We booked a room with one doble bed. We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed. Services is terrible. When I asked for some hot water for pills, I was given a not working kettle for use. When I asked for replacement, they got no responses though I called them 3 times. Also, if you want a good sleep, I recommend not to choose this one as the sound proofing is bad.

The hotel has an excellent location just next to Airport, perfect for business travelers particularly in my case that needed to hold meetings in this area. The hotel staff is excellent too. Highly recommended, definitely i will be back anytime i am in Miami.

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.

Meets the expectations of a Ritz in a great location. Only considerations would be a less than operational AC in the hallways and the rooms are quite small with tiny bathrooms. Makes it a bit inconvenient with your significant other. Service is awesome. Pool options are awesome. Great for family or personal getaway. Easy voyage from the airport, too. Just wish they had more on-campus dining

Giving a shout out to Andres who was working the adult pool, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 10/10. The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean. I cant wait to plan my next trip here.

I am disabled with multiple health conditions yet the staff makes sure I feel included, safe, welcome, and happy. Most days I can't even move out of the bed. It's like being a prisoner of my own body. But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. The staff is super helpful. Amazing 5 star property. The decor and cleanliness were impressive. I did not stay overnight as I was only visiting. Professional and polite staff. The bartender at the pool bar was awesome. As usual the staff lives up to the Marriott standard. They are friendly and efficient with check in and check out. Our room was clean and inviting. Room is insanely quiet given all the airport traffic. Have stayed here before and will stay again. I am a rewards member and only book through Marriott.

Mostly stay here when I am on a business trip. It is right next to the airport, and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and they have a good bar and a restaurant. Gym is well equipped, and the pool area is nice too.

Beautiful place to stay. The outdoor area was great to hang out in at night. The fitness center was amazing compared to normal hotel fitness centers! Staff was nice, rooms were clean and nice, no complaints and would definitely return! Just wish they had a free Continental breakfast.

Beautiful environment, good sanitation services! But the parking fee is quite expensive, we are hotel guests and have to pay $18 per day. And there is no shuttle to the airport, which is very inconvenient!

We stayed here after a cruise. Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea. We had breakfast in the club lounge. It was very delicious. They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did. It's a very nice hotel.

This has hands down been the best hotel stay I have ever had. From the first moment I stepped into the lobby, I was treated as a VIP, and everything was incredibly comfortable.

I stayed at the Thesis this week. It is very convenient to the university. I was impressed with the staff and with my room initially, however I was completely repulsed when I went to take a shower and pubic hairs from a previous guest were on the shower floor. Well located hotel, well maintained structure, shame that around us they were doing some work and therefore even though we were on the 17th floor in the morning it was impossible to rest.

Our 5-night stay has turned out to be a surprisingly good one. Melike the front desk manager was extremely professional, hospital and problem-solving. The entire staff were great. The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude. He neither smiles nor cares for the guests. This hotel is similar to the domestic hyatt regency high-end fast, nothing more.

Overall not bad Great location, beautiful bay view and plenty of shops for food and last minute travel items. I did not care for the location of our room on that 9th floor it was the second to last felt like we literally walked a mile to the room from the Elevator. Room and hallways was a little out dated. Four Seasons is always a good idea. The room is impeccable. Made for resting. The bed is a dream.

Had a great stay. Quality of late night room service options was less than expected. Pool service was less than expected, took some coaxing and not as attentive as you would expect. Had to chase them down a few times even when they weren’t busy. No fruit trays while in the pool as advertised which was disappointing.

Good location, good environment and good service

The most important thing is that when I checked out, I had to charge my vacation tax repeatedly. I showed them the details of the order email, but they still insisted on collecting it. In the end, I had to call the order platform to solve the problem.

If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, this place isn’t your best bet. The walls are so thin that it feels like your neighbor is right next to you. I was woken up both nights by my neighbors talking, a phone alarm, and coughing. It’s a shame because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

The location is located in the south of Miami, the price is moderate, and it is far from the subway station. You need to take a taxi or take the bus to travel. The rooms are good and bad. The bathroom is okay and looks refreshing.

Great location - not too far from the airport, with plenty of dining options around, yet far from the crowded touristy areas. Friendly and helpful stuff, very comfortable bed, nice pool.

The room was nice however, the hotel was hard to get to you since the entrance was off to the side. The hotel had a great vibe though modern upscale Miami style vibe. I didn’t like how the breakfast cost extra and it was hard to order food. I would stay here again, but will just be more prepared when I do.

The hotel is located in downtown Miami. The hotel facilities cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, but the location is still quite good. There are restaurants and shopping malls within a ten-minute walk. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions.

The facilities are old, the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on the terrace are not very soundproof, and you can hear the roar of the engine in the early morning, but the service is very nice.

The room is good but when has the room there were no amenities in the room and we had to ask for each.

The standard of Atour in China, it feels like there is nothing but a sign. There was only a pair of slippers in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn't deliver them after waiting for a whole night.

The location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water. There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink. There are mirrors everywhere.

The attending staff at the pool were very helpful and friendly. I think warmer pool water would have been nice. Having complimentary coffee available early in the morning was great. The elevators were quick and quiet (we've been in "high end" hotels where that isn't always the case).

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. We received immediate 5-star hospitality at arrival (greeting, drinks, services). They were on top of it! Beautiful view from our room, restaurant and bar offers great food, nice pool, we received all around great accommodations. Conveniently located to everything.
