We booked a room with one doble bed.
We received 2 beds(((. As we passed through the queue at registration we decided not to loose the time finding solution and slept together in a one bed.
Second thing we didn’t like that even I called twice on the checkout time asking to send us bill boy to help with the luggage no one came and we was bringing 4 suitcases ourselves ( quite difficult on the carpet...
Good hotel, quite busy. Need to request for hot water cattle from the reception.
No terrace unfortunately
The doorman was friendly and helped with the luggage. You can see the cruise ships from the room. There are many delicious restaurants within walking distance.
Great hotel. Above 5 star standard. Walking distance to Marketplace & grocery shops. Great location.
Great location. Beautiful view. Starbucks is in the lobby.
Services is terrible. When I asked for some hot water for pills, I was given a not working kettle for use. When I asked for replacement, they got no responses though I called them 3 times.
Also, if you want a good sleep, I recommend not to choose this one as the sound proofing is bad.

Absolutely amazing experience at Trump National Doral! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I requested to switch rooms because the elevator wasn’t working — not only did they take care of it right away, but they also upgraded me and made sure the new room matched all my preferences.
The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and everything was...
Comfortable environment, easy to play
The environment is very beautiful
The room is large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are from Spanish Nature Biss. I booked the first night on Ctrip and the official website. The second night is a package with breakfast and golf. When I checked in, I made two different orders together for two nights, so there is no need to change. After I booked the room, the front desk said that all I had to do was re-swipe the key...
The room is elegant and the bedding is of excellent quality and very comfortable.

Our stay was amazing!
Second time staying here and I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else. Nice rooms, great location.
Very well located. I little noise in the street like any big city, but for sure, if you enjoy cities, you will enjoy it.
You can't beat the location and the modern amenities of East. Convenient and walkable. don't hesitate to book here

Top structure, highly recommended!
Nice hotel, not so great staff.
Hotel location is good. Facility is clear and comfortable. Good to take the rest for family trip.
Perfect location, great place, awesome pool with DJ. Staff is very accommodating and gracious.
Only knock is unnecessary charging on items and lack of complementary water in the room.
First time staying in downtown Miami, and I must say I chose the perfect hotel. I had a water view on the 22nd floor over the pool, and the view was amazing! The staff was great and the hotel was nice and updated. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little bit lacking. Definitely will stay again.
Pretty epic indeed. Rooms were cozy and a good size. A little dusty, but nothing to complain about. Plenty of fancy sports cars up front and great views of the city. A lot of walkable eats and shops too. Excellent pools too with pool service. 👍

Meets the expectations of a Ritz in a great location. Only considerations would be a less than operational AC in the hallways and the rooms are quite small with tiny bathrooms. Makes it a bit inconvenient with your significant other. Service is awesome. Pool options are awesome. Great for family or personal getaway. Easy voyage from the airport, too. Just wish they had more on-campus dining
Giving a shout out to Andres who was working the adult pool, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a 10/10. The location of this hotel is perfect, you forget that you are just a quick drive from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day to make sure our room was always clean. I cant wait to plan my next trip here.
I am disabled with multiple health conditions yet the staff makes sure I feel included, safe, welcome, and happy. Most days I can't even move out of the bed. It's like being a prisoner of my own body. But at the Ritz I forget Mt sorrows for a while. ADA compliant and spacious for my wheelchair and my autistic boy. The staff is super helpful. They made us feel included and assured we had a nice time...
Amazing 5 star property. The decor and cleanliness were impressive. I did not stay overnight as I was only visiting. Professional and polite staff. The bartender at the pool bar was awesome. Great drinks. The guy is an artist. One Love, as he says. Good looking pool area and direct access to the beach.
Great place, great services, excellent breakfast. The room with sea view was superb.

We stayed in the hotel for one night and arrived very late. The room was quite large and the front desk staff was very responsible. Well located hotel, well maintained structure, shame that around us they were doing some work and therefore even though we were on the 17th floor in the morning it was impossible to rest.
Our 5-night stay has turned out to be a surprisingly good one. Melike the front desk manager was extremely professional, hospital and problem-solving. The entire staff were great. It has a Michillen star chef on the premise, and it is close to all kinds of top restaruant. The interior design is professionally done. It is an exemplary place for AKA.

Four Seasons is always a good idea. The room is impeccable. Made for resting. The bed is a dream.
Had a great stay. Quality of late night room service options was less than expected. Pool service was less than expected, took some coaxing and not as attentive as you would expect. Had to chase them down a few times even when they weren’t busy. No fruit trays while in the pool as advertised which was disappointing.
We had a lovely stay at the Four Seasons hotel in Brickell!
Good location, good environment and good service
The most important thing is that when I checked out, I had to charge my vacation tax repeatedly. I showed them the details of the order email, but they still insisted on collecting it. In the end, I had to call the order platform to solve the problem.

The hotel is located in downtown Miami. The hotel facilities cannot be compared with domestic five-star hotels, but the location is still quite good. There are restaurants and shopping malls within a ten-minute walk. It only takes ten minutes to take a taxi to the beach, graffiti wall and other attractions.
The facilities are old, the floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on the terrace are not very soundproof, and you can hear the roar of the engine in the early morning, but the service is very nice.
Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The restaurant is excellent, a real treat 😋
The room is good but when has the room there were no amenities in the room and we had to ask for each.
The standard of Atour in China, it feels like there is nothing but a sign. There was only a pair of slippers in the room. I notified the front desk but they didn't deliver them after waiting for a whole night.
The location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water. There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink. There are mirrors everywhere.

property was very artsy and held a different comfort! love the interior and exterior!😍 amazing!
I absolutely LOVE this hotel! The manager, Jameisha, literally made our stay! She was amazing and very kind! She went out of her way to help us and truly made our stay phenomenal. By far one of the loveliest humans we met in Miami! On top of that, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and located in a great area. The rooms are huge and very pretty. Would highly recommend staying here!
SLS Brickell Miami is excellent. Only hot people work here which makes me right at home. The fact that they fired Juan for being ugly made me buy the penthouse on the 52nd floor. I also get my own elevator so I don't need to look sub 52 floor peasants in the eyes.
From the moment that we arrived until the moment that we checked out, the staff was extremely kind, pleasant, and accommodating. One staff member in particular, Alan, was especially gracious. He honestly made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel.
In addition, the hotel is in a great, central location. It’s very clean and the pool is amazing. But for our family, the impeccable customer...
Our stay at the SLS Brickell was due to our flight(s) being canceled by our airline after our cruise (I believe that I read that more than 10,000 flights were canceled nationwide that weekend). We decided that we would simply try to make the best of a trying situation, and go stay in a nice hotel in downtown Miami until we could make alternative arrangements for another flight.

The attending staff at the pool were very helpful and friendly. I think warmer pool water would have been nice. Having complimentary coffee available early in the morning was great. The elevators were quick and quiet (we've been in "high end" hotels where that isn't always the case).
MrC is a beautiful boutique hotel. Service is amazing and the property is located in the heart of coconut grove

My new hotel in Miami. I love it
Excellent hotel, good vibe, excellent location, confortable rooms, beautiful decor, good shower. The pool is beautiful with a great view. Please be clear about the dress code in hotel and restaurant.
Hip, Central, and Noisy
The property is quite fun - great restaurant and great rooftop pool. Very convenient in the center of the Grove. However, the room was very noisy. It seems soundproofing was overlooked in the construction. There was a family with young kids in the next room and we heard every yelp or cry. I was charged one day's extra tax. I don't know how Ctrip negotiated with them!
Excellent location, strong MO style, invincible bay view, very close to the Miami cruise port, service is very good, but I didn’t buy the Miami-specific fans, so sad

Excellent food in a beautiful setting, with warm service that is very friendly, but not overly familiar, if that makes sense. 5 start resort-style amenities...I could very quickly get used to this!
I can't say enough good things about this place. It's cozy, the rooms are big, there's an assortment of fruits and food in the rooms, and the fact that you can get around by driving a golf caddy is my absolute favourite. The price/performance ratio is average. If you have a car, you don't have to live here. Parking costs 1,000 yuan a day. It's better to pay a little more and live in a hotel far away. The environment and facilities are also ordinary. There are no surprises. The view of the swimming pool is good. You can see the high-rise buildings and the blue sky when swimming on your back.
The room is quite old. The attitude of the parking valet was very uncomfortable. He tried every means to get me to tip him after the car was parked at the door for two minutes. On the day I left, I heard that a guest's car was stolen in the valet parking.
Rooms are very comfy, location was great right in the middle of Miami and the surrounding were great to walk on, very close to drugstore, supermarket and lots of little restaurant's,
Rooms here are quite large, and very nice. I liked that they made the room smell like lemongrass. The pool here has a metal bottom which is odd to me. They have virtual bowling but it was broken for my stay. If you stay here for the room, you won't be disappointed.
Beautiful room, perfect service. We're traveling with a toddler and needed to store food, the hotel gave us a mini fridge. The view is pretty good, though we were in front of a newly constructed building. The room is comfortable and big, shower and bath are terrific. The hotel definitely made us feel like we're on vacation.
Great services and good quality food to experience at this stunning hotel. All the services of this hotel were exactly I expected. Relaxing spaces to chill out and easy access to the beaches. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and would love to come back.

Beautiful resort that was once a vet hospital and even Al Capone had his own VIP room back in the day. Probably one of the largest pools of any hotel I have been to. Excellently manicured golf courses. Service is A+. Amazing restaurants including one of the best Sunday Brunches in South Florida. Even if you live in Miami, this makes for a great staycation.

Really nice hotel. Clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the ocean. Excellent staff.. Can't wait to return on my next trip
The hotel is beautiful. Very luxurious and clean. The only issue that I has is that the bed is a bit on the hard side. Overall, a great experience at an unbeatable location.

All the chaos of Miami disappears the moment you arrive on the 39th floor check-in. The process was seamless and the fastest we’ve ever received.
