Friendly, helpful staff available at all hours. Beautiful location, with good views and plenty of restaurants plus a lovely park in walking distance. Surprisingly reasonable rates. Very happy with the experience

The water is hot, the water pressure is good. Avoid the snack area and mini fridge, most of the treats are on sensors. Occasionally I will get charged for something I did not consume, so check your bill

The AC works but not quickly, the remote controlled shades work most of the time but I have had trouble occasionally getting them to go up or down. The tile work in the bathrooms is not great

The public restrooms in the park were closed for maintenance. We ventured in to the Intercontinental to test their facilities. The lobby was lovingly decorated in the finest Christmas decor

The hotel is nice in a good location. Not like that Breakfast is not included in the room rate ( which is typical for the USA).

We booked a week at the Marriott Villas at Doral, but since the swimming pool broke, guests were invited to commute to the neighboring resort. The resort is conveniently located and accessible

There was a golf staff member from Michigan who was able to locate them in the near 300 carts and had to crawl through the tightly packed lot of parked carts to locate them

Amazing place and experience. The lady working our cabana was attentive and always around when needed. Will return to this or another property.

I have to say that besides the rooms, the customer service from every employee I interacted with was 5 star! Also the hotel is close to everything in Miami, great for walking, jogging

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop

This hotel is AWESOME!!! My children and I enjoyed our stay. It's within walking distance to Bayfront Park, shopping and other attractions

Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world

The only things I didn't like was that the pool deck is under renovation, so there is no pool access, and the location is slightly out of walking distance from other restaurants and bars, though an Uber is easy to get

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor. They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen

Nice very large hotel with helpful staff. A lovely pool area & very good for children. However a male server removed my plate before I had finished eating on 3 occasions, so that wasn't so great, after a tip

Spanish lady in the front was an absolute sweetheart. I wish I had wrote down her name. She treated us like we were family, and extremely fast service. She did a great job explaining everything

Overall the stuff was very very sweet. Rooms were okay, scenery was spectacular though. Only issue is the parking in this area which I understand is out of the hotels control

Good local amenities A good well stocked shop close by which we thought was a bank. Found out there was a free local bus to the shops & free metro that was a plus, only we got stuck on it for 2 hours because of the rain

! Would be better & less wasteful to have a dispenser for the soap, shampoo & shower gel. Would be better to make sure lights are turned off, when connecting rooms aren't in use. Fan in our bathroom didn't work @ all

We were checked in by a younger, shorter, Spanish female (I wish I remember her name). She was extremely polite, offered me an upgrade to a junior suite, and provided the necessary information about the hotel

Parking is expensive, $19/day + tax but plenty of open spaces. Cold buffet was expensive too ($18/per) for something that is included with other Hilton branded properties. I would definitely stay here again

The room was gorgeous on the 10th floor overlooking the pool and water. 5 yr old we definitely appreciated the extra space of the room. My son loved walking down the path and looking for little lizards

It was a perfect place to transition between flight and cruise. Only issue was being SO close to the airport. Occasionally a plane would take off using the closest runway. However it never disrupted any of our sleep

5 mile trail outside the hotel but I found it too short and dodgy to run upon - very nice views through). There are free shuttle services to the airport every 15 minutes and a payed shuttle to the Miami Beach area

Magnificent views from the room, overlooking an expansive golf course. The lounge is beautifully done. The poolside is nice except sometimes there are mosquitoes in the evening because of the nearby waterbody

Great if you need to stay next to the airport or Amtrak. Nice rooms, cannot hear the planes from inside. Food is good and reasonable price. Nice view overlooking the golf course. 3 elevators so not much of a wait

Great place to stay that is convenient to the airport. They offer shuttle service to the airport (free) or the cruise terminal ($10). The beds are comfortable and my wife really, really loved the squishy pillows

At least a mile from any food or shopping so you're kinda stuck here. Concerned with the lack of security cameras. $20 a night for guest parking is excessive. Atm and vending machines on site

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated

Alas, a coffee machine and suppers for the pool, were apparently not standard but the guest services were able to promptly deliver them to our room

First room had a great room but the music was pounding at the restaurant and the pool all day and night. The next day we were able to be moved to a higher quieter floor - very much appreciated

Every single time I come to Miami I stay at the epic. Easily the nicest hotel in the city! Even if you are on the lowest floor you will have a phenomenal view of city, every single room is great with a spacious balcony

But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. They made us feel included and assured we had a nice time when we went back in the day!

The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean

The decor and cleanliness were impressive. I did not stay overnight as I was only visiting. Professional and polite staff. The bartender at the pool bar was awesome. Good looking pool area and direct access to the beach

There are sunscreens, spf-15,30,50, as well as after-sun lotion. The valet parking is perfectly laid out. You don't even have to order from your room in advance. But the car is standing in the sun

Rooms here are quite large, and very nice. I liked that they made the room smell like lemongrass. The pool here has a metal bottom which is odd to me. They have virtual bowling but it was broken for my stay

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and respectful. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Miami. Only negative is there is no bar service at the pool

Beautiful room, perfect service. We're traveling with a toddler and needed to store food, the hotel gave us a mini fridge. The view is pretty good, though we were in front of a newly constructed building

Clean hotel” I guess all Marriott hotel rooms are same (been to 7+, they were all the same ;) We were using hotel towels on the beach and they were keeping fresh ones, housekeeping staffs were good

M lounge is nice but not nearly as nice as M lounge in Marriott SF Waterfront airport location. Miami M lounge needs more variety and substance. Decent place but overpriced considering how old, dumpy, & outdated it is

Beautiful resort that was once a vet hospital and even Al Capone had his own VIP room back in the day. Probably one of the largest pools of any hotel I have been to. Excellently manicured golf courses

The pool is massive and crystal clear (they said it is the largest single pool of any US hotel) and the outdoor poolside food and drinks are a real treat. Golf course is superbly maintained and Golf Carts are new

The Concierge suggested we stop by the pool bar for a drink or two to relax, and by the time we got back upstairs, the number of personal amenities that they had delivered to our room, was shocking

The view of Miami from above the lobby is truly breathtaking. Legitimate 5 star brunches with a world famous Chef was fantastic as was the wine pairings. Best place in Miami to have your vacation!

I love this hotel, and have probably stayed here 7 or 8 times. The fitness facility and restaurants are amazing. But more so, on this trip, my luggage was lost by my airline

Amazing restaurants including one of the best Sunday Brunches in South Florida. Even if you live in Miami, this makes for a great staycation

The fitness center was amazing compared to normal hotel fitness centers! Staff was nice, rooms were clean and nice, no complaints and would definitely return! Just wish they had a free Continental breakfast

As usual the staff lives up to the Marriott standard. They are friendly and efficient with check in and check out. Our room was clean and inviting. Room is insanely quiet given all the airport traffic

Cozy place, beautiful view and a beautiful pool! We had 2 hours left on our stay. So we asked if we could pay the difference and go straight to the room and rest after a long trip, more than 22 hours

One of the reasons I picked the hotel was for the outdoor pool area which was indeed a great place to relax

The first room they put my family and I in smelled of cigarettes and there were burn holes in the furniture and men’s face hair on the bathroom counter and in the towels

Hotel was fabulous, our flight got delayed and we needed a hotel just for the day and this was just perfect. We had a room from 9-6 and meant we could sleep, freshen up and get food etc after our cruise

Lovely hotel close to shopping area. Rooms are nice and clean staff friendly and helpful. Executive lounge serves up a fair breakfast and evening drinks. The restaurant on the 2nd floor has a wider variety to choose from

I checked in very late at night, my check in services was super fast, dinner was delivered and a pick up shuttle to take me back to the airport was waiting for me once I check out

I stay here every time I work in Miami. It's very close to the Miami South Station, making it convenient to get to Downtown. It's also very affordable for a full Marriott

Many of the rooms are a little out of date, but they've begun remodeling at least one of their floors, and all their rooms are a good size and well taken care of

The rooms are clean, the bathroom was too and there was good water pressure for the shower and sink. They're not brand new looking rooms but they're functional

Excellent staff, convenient location. We parked our rental car there and the parking rate was $18 per night. The food at the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items

The pool setup was a little annoying and closed VERY early (7:30pm). Pool bar didn't open in the morning at 11am like posted. Most rooms don't have balconies, which fir the price is a little disappointing

Sadly, I couldn’t go to the pool, but you can see it on top of you on walking across from the parking garage to the main building

The bartender, Salvator, was exceptional. He greeted us as we returned from meetings and we were eager to get back to him for some evening cocktails. I can see why the bar fills up each night

We went to Miami for my birthday and we reserved 3 night and was amazing experience . Clean , service , breakfast was amazing and Lily make the best coffee ever and she was so sweet.

Quick check-in and friendly staff. Breakfast looked ok but a little thin for $20 so we walked to a Cafe nearby. Pool was heated and did the job. For a quick layover, hotel did the job

The pool is shared with a Fairfield inn which is located behind the AC hotel… awkward

No complaints. Very well decorated, good vibe and great location. I was impressed with the price per night as well. I was expecting more given the proximity to the other resorts.

CityPlace Doral is right across the street and has entertainment for both couples or families. We loved the hotel and will be sure to return next time we’re in Miami!
