As a Hilton Honors member I could check in online and use my phone as my room key, so could just head for the room when I arrived. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are exemplary. When we were bummed about the rooftop bar temporarily being closed, the manager Katie went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had an amazing stay. They have some fun vintage books in the lobby too. Overall great experience.

Arrived at this hotel after my last one didn't have a room for me even though i reserved one. FRont counter person was kind and extremely kind to a weary traveler. Got into my room, bed was cozy shower was excellent. the water pressure was amazing and the water was properly hot. I really liked the room, and the breakfast was awesome. But I found garbage rappers stuffed behind our bed. Lots of ants in our room. The cleaning ladies never came by, or knocked. The valet left my car on the street for hours, charged me double parking for 2 nights and forgot to bring my car out. They said (my ticket expired)? I was here for a 4 day event in the convention center. It was easy to get to, parking was paid but super easy as well. Plenty of spaces, large spots. The restrooms were acceptable, clean and stocked. The room itself was great for us, large enough. But it clearly needs some work (ex. ceiling; which they were taking care of).

I have stayed here many many times on my trips to Portland. The hotel is very near the airport without being so close that you have to listen to planes all day and night. The hotel has a large parking lot and you can use it for park and fly for a reasonable fee. I have only ever stayed in a suite during my visits (IHG Spire Member) and I can say that they are both nicely appointed and comfortable....

There is a decent food truck 3 miles from the hotel that has many options such as Italian, Mexican, Indian, smoothies, etc. The city center is very close to this hotel. Fantastic hotel with very comfortable rooms. Lounge area is a great place to spend an hour before heading out on the town. Offerings include free local wines and beers and lots of games like Jenga for the kids to enjoy. Might even be a dog or two laying about chillin in this great atmosphere. My stay at the Dossier in downtown Portland was wonderful! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The bed was super comfortable as was the rest of the room. The only minor complaint I have is that I wish the room came with a coffee maker rather than an espresso machine. I was not an overnight guest and did not leave the ground floor. The staff was friendly & helpful. There is a fire pit, open sky and covered seating in the central courtyard. I stayed here for a week during a conference I attended in Portland. I liked the location of the hotel, the streetcar was very close by. The rooms were quiet and confortable, and I enjoyed the food selection with breakfast. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were reasonably priced. I also liked the Pearl District, I felt safe and enjoyed exploring this fun part of town.

What a beautiful complex. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The outside courtyard is large enough to accommodate large groups of people or you could find a quiet area there to sit and read or have a conversation. They also have great food and excellent cookies!

Rooms are clean. Showers on the upper floors newly renovated but small issues with doors not closing all the way and water leaking. Amenities are as expected from a CY. Service at the bar and restaurant were just average but with endless restaurants within walking / 5 minute Uber ride, plenty of other options. Staff friendly and management team truly there to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Hotel choices are limited in this part of the city but the Courtyard is easily one of the top two. The rooms are updated and decently large. The staff is friendly and helpful (I even had a handwritten note from housekeeping welcoming me to my room upon check in). Close to MAX stops so it's easy to get around as well.

Bed was very comfy. Liked the shower. Some downsides: only 3 towels in the room, was given a 2 bed room at first without asking, shower door didn't shut the whole way, and only valet parking for $26 available.

Good experience, rooms are nice and relatively updated. Very close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle which makes it extremely convenient to make an early morning flight. Hotel bar is generous with its servings. Not a huge selection of food but I will stay here again next I’m laying over in Portland.

I stayed here for two weeks with work and loved it. Great deck, hearty morning breakfast and a welcoming bar at nice. Close to all of the downtown action, but in its own quiet little neighborhood. Easy access to the shops and river boardwalk as well! No problems keeping my bicycle in the room and getting it in the elevator... and the best part, the rooms have kitchens! I will be back!
