Good hotel, quite busy. Need to request for hot water cattle from the reception.  No terrace unfortunately

Good location, Good service, Good facilities but missing a whirlpool.

The public restrooms in the park were closed for maintenance. We ventured in to the Intercontinental to test their facilities. The lobby was lovingly decorated in the finest Christmas decor

WHOLEFOODS GROCERY is just right around the corner for your daily needs and CVS 4 minutes walk away. There is a restaurants nearby. South beach is UBER drive away under 10 minutes and cost about $10 US

Location good we have done south beach n better restaurants etc this location. We had big room 48m2 but was poorly configured ie cramped bathroom

From check in to check out, excellent customer service. Lobby and rooms very clean and comfortable

Location right in the heart of town, with direct link to the FREE Metromover to Bayside Market place and Brickell Shopping Center. You can even walk to these both areas under 10 minutes if u prefer

This hotel is a skyline building located in downtown. Most of Miami's tourist attractions are within a 30-minute drive. Additionally, the view from the room is fantastic!

This hotel is AWESOME!!! My children and I enjoyed our stay. It's within walking distance to Bayfront Park, shopping and other attractions

The property is great. It’s very expensive but it was nice and I had a great view. It was a lot of resultants walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

The burger and breakfast there was good. It was a 10-15 minute drive to south beach as well, which is pretty convenient! I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area

Hilton Downtown cries for an upgrade from the gym, pool, and room the vibe is terrible. Waited for 8h for service to attend clogged toilet

There really isn't anything special about the hotel, the location is great; however, 49$ a day to park, and although nice to have a restaurant inside the hotel, the food was not that good and very pricey, a skirt steak w/fries and water with tip & tax was 46

Beautiful view, nice location, but our room was a bit dirty, hair in the bathroom.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, the lobby and outside greenery sitting area , restaurants & the lobby roof seating area are all great & top tier features of this hotel

Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in

First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated

Perfect location, great place, awesome pool with DJ. Staff is very accommodating and gracious. Only knock is unnecessary charging on items and lack of complementary water in the room.

All of the staff were friendly and professional. We loved the pool area with view and DJ! Everything was in walking distance. We will definitely stay there again!

Excellent pools too with pool service

First room had a great room but the music was pounding at the restaurant and the pool all day and night. The next day we were able to be moved to a higher quieter floor - very much appreciated

Every single time I come to Miami I stay at the epic. Easily the nicest hotel in the city! Even if you are on the lowest floor you will have a phenomenal view of city, every single room is great with a spacious balcony

But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. They made us feel included and assured we had a nice time when we went back in the day!

The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean

The guest room floor is not cleaned, or should be not cleaned at all. The soles of slippers are black after two days of wearing. The black front desk staff has a bad attitude, no sense of service, and a cold attitude

Room was a little on the small side, only seating available aside from the bed was a desk chair and a stiff, oddly situated bench next to the TV. Bathroom was very nice; specifically, the updated shower

The sheets were dirty very disappointing and disgusting. Pool area is nice but pool is small so gets quite busy.

The hotel is not big, the rooms are not big, and the swimming pool is not big, but it is convenient, with restaurants and shopping malls nearby and around it.

Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Location is great with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. It can get a bit loud at night from the bars nearby, room is smaller but has all basic necessities

Super downtown! 5 minutes walk from the mall, very safe. The interior design of the hotel is very beautiful and modern. The room is small, but I can accept it for this location

unreasonable for travelers No shattle, no breakfast and way out of transportation. when we walked in their TV is not working the room is darker. We call and report that the TV is not working

There is no shuttle from Miami Airport to the hotel, but the hotel provides a paid service from the cruise port, which is eight dollars per person and is quite convenient

Concierge gave us good recommendations on restaurants and Donel at the front desk always has a smile on his face and checks in with you

The hotel is very comfortable and cozy. It is centrally located to everything. And nearby there is a delicious Peruvian restaurant.

Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy

Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station

Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean

We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures

I enjoyed my stay at hilton gardens, the room was clean the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have Delicious breakfast buffet and the hotel is close to the freeway and easy access to brickell and downtown Miami

Everything was very good. It is clean and well located. My room was in front of the elevator, so it was a title bit noisy due the people talking at my door.

Since the hurricane we’ve bounced around hotels, but we never felt like things were turning up until we reached Hotel Urbano

It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions

Went to the W for a social event on the rooftop. The hotel looks elegant, putting it in the upper class of hotels in Miami. The rooftop itself has a pool, and the view was beautiful

The location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water

There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink

The Miami city tours in the red bus is just opposite the hotel just 2 minutes walk. 2 Indian restaurants are wishing 10 minutes of walking from hotel. Good coty view from The hotel

This is an older hotel but it’s clean with nice staff providing good services. You can see the beautiful Port of Miami and Bayside market outside your window

Most tourists buses either pick up outside the hotel or across the street. The cruise harbor and restaurant are in walking distance or you can take the free trolley to go around yourself

They fixed one of the faulty ones thank goodness - but still only 2 lifts working. We ate diner in the restaurant one night and the fries were disgusting, dark brown and fully of oil

To cap it all 2 of the 3 lifts were not working at a time when people were trying to leave to go on their cruises. It took an hour on average to get to the ground floor

Great location but this hotel is very very tired, with paint peeling off the walls & a small inbox with a key which was the safe

I was highly impressed by with my stay. I travel for races around the state, the hotels are selected for me, this was by far my favorite one. The rooms are like mini apartments that you feel ay home in, not in a hotel

The staff was excellent! The front desk hostess who works evenings makes you feel welcome and she is knowledge of the area. My only negative is the parking is difficult. Thank you for making me feel welcome!

The FULL SIZE kitchenette was top on my list. The freezer is better than what I have at home. Great neighborhood, my fiance said he felt safe walking the streets late at night

My wife lived in an apartment on Tigertail forty plus years ago, and she was shocked and pleased to discover that the Hotel's apartments were the same (save updated fixtures and furniture) as the one she occupied then

On the plus side, the staff of the Residence was uniformly excellent. The breakfast was more than adequate, and the fruit fresh. Even fresh blueberries were available. The main facility was very well maintained

But the apartments come with some serious quirks. Our initial room had a sofa with significant tears in its fabric. When we reported this to the front desk they immediately moved us to a different apartment

The sheets were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the kitchenette sink had visible dirt. The only real highlight of this hotel is the pool

Rooms are exceptional but there was some of the cushin chairs with stains for this level property shouldn’t happen thats just my opinion otherwise i haven’t seen in ling time better rooms and layouts in any other hotels and i do travel a lot again its just a heads up to the management im sure it will be fixed otherwise top notch place to be at

The location is excellent—right on the main street, and just a short walk across the road to a mall with restaurants and shops. However, the rooms are very outdated and were not clean upon arrival
