The hotel staff was exemplary in general! From the front desk attendant(s) (who allowed my family to leave their luggage downstairs while they balanced two kids), to the room attendant (who gave my niece a present - a pack of tissues - that she knew would make her day, and did!) - it was an excellent representation of the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel! I thank you, Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel...

Staff was extremely friendly and good-natured even though there was a very rowdy event going on. Happy to make change for me or give me directions, happy to fulfill my dozens of requests for shuttles on a moment's notice

Even tho you can tell it's old and perhaps a little run down it comes off as clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the bar is quite amazing for an hotel. Beds are great and the rooms are the right size

Our church meets here most Sundays. A great spot to hold an event. Freshly renovated and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend!

Good experience, rooms are nice and relatively updated. Very close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle which makes it extremely convenient to make an early morning flight. Hotel bar is generous with its servings

Great hotel, fitness room has dumbbells, which most hotels don't. Jacuzzi is awesome post workout then a quick dive into the pool. Had a burger and a salad at the restaurant, left me full and happy.

This Residence Inn by the Marriott is probably one of the best places I stayed without hesitation. It is located the Pearl district with spectacular view of the water if you’re on the back side of the hotel

I would stay here again as this being really awesome. Note: parking by valet is over $30. If you can find street parking you can save a little but have to move car by 8:00 am or pay meter

There two fire places inside and out where you’re able to relax and have a drink. If you have kids even have a toy box with goodies. As business person have a business center as well

The customer service is awesome in the front desk, bar and even servers. The rooms big and spacious with everything you need especially if you are on vacation or with small families

Sean remembered my drink order from the night before and had it ready for me when I walked up! Leticia in the kitchen made us great food-the crab cakes and wings were delicious! Chelsie and Erin rocked the breakfast buffet and went out of their way to accommodate my girlfriend's food allergy

Conference room was comfortable and kept stocked with coffee and sundry. Close to many interesting places in the Pearl district

Nice hotel but the pool was out of service when we stayed there. The kids were disappointed, and we didn't want to deal with the hassle of shuttling to the pool at a sister hotel

Rooms were nice good size, layout of the room worked good for a family. Pool was a good size but little strong on the chlorine

This was my first time in Portland and the Aloft was a great pick. The customer service by Doreen Dueñas was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, present and aware, efficient, and welcoming! Great job all the way around!

The rooms are back away from the main entrance, so you don’t hear hallway noise. Great complimentary hot breakfast options, for elite members as well

This hotel is awesome. Super clean and the check-in staff was nice. I had a great view of the planes landing and the beer selection was amazing.

I’ve stayed several times and will only stay here when in PDX on business. You are steps away from the MAX, then two short stops to the airport

If you decide to stay here, you definitely won't be disappointed. Check in quickly and make sure you schedule a pool time if you want to swim. I know it sucks, but it's temporary and to keep everyone safe

There is something that is a little disappointing. The restaurant is closed and there isn't much of a limited menu. However, the staff here are very pleasant and the cleanliness of the hotel exceeds all expectations

They really make sure your stay is comfortable and if you need anything they will do it for you straight away. I would like to honestly give them 10 stars. The staff there made our stay worth every penny

They compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually their prices are much lower than others! You'll thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've lived here for many years

This is MY GO TO Hotel when I stay in Portland! Very friendly, respectful and genuine staff. I feel warm and very welcome here at this Boutique Hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed

The service of this place makes is of course what makes it stand out. also there is a new coffee place that for non alcoholic drinkers makes a really great addition to the place

It was a very nice place to stay at. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The location was nice and there wasnt a lot of city nose which was great. And everyone there was super nice

Great place to stay and dog friendly. They seem to be in the process of updating the rooms so it's a tad of a mix of old and new. The hallway to my rooms is amusingly creepy with its darkness and old school music playing

As a Hilton Honors member I could check in online and use my phone as my room key, so could just head for the room when I arrived. Nice looking room with large windows and all the amenities one would need

We didn't expect to, but we dined in the hotel restaurant for lunch, and then dinner. Initially out of convenience, the quality drew us back for a second meal. The mushroom soup is absolutely BRILLIANT

Modern yet comfortable. Sophisticated. Bathrooms are odd with translucent doors. Good in hotel restaurant. The coffee shop is great. Bar's always busy - prices are high, but conveniently located.

Stayed here when we were in town for a show at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. The hotel decor was grand and exquisite, and the room was beautiful and clean. The staff were wonderfully helpful

The catered food from Jake's was amazing, and the hotel itself was nice, but the AC unit in the room we were in was extremely loud making it hard to hear the speaker.

We were here for a wedding. The staff asst the reception were excellent and attentive, and the food was great. Our room was beautiful - everything was clean and well-stocked, the bed was comfy, and the style was great.

Consider this before your trip and take a good look at the architecture before booking. I loved the atmosphere and there was something fascinating in every hallway (because I loved that)

The staff here REALLY knows how to surprise with their hospitality and competence! Stayed for my wife's birthday, and from check-in to check-out, the people at the front desk were very generous for her birthday, as well as helpful (going beyond) whenever we had questions about the area or need

The only reason not 5 stars is they don't have their liquor license yet. We could not take advantage of the lobby or rooftop bars/lounges. We will be back next month for another show and plan to stay here again

The best hotel experience we have had in a long time. We were in town for a show at Keller Auditorium. It was a quick 1 1/2 block (3 min. The staff, from valet to front desk, were very polite and accommodating

The facilities were very clean and our kids loved the pool, complete with various water features and a gradual entry. We had great options for breakfast each morning and often stopped for tea or coffee in the lobby

Being able to go on the roof was cool. Overall it’s a nice hotel, with a nice pool but a few problems here and there

This is our first time staying here. There are many attractions nearby. There is a decent food truck 3 miles from the hotel that has many options such as Italian, Mexican, Indian, smoothies, etc

The pool was lovely, my son adored being able to kick and splash freely. The only downside we experienced was being right next to the stairwell going outside, which was used frequently all through the night

The concierge is extremely helpful and friendly, rooms are always very nice and clean, and the breakfast is literally the best FREE breakfast you will find in any hotel. Daily 2 hour FREE happy hour with snacks as well

The gentleman working as concierge during my stay never made me feel like a "kid", remembered me each morning, and after a few conversations, understood what kind of work I was doing in Portland and did not make me explain it every time we saw each other

The shuttles are constantly running, so I've never had to rent a car. The bottom line is it is just a very nice hotel with very nice staff. The real difference maker for me was the concierge

Downtown it is!!! One thing I love about The place is in middle of downtown. Everything is in walking distance from this place. I parked my car once I arrived and didn't take it out for the whole weekend

There is a parking lot right opposite to the hotel with overnight parking availability which is fantastic. It was around $35 for two days which is much cheaper than hotel itself

The common areas were unkempt once we left the main floor. There were beverage stains & obvious signs of not having been vacuumed throughout the hallway and elevators. Our hotel room was nice and comfortable

Upon arrival I was immediately greeted. As It was in the evening I was quite surprised by the amenities that were offered in the kiosk. Everything from sundries, drinks, to a fine selection of beer and wine

Didn't have a good variety and the bacon wasn't cooked the one morning ( out of 5 ) they had bacon, ended up going out to eat last day. Oh and the $%^> shower heads, they barely put out enough water to rinse with

I called the Holiday Inn Express and spoke with Peggy who was pleasant and had 2 rooms available. I met Peggy when checking in and the staff at the front desk was great

Like most hotels they offer a business center. A very nice place to stay :) Loved this place!! room is comfortable and clean- enjoyed chatting with the bartender and enjoyed a nice burger from the restaurant as well

I was here for a 4 day event in the convention center. It was easy to get to, parking was paid but super easy as well. Plenty of spaces, large spots. The restrooms were acceptable, clean and stocked

I have only ever stayed in a suite during my visits (IHG Spire Member) and I can say that they are both nicely appointed and comfortable. The restaurant on-site is good, but not mind blowing

Had a great stay at the Mark Spencer Hotel. Room was well appointed and you could tell it had been redone in the last couple years

Feels super polished and high end on the inside. The rooms are beautiful and have a lot of nice touchea. The shower was incredible because it had one shower head directly above and one up on the wall as well
