This hotel is located in a great area, so may options for entertainment and food in a walkable distance. I would especially like to shout out the staff. Everyone I interacted with was great, from the housekeeper that stopped by shortly after checking in to make sure the room was cleaned to my satisfaction to Bill at the front desk. Definitely enjoyed the Hilton Hospitality and will add to my list of future stays.

Conveniently located. Friendly staff especially restaurant team was great. Great breakfast. Did not use the pool due to limited time, but it seemed to be good. Broken equipment at gym.

Wow horrible smh. Since this is a vacationing tourist attraction area I was expecting better. The only one on the staff that is polite pleasant and professional that I experienced was Auto the night auditor and he was up all night so I give him even more credit. The rest of the staff especially Silvia at the front desk and rosao the server were very aggressive with a lot of attitude. They talk about you in Spanish as well with the other staff. I felt like I wasted my money and even very uncomfortable to stay at this property.

Great location for the price! We were seeing a show at the Hollywood Palladium, and this hotel is in a very convenient location to get there quickly. Very central and walking distance to a lot of good food!
The place was clean and had everything we needed, and the service was impeccable! The front desk staff, especially Marco, were really friendly and helpful! The valet was also very speedy whenever we needed to get in or out. Highly recommend for staying in the Hollywood area!

I had a stay here not long ago and thought I'd share some experience. First of all, this hotel's rates are PRICEY and EXPENSIVE (I've went to a more luxury hotel with breakfast included+more space and modern rooms with LOWER rates)so I thought I'd get what I'd pay for. Instead, the rooms are VERY small, the ceilings aren't high, and the technology seems a bit outdated (like the AC Unit). The hotel is not that luxury, no breakfast included with its high rates and parking is SO EXPENSIVE! $45 per night! And the parking lot doesn't seem professional or modern. However, on the bright side, the stay was okay and the beds were decent. Would do a bit more research next time before coming to hotels like these.

$40 parking per night is obscene. Valet parking for a car park you actually park in to then talk to the valet is laughable. Holiday inn next door is $28 per night for parking (still too much). This may be a Hilton but it is dated and basic and does not meet certain basic requirements. Rooms are tiny. Fridge turned itself off during the night every night with much dripping noise and restarted on a morning. Bathroom main light did not work. Shower was low pressure. Bedroom decor was dull. No luggage racks. However, location excellent for access to Hollywood/Sunset Boulevard.

The hotel overall once you get passed the front desk and the modern entryway seems a little tight and outdated. The bathroom has very little light or water pressure. The bed does feel great though and the pillows are always my favorite thing with Hilton. The breakfast was great with HUGE omelettes (be prepared for it to be like a 4-5 egg omelette). The last thing to note is the only parking option is valet and is $40 fricken dollars!!! That's absurd. Be aware.

Excellent service, staff has been taking good care of us for a weekend trip. Interior is slightly dated, but not in a bad way. The property appears to be well maintained, and is within walking distance to the major Hollywood attractions. Two queens appear to be normal, so good for couples traveling together who don't mind sharing a space.

Nice hotel to stay while in Hollywood. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and quiet. Small fitness room. Nice pool area. About a 7 minute walk to the Hollywood bowl or to Hollywood and Highland walk of Fame area. Valet parking only, $40 per night. Would stay here again.

The staff were very professional and polite. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The location was great for a few day sight seeing tour of the surrounding area. The restaurant in the hotel served a great breakfast, but the dinner menu could use a few more selections. The only problem I noted there were no shuttle service to anything, even in the local area. No information on the local metro transportation was available. If you were lucky enough to have staff that's familiar with the transportation system GREAT. All & All my stay was great. Thanks!!!!
