Hilton Airport Hotel, Los Angeles1 / 41

Los Angeles, 5711 West Century Boulevard 🧭 Map

Good hotel. A bit old but well maintained. Good service. Quiet. Frequent free airport shuttle. Nothing to fault. I am hallo
Hair conditioner is also not available unless requested, and when I asked for it, I was met with an unfriendly attitude from the staff. The rooms are outdated with no USB plugs, which is inconvenient for modern travelers
Overall, While the location is convenient for travelers, the outdated facilities, poor communication, and unprofessional attitudes of the staff make this hotel a disappointing choice
Hotels should welcome guests from all over the world and treat everyone with equal respect, regardless of their background or accent
Customer Service: As someone who doesn’t speak with a native American accent, I was shocked by the dismissive attitude of the staff
Communication: I emailed the hotel in advance to inquire about the shuttle bus schedule, but I never received a response

Hotel parking is pricey at $67 per night, but the nearby Airport Spectrum garage next door was only $18 when booked through SpotHero
I’m impress with the staff especially the one in the front desk. She is so amazing and considerate. Their cleansers staff as well are friendly
I would not hesitate to book again here and recommend to my family and friends
Great and nice place, location is really convenient.
However, and I am not sure if this is a country's issue, the hotel is not at the same level as other Marriott hotels I have stayed in other countries
They don't even offer a buffet breakfast, and the service is pretty basic compared to other Marriott hotels from around the world

Pretty good location, downtown. However, a lot of homless around during day and night, a bit sketchy but overall, the service of the hotel is great.
Super nice views, friendly staff, and the best location and value for sightseeing in downtown L.A
Friendly staff and great service. Happy that we were able to check in early!
Not bad. Lobby is beautiful. However rooms are only alright. The sky lobby can be a little annoying and the lighting system at the hotel is not operating as designed there are many issues with the system.
9for the breakfast, I didn't even know where the breakfast was, why did he charge me, and I reminded him that I didn't go to the breakfast, and then he didn't give me a bad review
Everything else was good, except that I didn't go to the breakfast, he charged me $44

Here’s a revised review incorporating your point: --- I had a smooth experience overall at the Sheraton Hotel. Check-in and service were efficient, and the facilities were well-maintained
However, I noticed some comments mentioning large crowds at certain times. It seems this is due to the shuttle service dropping off a batch of guests simultaneously, which is understandable
Comfortable, friendly staff. Starbuck coffee in room make the day
the room is very spacey and nice. But the sound insulation of the bedroom is concerning. We can hear the music from the next room clearly.
The place is near the airport and provides shuttle to the airport, quite convenient. There is also a beach line nearby to go for a short trip if you have half-day in LA only.
We waited a long time to check in. The room looked older than what was shown in the pictures. the location is good, There is an airport shuttle.

Dated hotel, nice pool, good gym with free wights, great equipment- leg press and other good equipment for leg day.
Fantastic hotel. Great location, great staff, luxurious and clean.
While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again
My colleagues who did stay here seemed to be happy with their choice while I stayed at another Marriott product down the street. A solid representation of a stellar brand
I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés
The hotel staff was perfect, but the other people I met here weren't as friendly as others I met elsewhere in LA.

Wonderful stay as well as convenient shuttle to LA Convention Center event
I never stayed at this hotel overnight but I did go to a couple of weddings at the ballroom. I have to say the whole art deco style is priceless. The grand entrance to this hotel with all its detail is breathtaking
Staying at this hotel is always a pleasure staying there
A beautiful lobby welcomed us, and we enjoyed a spacious room. The hotel is located near bus stops. One issue I encountered was with the water bottles: I needed to ask the front desk staff for new ones every day.
I did get a chance to spend some time at a suite at the hotel and even though you can tell that it's a very old building they renovated the interior to feel very modern
There was no early check-in and we only managed to check-in at 3pm though we came 2hrs earlier due to our flight. Hotel rooms and toilet was very clean and spacious

I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days, you won't regret it. From security guards to maintenance staff. Close to the airport, near a bus stop, decent lunches around
Great location for a good few hours of shut eye before the next flight. Like that it is showers in the bathrooms not bath tub
We had to make a last minute reservation. For the price we got two exceptional rooms. Very comfortable beds and the ambiance was great! I’d recommend the Westin any time. Thank you from the Steadman family!
This is the most luxurious hotel in the world! It was an immaculate, brilliant setting. It is ideal for both social gatherings and dates. For me it was a fantastic place to heal. We've had a good time here so far
The hotel In general is nice, but rooms are on a busy road so it’s VERY NOISY
Very easy short shuttle ride from LAX. I had and a short overnight layover in LA and this was the perfect solution. Room was very nice and comfortable. The hotel was an incredible value for the price.

Conveniently located, with plenty of options for food and sightseeing. Pool is heated and relaxing with a bar to get drinks and snacks nearby. Views of the Hollywood sign from your room, pool or the mall next door.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for access to Hollywood. The parking next to the hotel also makes it convenient for those with cars. The parking rates is also reasonable.
We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning skyline view of the iconic Hollywood Sign—a true highlight of our trip! Our stay at Loews in Los Angeles has been the best and left before a memorable experience
Hotel is right behind Hollywood walk of fame, madam Tussaud, TCL Chinese Theatre. Easy checked in and checked out. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Have coffee machine, coffee and green capsules provided
Very convenient as it is located centrally in the Hollywood area. Hotel is clean and people are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend for people who want to go and visit LA!
Lowe’s location at Hollywood is unbeatable, the skyline views are spectacular. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Los Angeles!

The bonus was being able to watch all the jumbos taking off at night to destinations all over the world. All of this for what i consider a reasonable price per night. We will be back next time we go to LA LA Land
I decided that I needed to go to T-Mobile to replace the lost phone. When all was said and done with T-Mobile, and I finally got to the Hyatt to check in for 4 days, Esméralda was working the check-in desk
Excellent location, quite close to the airport. Good place to watch the plane taking off and landing through the window in the room. Staff are very enthusiastic, dedicated to solve the problem
I stayed here from April 21st to April 24th of 2025. I started my short vacation by forgetting my phone in a taxicab. In my 1½ hour attempt to backtrack and locate my phone, I came up empty
The Hyatt turned out to be an excellent choice for our extended weekend away in LA. The location across from LAX was perfect and easy to find. The staff were friendly and happy to serve us
Just outside of T1, this is the closest LAX hotel. Friendly staff, spacious room, and close to restaurants. Would stay again!

Overall a pleasant stay at Four Points LAX - I got a great deal on the stay for my dates which is why I booked it despite reading the generally negative reviews. Honestly, this is a perfectly fine property
The whole building, but especially the guest rooms, are clearly dated but mine was clean and reasonably spacious as far as hotel rooms come. Location is definitely not going to suit everyone
Bus route 3 stops right out the front of the hotel which will take you to Santa Monica in just under an hour. Parking I think is $60 / night. The staff were the standouts to me
My activities were concentrated around LAX so it worked well for me, but I had to go into downtown which took about 1hr 20m under the current metro trains service alignment
If you are looking for a simple affordable hotel with a shuttle to and from LAX and are not super particular, then the Four Points by Sheraton is for you!
All of them were fantastic, they made me feel welcome at check-in and greeted me almost every time I walked past the lobby on my way back to my room

Nice hotel smell good, Near in-n-out spots for take a picture
The only good of this hotel is that is close to the LAX airport and the shuttle service, it's a bit overpriced due the location, the swimming pool was not working due maintenance, a little maintenance will be good in the rooms
Bus transport drivers were amazing. The room is clean and fresh. The bed was really good. It was a short stay but really great.
Good location and free shuttle service to and fro the airport

However, they charged a big sum USD20 to microwave food. It really surprise me, but guess they discourage self pack food, but to get room guests to dine in cafe. Feel safe and good for family vacation stay
Great experience staying at Hilton Universal City. Less than 10mins walking distance to Universal studio, though there is shuttle bus as well. Breakfast was good and cafe dinner is good too
The self parking carpark is fair walk to the hotel room, needs to change lifts to get to the room. We have 4 people staying, but the room was only set for 3.
Such a beautiful location with super friendly staff. Clean, well stocked...10/10 would recommend
One of the most beautiful view and easy access to universal

It is almost the fabulous like we thought from the website pictures but the swimming pool. It doesn’t have it at all only a giant earth pit.
Very good, the only drawback is that there is a building being built next door, it is too dusty, noisy, and the group of rooms opposite are too close.
The hotel is located in the wealthy area of Los Angeles. Facilities: It is a bit old, but it is indeed very classic Hygiene: Clean. Although the floor of the hotel is old, it is very clean Environment: Very quiet
We stayed another day because we were so satisfied and had dinner in the restaurant. Beverly Hills is outside the room window. It is also close to the Beverly Hills sign and Beverly Shopping Street
The room is in a good location and of high quality, worthy of being the Beverly Hills Hotel. I especially like the fact that they provide a kettle, which is very necessary for Chinese tourists
There are few people Service: Breakfast cost us nearly 1,200 RMB per day, but the restaurant is very beautiful and worth it. There is only valet parking, and the fee is high

Grand Hotel had great ratings and the prices were reasonable for a luxury hotel. There are several reasons why I love this hotel. First, the hotel room was clean and the beds were very comfortable
This hotel is clean, quiet, chic, and reasonably priced. You will feel secure here in this hotel, which is located in the business district. There's a bar, restaurant, free gym that is 24/7, a pool
Beautiful hotel, with amazing aesthetic. Very nice accommodations - lovely rooms that are clean and tidy. Even the elevators smell amazing! The staff are relaxed and friendly, the bar was pricey but good
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around. We stayed here for a party at the Microsoft theater and Staples center
You can pay valet parking for $40 per day, but if you want to save money, you can pay $7 per day(weekend rate) by parking at the World Trade Center which is located across the street of the hotel
Great location, good service, nice bar. This is our second stay, both were for one night, and both were great. Pretty close to the US football stadium as well

Great hotel that is very near Universal Studio Very friendly service person when checking in, they informed us all the services available
Absolutely fantastic stay at the Sheraton! The location couldn't be more convenient for visiting Universal Studios – just a short distance away, which made our trip so smooth and enjoyable. Sheraton Shuttle every 30 mins
Perfect location for a visit to Universal Hollywood! The hotel is lovely - great entrance and lobby. Everything very clean and the elevators were speedy. We were on the 16th floor with an outstanding view
This time, I chose to stay at Sheraton because it’s very close to Universal Studios, and the surrounding environment is great. It’s a very comfortable place, perfect for relaxation and leisure
The lounge was fantastic - great breakfast and evening snacks!! Matthew at the lounge check in was so friendly and helpful! Easy walk to the park. Would absolutely recommend for any trip to Universal

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! This hotel has a fantastic bed, great food, all the amenities and everything else. I had a great time here because everything I wanted was delivered and thanks to these guys for making it possible
Most of the service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel also has a free car that can be sent to nearby places within three kilometers
The hotel room is very good, the service is very warm (I often go downstairs to smoke, and every time the waiter opens the door for me, I feel a little embarrassed), the location of the hotel is very convenient, it is very close to the "Angel Railway", it is also convenient to eat, and there is a night market not far away
The key is that the hotel is in the city center, the surrounding area is very safe and quiet, and there are no messy people hanging around
Spacious room that was well appointed 2. Front desk staff was very nice 4. Drinks at the bar at Blitzen’s (since it’s the holidays). Thanks for the great service, James! What I didn’t love: 1
Unfortunately for me, this is a reoccurring issue with my company; however, every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at has been accommodating in getting this resolved

Very nice Hotel in a good and safe area of L. Not this oldisch style Hotels you might find around. A little bit pricy, specially the parking (70$ a night)…but with over all very good rating
It was the perfect escape, and we can’t wait to be back for more poolside lounging this summer!

Excellent location, right on the beach, beautiful environment
It's really the most enthusiastic service in North America. Everyone is very enthusiastic. The interior of the hotel is very new, and all the facilities are very good. It is very close to the pier and the beach
The customer service impeccable, From the time you check in ,from the bell man to the front desk they are all personable and attentive, and you have to dine in ,the hotel has a restaurant, it's difinatly 5 stars in quality appearance and taste
The hotel is relatively new, with good facilities and a good location. It is very close to the beach and a playground. There are many high-end restaurants nearby within a 10-20 minute walk
The views to the beach are spectacular. Take a walk on the beach, easy access,be prepared to see some homeless people lying on the beach, non intrusive, not like what I experience back home

The fireplace was on. As soon as you step outside, you'll be on Hollywood Boulevard, where it's very lively. I think it's the perfect place for sightseeing. Breakfast at the poolside bar is the best👍️
Very classic, elegant and beautiful place, the accommodations are on the small side for the US. The location is excellent and the historical significance will be more attractive than the newness of the facilities
I felt very safe the whole time. Housekeeping does a good job making the place nice. I did hear some strange noises which is expected from a historic building, and it was actually comforting
It is undeniable that it is an old hotel, but the service is excellent. The number of sockets and facilities in the room have kept up with the needs of modern travelers
Cabana rooms by pool better if you can handle the noise ! A great stay, look forward to returning
The history is magnificent, the pool and pool scene is among the top three swimming pool scenes in LA, the location is as good as it gets for a visit to Hollywood but terribly busy and can be a bit loud—tho they did a great job of sound proof windows, far quieter than your average motel
