Reviews
Idk where to even start, this place was awful. When you first walk in it’s not bad but going up to the room there was a smell of must or like mold.
Walking there was nothing visibly bad but the longer you stayed the worst it got, none of the doors other than the front door don’t close correctly, what I mean by that is that you have to push the door hard to get it to close.
The light switches are so random, some don’t do anything and others like the one to the master only works if you turn on a light next to the front door which I found strange. When we got there the tvs wouldn’t turn on so we had to call management, they switched out our controllers but the problems don’t even end there, you need the patience of an angel to watch a show because of how slow everything is. There’s a little light next to the bed that was broken and when I asked about it instead of changing it they just told me that it doesn’t work and shrugged it off and left.
The carpet is literally so filthy it turned our feet black like no joke and we weren’t walking that long. The fridge was barely even cold like the water we had in there was room temp, the (couch) bed in the livingroom is very uncomfortable, you can literally feel the springs poking you under the bed. The lighting is so bad you can barely see anything, I think that’s basically everything for the living space, now onto the bathroom it’s absolutely disgusting, the toilet was not cleaned properly, and there was mold in the shower.. and not even small amount there was a good amount in there and on the curtain.
Now that we’re done with the room it’s self let’s talk about the service/ customer service, it was the worst way I’ve ever been treated, I speak Spanish and could hear them talking crap while we were going down to get breakfast, saying to eachother how annoyed they were with the people using the elevator and complaining about how many people were getting breakfast and making a mess . The cleaners and people that manage the breakfast snatch your plate away if they think it’s garbage or instead of saying excuse me they’ll get all up in your person space and take/move things.
All except one cleaner (she was giving us towels) was nice and even talked with my kids and got along with them.
The people at the front desk look like they’re being forced to work there and all look and act like they hate you. When we read the rules on the tv it said the towels were changed daily so when they weren’t we were surprised and called downstairs, the lady told us she would bring the towels up since the house keeping weren’t there. 30 minutes later we got worried so we asked about the towels and a guy at the front desk answered and he told us that she never told us anything about bringing us the towels and told us he had them right there with him and to get them, i went to pick them up and instead of being nice he was rude, I asked him about the towels and and he said he was going to get it so I asked him about the call and how he said that he had them already and he laughed it off and said he wouldn’t argue about that with me. I told him I’d rather speak to his manager and instead he walked over to grab the towels, when he came back he acted like I never asked about the manager and I asked again, he told me the manager wasn’t there so I asked who was in charge and he said there was the assistant manager and he went back and “spoke” to someone and came back telling me that they were in a meeting, quite convenient huh. I got angry and said that the place was a joke and he tried to say something but I told him that I didn’t want to speak to him and went back to my room to give my kids a shower. The workers here are terrible and rude, no one says good morning/evening/night or even excuse me and when having to speak to someone they aren’t available. There’s no towels in the pool area either so either ask before you swim or bring your own. Honestly would give it 0 if I could. Also a moldy bed infront of linen room before we left???
It's not a big deal, but it would be nice for her to get some customer service training.
