Aloft Portland Airport Hotel at Cascade Station

Good hotel for business trip. Great location. Located just 5 minutes from PDX airport, great shopping and restaurants around the hotel. Comfortable to drive around and walk around the hotel.
Staff at reception- friendly and welcoming.
Breakfast buffet - $10 coupon. Not much to offer. Nothing exciting.
Room service is average. They can be more proactive in cleaning room, arranging temhe beds, and providing essentials - these were provided during my 3 nights stay., only one time the bed was cleaned and arranged.

This was my first time in Portland and the Aloft was a great pick. The customer service by Doreen Dueñas was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, present and aware, efficient, and welcoming! Great job all the way around!

Tagged along on my husband’s business trip. Called the hotel once we arrived to the airport and someone was there with a shuttle within 5 minutes to take us to the hotel. Ladies! They have DRYBAR everything in the room. I was excited about that. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap bar, and a little lotion. My only thing is I wished the scents varied a little… all products had the same smell. They also have a small decent hairdryer that doesn’t take 100 years to dry your hair. The staff is very welcoming. There is also a cooler downstairs that has sodas and things for purchase. I somehow missed all that and was dying of thirst,the next morning saw the cooler FULL of drinks. 😂🤷‍♀️. When checking out we requested a shuttle to take us back to the airport and someone was there within a short time.

Rooms were nice good size, layout of the room worked good for a family .(double queen bed room).
Pool was a good size but little strong on the chlorine.
One negative was their breakfast/snack bar , was told the Cresents were fresh(found mold in 2 of them) Muffins were so dry could make cement out of them , egg breakfast sandwich had a odd taste to it couldn't eat it . Spent 30 bucks for breakfast and could only enjoy the sealed store items .

This is a great airport hotel. I’ve stayed several times and will only stay here when in PDX on business. You are steps away from the MAX, then two short stops to the airport. It is quiet and clean. The rooms are back away from the main entrance, so you don’t hear hallway noise. Great gym, pool, bar area. Great complimentary hot breakfast options, for elite members as well.

This hotel is awesome. Super clean and the check-in staff was nice. I had a great view of the planes landing and the beer selection was amazing.

Our 2nd visit and love they are puppy friendly. Rooms are spacious and location is adjacent to shopping and many great restaurant options. Also enjoyed a adult beverage in the lobby. Great service and reasonable rates for the weekend!
