Good location, Good service, Good facilities but missing a whirlpool.

The public restrooms in the park were closed for maintenance. We ventured in to the Intercontinental to test their facilities. The lobby was lovingly decorated in the finest Christmas decor

Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop

This hotel is a skyline building located in downtown. Most of Miami's tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive. Additionally, the view from the room is fantastic!

Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in

I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. What's the heck they did with customer

The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night

We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters

The hotel has an excellent location just next to Airport, perfect for business travelers particularly in my case that needed to hold meetings in this area. The hotel staff is excellent too

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated

Perfect location, great place, awesome pool with DJ. Staff is very accommodating and gracious. Only knock is unnecessary charging on items and lack of complementary water in the room.

All of the staff were friendly and professional. We loved the pool area with view and DJ! Everything was in walking distance. We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent pools too with pool service

First room had a great room but the music was pounding at the restaurant and the pool all day and night. The next day we were able to be moved to a higher quieter floor - very much appreciated

Every single time I come to Miami I stay at the epic. Easily the nicest hotel in the city! Even if you are on the lowest floor you will have a phenomenal view of city, every single room is great with a spacious balcony

But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. They made us feel included and assured we had a nice time when we went back in the day!

The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean

The decor and cleanliness were impressive. I did not stay overnight as I was only visiting. Professional and polite staff. The bartender at the pool bar was awesome. Good looking pool area and direct access to the beach

There are sunscreens, spf-15,30,50, as well as after-sun lotion. The valet parking is perfectly laid out. You don't even have to order from your room in advance. But the car is standing in the sun

Check-in was quite late because we had a very long flight to Miami, and we were looking for something to eat when we arrived at the hotel. The surprise was that we found a restaurant right there in the hotel

Landscaping needs to be cleaned up around the pool area. Gym was vets nice and clean too

Would give 6 stars for service if I could. Stayed overnight on our way to South America waiting for a delayed connection, and I left my watch in the room. Called them, they confirmed they found it, and sent it me via UPS

The fitness center was amazing compared to normal hotel fitness centers! Staff was nice, rooms were clean and nice, no complaints and would definitely return! Just wish they had a free Continental breakfast

As usual the staff lives up to the Marriott standard. They are friendly and efficient with check in and check out. Our room was clean and inviting. Room is insanely quiet given all the airport traffic

Was ok not sure i'd stay again. Internet in the room wasn't great. Bar Area was Ridiculously expensive. Gym was decent and Pool was nice. Hotel was reasonably priced compared to others.

If the restaurant can be opened till 10pm, it is perfect.

Checking in was a breeze and my top floor room had some nice views towards the city. The room itself was huge, despite being an entry level offering. There was plenty of seating and storage, plus everything was clean

The bed was massive with a bedside table at both sides, but electric sockets were only available on the desk. Bottled water and a coffee machine was present along with effective air-conditioning and a large TV

They offer a shuttle from outside the terminal which, although not advertised or signposted very well, worked fine, operating from the early hours until late into the evening

Beautiful environment, good sanitation services! But the parking fee is quite expensive, we are hotel guests and have to pay $18 per day. And there is no shuttle to the airport, which is very inconvenient!

Great hotel, rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable bed, and even the pillows were comfortable. They have a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods, including fresh fruits

JP handled our needs & quick to helped my husband who needed help who needed assistance. Jonathan made us some incredibly good drinks at the pool bar & so friendly. Each staff we met were smiling & ready to assist us

The hotel is very clean, room is spacious, great customer service besides bell men who will open car doors for you each time you arrive or depart which I consider as a nice polite gesture especially if a person needs help doing so

Location is ok, not so close to downtown and really far from south beach. I mean 25 minutes minimum of drive! Restaurant's downstairs and 3rd floor and food is yummy. Beautiful flowers everywhere!

Despite being that close to the airport there us very little noise. They have a nice outdoor pool and a small gym which will keep you entertained for a short layover

Our disaster response company was using several conference rooms as a field office, and the conference facility appeared to be well taken care of. Public area restrooms were very clean and well stocked

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude

The pool deck was so filthy it left the bottoms of my feet black. The shower water pressure was lame. Our first meal at the lobby bar was poor, including most notably, extremely underdone chicken

The hotel staff are so kind and friendly. Humberto, the concierge goes beyond expectations with heart felt kindness. The location is very comfortable to get a great meal or interesting drink. Will definitely return.

It’s our 4th time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints us. Location is great. Staff were great. Alex (front desk) and Humberto (concierge) were friendly and resolved some minor confusion right away.

Speaking of staff, the housekeeping team seemed to be oblivious to how disturbing it was at 7:00 AM to yell to each other up and down the hall. I speak Spanish so I know they were discussing housekeeping issues
