The location was ideal for the conference I attended. The room was clean and spacious. There were some wi-fi connectivity issues, but it did not affect my work. My wife and I had a pleasant stay overall.

My wife and I come to Portland once a month, but our first stay at this property was October 8 through October 15th. And now, we will not stay anywhere else going forward! The front desk and valet person Elijah was very helpful. The hotel is set up nicely. I wouldn’t recommend for families. The downfalls were no pool, breakfast unless you were a Marriott member and no free parking. All parking garages around the area is at your risk and had bad reviews.

I would say the hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the service is great. Many perks are included in a stay, such as free tickets, food credits, and drinks. (not 100% sure if all types of rooms have the same benefits.)

Upscale hotel on the waterfront park in downtown Portland. Clean well appointed rooms, a little short on drawer space. In room coffee, safe and refrigerator. Very nice meeting spaces. Coffee shop and basic restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

As a Hilton Honors member I could check in online and use my phone as my room key, so could just head for the room when I arrived. Nice looking room with large windows and all the amenities one would need. Cozy tavern in the lobby area with a semi-decent beer selection. The staff was polite and helpful.

Amazing staff and service. I have stayed at over 75 Hilton locations, and this was hands down best in class service. The staff was friendly, genuine, and caring, which trumps any amenity or feature. Hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a guest accommodation. Nothing was too much for the entire team who are sincere in their desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Decor a touch dated now but that didn’t matter as was made to feel so welcome I didn’t want to leave!

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are exemplary. When we were bummed about the rooftop bar temporarily being closed, the manager Katie went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had an amazing stay. They have some fun vintage books in the lobby too. Overall great experience.

Pretty solid stay for our first time in Portland! Location was close to public transportation, they had a nice rooftop deck, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The only thing lacking is that the rooms didn’t come with a microwave, lotion, or extra toilet paper. Also, the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t entirely close all the way.

I really liked the room, and the breakfast was awesome. But I found garbage rappers stuffed behind our bed. Lots of ants in our room. The cleaning ladies never came by, or knocked. The valet left my car on the street for hours, charged me double parking for 2 nights and forgot to bring my car out. They said (my ticket expired)? The hotel comped me my snacks for the trouble, but it was kinda annoying...

The room was very clean, even the tub was spotless. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and it has been a while since I've seen a bathroom as clean as this one. We did have a room directly next to what seemed to be air handling units that were rather loud, but other than that everything was fantastic. (We did not complain or ask to move, so no issues with that on the hotel's end.)

In my opinion the whole thing is a 5 star hotel. The staff couldn't have been better, the hotel is a piece of living history, very well maintained and conveniently located in the city centre. There is a $30 daily service/resort fee, but you can make it back if you take advantage of breakfast, social hour, and snack credits.

Favorite hotel in Portland. Stayed before and after the renovation and each stay was great. Spacious rooms and suites are incredibly comfortable and have a vintage feel while still maintaining modern comfort. Great location in the city center

We had an enjoyable stay for the weekend. Our room on the 9th floor had comfortable beds and a decent amount of space. We had no view on our side of the hotel which is unfortunate but not really under their control. I was here for a 4 day event in the convention center. It was easy to get to, parking was paid but super easy as well. Plenty of spaces, large spots. The restrooms were acceptable, clean and stocked. The room itself was great for us, large enough. But it clearly needs some work (ex. ceiling; which they were taking care of).

We were part of the Cardigan Corgi National Specialty and stayed several nights at the Inn. First a huge thank you to TRINA at the bar. She is the best bartender I have ever seen. Knew our names, what we liked and took great care of all our party. That girl is amazing and should be considered a vital part of the operation. I have stayed here many many times on my trips to Portland. The hotel is very near the airport without being so close that you have to listen to planes all day and night. The hotel has a large parking lot and you can use it for park and fly for a reasonable fee. I have only ever stayed in a suite during my visits (IHG Spire Member) and I can say that they are both nicely appointed and comfortable....

This is our first time staying here. I really liked this hotel. There are many attractions nearby. There is a decent food truck 3 miles from the hotel that has many options such as Italian, Mexican, Indian, smoothies, etc. The city center is very close to this hotel. The rooms are nice and tidy and have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

I like the games room my wife and I played the Shuttle Board game that was a lot of fun and also unusual a hotel would have this.

There didn't seem to be any Valet while we pulled up. Turned out he was just hanging out in the lobby. The third floor carpets smelled like they were brand new which is nice if you don't mind the adhesive smell. The bathroom drain was a little scary once the water rose was above my ankles. The grounds were nice, the exterior wall garden was super nice. The attached restaurant was also real nice.

Fantastic hotel with very comfortable rooms. Lounge area is a great place to spend an hour before heading out on the town. Offerings include free local wines and beers and lots of games like Jenga for the kids to enjoy. Might even be a dog or two laying about chillin in this great atmosphere. I had s perfectly fine stay here. Room was clean quiet and the lobby was as well! Ordered food for dinner came at a reasonable time too. The only qualm is the conference center was very hot, they opened the door and had fans and it still was too warm.

I stayed here for two weeks with work and loved it. Great deck, hearty morning breakfast and a welcoming bar at nice. Close to all of the downtown action, but in its own quiet little neighborhood. I've had dinner there twice now and very good both times. My friend flies and out of the area quarterly and loves staying there with easy access to the airport.

Such comfy beds and efficient, hospitable front desk. Safe, secure, clean, easier to find once you've been there. Food is great. Parking lot clean and monitored. Above all, very welcoming - I feel lvalued.

I've only been to the bar downstairs (Abigail Hall) for after-work drinks and it's nice! Good ambiance, dim lighting, decent enough cocktails. There is a pretty intrusive din there when it's more crowded, but that could work for you if you're meeting a date and want them to lean close when y'all talk ("Whah? Can't hear ya 🤭")

I've stayed at this hotel twice now and it's so beautiful every time. The staff is fantastic and so kind. Isabelle gave us amazing recs in the area. The room is so clean and spacious. There was a lot of construction noise the first time I stayed but it seems like it has stopped. Definitely give this hotel a chance, it's probably one of my favorite places to stay (in the US) and it's women owned!!!

Amazing hotel, staff and rooms. I had a great coffee and delicious bakery item every morning of my 5 day stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants and shopping.. We had dinner in the hotel first night and definitely a delicious meal worthy of the price.. Drinks in the bar area were fun and exciting ❤️👍😋

Great overall experience. Amazing room, the hotel showcases some phenomenal architecture and decor. Great staff. Good valet service. My only complaint is no coffee in the rooms, you have to head down to the lobby (although you can request it be brought to your room in advance)

We spent a week at The Woodlark in July, and had a great experience! The staff are so welcoming, and helpful and they even upgraded our room. The rooms are beautiful, and stocked with waters, and nice shampoos/lotions, etc although the rooms are pretty small. The hotel is quiet, but there was an event going on Friday night, which was very loud and even on the top floor kept us up until after midnight...

The hotel is stylish and in a nice location. The lobby is beautiful and has a great coffee shop that many people use in the morning and work from. The restaurant is great too, tasty food and wonderful drinks. The rooms are very nice but are a little small. Overall a great staff, the staff are all very nice and helpful.
