Our stay was fine. Customer service was great . We didn't like the pillows. Either too soft and squishy, not very supportive, or too big and firm. Beds were comfortable though.

Hotel was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. As we drove in the valet personnel were very quick to grab our keys and car. They also took care of all the bags and handed them to the bellhop. Check in was quick and without any flaw. Once we arrived to our room, the views of downtown Miami are out of this world. Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved it! But asked for a balcony they said each room has a balcony but failed to mention they are not for use. Other then that wonderful staff. Clean room and very comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is a bit plain. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean but definitely a bit older. The location is nice, within easy walking distance to the Metro Mover, and several good restaurants and sights. However, it is in a busy, noisy city and my room was definitely not well insulated. The honking, sirens, and general noise were a constant through the night.

Very convenient location for an unexpected overnight layover, especially if you have a flight in the morning, but it is way too expensive for the quality. It's clean, it's nice, the room I stayed in was very small. There's a bar right downstairs and all the food you expect to find in an American airport. Super busy airport. Lots of expansions. Airport is very clean a lot of security but somehow you feel like your in a maze. Would like to see more signs in different languages helping travelers find their way around.

Would give 6 stars for service if I could. Stayed overnight on our way to South America waiting for a delayed connection, and I left my watch in the room. Called them, they confirmed they found it, and sent it me via UPS. Grateful thanks!

As usual the staff lives up to the Marriott standard. They are friendly and efficient with check in and check out. Our room was clean and inviting. Room is insanely quiet given all the airport traffic. Have stayed here before and will stay again. I am a rewards member and only book through Marriott.

Mostly stay here when I am on a business trip. It is right next to the airport, and the shuttle runs every 15 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and they have a good bar and a restaurant. Gym is well equipped, and the pool area is nice too.

Beautiful place to stay. The outdoor area was great to hang out in at night. The fitness center was amazing compared to normal hotel fitness centers! Staff was nice, rooms were clean and nice, no complaints and would definitely return! Just wish they had a free Continental breakfast.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right across the Ferry Bldg and our view was the Bay... beautiful! So ask for the Bay View when booking. I was impressed with the staff and with my room initially, however I was completely repulsed when I went to take a shower and pubic hairs from a previous guest were on the shower floor. Excellent, great customer service, great location on Biscayne boulevard. You can walk to the bayside. Hop on a boat and cruise the Miami marina. Or shop at many stores and great restaurants. The American Airlines Areana is also a walking distance from the hotel. So if you love basket ball and a Miami Heat fan, you can catch a game or two

We stayed here for couple nights and it was pretty enjoyable. Staffs in the front counter were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean when we arrive. Lobby has a nice scent and pool and lounge and gym are great. A pleasant stay. Only thing we wish is the clean staffs can improve the level of cleaning a bit more.
