I love staying at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Everything is so well kept and the rooms really beautiful. And it seems every time I stay, there is always a pro-team arriving and leaving and I just love how subtle they are about it. so fantastic.
We have stayed here 3 times now and we are heading down for Easter weekend to visit some family. Love staying here so we can get out on the town in the evenings. The rooms are always clean and we've always had a nice view of the city. Our Favorite restaurant is Departure as well which is at the top of The Nines hotel and offers fantastic new Asian cuisine in modern atmosphere..and a nightclub to boot...
If you're looking for a decent view with disappointing service and food in Portland, this is the place. A disgraceful restaurant to be atop a Hilton property
I love this hotel! It is right in the heart of Portland and always meets our expectations. We often go to catch a Whitecaps game and the team stays there as well so it is fun to bump into the players in the elevators and hotel. The Urban Farmer is a great place for breakfast and Departures is fun for drinks at night. Room are very nicely done with beautiful marble bathrooms. I love the Tiffany...
There is much to appreciate about the design elements of this establishment. The crazy thing though, is the feeling that serious holes exist in the upper class atmosphere. Construction elements seemingly have been overlooked, and even the catering is done in a way that feels hurried. The improvements that this place needs span miles. It's definitely a step ahead of most in the aim, but the landing...

Great location, very nice staff, rooms/bed very comfortable and spacious, we had a king view room. Many coffee shops, cafes, breweries and restaurants within a few blocks so it's nice to walk around. I was disappointed that the jackrabbit restaurant is no longer open and there was no food or drinks up in Abigail's hideaway, I'm guessing that's the result of covid? Still everything was very clean and...
Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your stay. They compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually their prices are much lower than others! You'll thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've lived here for many years. If you decide to stay here, you definitely won't be disappointed. Very clean. We really liked our room. So I'll stay there. Check in quickly and...
There is something that is a little disappointing. The restaurant is closed and there isn't much of a limited menu. However, the staff here are very pleasant and the cleanliness of the hotel exceeds all expectations. They really make sure your stay is comfortable and if you need anything they will do it for you straight away. I would like to honestly give them 10 stars. The staff there made our...
The Duniway in Portland is a great place to stay. This was my first time in Portland and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in helping me find nearby places. Will stay here again when I come back to Portland.
The rooms were clean and spacious. But, no work desk or chair. The settee in the room was nice, but I needed a place for my laptop and there really wasn't any place in the room for that. Great sized TV with chromecast though.
This is MY GO TO Hotel when I stay in Portland! Very friendly, respectful and genuine staff. Always with a sincere smile. I feel warm and very welcome here at this Boutique Hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed. I’m looking forward to the redone fitness facility soon to open. I highly recommend this hotel !!

Hotel was 5 star from check in to comfort to atmosphere. Beautiful historical and contemporary elegance blended through out. Our original room was small but very lovely in style, comfort and quality. Did have issue with humming noise and floor vibration in our room and believe it was probably due to a boiler room below us. However: without hesitation we were immediately moved to a very quiet room...
A very interesting place. Consider this before your trip and take a good look at the architecture before booking. I loved the atmosphere and there was something fascinating in every hallway (because I loved that). Don't expect rooms to be filled with natural light or walls painted in bright colors. Expect something rustic and something in the spirit of your grandfather's cave. It worked for...
Good hotel. Simple but very stylish. Ideal central location in the heart of the city, especially suitable for those looking to explore Portland's restaurant scene.
The staff here REALLY knows how to surprise with their hospitality and competence! Stayed for my wife's birthday, and from check-in to check-out, the people at the front desk were very generous for her birthday, as well as helpful (going beyond) whenever we had questions about the area or need. anything. The hotel takes safety precautions very seriously and implements smart and effective solutions...
The room was well put together and clean. Very polite staff and followed covid rules. The bar food was very good too!
The catered food from Jake's was amazing, and the hotel itself was nice, but the AC unit in the room we were in was extremely loud making it hard to hear the speaker.

The hotel is stylish and in a nice location. The lobby is beautiful and has a great coffee shop that many people use in the morning and work from. We got the Loft style hotel room and it was gorgeous! It was a birthday getaway for my son and myself. We didn’t have a great experience at the beginning and missed out on some available amenities due to the front desk staff that evening but Brianna the next morning went above and beyond to remedy the situation which is why I would book again. If it weren’t for her and how she handled everything I...
Close to transit, restaurant options and many walkable Portland neighborhoods/attractions. Interior and accomodations offered at hotel are great, with an evening restaurant, fancy bar and morning breakfast. Our room was great with all the expected offerings and room service was responsive. Be aware the hotel is right next to a construction site for a 35 story tall building that is in midst of construction...
The Woodlark is definitely full of character, style & design! The location to the center part of the city, shopping & top notch restaurants is amazing. If you stay here definitely check out the food trucks in square, 1927 Smores 2 blocks west & the coffee shop in the lobby HOWEVER know that if doesn’t open until 8am which is a massive disappointment. Every time we have stayed at this location, we have been impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and expertise of the Bidwell’s staff. The front desk is always happy to answer questions and problem solve. The M Club staff are always friendly and on top of any requests or concerns. They have become our favorite hotel to stay at in Portland. We’ll definitely be back.
It all starts with culture. I'm a charter coach driver, and any hotel whose entrance is located on the left side of a one way street isn't ideal, but this valet staff makes it happen if you just communicate, and it starts with Thom. When I called ahead for parking information, Carolina was thorough in conveying that they had dedicated spaces for me. Then, there's Kevin, who is maybe the most hospitable...
I left this hotel happy about everything, but after checking my bill, I realized I was misinformed, which caused me to pay an additional 60 or so dollars. Overall, the staff and room were great. The location is great—you can walk to almost all the iconic must-sees in downtown Portland. However, beware of their "Destination Fee". They give you a $30 credit for food, but ONLY IF you go to the restaurant...
Stayed 9/5-9/8/24. I'll start with the wins: The staff they have is terrific! Front desk and valet staff could not have been more friendly. Our room had great views and was a good size as I used suite nights to upgrade to an M Lounge room. We were celebrating a birthday and the hotel sent a lovely gift bag and card. The opportunities: M lounge is infested with fruit flies. Espresso machine is broken...

The location was ideal for the conference I attended. The room was clean and spacious. There were some wi-fi connectivity issues, but it did not affect my work. My wife and I had a pleasant stay overall.
My wife and I come to Portland once a month, but our first stay at this property was October 8 through October 15th. And now, we will not stay anywhere else going forward! The service and location are both fantastic. We are Titanium Elite with Bonvoy, and we were treated so well. I don't think it was because of our status, but I do think it is just your norm. Our room (1415) view was spectacular...
The location of the hotel is pretty good. I liked everything overall except the gym. The gym was so hot, I was going to call downstairs instead I went downstairs but they were too busy. It was just a very busy day today I think at this hotel. So I elected to just go jog outside this plenty of places you can get. The front desk and valet person Elijah was very helpful. The hotel is set up nicely. I wouldn’t recommend for families. The downfalls were no pool, breakfast unless you were a Marriott member and no free parking. All parking garages around the area is at your risk and had bad reviews.
I would say the hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, and the service is great. Many perks are included in a stay, such as free tickets, food credits, and drinks. (not 100% sure if all types of rooms have the same benefits.)
Upscale hotel on the waterfront park in downtown Portland. Clean well appointed rooms, a little short on drawer space. In room coffee, safe and refrigerator. Very nice meeting spaces. Coffee shop and basic restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice rooms. We had a lovely corner room, with a pretty decent view. The bathroom was awkwardly small, but still nice. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and respond quickly to concerns. Lobby and restaurant are very nice as well.
Stayed here when we were in town for a show at Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. The hotel decor was grand and exquisite, and the room was beautiful and clean. The staff were wonderfully helpful. We didn't expect to, but we dined in the hotel restaurant for lunch, and then dinner. Initially out of convenience, the quality drew us back for a second meal. As a Hilton Honors member I could check in online and use my phone as my room key, so could just head for the room when I arrived. Nice looking room with large windows and all the amenities one would need. Cozy tavern in the lobby area with a semi-decent beer selection. The staff was polite and helpful.
Modern yet comfortable. Sophisticated. Bathrooms are odd with translucent doors. Good in hotel restaurant. The coffee shop is great. Bar's always busy - prices are high, but conveniently located.
Good hotel, clean rooms. But if you order a room for 4 people, specify bed size. Even when it is written that 2 large beds does not mean that they are so large that comfortably sleep two. At Breakfast the waiters are not friendly, sleepy and forget about the made order
Super clean, awesome location close to everything. Very modern!

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are exemplary. When we were bummed about the rooftop bar temporarily being closed, the manager Katie went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure we had an amazing stay. They have some fun vintage books in the lobby too. Overall great experience.

The staff from valet to cleaning to front desk were all kind and friendly people; they all gave warm and welcoming vibes so it was delight to interact. The room was comfy with a nice firm bed. Everything is a walkable distance (at most was 15 minutes) so the location was great.
All the staff we contacted were very friendly and helpful! I really like the environment and the overall feel of the hotel. Can't wait to go back.
In my opinion the whole thing is a 5 star hotel. The staff couldn't have been better, the hotel is a piece of living history, very well maintained and conveniently located in the city centre. There is a $30 daily service/resort fee, but you can make it back if you take advantage of breakfast, social hour, and snack credits.
Favorite hotel in Portland. Stayed before and after the renovation and each stay was great. Spacious rooms and suites are incredibly comfortable and have a vintage feel while still maintaining modern comfort. Great location in the city center
We had an enjoyable stay for the weekend. Our room on the 9th floor had comfortable beds and a decent amount of space. We had no view on our side of the hotel which is unfortunate but not really under their control. There was either no bathroom fan or it wasn't working but otherwise the bathroom was reasonably modern and clean. The lobby was a great place to hang out and talk, or just to sit and read...

Pretty solid stay for our first time in Portland! Location was close to public transportation, they had a nice rooftop deck, and the breakfast spread was extensive. The only thing lacking is that the rooms didn’t come with a microwave, lotion, or extra toilet paper. Also, the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t entirely close all the way.

I really liked the room, and the breakfast was awesome. But I found garbage rappers stuffed behind our bed. Lots of ants in our room. The cleaning ladies never came by, or knocked. The valet left my car on the street for hours, charged me double parking for 2 nights and forgot to bring my car out. They said (my ticket expired)? The hotel comped me my snacks for the trouble, but it was kinda annoying...
The room was very clean, even the tub was spotless. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and it has been a while since I've seen a bathroom as clean as this one. We did have a room directly next to what seemed to be air handling units that were rather loud, but other than that everything was fantastic. (We did not complain or ask to move, so no issues with that on the hotel's end.)
We had an amazing stay! The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, from helping us stow our luggage as we explored the city, to helping us with microwaves and shower caps, to warmly greeting us each time we came back to the hotel. Close to center of city and easy walking distance to all things you would want to see in the eclectic and fun Pearl District. 2. Windows that open! So rare these days to stay in a hotel where you have the option to open windows for ventilation. 3. Hotel bar had excellent prices...
Was in town for a week and found the price for the hotel to be cheaper than AirBnB. In short: the location, quality of the room and general service was all fantastic. Located truly central with a Target around the corner and lovely local food vendors across the road. The main square is two blocks away (3 min walk). The room was a good size, clean, good shower, enough towels and enough pillows. Air...
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Dossier Hotel for 4 days and the experience we had was beyond amazing. We were greeted at the front entrance as soon as we parked and were assisted in a professional and polite manner. The ladies and gents at the front counter were very thorough and made the whole check in process seem extremely easy. Our luggage was brought up to our room and the room was clean and...
I enjoyed a company dinner and cocktails at the hotel. The bar has a warm, vintage style atmosphere with excellent cocktails. Our bar tender and servers in the event space were eager and willing to help. The food was not typical of a hotel dining experience. The steak and salmon were cooked just right, which is difficult when feeding a large audience. I would definitely recommend this place...
As a critical and picky person, I have to say that this hotel exceeds my expectation in all aspects. It is in a great location and spotless inside out. My room has large glass windows from ceiling to the floor, the bathroom feels luxurious with a large glass shower. Most importantly, the staff are so friendly. They actually give you the best room they can find. All in all, I highly applaud the meticulous...
My stay at the Dossier in downtown Portland was wonderful! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The bed was super comfortable as was the rest of the room. The only minor complaint I have is that I wish the room came with a coffee maker rather than an espresso machine. The espresso machine was a fun change from most hotel rooms but I also really wanted a larger cup of coffee...

Our room was big and staff was very professional and attentive
Love this quirky hotel! It’s minimalist but very clean and quiet and in a great location. Great workout room with good equipment. Staff very friendly! Starbucks attached to the building.

A complete remodel of the old Raddison in SW Portland. Great location and a beautiful interior. Everyone was really nice. The hotel was super clean. Rooms were modern & spacious. Only downside was the sub-par water pressure. The sink was literally a trickle. Everything else was way beyond expectations.

I’ve stayed here twice now recently and both times I’ve been extremely happy with my stay. I don’t see myself staying anywhere else for a few reasons. 1. Its extremely clean. No carpet or soft drapes. This is much more hygienic than most hotels. 2. Recycling and trash receptacles in the rooms. 3. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You train people to be nice. You can only hire nice people...

The location was amazing - very close to the best restaurants and attractions in downtown.
The hotel felt like a family. The front desk and valet team were so kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Every request we had was accommodated quickly and without issues. The rooms are thoughtful and tech friendly. We will highly recommend this hotel and its great location to anyone headed to the Portland area and will certainly be back one day!

The good: A modem chic industrial decor, matched with impeccable service made my short stay a memorable one. Clean, minimalist, functional rooms. Cozy beds. Though the restaurant and bar were closed, the yummy snacks, breakfast items and drinks more than made up for it. The lattes I had here at the hotel were better than most I had around town! Valet was charming as well informative with friendly banter...

A wonderful boutique hotel in the perfect neighborhood in Portland. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall cleanliness and hip vibe of both the lobby and the rooms. Our favorite part where the full black out curtains, the Incredibly comfortable beds, and the chic Decor! Not to mention they have the most incredible HVAC system, which is whisper quiet so we slept better than we sleep at home. We...

I like the games room my wife and I played the Shuttle Board game that was a lot of fun and also unusual a hotel would have this.
There didn't seem to be any Valet while we pulled up. Turned out he was just hanging out in the lobby. The third floor carpets smelled like they were brand new which is nice if you don't mind the adhesive smell. The bathroom drain was a little scary once the water rose was above my ankles. The grounds were nice, the exterior wall garden was super nice. The attached restaurant was also real nice.
This place is awesome. I live 30 minutes away but I stay here for the modern downtown experience and sexy ambiance. I love the rooms, the soft pillows and Sicilian soaps provided in the sleek bathrooms. I always leave feeling refreshed and longing to revisit.
I love this hotel. It is the only place i will stay at when I’m in town. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The game room is so fun. The rooms are very comfortable. The restaurant has a great happy hour. Staff there are super friendly too. Highly recommend this hotel!!
Great hotel with attention to detail when it comes to design and service. Rooms featured some pretty fancy features, toiletries had a great scent, and bed was cozy. It's located in a great part of the city that affords access to all of downtown Portland on foot. I would definitely stay again. Some figures in the bathroom were a bit rusty and aged, desk in the main room looked like it had been through...
This was the second time we chose to stay at this hotel. Although both times we arrived early in the day before noon, the hotel staff was happy to check us in early and secure us a room. Small rooms, but oh so comfortable. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, and the location is fabulous! You can pick up a street car to other neighborhoods within 2 blocks of the hotel, but the walk to Pioneer...
