Friendly, helpful staff available at all hours. Beautiful location, with good views and plenty of restaurants plus a lovely park in walking distance. Surprisingly reasonable rates. Very happy with the experience

The water is hot, the water pressure is good. Avoid the snack area and mini fridge, most of the treats are on sensors. Occasionally I will get charged for something I did not consume, so check your bill

The AC works but not quickly, the remote controlled shades work most of the time but I have had trouble occasionally getting them to go up or down. The tile work in the bathrooms is not great

The public restrooms in the park were closed for maintenance. We ventured in to the Intercontinental to test their facilities. The lobby was lovingly decorated in the finest Christmas decor

The hotel is nice in a good location. Not like that Breakfast is not included in the room rate ( which is typical for the USA).

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop

In the heart of Miami and with great parking right next to it, this hotel hosts great events and it's always on the move and keeping it interesting

This hotel is AWESOME!!! My children and I enjoyed our stay. It's within walking distance to Bayfront Park, shopping and other attractions

Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world

The only things I didn't like was that the pool deck is under renovation, so there is no pool access, and the location is slightly out of walking distance from other restaurants and bars, though an Uber is easy to get

Words can't describe the beauty in this hotel!! High-end security along with service! They also had a mall on the bottom floor. They also had a bar by the pool area and the most beautiful hot tub I have ever seen

The burger and breakfast there was good. It was a 10-15 minute drive to south beach as well, which is pretty convenient! I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area

Nice very large hotel with helpful staff. A lovely pool area & very good for children. However a male server removed my plate before I had finished eating on 3 occasions, so that wasn't so great, after a tip

Only 30mins on a local bus to the beach & for only $2. With a fabulous ice cream parlour on the walk back to the bus

The rooms are spacious and cozy, the lobby and outside greenery sitting area , restaurants & the lobby roof seating area are all great & top tier features of this hotel

Good local amenities A good well stocked shop close by which we thought was a bank. Found out there was a free local bus to the shops & free metro that was a plus, only we got stuck on it for 2 hours because of the rain

When you get a chance, go to the rooftop bar, Sugar. Ramon was the guy who usually brought my car down from valet. He was so great, and he's a really funny dude

She got us a great room, got us reservation to the Tea room rooftop lounge, and gave us great recommendations for the area. Great service from her and overall a great hotel experience

Staying at the East completely turned out vacation around. We were staying elsewhere and having a mediocre experience

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated

Alas, a coffee machine and suppers for the pool, were apparently not standard but the guest services were able to promptly deliver them to our room

First room had a great room but the music was pounding at the restaurant and the pool all day and night. The next day we were able to be moved to a higher quieter floor - very much appreciated

Every single time I come to Miami I stay at the epic. Easily the nicest hotel in the city! Even if you are on the lowest floor you will have a phenomenal view of city, every single room is great with a spacious balcony

Giving a shout out to Andres who was working the adult pool, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 10/10

But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. They made us feel included and assured we had a nice time when we went back in the day!

The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean

The decor and cleanliness were impressive. I did not stay overnight as I was only visiting. Professional and polite staff. The bartender at the pool bar was awesome. Good looking pool area and direct access to the beach

There are sunscreens, spf-15,30,50, as well as after-sun lotion. The valet parking is perfectly laid out. You don't even have to order from your room in advance. But the car is standing in the sun

Rooms here are quite large, and very nice. I liked that they made the room smell like lemongrass. The pool here has a metal bottom which is odd to me. They have virtual bowling but it was broken for my stay

Beautiful room, perfect service. We're traveling with a toddler and needed to store food, the hotel gave us a mini fridge. The view is pretty good, though we were in front of a newly constructed building

The pool setup was a little annoying and closed VERY early (7:30pm). Pool bar didn't open in the morning at 11am like posted. Most rooms don't have balconies, which fir the price is a little disappointing

Sadly, I couldn’t go to the pool, but you can see it on top of you on walking across from the parking garage to the main building

The concierge at the spa was kind and courteous. She validated our parking and let us know that she was going to call the correct location. Once we arrived at the Brickell location it was amazing from start to finish

I attended the JW Marriott Miami for a spa package for two that I purchased for my girl friend's birthday. First off we went to the downtown location initially and informed we were in the wrong location

Nice hotel. Nice swimming pool on the rooftop. There's or at lest they was a starbucks there when I stayed over many years ago.

Great place close to cool restaurants it was clean staff was very friendly it's close to the port and they offered rides to the port for cruises would definitely recommend

Friendly staff and nice rooms. The traffic noise can be a little bit much at times and parking is pretty pricey (approximately $35 per day). Overall a good stay. Would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

I had breakfast and then went to my spa, thinking about what to do after lunch, room service perfect and nothing was missing. On the way out, the butler brought me my red Lamborghini, and I left happy

Hotel prices for food and drink are redicilous so we ate out all the time. In the sticks a bit so be prepared for walks and Ubers! Hotel pool is very dirty. The Rooms are what make this place so lovely

This reminds me of a hotel in the Era of the Cocaine cowboys, It's still has the eighties feel but very elegant and remodeled, this is a gem in the heart of coconut Grove and is definitely a beautiful resort with nice staff, John however at the front desk is rude and is very tricky you can't always listen to what he says and every time you call he told you this lie of a story and put you on hold...

Apart from that if you have a Jacuzzi in the room the better tell you that if you wanna use it it's $35 charge per hour and that you need to call someone to be able to activate it other than that you have an overflooded Jacuzzi that does not work and does not get cold and then they will accuse you a breaking it, Highly recommended place for a definite beautiful getaway

Seemed pretty fancy, nice quaint hotel tucked right into the city scape of coco walk. I saw a wedding party departure while I was there on a brief stay. Which made the place all the more elegant and cozy for me.

The reason for the 4 stars not 5 is because we had to change room twice due to safety concerns with a sliding door, then we were downgraded to a cheaper room then we got a room but it wasnt the view I paid for

As I’ve gotten older I’ve come to appreciate more of Miami rather than just south beach. You probably wouldn’t find me dead in south beach but coconut grove might be my new place to rest my head especially this hotel

The apartment styled hotel room was spacious and immaculate. If you intend on cooking while vacationing these suites come equipped with all the utensils and pots. We even had a washer/dryer combo in our unit
