Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay Mini-hotel

Customer service always makes or breaks an experience, so this was positive because of this. The staff go above and beyond to be help (particularly those working the lobby area, helping with bags and transportation).

It was a clean hotel, with useful amenities (though the prices in the shop were outrageous). I enjoyed spending some time at the restaurant bar (and appreciated being able to apply some of the resort fee to that bill). Walking around outside was a bit more difficult. There's not a clear walking path within the drop-off area, and the hotel next door (where we went to check out some shops and grab a bite to eat) was under construction, also making the area difficult to navigate.

Our room was large, and clean, with a fun view of the bay. And it as Easter weekend, and they had a bunny on site offering free polaroids and treats.

We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it. Unfortunately didn’t charge anything to the room so we lost it.

The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. The price is a little expensive, but maybe it's because of the school spring break in the United States. The overall stay experience is very good 😌

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor... They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen. It was a four in one hot tub, so a lot of room for comfort !
