We booked a room with one doble bed. We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed. Second thing we didn’t like that even I called twice on the checkout time asking to send us bill boy to help with the luggage no one came and we was bringing 4 suitcases ourselves ( quite difficult on the carpet...

The doorman was friendly and helped with the luggage. You can see the cruise ships from the room. There are many delicious restaurants within walking distance.

Services is terrible. When I asked for some hot water for pills, I was given a not working kettle for use. When I asked for replacement, they got no responses though I called them 3 times. Also, if you want a good sleep, I recommend not to choose this one as the sound proofing is bad.

The hotel has an excellent location just next to Airport, perfect for business travelers particularly in my case that needed to hold meetings in this area. The hotel staff is excellent too. Highly recommended, definitely i will be back anytime i am in Miami.

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was excellent and everything was top-notch. We stayed on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the water and city buildings. All of the staff were friendly and professional. We loved the pool area with view and DJ! Everything was in walking distance. We will definitely stay there again!

First room had a great room but the music was pounding at the restaurant and the pool all day and night. The next day we were able to be moved to a higher quieter floor - very much appreciated

The concierge and the checking personnel were professional and very helpful. The rooms are well designed and the shower meticulously cleaned. Alas, a coffee machine and suppers for the pool, were apparently not standard but the guest services were able to promptly deliver them to our room. Meets the expectations of a Ritz in a great location. Only considerations would be a less than operational AC in the hallways and the rooms are quite small with tiny bathrooms. Makes it a bit inconvenient with your significant other. Service is awesome. Pool options are awesome. Great for family or personal getaway. Easy voyage from the airport, too. Giving a shout out to Andres who was working the adult pool, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 10/10. The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean. I cant wait to plan my next trip here.

I am disabled with multiple health conditions yet the staff makes sure I feel included, safe, welcome, and happy. Most days I can't even move out of the bed. It's like being a prisoner of my own body. But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. The staff is super helpful. Amazing 5 star property. The decor and cleanliness were impressive. I did not stay overnight as I was only visiting. Professional and polite staff. The bartender at the pool bar was awesome. As usual the staff lives up to the Marriott standard. They are friendly and efficient with check in and check out. Our room was clean and inviting. Room is insanely quiet given all the airport traffic. Have stayed here before and will stay again. I am a rewards member and only book through Marriott.

Mostly stay here when I am on a business trip. It is right next to the airport, and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and they have a good bar and a restaurant. Gym is well equipped, and the pool area is nice too.

Beautiful place to stay. The outdoor area was great to hang out in at night. The fitness center was amazing compared to normal hotel fitness centers! Staff was nice, rooms were clean and nice, no complaints and would definitely return! Just wish they had a free Continental breakfast.

Excellent staff, convenient location. We parked our rental car there and the parking rate was $18 per night. The food at the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. Great hotel, rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable bed, and even the pillows were comfortable. They have a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods, including fresh fruits. The customer service is excellent; from the front desk, the servers at the restaurant, the concierge and the housekeeping personel, they all offered outstanding customer service.

This has hands down been the best hotel stay I have ever had. From the first moment I stepped into the lobby, I was treated as a VIP, and everything was incredibly comfortable.

I stayed at the Thesis this week. It is very convenient to the university. I was impressed with the staff and with my room initially, however I was completely repulsed when I went to take a shower and pubic hairs from a previous guest were on the shower floor. Our 5-night stay has turned out to be a surprisingly good one. Melike the front desk manager was extremely professional, hospital and problem-solving. The entire staff were great. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this place isn’t your best bet. The walls are so thin that it feels like your neighbor is right next to you. I was woken up both nights by my neighbors talking, a phone alarm, and coughing. It’s a shame because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location is located in the south of Miami, the price is moderate, and it is far from the subway station. You need to take a taxi or take the bus to travel. The rooms are good and bad. The bathroom is okay and looks refreshing.

The room was nice however, the hotel was hard to get to you since the entrance was off to the side. The hotel had a great vibe though modern upscale Miami style vibe. I didn’t like how the breakfast cost extra and it was hard to order food. I would stay here again, but will just be more prepared when I do.

Went to the W for a social event on the rooftop. The hotel looks elegant, putting it in the upper class of hotels in Miami. The rooftop itself has a pool, and the view was beautiful. However, the drink prices were unjustified, no matter the quality of the hotel. $17 for a 6oz cup is just unacceptable.

Great clean upscale place. Rooftop pool is second to none!! Two glasses (Dixie cups) of Chardonnay blew my mind at $38!!! Keep your water bottles, fill them with your own Chardonnay, and relax your grip on your wallet!! Overall a great place. The spa is part of a multi tower condo apartment complex.

Nicely designed hotel in the heart of downtown. Perfect location to walk around in the evening or go for a run. Rooms are very spacious and clean. It was difficult to find the way in the hotel to the gym / pool, but once you get there it’s very nice.

The W and Brickell icon condos are super nice with great views and awesome amenities. They location is good but the drawbridge can take forever. The gym / spa are also really well done.

SLS Brickell Miami is excellent. Only hot people work here which makes me right at home. The fact that they fired Juan for being ugly made me buy the penthouse on the 52nd floor. I also get my own elevator so I don't need to look sub 52 floor peasants in the eyes.

This was a very nice hotel, and the neighborhood is very cute. I will say, I was disappointed in my room’s view. I booked a “Courtyard View” room and paid nearly $2000 for 2 nights. We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. We received immediate 5-star hospitality at arrival (greeting, drinks, services). They were on top of it!
