The staff was amazing. Every single person we dealt with was so exceptionally nice and accommodating. From check-in, to dinner at the bar, to breakfast. Every staff member was so professional. We were always acknowledged when we walked in, even if they couldn't get to us right away. And they did the same to other guests when we were being waited on. Couldn't have asked for better service

For the price I paid I feel kind of disappointed. Yes the hotel is very nice and is well appointed. That makes it a least pleasant to be in. Yes the staff were super helpful and friendly. They do have the standard amenities of a pool and gym that are pretty nice as well. The staff here is GREAT! I was greeted with a smile upon entering and the hotel itself has the "high-end" feel and near great places to eat like Towne Center. If you're not wanting to leave the hotel, that's fine too! You can head downstairs and eat at their in house restaurant. I've found my new favorite spot to rest my head in Kansas City.

The rooms are very nice, clean, and modern. I would recommend in the room to allow the TV to move or move the desk. This is a great property! I stayed the night for a concert at Arrowhead and it was easy to hop on the interstate and get there and back. It is in a great location with tons of restaurants nearby. I liked that during the covid time the bar and restaurant were serving drinks and food. Also in the morning I was able to get a good cup of coffee at Starbucks within the property.

Checking in was super easy. We got a kings suite on the 16th floor. The room was spacious and clean. The view was AMAZING!! In the morning we drank coffee and ate breakfast at the table in our room watching a hawk fly window level and even saw deer in the trees below. We attended a knitting vendor show. There were clear directions to the banquet hall. The vendors were set up in a way to easily accomodate the number of arrendees. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

We had the very best stay here! Our youth summit was held here, and there was over 230 people that attended. We were so very well received and treated from start to finish! The staff were amazing. The breakfast was great and diverse as always. My partner and I just wish the room was cleaner. Location of it is ideal if you are moving in Overland Park. I think it was a very very fair fee for such a great place. It did surprise me, was not really expecting it to be that good.

Had a great stay. This hotel has easy access to freeways, restaurants, gas stations, and shopping. Just about everything is close by. I did have a door key issue a few times, but the staff at the front desk was very helpful. They did not have free breakfast, but offer a breakfast buffet at the restaurant downstairs for a price. I didn't use the pool because its outside, but it did look clean and refreshing

Spent 5 nights here for work. Rooms and hotel were very nice, pool was like bathwater and the hot tub was hot but only had 2 working jets but still very nice! Was here for an extended stay (2 weeks) for work. During this entire time my room was only cleaned once, and the restaurant downstairs was open maybe 4 times, and only for 3 hours max. Troy at the front desk went above and beyond. He helped us navigate the check-in before arrival through the app, even with some minor speed bumps. Both myself and my pregnant wife had driven over 20 hours And we’re arriving around 12:45 and Troy was there to welcome us and make our experience that much easier. Here's the deal... it's set for a renovation. If you know hotels, that should tell you everything you need to know. Rooms were ok, but doesn't account for all the 'outside the room' things you notice, which detracts from the overall experience. JWM would be very disappointed. NOT recommended.

This Hyatt Place is well kept, how they all used to be before the pandemic. Out of 4 hotels we stayed at this week, this one did not have any issues. Overall it was a good experience. We were there for a soccer tournament and some of the guest didn't seem to like all the kids running around. The rooms were great, roomy and the pullout wasn't bad either. The ice machines were down but other than that, no complaints.

The room was clean and very comfortable. However the water pressure was poor. The pool was outside and not filled yet so there was not actually a pool included. TV channels were slightly limited compared to similarly priced hotels. The breakfast had a decent amount of options including biscuits & gravy and oatmeal toppings.

We stayed in a two bedroom king suit. Not a bad place, but had a few issues. One of the toilets stopped up twice, but they were kind enough to help unclog it. My real issue was with the beds. We moved from Wisconsin for my husband’s job in KS and were put up in this hotel. Customer service and breakfast were excellent. The place feels like home. I met a very sweet housekeeper named Susie who was always very accommodating and respectful. Whenever we had issues in our suite, they are able to fix it right away. Put a roof over my family's head for well over a week. Prices could be better compared to others, but I enjoyed the stay. Booking through Priceline caused some difficulties when going to extend but some members were very quick to find a solution. Others were not.
