Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor... They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen. It was a four in one hot tub, so a lot of room for comfort !

From the first glance, the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay establishes itself as a true gem of the city. If you're contemplating a stay here, I cannot recommend the Biscayne Bay suite highly enough. Gazing out over the bay and boat dock, it offers unparalleled views that encapsulate the essence of Miami's water-centric charm.

The suite's vast space is accentuated by a fully equipped bathroom and all the amenities one might need during their stay. A particular standout feature is the full conference table, which proves handy for business travelers or even families who wish to gather around for a meal or game.

Its strategic location near the cruise port positions it as the ideal stay for cruise enthusiasts – you’re mere minutes away from boarding your ship. And if you're looking to indulge in Miami's iconic South Beach, rest assured, it’s within easy reach.

However, a hotel isn't just defined by its rooms and location. The true testament to its excellence lies in the service, and here, the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay shines. The staff are commendable for their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. An added sense of security is provided by the top-notch security team, backed by efficient management.

Families, in particular, will find this hotel a haven. With its spacious rooms, the hotel accommodates additional beds upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.

Overall: we had a good experience, but we don’t plan on coming back to this Marriott.

This hotel had a beautiful view from our room and we posted some pictures included,

From booking issue at the front desk staff not listening when we checked in. (We tried to remove a day from out booking and they swapped it and it did get resolved but it was a pain). When the second part of the group checked in we had our room keys deactivated. (Front desk said the battery in he door messed up… but the maintenance man said it was just a deactivated card). Do better. Last week we stayed at another Marriott location and had a much better experience.

When we turned the ac system fan yo it had a squeak. And it was one of those annoy you enough to either quit using it or call for help. It was 4 am when it started and we decided not to call for help as we were leaving in a few hours.

The next issue, we asked for a late check out. Confirmed it on the second day.
Day three we are packing up and staff knocks on our door saying we are late.- called the front desk- and it wasn’t the saved on our booking. Another annoying point.

Do better Marriott. Minor annoyances start to add up and make it where we don’t want to visit this location next time we are in Miami.

I stayed at the Marriott Biscayne Bay for nearly 15 days in August 2023, and first and foremost, the location of the hotel is excellent. It's practically in the middle of everything, with a beautiful beach and parks right next door.

During our stay, the hotel's pool was closed, but they provided cards to use the pool at the neighboring hotel.
One issue I would like to point out is that if your room is close to the ice machine or the elevators, you might experience a considerable amount of noise during the night; this might be due to the significant gaps beneath the doors, which also allow a lot of light to come in.

The M Club was quite nice and comfortable, offering pleasant amenities. However, the behavior of an employee (F….) at the M Club was disturbing sometimes. Similarly, S…., who works at the front desk, was rude when we asked a question about changing rooms during one of our check-ins, suggesting we needed to speak with the manager instead of addressing our query. Aside from these two instances, the staff was quite good.

Our room had a wonderful view, and it was clean. The hotel's gym was above average and adequately equipped.

The fact that breakfast for elite members was only available in the M Club until 9:30 am wasn't ideal, as it should be consistent for everyone.

Lastly, I wanted to save the best and most joyful aspect of our stay for the end. As I mentioned, the hotel is a very nice place, but what I believe truly enhances its charm were the staff at the front desk, Pedro, Marjorie, and Lilieth. I am very thankful to these three individuals, who were excellent at their jobs, for everything they did during our stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk people were friendly and helped me quickly resolve an issue. The lobby and rooms were recently renovated and look great. M Club allows you access to the breakfast buffet in the mornings, which is a nice benefit. I had a 1 bedroom suite, which was beautiful, and had incredible views. Water pressure in the shower is great, and the room was quiet at night.

The only things I didn't like was that the pool deck is under renovation, so there is no pool access, and the location is slightly out of walking distance from other restaurants and bars, though an Uber is easy to get.

I appreciate Marjorie who works at the front desk. She turned a horrible misunderstanding into a positive experience and made a birthday weekend unforgettable for the right reasons. Being the epitome of customer service I am grateful that she went above and beyond without being asked. We will definitely be back when we return to Miami. The location is beautiful and convenient to restaurants, shopping and ocean views. Thank you Marjorie for making our experience unforgettable.

Really nice hotel. Great view from our room! Friendly staff everywhere. The pool is nice, and the bar by the pool has food and good drinks. There is some renovations going on by the main entrance and pool areas. It is probably going to look amazing! From the moment valet greets you, you feel welcomed, housekeeping was super friendly and nice. They have a business center and many other things to take advantage of. We had a babysitter and it was amazing. The entire family enjoyed the stay. They also have charter boat rentals at the hotel marina.

We visited for 3 nights, in town for a wedding. I have few complaints overall. The driveway was under construction, and the road signage wasn’t too clear, but using valet parking was a breeze and worth the expense. Catch, the restaurant was good for breakfast, and other options next to the property made meals easy. My main concern, as always, was the accessible room and roll-in shower. The room was perfect- the bathroom almost…but you can see in the photos that the shower seat may not work for some. It was short and narrow, with no way to hold on. It did work for me, since I brought pool shoes which made it easier to transfer. I’d go back, in a heartbeat!
