We booked a room with one doble bed. We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed. Second thing we didn’t like that even I called twice on the checkout time asking to send us bill boy to help with the luggage no one came and we was bringing 4 suitcases ourselves ( quite difficult on the carpet...
Good hotel, quite busy. Need to request for hot water cattle from the reception.  No terrace unfortunately
The doorman was friendly and helped with the luggage. You can see the cruise ships from the room. There are many delicious restaurants within walking distance.
Great hotel. Above 5 star standard. Walking distance to Marketplace & grocery shops. Great location.
Great location. Beautiful view. Starbucks is in the lobby.
Services is terrible. When I asked for some hot water for pills, I was given a not working kettle for use. When I asked for replacement, they got no responses though I called them 3 times. Also, if you want a good sleep, I recommend not to choose this one as the sound proofing is bad.

Absolutely amazing experience at Trump National Doral! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I requested to switch rooms because the elevator wasn’t working — not only did they take care of it right away, but they also upgraded me and made sure the new room matched all my preferences. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and everything was...
Comfortable environment, easy to play
The environment is very beautiful
The room is large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are from Spanish Nature Biss. I booked the first night on Ctrip and the official website. The second night is a package with breakfast and golf. When I checked in, I made two different orders together for two nights, so there is no need to change. After I booked the room, the front desk said that all I had to do was re-swipe the key...
The room is elegant and the bedding is of excellent quality and very comfortable.
Beautiful resort. Phenomenal golf courses, rooms, food and service.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff were great, really helpful at all times, and the location was beautiful, although difficult to walk to anywhere from.
Need some TLC , outdated , breakfast is great , but they charge for parking regardless
The hotel has an excellent location just next to Airport, perfect for business travelers particularly in my case that needed to hold meetings in this area. The hotel staff is excellent too. Highly recommended, definitely i will be back anytime i am in Miami.
They were so friendly and amazing 😊
The hotel was ok but the room was an average. There was not a very nice view as we expected from its name.

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.
Pretty epic indeed. Rooms were cozy and a good size. A little dusty, but nothing to complain about. Plenty of fancy sports cars up front and great views of the city. A lot of walkable eats and shops too. Excellent pools too with pool service. 👍
Every single time I come to Miami I stay at the epic. Easily the nicest hotel in the city! Even if you are on the lowest floor you will have a phenomenal view of city, every single room is great with a spacious balcony. Angel at the front desk checks us in almost every-time and we are always met with great hospitality. The only issue I've ever had was my AC was out in my room (it was in my free upgrade...
We absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was excellent and everything was top-notch. We stayed on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the water and city buildings. All of the staff were friendly and professional. We loved the pool area with view and DJ! Everything was in walking distance. We will definitely stay there again!
First room had a great room but the music was pounding at the restaurant and the pool all day and night. The next day we were able to be moved to a higher quieter floor - very much appreciated
The concierge and the checking personnel were professional and very helpful. The rooms are well designed and the shower meticulously cleaned. Alas, a coffee machine and suppers for the pool, were apparently not standard but the guest services were able to promptly deliver them to our room. Also, add and additional 5-10 minutes to your travel time back to airport as the plaza in front of the main entrance...

Meets the expectations of a Ritz in a great location. Only considerations would be a less than operational AC in the hallways and the rooms are quite small with tiny bathrooms. Makes it a bit inconvenient with your significant other. Service is awesome. Pool options are awesome. Great for family or personal getaway. Easy voyage from the airport, too. Just wish they had more on-campus dining
Giving a shout out to Andres who was working the adult pool, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 10/10. The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean. I cant wait to plan my next trip here.
I am disabled with multiple health conditions yet the staff makes sure I feel included, safe, welcome, and happy. Most days I can't even move out of the bed. It's like being a prisoner of my own body. But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. The staff is super helpful. They made us feel included and assured we had a nice time...
Amazing 5 star property. The decor and cleanliness were impressive. I did not stay overnight as I was only visiting. Professional and polite staff. The bartender at the pool bar was awesome. Great drinks. The guy is an artist. One Love, as he says. Good looking pool area and direct access to the beach.
Great place, great services, excellent breakfast. The room with sea view was superb.

Would give 6 stars for service if I could. Stayed overnight on our way to South America waiting for a delayed connection, and I left my watch in the room. Called them, they confirmed they found it, and sent it me via UPS. Grateful thanks!
As usual the staff lives up to the Marriott standard. They are friendly and efficient with check in and check out. Our room was clean and inviting. Room is insanely quiet given all the airport traffic. Have stayed here before and will stay again. I am a rewards member and only book through Marriott.
Mostly stay here when I am on a business trip. It is right next to the airport, and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and they have a good bar and a restaurant. Gym is well equipped, and the pool area is nice too.
I would like to give a special shout out to Mark and Ashley at front desk reception. Mark was very helpful assisting me with my printing & photocopy needs. Pleasant friendly, helpful and professional service. Ashley was a wonderful experience for us at checkout. She’s very thorough and noticed a billing discrepancy and got straight to the bottom of it with such Grace , friendly and professional demeanor...
Beautiful place to stay. The outdoor area was great to hang out in at night. The fitness center was amazing compared to normal hotel fitness centers! Staff was nice, rooms were clean and nice, no complaints and would definitely return! Just wish they had a free Continental breakfast.
Courteous attention. Great rooms and facilities. Ideal for business and pleasure as well. Centrally located. The only problem is with parking. If you have visitors it could be really expensive

Great location. However I went in asking for information on hosting an event and they wouldn’t get to me right away. Everyone’s response was I’ll have someone call you back. It took me showing up on my own to see the place and calling back to still not get an answer. I lost my patience and only THEN was someone willing to help. I figured they have so much business they don’t mind letting a few potential...
Excellent staff, convenient location. We parked our rental car there and the parking rate was $18 per night. The food at the hotel was pretty good. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items. We also tried their sushi and cerviche which was fresh and delicious. The check in and check out process was efficient and simple I would likely return for a future visit
Was able to stay at this wonderful resort a second time and again it exceeded expectations. Starting with the front desk getting us checked in quickly and having someone help us with our luggage, to a beautiful and clean room. The pool was so relaxing. Food and staff were so helpful and happy, they couldn't help but put me in a great mood! Wife made me promise to stay here again next time we come...
Great hotel, rooms are spacious, nice and comfortable bed, and even the pillows were comfortable. They have a great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of foods, including fresh fruits. The customer service is excellent; from the front desk, the servers at the restaurant, the concierge and the housekeeping personel, they all offered outstanding customer service.
Booked a 2 night stay here. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately and walked over to the front desk check in. Staff was very friendly and acknowledged my Diamond Elite status. They also asked if I thought of becoming Ambassador. I have considered and they explained to me all the benefits. We were placed in the highest floor away from the elevator just like I requested. The lounge was not available...

This has hands down been the best hotel stay I have ever had. From the first moment I stepped into the lobby, I was treated as a VIP, and everything was incredibly comfortable.
I stayed at the Thesis this week. It is very convenient to the university. I was impressed with the staff and with my room initially, however I was completely repulsed when I went to take a shower and pubic hairs from a previous guest were on the shower floor. They clearly hadn't cleaned the shower. This is a definite deal breaker for me as cleanliness is most important. Next time I'm in Coral Gables...

The entire place was pleasant. First we met Michelle at the front desk—she was super friendly & a good first impression. When we made it to our room, we thought it was great. We stayed in the hotel for one night and arrived very late. The room was quite large and the front desk staff was very responsible. Well located hotel, well maintained structure, shame that around us they were doing some work and therefore even though we were on the 17th floor in the morning it was impossible to rest.
Our 5-night stay has turned out to be a surprisingly good one. Melike the front desk manager was extremely professional, hospital and problem-solving. The entire staff were great. It has a Michillen star chef on the premise, and it is close to all kinds of top restaruant. The interior design is professionally done. It is an exemplary place for AKA.

Room is nice and big, lobby has a shop and bar and restaurant for late dinner. Room has no fridge or microwave, has a coffee maker. Tv is nice.
Clean, spacious room near Miami Airport. Shuttles every 30 mins. Small fridge, comfortable bed. Would stay again.
A great experience but wish that there were more people available at a late hour as it’s an airport hotel.
After all the reviews, I was a bit hesitant about staying here and frightened at what I was going to experience. It's a great place to stay if you need to stay close to airport or for an event at convention center. Stayed 4 nights and had no issues (July 14-18). Great location. Great rooms even though the building is older. Air conditioning is perfect!! Suit rooms are awesomen!!! Digital check in was seamless. Property has access to great restaurants and retail stores. Pay attention to overnight surcharge and taxes for parking.
My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The location is excellent, close to everything and with easy access to main attractions. The facilities were spotlessly clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. I would definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
Nice hotel to stay in Nice hotel on a marina. Good restaurant. I stay here frequently. Valet for cars a but expensive. But all in Miami is.
Beautiful property and excellent staff. This property is near the metro mover which makes it easy to explore the city.
We were a bit disappointed with our stay. The TV in our room didn’t work, the shampoo and body wash were both empty, paint was chipping on the ceiling, there were holes in the curtains, and the bidet was leaking. When we sat on the balcony, we got a serious contact high from another guest (we understand that’s out of the hotel’s control, but it still detracted from our experience). The view was nice...
Overall not bad Great location, beautiful bay view and plenty of shops for food and last minute travel items. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this place isn’t your best bet. The walls are so thin that it feels like your neighbor is right next to you. I was woken up both nights by my neighbors talking, a phone alarm, and coughing. It’s a shame because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Was not happy with the check in and the stop and go breakfast. Everything else was good especially the location.
Stayed for four days. Overall it was good. Breakfast needs to be improved.
The location is located in the south of Miami, the price is moderate, and it is far from the subway station. You need to take a taxi or take the bus to travel. The rooms are good and bad. The bathroom is okay and looks refreshing.
Great location - not too far from the airport, with plenty of dining options around, yet far from the crowded touristy areas. Friendly and helpful stuff, very comfortable bed, nice pool.
The room was nice however, the hotel was hard to get to you since the entrance was off to the side. The hotel had a great vibe though modern upscale Miami style vibe. I didn’t like how the breakfast cost extra and it was hard to order food. I would stay here again, but will just be more prepared when I do.

Very nice hotel with centric location and very nice rooms. Need to visit the 50th rooftop (pool and bar) and the 15th floor bat&restaurant
Went to the W for a social event on the rooftop. The hotel looks elegant, putting it in the upper class of hotels in Miami. The rooftop itself has a pool, and the view was beautiful. However, the drink prices were unjustified, no matter the quality of the hotel. $17 for a 6oz cup is just unacceptable.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great staff, comfortable and luxurious rooms and a great location. Dog parks on both sides of the hotel and a great area for food, drinks and running by the water.
Great clean upscale place. Rooftop pool is second to none!! Two glasses (Dixie cups) of Chardonnay blew my mind at $38!!! Keep your water bottles, fill them with your own Chardonnay, and relax your grip on your wallet!! Overall a great place. The spa is part of a multi tower condo apartment complex.
Nicely designed hotel in the heart of downtown. Perfect location to walk around in the evening or go for a run. Rooms are very spacious and clean. It was difficult to find the way in the hotel to the gym / pool, but once you get there it’s very nice.

SLS Brickell Miami is excellent. Only hot people work here which makes me right at home. The fact that they fired Juan for being ugly made me buy the penthouse on the 52nd floor. I also get my own elevator so I don't need to look sub 52 floor peasants in the eyes.
