VIP status with roof acces

Not to mention, it is located directly across the street from the world famous Rodeo Dr! Everyone should stay here at least once for the experience of it
