The hotel is stylish and in a nice location. The lobby is beautiful and has a great coffee shop that many people use in the morning and work from. The restaurant is great too, tasty food and wonderful drinks. The rooms are very nice but are a little small. Overall a great staff, the staff are all very nice and helpful.

We got the Loft style hotel room and it was gorgeous! It was a birthday getaway for my son and myself. We didn’t have a great experience at the beginning and missed out on some available amenities due to the front desk staff that evening but Brianna the next morning went above and beyond to remedy the situation which is why I would book again. If it weren’t for her and how she handled everything I...
Close to transit, restaurant options and many walkable Portland neighborhoods/attractions. Interior and accomodations offered at hotel are great, with an evening restaurant, fancy bar and morning breakfast. Our room was great with all the expected offerings and room service was responsive. Be aware the hotel is right next to a construction site for a 35 story tall building that is in midst of construction...
The Woodlark is definitely full of character, style & design! The location to the center part of the city, shopping & top notch restaurants is amazing. If you stay here definitely check out the food trucks in square, 1927 Smores 2 blocks west & the coffee shop in the lobby HOWEVER know that if doesn’t open until 8am which is a massive disappointment. In the 20 minutes I sat in the lobby 15 people between...

Every time we have stayed at this location, we have been impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and expertise of the Bidwell’s staff. The front desk is always happy to answer questions and problem solve. The M Club staff are always friendly and on top of any requests or concerns. They have become our favorite hotel to stay at in Portland. We’ll definitely be back.
It all starts with culture. I'm a charter coach driver, and any hotel whose entrance is located on the left side of a one way street isn't ideal, but this valet staff makes it happen if you just communicate, and it starts with Thom. When I called ahead for parking information, Carolina was thorough in conveying that they had dedicated spaces for me. Then, there's Kevin, who is maybe the most hospitable...
I left this hotel happy about everything, but after checking my bill, I realized I was misinformed, which caused me to pay an additional 60 or so dollars. Overall, the staff and room were great. The location is great—you can walk to almost all the iconic must-sees in downtown Portland. However, beware of their "Destination Fee". They give you a $30 credit for food, but ONLY IF you go to the restaurant...
Stayed 9/5-9/8/24. I'll start with the wins: The staff they have is terrific! Front desk and valet staff could not have been more friendly. Our room had great views and was a good size as I used suite nights to upgrade to an M Lounge room. We were celebrating a birthday and the hotel sent a lovely gift bag and card. The opportunities: M lounge is infested with fruit flies. Espresso machine is broken...
Room size is decent. I like the king size bed. We had a great stay

Staff was extremely friendly and good-natured even though there was a very rowdy event going on. Happy to make change for me or give me directions, happy to fulfill my dozens of requests for shuttles on a moment's notice.
Our church meets here most Sundays. A great spot to hold an event. Freshly renovated and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend!
Wonderful hotel and service. Every aspect was helpful. Drinks were available quickly, accurate and on point. Exercise availability with the new cardio machines were more than sufficient. My room was clean, and well maintained. Thank you .
Good experience, rooms are nice and relatively updated. Very close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle which makes it extremely convenient to make an early morning flight. Hotel bar is generous with its servings. Not a huge selection of food but I will stay here again next I’m laying over in Portland.
I understand that this is an airport hotel and as such people are usually just looking for a place to rest their head before they fly out again. That being said, this hotel feels isolated from anything near by and is in need of an upgrade (which actually they are in the process of). This upgrade also means that there is construction happening everywhere. If this allowed for half stars I would give...
Great hotel, fitness room has dumbbells, which most hotels don't. Jacuzzi is awesome post workout then a quick dive into the pool. Had a burger and a salad at the restaurant, left me full and happy.

I was not an overnight guest and did not leave the ground floor. The staff was friendly & helpful. There is a fire pit, open sky and covered seating in the central courtyard. Conference room was comfortable and kept stocked with coffee and sundry. Close to many interesting places in the Pearl district.
I stayed here for a week during a conference I attended in Portland. I liked the location of the hotel, the streetcar was very close by. The rooms were quiet and confortable, and I enjoyed the food selection with breakfast. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were reasonably priced. I also liked the Pearl District, I felt safe and enjoyed exploring this fun part of town.
What a beautiful complex. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The outside courtyard is large enough to accommodate large groups of people or you could find a quiet area there to sit and read or have a conversation. They also have great food and excellent cookies!
Great location close to many restaurants and activities downtown, walking distance to basketball and hockey arena. Excellent service and very clean rooms. Breakfast was included and had good assortment of hot items such as eggs sausage coffee. Pool very clean. Good lounging patio area.
Great hotel. Great breakfast and very neat room service. Had a very nice 6 day stay here. Would stay here again. I however, found the parking fee of 30 fo be extra and too much
Their staff is very friendly. They room are clean and modern. The room came with a kitchen which is perfect for longer stays. The breakfast was amazing and with a lot of variety.

This was my first time in Portland and the Aloft was a great pick. The customer service by Doreen Dueñas was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, present and aware, efficient, and welcoming! Great job all the way around!
Good hotel for business trip. Great location. Located just 5 minutes from PDX airport, great shopping and restaurants around the hotel. Comfortable to drive around and walk around the hotel. Staff at reception- friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet - $10 coupon. Not much to offer. Nothing exciting. Room service is average. They can be more proactive in cleaning room, arranging temhe beds, and providing...
Nice hotel but the pool was out of service when we stayed there. The kids were disappointed, and we didn't want to deal with the hassle of shuttling to the pool at a sister hotel. Otherwise, location is convenient to the airport and also food and groceries.
Tagged along on my husband’s business trip. Called the hotel once we arrived to the airport and someone was there with a shuttle within 5 minutes to take us to the hotel. Ladies! They have DRYBAR everything in the room. I was excited about that. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap bar, and a little lotion. My only thing is I wished the scents varied a little… all products had the same smell...
Rooms were nice good size, layout of the room worked good for a family .(double queen bed room). Pool was a good size but little strong on the chlorine. One negative was their breakfast/snack bar , was told the Cresents were fresh(found mold in 2 of them) Muffins were so dry could make cement out of them , egg breakfast sandwich had a odd taste to it couldn't eat it . Spent 30 bucks for breakfast...
I liked that there was a lounge in lobby with light dinner options. I loved the set-up of the room; I used the desk to do some work. The location was excellent for my trip; to was close to airport and within walking distance of many shopping and dining options.

pleasant staff (accomodating a very early check-in), nice room, perfect location
I stayed here with my girlfriend during a vacation in late April 2023. I loved how comfortable the bed was. This is low-key the best hotel in which one can stay in Portland. I highly recommend it. We will utilize it again in late February.
Great location right in the middle of downtown, across the street are about 10 food trucks and a gas station for beer. The only problem is like most motels the heavy use of chemicals to clean and deodorizer the room irritated my eyes and gave me a sour throat after sleeping in it with the window closed. Everything was clean the room looked nice for a $100 room. Even though it is downtown it felt safe...
careful if using a debt card, the deposit might come out twice, but both will eventually be refunded. all of the hotel staff are wonderful people, rooms are great, as well as the price.
Was comfy and in a great location downtown, parking is 10$ a night. Small parking lot. Would definitely book here again.

If you're looking for a decent view with disappointing service and food in Portland, this is the place. A disgraceful restaurant to be atop a Hilton property
I love this hotel! It is right in the heart of Portland and always meets our expectations. We often go to catch a Whitecaps game and the team stays there as well so it is fun to bump into the players in the elevators and hotel. The Urban Farmer is a great place for breakfast and Departures is fun for drinks at night. Room are very nicely done with beautiful marble bathrooms. I love the Tiffany...
There is much to appreciate about the design elements of this establishment. The crazy thing though, is the feeling that serious holes exist in the upper class atmosphere. Construction elements seemingly have been overlooked, and even the catering is done in a way that feels hurried. The improvements that this place needs span miles. It was a very nice place to stay at. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The location was nice and there wasnt a lot of city nose which was great. And everyone there was super nice
Great place to stay and dog friendly. They seem to be in the process of updating the rooms so it's a tad of a mix of old and new. The hallway to my rooms is amusingly creepy with its darkness and old school music playing. Please don't change it though, it makes me laugh.
So accommodating. Mitchell is very professional, and so polite. We will be coming here every year for our anniversary. I've never been treated so nicely by any hotel in my life. Highly recommend this place!

The front desk and valet person Elijah was very helpful. The hotel is set up nicely. I wouldn’t recommend for families. The downfalls were no pool, breakfast unless you were a Marriott member and no free parking. All parking garages around the area is at your risk and had bad reviews.
I would say the hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the service is great. Many perks are included in a stay, such as free tickets, food credits, and drinks. (not 100% sure if all types of rooms have the same benefits.)

Stayed here when we were in town for a show at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. The hotel decor was grand and exquisite, and the room was beautiful and clean. The staff were wonderfully helpful. As a Hilton Honors member I could check in online and use my phone as my room key, so could just head for the room when I arrived. Nice looking room with large windows and all the amenities one would need. Cozy tavern in the lobby area with a semi-decent beer selection. The staff was polite and helpful.
Modern yet comfortable. Sophisticated. Bathrooms are odd with translucent doors. Good in hotel restaurant. The coffee shop is great. Bar's always busy - prices are high, but conveniently located.
Good hotel, clean rooms. But if you order a room for 4 people, specify bed size. Even when it is written that 2 large beds does not mean that they are so large that comfortably sleep two. At Breakfast the waiters are not friendly, sleepy and forget about the made order

A very interesting place. Consider this before your trip and take a good look at the architecture before booking. Overall it was a much classier hotel than we expected and it was a great surprise! The lobby area had some great drinks/snacks and the bar was nice. Staff was very friendly!
This is our first time staying here. I really liked this hotel. There are many attractions nearby. There is a decent food truck 3 miles from the hotel that has many options such as Italian, Mexican, Indian, smoothies, etc. The city center is very close to this hotel. The rooms are nice and tidy and have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.
I travel often and some things are hard for me to please. This place was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff's service sets a whole new bar for kindness and thoughtfulness. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing and overall the experience was very good. It was also one of the cheapest places I've stayed, which surprised me with the level of service....

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Close to the convention center. Rooms come with aroma therapy kits and shampoo/lotion/etc. that are nice. The only hotel room I've stayed in that has a recycling bin.
