Amazing staff and service. I have stayed at over 75 Hilton locations, and this was hands down best in class service. The staff was friendly, genuine, and caring, which trumps any amenity or feature. Hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a guest accommodation. Nothing was too much for the entire team who are sincere in their desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Decor a touch dated now but that didn’t matter as was made to feel so welcome I didn’t want to leave!

Easy check-in, nice property and I love how they have security onsite to ensure no break ins or issues. I love the location of this property as it is very centrally located and there are tons of stores and shops, and even a Starbucks around the corner. I was here for a 4 day event in the convention center. It was easy to get to, parking was paid but super easy as well. Plenty of spaces, large spots. The restrooms were acceptable, clean and stocked. The room itself was great for us, large enough. But it clearly needs some work (ex. ceiling; which they were taking care of).

We were part of the Cardigan Corgi National Specialty and stayed several nights at the Inn. First a huge thank you to TRINA at the bar. She is the best bartender I have ever seen. Knew our names, what we liked and took great care of all our party. That girl is amazing and should be considered a vital part of the operation. I have stayed here many many times on my trips to Portland. The hotel is very near the airport without being so close that you have to listen to planes all day and night. The hotel has a large parking lot and you can use it for park and fly for a reasonable fee. I have only ever stayed in a suite during my visits (IHG Spire Member) and I can say that they are both nicely appointed and comfortable....

We had a good night stay with our furbaby. Dinner and breakfast was really good. We even got a chance to enjoy the gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for two weeks with work and loved it. Great deck, hearty morning breakfast and a welcoming bar at nice. Close to all of the downtown action, but in its own quiet little neighborhood. I was visiting with a friend staying there or I might have given five stars. The room is nice with bed plus couch and upholstered chair and ottoman with room to move around. I've had dinner there twice now and very good both times. My friend flies and out of the area quarterly and loves staying there with easy access to the airport.

A memory from Google maps popped up showing me this place, and I remember staying there with my boyfriend. The staff were stellar when we stayed for a few months! Annie was especially very sweet and helpful. Only issue I had one time was laundry getting stolen from the laundry room, and the cameras didn't work, so we couldn't get it back. Other than that, it was the best place we stayed in Oregon!

There wasn't much around the area and we had to drive out to eat which was ok. Good that it was off the I-5 which was what we wanted. My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a couple days while she was in town. We had a great time. The room is set up so you can watch movies on the love seat instead of laying on the bed and it made it feel like a home away from home. The service was fantastic. Either newer or recently remodeled. Property and rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast didn't seem up to holiday inn normal. Didn't have a good variety and the bacon wasn't cooked the one morning ( out of 5 ) they had bacon, ended up going out to eat last day. The first time encountered to ring a bell when entering the hotel and had the staff open the door for us. I was confused at whether we came in the right place. The early Monday morning it sounded like dumpster truck or other vehicle made loud noise outside our window and woke us up from sleep. It was okay, nothing more. The front desk lady was helpful but not friendly. The manager was very kind. My issue was with the shuttle, they claimed it came to get me at the airport, but it never showed up. So, I had to take the Budget Car Rental shuttle and walk. That was okay.

My stay was so nice! Girl at the front desk was so helpful and nice to my family, the pool was loved by the kids! I would say my favorite part was how clean the rooms were. Covid made me nervous to travel again but seeing how prepared they were with sanitizer wipes in the room for us and always cleaning the lobby and doors. My family felt very safe.

If you are a traveler that needs to use the MAX service, this is the best hotel for you. The desk staff and shuttle drivers are top notch, never have I had better shuttle service at any hotel I have stayed at, you call and they are just there! Fast and Friendly. Oh the hotel is nice too!

Stayed one night when passing through with a 16' moving truck. Staff was very accommodating, moved their airport shuttle from the front and allowed me to park the truck in its place, under the well lit awning that is viewable from the lobby.
