Best Western Burbank Airport Inn

The location of the hotel isn't particularly desirable, but the hotel itself was a great value and has multiple security and deterrence measures in place to maintain the safety of the facility. Spacious room, comfortable bed, secure feeling parking under the hotel itself. Gym and free breakfast (let me just say WAFFLES) made the stay about as enjoyable as could be expected. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helfpful (special thanks to the service woman running the kitchen, she was very friendly and kept everything well stocked during the breakfast rush). The hotel is in great shape, clearly the people that run this establishment care very deeply about their reputation. location aside - I would GLADLY stay here again and recommend it to anybody who is looking to stay a few nights in this part of southern California.

Another solid Best western. The building is definitely dated, but the rooms are nice and staff is friendly. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast, so no comment on that. Area is okay. It was safe to walk outside, but definitely a bit rougher of an area.

I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the beds and pillow were very comfy as well. The house keeper cleaned the room very nicely. The breakfast was great! Overall I had an amazing time staying here.

- When we first arrived they gave us a room that the previous guest smoked in. Not sure how the hotel did not catch that.

- Could have more waffle makers, only has one for a busy weekend. Many guest don't have patience especially early in the morning.

When I arrived at the hotel I was a bit skeptical of it due to the surrounding area. To put it straight it was "Ghetto". But once I stepped in, I was pleasantly greeted by the staff. The staff was very accommodating especially of our early check in. The rooms were clean and up to date. The breakfast was good and better than most other Best Western. Parking was plentiful and monitored via cctv. I had a chance to meet the manager, who was also very nice. They were so accommodating that when I had forgotten my Jacket, they kept it for two months until I was able to retrieve it. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Overall experience was pleasant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was basic but good and hot. Only concern is the parking. Parking is tight. You need to pull forward to double park and leave keys at desk in case car needs to be moved for who ever parks behind you. It's not really an issue, however, we did have a scrape along rear right panel that was not there before. When brought to attention of staff, gentleman said he moved car but absolutly did not hit anything to cause that scrape, that it was probably whoever pulled in next to the car... We asked to watch cameras but were told owner/manager would be there next morning and that he could accommodate our request. Needless to say, due to time we did not see owner. Luckily, we were able to buff most of scrape out and car rental company did not notice.

Great price and very comfy room. Parking is limited but staff will help you accommodate. Excellent TV and channel selection!!

All of the reviews here are correct this is a great place to stay just for a night or two. It is really clean the staff is extremely friendly like the front desk guy Daniel who works from 3 to 11 p.m.
The neighborhood is a bit sketchy because it's further in the valley but it's completely safe there's nothing to worry about. The parking is a bit tricky there's parking on the left and then there's double parking and you have to leave the keys at the front office but there's enough to satisfy.
The rooms are nice big and clean they are bit loud because of the paper thin walls and then also like someone mentioned above the AC unit to do struggle extremely. Like either it's going to be extremely cold or extremely humid and the AC can't decide on whether to turn on or off appropriately so in the summer this might definitely be a problem.
But as mentioned this place is perfect for one or two night stay in and out everything you need you're good to go no worries I recommend it :-)
