I loved the cup at lunch and just went with the bowl for dinner
As a Hilton Honors member I could check in online and use my phone as my room key, so could just head for the room when I arrived. Nice looking room with large windows and all the amenities one would need
We didn't expect to, but we dined in the hotel restaurant for lunch, and then dinner. Initially out of convenience, the quality drew us back for a second meal. The mushroom soup is absolutely BRILLIANT
Modern yet comfortable. Sophisticated. Bathrooms are odd with translucent doors. Good in hotel restaurant. The coffee shop is great. Bar's always busy - prices are high, but conveniently located.
Stayed here when we were in town for a show at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. The hotel decor was grand and exquisite, and the room was beautiful and clean. The staff were wonderfully helpful
Cozy tavern in the lobby area with a semi-decent beer selection. The staff was polite and helpful

This hotel was in a great location, it was a short and easy ride on the MAX train from the airport, and the hotel was right next to where I had to go
The customer service was great, we were going to buy toothpaste but they gave us some for free. Also they were giving everyone free cookies. The room was pretty, with a nice view of the neighboring park
We normally don't eat at the hotel restaurant but for convenience we did so twice. The food was very good and not over priced. The staff was very friendly and offered information that enhanced our trip
Hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a guest accommodation. Nothing was too much for the entire team who are sincere in their desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay
Our family had a great time in Portland over the Presidents Day weekend. The Double Tree is located within a short walk to their mass transit system. This makes it so easy to get around
I have stayed at over 75 Hilton locations, and this was hands down best in class service. The staff was friendly, genuine, and caring, which trumps any amenity or feature

The service of this place makes is of course what makes it stand out. also there is a new coffee place that for non alcoholic drinkers makes a really great addition to the place
If you decide to stay here, you definitely won't be disappointed. Check in quickly and make sure you schedule a pool time if you want to swim. I know it sucks, but it's temporary and to keep everyone safe
There is something that is a little disappointing. The restaurant is closed and there isn't much of a limited menu. However, the staff here are very pleasant and the cleanliness of the hotel exceeds all expectations
They really make sure your stay is comfortable and if you need anything they will do it for you straight away. I would like to honestly give them 10 stars. The staff there made our stay worth every penny
They compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually their prices are much lower than others! You'll thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've lived here for many years
This is MY GO TO Hotel when I stay in Portland! Very friendly, respectful and genuine staff. I feel warm and very welcome here at this Boutique Hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed

They have some fun vintage books in the lobby too
This hotel is definitely up and running despite what some of the other reviews say about it being closed. It’s a lovely place, great location, clean and comfortable rooms
The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are exemplary. When we were bummed about the rooftop bar temporarily being closed, the manager Katie went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had an amazing stay

We experienced excellent, prompt customer service at the hotel's on site restaurant. The food was enjoyable and priced a tad high for the quality of food. We were disappointed with the hotel's appearance and cleanliness
It was fine. Not high end luxury or anything but perfectly fine. Comfortable bed, big clean bathroom. Pool, hot tub. Mostly helpful staff. Good value in general.
The event room was large and beautifully decorated with a great view through large windows. Tables and chairs were comfortable. The food buffet was plentiful and tasty. Overall, a very pleasant experience
I give it 5 stars ***** Although a good bit of construction was going on outside the doors. It really didn't negatively impact our company event at all. Parking was free and close to the bldg
There is a light smell of dog urine in the hallways due to the allowance of pets. If you are traveling with pets this is the best option in my opinion 5 stars. The scenery I’d great being located directly in the river
Some rooms offer views of the river from the balconies. The bar serves good quality drinks; I enjoy their pitchers. The restaurant has quality food if looking to stay at the hotel

We did have a room directly next to what seemed to be air handling units that were rather loud, but other than that everything was fantastic. (We did not complain or ask to move, so no issues with that on the hotel's end
It was a lovely, central location nearby several sites like Powell's, the North Park blocks, and several shops and restaurants. We felt at home while traveling and would definitely stay there again!
Pretty solid stay for our first time in Portland! Location was close to public transportation, they had a nice rooftop deck, and the breakfast spread was extensive
The facilities were very clean and our kids loved the pool, complete with various water features and a gradual entry. We had great options for breakfast each morning and often stopped for tea or coffee in the lobby
Being able to go on the roof was cool. Overall it’s a nice hotel, with a nice pool but a few problems here and there
We had an amazing stay! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, from helping us stow our luggage as we explored the city, to helping us with microwaves and shower caps, to warmly greeting us each time we came back to the hotel

Perhaps getting Trina to oversee things on a broader basis would improve the entire operation. Yes we were impressed with her abilities. She knows how to make you feel you are a part of the festive occassion
Like most hotels they offer a business center. A very nice place to stay :) Loved this place!! room is comfortable and clean- enjoyed chatting with the bartender and enjoyed a nice burger from the restaurant as well
I was here for a 4 day event in the convention center. It was easy to get to, parking was paid but super easy as well. Plenty of spaces, large spots. The restrooms were acceptable, clean and stocked
I have only ever stayed in a suite during my visits (IHG Spire Member) and I can say that they are both nicely appointed and comfortable. The restaurant on-site is good, but not mind blowing
Staff was nice and friendly despite the very busy tournament crowds. Roomy, spacious and comfortable atmosphere overall. Great value for the price! ($135/night) Great for families!
Just tell her TALL DAVE recommended her for the next promotion that comes along. As for the remainder of the stay. The service in other departments fell off as the week progressed

If I return to the area I will definitely stay here again. Special thanks to manager Candice. If she lived closer to one of my businesses, I would steal her to work for my company
The pool was lovely, my son adored being able to kick and splash freely. The only downside we experienced was being right next to the stairwell going outside, which was used frequently all through the night
Beautiful hotel! Gave us a free upgrade due to unavailability of rooms. Love love love this hotel! Only downside was very limited self parking. They rent out parking spaces during events forcing you to pay for valet
This is our first time staying here. There are many attractions nearby. There is a decent food truck 3 miles from the hotel that has many options such as Italian, Mexican, Indian, smoothies, etc
The rooms were absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing and overall the experience was very good. It was also one of the cheapest places I've stayed, which surprised me with the level of service
I travel often and some things are hard for me to please. This place was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff's service sets a whole new bar for kindness and thoughtfulness

The staff at the front counter is mixed for quality. One woman at the front counter made sexual jokes to my coworkers and I that were subtle at first but very direct when we returned from dinner
stay here whenever I'm in Portland. Great location, ez access to downtown and Saturday Market. Comfortable, well appointed rooms. free breakfast is tasty and diverse. Custom omelettes are money! Nice pool/hot tub
The pool was in the basement and really needed a facelift (fresh paint would have really made a difference). Now for the upside - location is good. The breakfast isn’t bad with good choice and an omelette bar
The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast, pool/sauna, gym, and room were fantastic. I really enjoyed staying there. Thank you all!
Noise from the hallways can be a bit louder than expected but just close all bedroom doors and it will help. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Tons of kids in the lounge for breakfast and happy hour and very noisy
Not a place for that at this nice hotel. The building is historical and beautiful. The food at breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable. Couldn't give 5 stars due to the rude behavior at the front desk

Conference room was comfortable and kept stocked with coffee and sundry. Close to many interesting places in the Pearl district
This Residence Inn by the Marriott is probably one of the best places I stayed without hesitation. It is located the Pearl district with spectacular view of the water if you’re on the back side of the hotel
I would stay here again as this being really awesome. Note: parking by valet is over $30. If you can find street parking you can save a little but have to move car by 8:00 am or pay meter
There two fire places inside and out where you’re able to relax and have a drink. If you have kids even have a toy box with goodies. As business person have a business center as well
The customer service is awesome in the front desk, bar and even servers. The rooms big and spacious with everything you need especially if you are on vacation or with small families
Sean remembered my drink order from the night before and had it ready for me when I walked up! Leticia in the kitchen made us great food-the crab cakes and wings were delicious! Chelsie and Erin rocked the breakfast buffet and went out of their way to accommodate my girlfriend's food allergy

Hotel choices are limited in this part of the city but the Courtyard is easily one of the top two. The rooms are updated and decently large
Came into town late and despite a convention returning and filling the parking lot the valet Alec was calm and got me in quick. Stacy at the front desk promptly found me a room with the amenities I needed for my family
food was good and the front desk staff was extremely helpful just finished a race and the staff was so accommodating and even helped get all items out of car and gave my kids drinks and snacks just because
Bed was very comfy. Liked the shower. Some downsides: only 3 towels in the room, was given a 2 bed room at first without asking, shower door didn't shut the whole way, and only valet parking for $26 available.
The hotel lobby was very very clean, modern, tastefully upscale. There's a small bar that had a lot of activity in the evening. The restaurant is pretty good, although I only had breakfast
The staff is friendly and helpful (I even had a handwritten note from housekeeping welcoming me to my room upon check in). Close to MAX stops so it's easy to get around as well

Great hotel, fitness room has dumbbells, which most hotels don't. Jacuzzi is awesome post workout then a quick dive into the pool. Had a burger and a salad at the restaurant, left me full and happy.
The hotel staff was exemplary in general! From the front desk attendant(s) (who allowed my family to leave their luggage downstairs while they balanced two kids), to the room attendant (who gave my niece a present - a pack of tissues - that she knew would make her day, and did!) - it was an excellent representation of the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel! I thank you, Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel...
Staff was extremely friendly and good-natured even though there was a very rowdy event going on. Happy to make change for me or give me directions, happy to fulfill my dozens of requests for shuttles on a moment's notice
Even tho you can tell it's old and perhaps a little run down it comes off as clean and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the bar is quite amazing for an hotel. Beds are great and the rooms are the right size
Our church meets here most Sundays. A great spot to hold an event. Freshly renovated and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend!
Good experience, rooms are nice and relatively updated. Very close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle which makes it extremely convenient to make an early morning flight. Hotel bar is generous with its servings

Easy access to the shops and river boardwalk as well! No problems keeping my bicycle in the room and getting it in the elevator. and the best part, the rooms have kitchens! I will be back!
The bed was a little hard for us, but we asked for extra pillows and a blanket, and it was left for us. Valet parking is pricey but not a ton of other options. They took great care of our vehicle
They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for a long time
I stayed here for two weeks with work and loved it. Great deck, hearty morning breakfast and a welcoming bar at nice. Close to all of the downtown action, but in its own quiet little neighborhood
Again, with this place. The best of it all are the staff. Yes the room is always clean the service was remarkable. The front desk agents, the valet guys and Kelly at the bar! Fantastic people.
My husband surprised me for my birthday, and it was a wonderful time. The hotel is walkable to the waterfront, parks, food, and a few shops. They had hot/cold breakfast choices from 7 to 10 a

Even though we were in a non smoking room we still has smoke coming from somewhere. For the price we were very satisfied
It was comfortable, clean, classy, and off the main road so it was nice and quite! Excellent prices - didn't even have to go through some special website. I simply called the front desk and was hooked up with
But where I docked this hotel major points was the way the upper floor hallways reeked of pot and cigarette odors, the way hotel users would congregate just outside the exterior doors at the top of the enclosed steps and smoke [despite the No Smoking signs] - all of their foul smoke pooling in that space with nowhere to go but into the halls! Also, the night we visited, they were hosting some big event...
The bed and pillows are comfy. None smoking rooms does not smell bad. Shower is good and fast flowing. No pools during winter and spring. Easy parking close to your room
Great place. It needs a bit of remodeling but the staff makes up for any of that. So nice and helpful! Clean beds. :) five stars
The front desk was very helpful with getting us a nice quiet room without us asking. He also set up a shuttle for us to go to dinner at a very nice Portland restaurant on the river. Hallways and stairs needed upgraded

Easy check in and decent. The inside is almost mind blowing big! Great for large groups and family size slumber parties (no idea about noise allowance so I say parties = # of people in room)
Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. They compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of my favorites in the area
They are great about getting you extras when requested (Extra towels, pillows,, coffee,, what ever you need!)The rooms are clean and very comfortable! The beds are cozy with crisp clean white linens!
Outdated but very clean and you can tell it was very classy back in the day. Their swimming pool is open 24 hours! LOVE THAT! Very nice pool
Room price was very reasonable. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and was furnished with furniture in good repair and provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room accomodated my needs plus some extra
There was even a television in the bathroom. Definitely Shiloh Inns Portland Airport is worth enjoying by yourself, with friends or as a family. The location is ideal right off I205 next to the airport

We arrived late, and the receptionist kindly came to open the garage door in the adjacent building for us. While we did notice a few cars parked on the streets, it seemed risky to do so
Hands down my favorite hotel in Portland. The rooms are nice it has a classic old Portland vibe and rightly so as it's one of the older luxury hotels in Portland
Gracie's restaurant has amazing food like their famous german pancakes which are to die for!
If it were a cold winter during the snow season, many of Portland's hill-dwelling elites would call this a home away from home. The Driftwood Lounge is a cozy, romantic little bar, dimly lit and welcoming
For a short stay, like one or two days at most, I would recommend this hotel. Toiletries, though it was limited to one small body wash and one small soap. In my opinion, it would be better if they provided two of each
We stayed one night at Hotel Deluxe in a room with one queen bed, booking through Hotwire for the second time after our first visit in 2023. The rooms are on the smaller side due to recent remodeling

My suggestion is if you plan on cooking during your stay, check to see what is provided and request the rest ( the staff is happy to help)
Our 6y old loved the pool, and I enjoyed the bridge view from the pool area. Good amount of options for breakfast, but I hope we can see less plastic there in the future (plastic cutlery in plastic wrapping etc)
Wonderful location, helpful friendly staff, and comfortably inviting atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay. The only issue I had was with the kitchenette; it was not as "fully stocked" as I anticipated
On 2 and 3 hundred dollar rooms when all the 100 dollar rooms at surrounding motels had free parking. And the elevator was either malfunctioning or just severely over welmed around breakfast time
The breakfast one of the biggest and best I've had ever at a motel. I personally think the 35 dollars to park at the motels own parking structure was absolute bull $#!t
I had trouble even finding the stair case as did dozens of others just so I could pack my luggage down 4 flights of stairs just to check out

Fab hotel excellent service, wonderful atmosphere and LOVED the bar and live music after dinner. I saw 2 of the rooms and they were exactly the same kind of wish they varied, by no means a deal breaker.
Really cool place. Stayed here for a work event and was surprised when I checked in that my room had a private balcony with its own hot tub. Enjoyed my stay.
The hotel was very nice and its central location was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant
Downtown it is!!! One thing I love about The place is in middle of downtown. Everything is in walking distance from this place. I parked my car once I arrived and didn't take it out for the whole weekend

It’s very flavorful! Only real downside is that this hotel is located right by an Air Force base. At times, the F-16’s can shake the building
Let me just say, it makes it easier being far from home. And, all of this is without even mentioning the on-site restaurant. Brenner's Restaurant is AWESOME!!! Traveling can be rough, but at the Country Inn & Suites
I was here to attend training for work. To obtain a certain rate, we were instructed to call. Due to the snow storm, it was a nightmare. Kevin was awesome assisting me with the check in process when I arrived
The house keeping service was great. Lastly, the restaurant was also awesome. Austin did a great job serving me. I’d highly recommend the Cajun Alfredo with chicken
The staff here handled a crazy busy day with professionalism you rarely see. They helped everyone they came in contact with. When everyone else was at their worst, this place offered comfort

My wife and I stayed at this hotel after a flight cancelation. Room was cleaned and staff was very efficient in picking us up in the airport and arranging a room
Breakfast was definitely the biggest downfall of the stay (quality wise), but a free breakfast is always appreciated and accepted! A close walk to the rail station for those who need access to the airport, even for extremely early flights you’ll feel safe walking over in the early dark hours of the morning
Didn’t experience the pool, but the gym was perfect and very spacious. Also, woman at the front desk was super helpful although I cannot remember her name
Enjoy amazing customer service? Book here, you will not be disappointed! My family and I stayed at the Hyatt over the weekend. We had a quick get away planned over Spring break driving 600 miles from home
As we shared our story, not only did they let us check in early, but brought us complementary drinks and fresh cookies for the kiddos while we figured out where and how to get our car fixed
Stayed just for a night. Samantha at the front desk was super helpful as were the shuttle drivers. It's is one of the nicer Hyatt Places i stayed at this year. Good breakfast.
