Great place to stay and dog friendly. They seem to be in the process of updating the rooms so it's a tad of a mix of old and new. The hallway to my rooms is amusingly creepy with its darkness and old school music playing. Please don't change it though, it makes me laugh.

As a Hilton Honors member I could check in online and use my phone as my room key, so could just head for the room when I arrived. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are exemplary. When we were bummed about the rooftop bar temporarily being closed, the manager Katie went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had an amazing stay. They have some fun vintage books in the lobby too. Overall great experience.

Fantastic hotel with very comfortable rooms. Lounge area is a great place to spend an hour before heading out on the town. Offerings include free local wines and beers and lots of games like Jenga for the kids to enjoy. Might even be a dog or two laying about chillin in this great atmosphere. Arrived at this hotel after my last one didn't have a room for me even though i reserved one. FRont counter person was kind and extremely kind to a weary traveler. Got into my room, bed was cozy shower was excellent. the water pressure was amazing and the water was properly hot. HAd an excellent sleep and didn't have time the next morning to check out the rest of the hotel unfortunately.

Elmer's restaurant at this location serves quality food at a fair price and employs excellent staff. The hotel was nice, super clean rooms, great breakfast. However, one of the concierge, Sarah is fantastic. She was so sweet, helpful and nice. She answered all my questions, gave great directions and just made my experience that much more amazing. I would definitely recommend having her help you with your stay.

I stayed here for a week during a conference I attended in Portland. I liked the location of the hotel, the streetcar was very close by. The rooms were quiet and confortable, and I enjoyed the food selection with breakfast. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were reasonably priced. I really liked the room, and the breakfast was awesome. But I found garbage rappers stuffed behind our bed. Lots of ants in our room. The cleaning ladies never came by, or knocked. The valet left my car on the street for hours, charged me double parking for 2 nights and forgot to bring my car out. They said (my ticket expired)? This hotel was so great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is because parking is street and the walls are so thin. I could hear my neighbors whole convo. The room, bed, and shower were great. Super nice hotel is connected to bar. Staff at bar were excellent too.

Hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a guest accommodation. Nothing was too much for the entire team who are sincere in their desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Decor a touch dated now but that didn’t matter as was made to feel so welcome I didn’t want to leave!

This is our first time staying here. I really liked this hotel. There are many attractions nearby. There is a decent food truck 3 miles from the hotel that has many options such as Italian, Mexican, Indian, smoothies, etc. The city center is very close to this hotel. The rooms are nice and tidy and have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

Rooms are clean. Showers on the upper floors newly renovated but small issues with doors not closing all the way and water leaking. Amenities are as expected from a CY. Service at the bar and restaurant were just average but with endless restaurants within walking / 5 minute Uber ride, plenty of other options. Staff friendly and management team truly there to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Hotel choices are limited in this part of the city but the Courtyard is easily one of the top two. The rooms are updated and decently large. The staff is friendly and helpful (I even had a handwritten note from housekeeping welcoming me to my room upon check in). Close to MAX stops so it's easy to get around as well.

The hotel was very nice and its central location was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant. The only draw back was the city street was pretty loud in the morning with sirens and garbage trucks, but I guess that affected all the hotels nearby. I would stay there again.
