Hotel Indigo - Downtown, an IHG Hotel

This hotel was amazing! From the check-in process to checkout. The first thing I did was try their espresso martini, which was amazing. The food was amazing as well. If you don’t like what they have to offer you’re blocks away from some good food! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel with a great reception area, decent bar 🍸 also in lobby along with a cafe. Decor is great art is seen everywhere. Staff is amazing, kind and have great knowledge of the area with suggestions and recommendations. Rooms are very cool keeping up with artistic esthetic but more importantly CLEAN. Bed is comfy completely giving you the luxury bed vibe no weird loud noises at night slept soundly. ATM is located at lobby in front of the elevators--also inside the elevators each one has a different art. If you have children with special diets and meal prep like I do, they do provide microwaves when you request it which is a huge plus for me.Mini fridge is spacious. There's also a self check out mini snack bar with juices protein bars etc in the lobby. I cannot think of ANYTHING negative or suggestions to improve on for this hotel. It was a treat to rest and stay here.

Good hotel in great location, one of the reasons why I’m giving them 4 stars is because they put me on the penthouse floor which also happens to be the floor where they have their club lounge. Their club was so loud that even with 2 doors separating the club to the room you could hear everything at 1am. I was able to call the hotel staff who promptly switched rooms. As nice as the view is on the top floor, I don’t recommend it for this hotel unless you like hearing salsa music blasting at 1am in your room.

This hotel is not just a place to sleep, it's an experience. From the moment you walk into the lobby you are greeted with engaging decor and a professional staff. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. I stayed there for a week and slept better than I do at home. The bathrooms, also spotless, are well equipped. My entire LA experience was enhanced by staying here. I highly recommend it!

Rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the view from the room was nice. My only complaint is that no hair brush, toothbrush and toothpaste was provided in the room.
Apart from that, everything else was nice. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. As it is much better, compared to the others in the area.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of four nights. From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, the experience was terrific. The hotel was extremely clean and very well maintained. The elevators are very cool, each elevator has a different design inside. The staff was also very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located downtown within a very short distance from all the major highlights in LA. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it. I've stayed at the Indigo in Anaheim and thought that was nice but this is way nicer. The fact that the hotel is only a year old probably helps but everything was in fantastic condition. The bathroom was really nice in the rooms. The pool was nice as well. We didn't use the valet parking as I believe it was about $50 a night and we didn't want to have to keep getting the car as we were driving a bit. There's 2 parking garages on the same street that are the same price/a little cheaper. My only real complaint is the front desk wasn't super friendly when we checked in but he was alone and checking a lot of people in.

The staff here is helpful and friendly. The room service was prompt, but my steak was not hot when I received it. The "store" in the lobby is convenient, self checkout is easy, it you can pay the front desk associates as well.

The rooms are well equipped, and even near the elevator I had no issues with noise. I couldn't hear the construction taking place in front of the hotel. The beds are comfortable.

Everything seems well maintained. Excellent amenities. Convenient downtown location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The in-room air conditioner and bathroom ventilation are quieter than most hotels. Overall, great value for a quality hotel.

Really pretty hotel and friendly staff. However, note that the pool is on the 4th floor of the building, not rooftop, and the hotel is surrounded by other tall buildings. If you're looking for a getaway where pool lounging in the sun is a priority I would think twice. If not, this hotel is beautifully decorated and in a convenient spot in downtown LA.

Camila was excellent to have as a host and supported us very nicely during our first stay by her conversation and listening skills. The hotel has a Tesla supercharger which is super. So I only interacted with Camila and Caesar the Valet that took my Tesla for supercharging.

Hotel indigo is the best hotel and very safe too. Beats all the others.
