First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.

Pretty epic indeed. Rooms were cozy and a good size. A little dusty, but nothing to complain about. Plenty of fancy sports cars up front and great views of the city. A lot of walkable eats and shops too. Excellent pools too with pool service. 👍

We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was excellent and everything was top-notch. We stayed on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the water and city buildings. All of the staff were friendly and professional. We loved the pool area with view and DJ! Everything was in walking distance. We will definitely stay there again!

First room had a great room but the music was pounding at the restaurant and the pool all day and night. The next day we were able to be moved to a higher quieter floor - very much appreciated

The concierge and the checking personnel were professional and very helpful. The rooms are well designed and the shower meticulously cleaned. Alas, a coffee machine and suppers for the pool, were apparently not standard but the guest services were able to promptly deliver them to our room. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Lobby is nice. Staff were all friendly and professional. TV remote was not working right, only stayed one night so didn't pursue repair. Parking is expensive, $19/day + tax but plenty of open spaces. Cold buffet was expensive too ($18/per) for something that is included with other Hilton branded properties. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for business trip or overnight. Rooms are huge and comfortable. There is shuttle service to and from airport and shopping malls. There is restaurant you can dine or order room services. Free wifi service once you check in and concierge. There is ATM machine and a gift shop.

An excellent hotel in a very close vicinity to the airport. Rooms are well kept and serviced. The service is excellent and the hotel offers a very nice outdoor swimming pool and a well equipped Gym (there's also a 0.5 mile trail outside the hotel but I found it too short and dodgy to run upon - very nice views through). Hilton is always great and my favorite hotel. But, this location has something extra special. Stop by the pool bar - The Blue Lagoon Saloon - and have a Bloody Mary. Mary, the bartender makes her own mix and it is out of this world! It's a special treat and Mary is terrific. ? (The Cesar salad was great, too.) The view? Well... amazing.

Meets the expectations of a Ritz in a great location. Only considerations would be a less than operational AC in the hallways and the rooms are quite small with tiny bathrooms. Giving a shout out to Andres who was working the adult pool, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 10/10. The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean. I cant wait to plan my next trip here.

I am disabled with multiple health conditions yet the staff makes sure I feel included, safe, welcome, and happy. Most days I can't even move out of the bed. This hotel is beautiful and absolutely amazing! It is close to many restaurants that you can just walk to or rent electric scooters/bikes. The room is alright, but not too small. There’s actually a door between us and the room next door. Which is a great idea if you rent two rooms beside each other, but the walls are very thin, so you can hear people next door. Lovely clean hotel. I was only there for two nights alone, visiting my son who lives nearby. I stayed at another Hilton hotel near this one with my husband in April and was more impressed with the Conrad Miami. We will stay there in the future.

The pool setup was a little annoying and closed VERY early (7:30pm). Pool bar didn't open in the morning at 11am like posted. Most rooms don't have balconies, which fir the price is a little disappointing. Service was great and the beds super comfy. Spacious room, but a small TV. Looking for a good place to stay while in Miami? Conrad isn’t that bad. Quite comfortable rooms, a bit on the pricey end but comfort and easy access is all I want. Excellent staff, convenient location. We parked our rental car there and the parking rate was $18 per night. The food at the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. Great hotel, rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable bed, and even the pillows were comfortable. They have a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods, including fresh fruits. Great hotel near the famous Ultra festival.After the festival it is impossible to catch a taxi and we went to the hotel for a couple of hours to drink wine in the lobby bar.Great after party with a live DJ and a great selection of wine and snacks awaited us in the lobby.Everything was delicious and several hours flew by instantly.Excellent staff and service.Recommend

Very nice DoubleTree property. Room was a little on the small side, only seating available aside from the bed was a desk chair and a stiff, oddly situated bench next to the TV. Bathroom was very nice; specifically, the updated shower. Location is ideal for a quick ride to the cruise terminal.

This was going through some construction at the time, but service wasn't good. The area is nice but the restaurants and stores immediately below had incredibly poor service (long waits for wrong food)

Even before arriving they were willing to work with us to make a few changes. The service was on excellent, the staff amazing and the view was beautiful. If I ever go back, I know where I'm staying.

It a great hotel and great staff. Comfy beds. Beautiful views from balcony suite. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they charge you for every little thing. They charge $10 a day to have a mini fridge in your room. $30 a day for parking. They say you get free breakfast but it's a ticket that gives you $8 off per person for a meal that's no least than $16 per person. BUT you can use those tickets...

The room was nice however, the hotel was hard to get to you since the entrance was off to the side. The hotel had a great vibe though modern upscale Miami style vibe. I didn’t like how the breakfast cost extra and it was hard to order food. I would stay here again, but will just be more prepared when I do.

Went to the W for a social event on the rooftop. The hotel looks elegant, putting it in the upper class of hotels in Miami. The rooftop itself has a pool, and the view was beautiful. However, the drink prices were unjustified, no matter the quality of the hotel. $17 for a 6oz cup is just unacceptable.

Great clean upscale place. Rooftop pool is second to none!! Two glasses (Dixie cups) of Chardonnay blew my mind at $38!!! Nicely designed hotel in the heart of downtown. Perfect location to walk around in the evening or go for a run. Rooms are very spacious and clean. It was difficult to find the way in the hotel to the gym / pool, but once you get there it’s very nice.

The W and Brickell icon condos are super nice with great views and awesome amenities. They location is good but the drawbridge can take forever. The gym / spa are also really well done.

SLS Brickell Miami is excellent. Only hot people work here which makes me right at home. The fact that they fired Juan for being ugly made me buy the penthouse on the 52nd floor. I also get my own elevator so I don't need to look sub 52 floor peasants in the eyes.

This was a very nice hotel, and the neighborhood is very cute. I will say, I was disappointed in my room’s view. I booked a “Courtyard View” room and paid nearly $2000 for 2 nights.
