Even though I live in Newport Beach, I had a 4 day business conference here, and my company gave me a room here. I love the grand design on the outside when entering, and I just love the shopping in the lobby

Though it looks old and grand on the outside, its updated and nice on the inside. Though I also love the Beverly Hills hotel, I think the restaurants here, and its wonderful shopping make it slightly better

Famously known as the Pretty Woman Hotel. It's a great place to visit whether you're a tourist or as a guest. They have CUT, which is a beautifully crafted Steakhouse owned and operated by Wolfgang Puck

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. Beds are comfortable and in a great location

They also have a bar area, and local shops too. The rooms there are spacious, and they go up to 8 Floors, and there's 2 more floors that are VIP status with roof acces

Not to mention, it is located directly across the street from the world famous Rodeo Dr! Everyone should stay here at least once for the experience of it

The room is well decorated and has a balcony where you can see the views of the whole city and a beautiful bathtub and shower with a separate restroom. The rooftop is nice and the views are spectacular of the mountains

Hospitality and customer service from Director of Front office to Concierge staff are professional and top notch. Roof top area is fabulous too. We only stayed for 1 night but will be back if we are in the area

Great location close to everything, Jean Georges on-site for breakfast and dinner. The famous rooftop pools are empty most of the time in winter, which can't be better anymore for a solo traveler

We are on our honeymoon and only stayed one night but they were kind enough to give us a an upgrade to a beautiful corner suite as well as sent us some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries

it might be they needed time to prepare a nice treat for my kiddo’s birthday so we really appreciated it. The bedding, bathroom, balcony, amenities, etc are beautiful and top quality

The views from the roof are spectacular! Between the level of service, comfort of the room, and spectacular location we couldn’t be happier with our stay

I would not ding them on the room issue or go into details bc they were very apologetic, accommodating, and the issue was corrected stat. I am an avid traveler and I love the location of this hotel

I had emailed the front desk prior to our arrival that we would be using our Amex perks, but once we got there and asked them to upgrade our room, the gentlemen at the front desk told us a room upgrade won’t be possible as they’re “fully committed

Checked in here for two nights and the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Tyler went above and beyond to get me an early check-in and also helped to rectify an issue I had with the room

Upon checkout, when we told the gentleman at the front desk about the issues with the shower, he didn’t even acknowledge what I said. There were some friendly staff at the property, such as the valet

” I can assure you the hotel was NOT fully booked and there were countless empty suites available. I was extremely sick during my stay in LA so I called the front desk asking for some green tea

Stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend with my family. Overall our stay was okay, definitely not a 5-star hotel or stay but here are some issues we encountered: 1

The suite was gorgeous and I spent a more than a few minutes in the bathtub wondering how I could sneak said tub out the door. I didn't go in the bar, but met a very friendly gentleman outside of it while walking my dog

I can't say enough good things about the staff, service and amenities at the Sunset Marquis. They went out of their way to turn a bad trip into a great experience after some initial mishaps while traveling

I can't say enough good things about Sunset Marquis! Secluded and quiet, yet just one block to the Sunset Strip. Lovely gardens, spacious rooms, and excellent food at Cavatina

The heated massage table was a delightful touch, providing extra comfort and relaxation throughout the session. The therapists were professional and attentive, ensuring that we both had a truly rejuvenating experience

We had a little snafu with the first room but Chase expertly handled it without any questions and is entirely the reason we returned again (and we are so glad we did as he treated us like royalty - thank you Chase!!)

I stayed at the hotel briefly for an early flight from LAX, having been fairly far from the airport for work. The accommodations were great, with a nicely appointed room and all the things a business traveler needs

Also great location and is in the LAX row of hotels so it's almost like a small town (places to eat, etc. ) It doesn't feel as run down as a few other hotels do a few blocks away from the airport

Checkout using the television was not available, so had to stop at front desk. Had a rental car from Avis and dropped it off before going to bed and walked 5 minutes to Four Points

This place rocks! Last minute booking (was cheap) and the hotel staff gave us an awesome room and hooked it up with parking. Be nice and people will be nice to you

Everything in the room was upgraded, maybe the electric outlets were still original. Very quiet rooms too, didn't hear a peep from anyone else next to our room

Very nice hotel, only valet parking and at the time $29 a night. The rooms were a little small, but considering it's near airport, that's understandable

However, the staff are nice and friendly and the wife and I did enjoy several drinks by the pool. Wish their Owners/Investors will invest more in this property

Valet is very pleasant, specifically Mario. He is always smiling and wishing everyone a good day. It’s nice to see a friendly face each morning

Absolutely stunning in every way. Views are spectacular & the service is second to none. Pool is breathtaking and the decor is chic. Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at

I was excited for the pool view from our balcony but they don't mentioned that they have a huge tent covering the whole patio/pool area

I had a wonderful experience with the valet team at the Mondrian Hotel. Marco greeted me with a warm smile every morning, making each day start on a positive note. His friendliness was truly appreciated

Always love visiting the Marina Del Rey. We have been twice and are always amazed by the service and kindness of everyone who works there. We especially love the evening staff - they are so friendly and nice

We are planning on having my parents stay here when they come to town. It is so close to so many shops and restaurants and there is kayaking and paddle boarding at the marina! So much to do

A very nice hotel with cozy rooms and a view, but also quite expensive. You have to pay for everything - from parking for $35 to water in the rooms, where even basic water is not free.

I understand that you can't smoke in the rooms, but outside? I am an avid cigar smoker and it would have been nice to sit outside by the dock and have a cigar and a cocktail

My wife and I stayed here for three days. The hotel staff was very friendly. The only downside is that it is a non-smoking hotel

For what you are paying for the experience, smoking should be allowed

I worked a bit more with Nicole, who I found to be exceptionally patient with my indecisiveness, well knowledgeable about the facilities, and very thorough, with regards to the details about planning around my upcoming stay

They have that old school charm with new school comforts like STUPID comfortable beds. I would come back just for the beds. I am also a member of the fitness club which has to be the best workout experience downtown LA

Melissa and Abe are exceptional. They provided amazing service and made me feel welcome and right at home. They hit the teamwork and friendliness values that this club strives for

The only downside is downtown is a dump, but that’s not LAAC’s fault. In fact, they are a beacon fabulous amidst the madness of those nasty streets

Nicole could accurately describe the layout of the rooms, and went above and beyond to help me make decisions about which type of room was ideal

I was working with booking rooms on reservations and found Nicole and Theresa to be professional, helpful, and very patient

Absolute perfect downtown LA hotel. Joy at the front desk was awesome as was the entire team. Our king executive suite was the perfect size with plenty of space and felt luxurious

The bathroom was awkward, so you could hear more than you’d like. To put it bluntly, the experience was the same as any other Los Angeles 4 star hotel except that the bed was fluffy and the shower was impressive

Overall, we were happy to sleep there and enjoyed the services given, but the hotel shared areas like the hallways and elevators weren’t as clean as our room

The continental breakfast was excellent with fresh baked goods and fruit. I should mention the gym: lots of excellent machines and it's located near the pool and the beach

This is a beautiful hotel located in a very convenient location right across the street from the beach. We enjoyed spending time poolside, and we ordered our lunch from the pool servers

Our room was wonderful with all the amenities that I'd want. Nice ocean view, really nice bathroom, great TV, refrigerator, comfortable king size bed. No matter what time I turned on the hot water, it was hot in seconds

My company had the privilege of the JW Marriott Santa Monica host our conference. The experience expressed from my team was nothing less than impressive. The prompt and impeccable service were outstanding

Through-out our three-day conference, our meals, technology assistance, and room service were excellent. We even experienced another conference attendees inadvertently indulging in our morning breakfast

The hotel is located near the Santa Monica Pier and many excellent restaurants. I really couldn't ask for more in a hotel

You were able to get your room cleaned every day, fresh towels and toilet paper and I think this was amazing!!

Great place for roof top views of Hollywood. You have to put your name on a waitlist to get to the roof, and happy hour is only on the bottom floor bar, not the roof. The food was not outstanding but not bad at all

One of the best rooftops in Hollywood, if not all of LA. Delicious cocktails, and decent food. This is a must visit place if you're stopping in Hollywood, or out for some fun. The rooftop is why you'd visit

The reviews were great and they did not disappoint! The room was rad! I had drinks at the bar midday on Friday, excellent service! I had dinner Saturday and the Mary's chicken breast meal was excellent!

This is such a hole in the wall hotel and you would never think that the rooms are so cute but it’s literally the perfect boutique hotel!!! They have GREAT service and their rooftop has amazing views

Great location. Super friendly valet parking team. Room was very spacious and overlooked the Hollywood hills. Monday night was jazz night in the bar, a must attend event.

The only drawback was the busy street down below and the cars racing down it in the middle of the night. The windows did not block enough of the noise from the engines as they sped down the street

Decent place to stay on the cheap. The shower could have been hotter, but it wasn't cold. The AC was a window unit at floor level with the controls on the bottom. I was literally on my hands and knees to adjust it

Pretty basic but the bathrooms are fantastic. It's pretty No Frill but who needs all that when you really just need a place to sleep and shower. I did like the hotel and would stay there again

Not the nicest place in town but you can't beat the price and location. The room was clean and the shower worked great. Less then a 10min walk to the Grove. Perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay

The atmosphere here is dark and gloomy in a very Gothic sense with dim lighting and burning candles, a large faux library from mid century period adorns the bar area and funky art throughout makes this place very interesting

The food is nothing short of divine with bold combinations of flavor that perfectly compliment one another and quality ingredients served beautifully and fresh, truly a magnificent dining experience all the way around

I felt very relaxed and at home upon walking through the thick velvet drapes at the entrance as we were escorted to our table. The service was top notch from arrival all the way to leaving

The staff of the hotel is really nice, they know the area well and can point you to places you need to go. The hotel has parking which is really good for this area

The staff made suggestions based on personal knowledge of the menu which is rare these days, and those suggestions were perfect for us

The room itself was good, nice bed, nice shower, TV had plenty of channel options. It is a bit far from the pier if you want to walk

This place is a beautiful!!! We enjoyed the room and view more than any other part of our vacation in California!!! That staff is supprr attentive, and even helped with the return of my cameras battery charger!!! The pictures are all views from our room!!!

It was beautiful! We loved the scooter and bikes apps! We could walk right outside and find a scooter. We rode them along the beach, to the pier and to breakfast. The room was clean, it was small but cozy

Room was very clean and being on the 6th floor had an amazing view. Parking is a couple blocks away or you can find street parking. Food and shopping is across the street and along the boardwalk

I stayed in room 31 on the 4th floor and had a nice, clean, bright studio with a great view. The bed was fresh and comfortable and the shower was hot. The staff was friendly and helpful

When we came back, we had all our groceries and we were told we needed to wait another hour. That was frustrating but not a big deal in the long run

This is a great hotel if you need to be close to the airport. The swimming pool is really nice. The lobby and restaurants were just re done and have good food with good service
