The location ís perfect to discover Miami downtown. Public trasportation is too near the hotel. Go to bayside market took me 30 minute by walking. I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. What's the heck they did with customer. I migh they coul be gently.

There really isn't anything special about the hotel, the location is great; however, 49$ a day to park, and although nice to have a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was not that good and very pricey, a skirt steak w/fries and water with tip & tax was 46.00 The restaurant was sparce not even table cloths, was diner looking, don't mind paying money for good food, but don't plan to eat here.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff were great, really helpful at all times, and the location was beautiful, although difficult to walk to anywhere from.

The hotel has an excellent location just next to Airport, perfect for business travelers particularly in my case that needed to hold meetings in this area. The hotel staff is excellent too. Highly recommended, definitely i will be back anytime i am in Miami.

Check-in was quite late because we had a very long flight to Miami, and we were looking for something to eat when we arrived at the hotel. Not my favorite MIA location. You pay for everything like parking. Per night hold on your card is also very high.

Ideal for a short stay near the airport when you don’t need a car. Parking is $27/day for uncovered DIY parking. Food was quite good and market shop had great but expensive options. Landscaping needs to be cleaned up around the pool area. Gym was vets nice and clean too.

The room is big, the food is good, and the airport shuttle bus is convenient

The hotel is relatively old and the shower is in a bathtub. After the shower, there is water on the bathroom floor. The location is okay. It is very close to the airport. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. It is also very convenient.

The toilet had a toilet paper inside and bed sheet wasn´t made properley.

Beautiful environment, good sanitation services! But the parking fee is quite expensive, we are hotel guests and have to pay $18 per day. And there is no shuttle to the airport, which is very inconvenient!

We stayed here after a cruise. Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea. We had breakfast in the club lounge. It was very delicious. They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did. It's a very nice hotel.

Definitely a great stay! It’s a conference hotel so unfortunately it is a loud hotel. The air conditioner kept clicking on an off and I didn’t not sleep. They were nice to take care of the situation and very sweet! I finally got some work done.

Check in is a super long process at this hotel when compared to others, asking reception for help with any matter is impossible they are always busy. Dining at the restaurant is very expensive and not worth it, there are several restaurants nearby, including gas stations to buy water cheaper than at the hotel. Check in was really easy and hassle free. I told the attendant my information and she was able to pull me up instantaneously. The price on trips.com is was about $50 cheaper per night per room!!! Nice clean facility. Good breakfast. The room I had did not have a fridge or microwave. It's always nice to have a place to keep things cold. But I did not request it.

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more.

The price/performance ratio is quite high. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, but the lobby is not grand enough. Overall it is good.

Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It can get a bit loud at night from the bars nearby, room is smaller but has all basic necessities. Staff is friendly and really helpful.

The room is large and clean, but not very new. It is cleaned every day. Parking is free. There is a large Macy's department store nearby and many shops.

Everything is OK, except that the air conditioner is inside the wall at the head of the bed, which is very noisy and disturbs the rest. The hotel is relatively new, and the facilities are fine. The breakfast is OK, double tree standard, and everything is about the same

Service staff and breakfast staff were great and very helpful. Thanks for that warm cookie. Room was clean and well maintained. Location is also close to many restaurants. The fitness room equipment needs some maintenance as treadmill was noisy. You can hear the noise coming from next room and it’s annoying specifically in the night time. Overall good value for money.

unreasonable for travelers No shattle, no breakfast and way out of transportation. when we walked in their TV is not working the room is darker. We call and report that the TV is not working. as though it was our falt they charged us extera $30 per night for changing the room. I don't think that is the kind of service I excpect

Nice Hotel! Breakfast No! Nice hotel! Stayed a couple nights before a cruise. On the downside had no cleaning service and would not do the breakfast buffet there. Most of the hot items were lukewarm if that. They did make more eggs and potatoes for us and bacon that was out but can find better in the neighborhood for the price

What we liked most was the location with cafes and restaurants and the beautiful neighborhood.

The room was clean, but there were too few elevators in the hotel, and the elevator space was very small. There were no vacancies after waiting for several rounds of elevators, and many guests had to queue up to wait for the elevator. The service was very poor, and they only cared about chatting.

Hotel photos do not reflect the actual reality of this property. Having stayed in a number of Indigo properties, Brickell does not live up to the name. As other reviewers have said the walls are beyond thin so that we were woken by other guests conversations, the lifts and various other noises. The included breakfast is poor with limited choices on a separate menu, something I have never seen before...

Overall great location, room...questionable, it was a non smoking room but it stunk like an mild ashtray smell. Great breakfast and super attentive staff. They do need a bit more work at the front desk answering phone calls, so if you call be aware that they may take a while to answer.

The hotel was very nice and the staff friendly. Our room was well appointed and spacious. The only reason they did not get 5 stars was because my thermostat in the room just seemed to messed up. I could only get the room really hot or cold, no comfortable in the middle range.

I have been going to the Hyatt for the last 3 months for a professional event with my B and I group I'm happy to say that the hotel keeps the highest standard for us and our group very early in the morning. We love this hotel venue and will never consider changing.
