Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel
Portland, 8235 Northeast Airport Way 🧭 Map
Staff was extremely friendly and good-natured even though there was a very rowdy event going on. Happy to make change for me or give me directions, happy to fulfill my dozens of requests for shuttles on a moment's notice.
Our church meets here most Sundays. A great spot to hold an event. Freshly renovated and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend!
Wonderful hotel and service. Every aspect was helpful. Drinks were available quickly, accurate and on point. Exercise availability with the new cardio machines were more than sufficient. My room was clean, and well maintained. Thank you .
Good experience, rooms are nice and relatively updated. Very close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle which makes it extremely convenient to make an early morning flight. Hotel bar is generous with its servings. Not a huge selection of food but I will stay here again next I’m laying over in Portland.
I understand that this is an airport hotel and as such people are usually just looking for a place to rest their head before they fly out again. That being said, this hotel feels isolated from anything near by and is in need of an upgrade (which actually they are in the process of). This upgrade also means that there is construction happening everywhere. If this allowed for half stars I would give...
Great hotel, fitness room has dumbbells, which most hotels don't. Jacuzzi is awesome post workout then a quick dive into the pool. Had a burger and a salad at the restaurant, left me full and happy.

I was not an overnight guest and did not leave the ground floor. The staff was friendly & helpful. There is a fire pit, open sky and covered seating in the central courtyard. Conference room was comfortable and kept stocked with coffee and sundry. Close to many interesting places in the Pearl district.
I stayed here for a week during a conference I attended in Portland. I liked the location of the hotel, the streetcar was very close by. The rooms were quiet and confortable, and I enjoyed the food selection with breakfast. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were reasonably priced. I also liked the Pearl District, I felt safe and enjoyed exploring this fun part of town.
What a beautiful complex. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The outside courtyard is large enough to accommodate large groups of people or you could find a quiet area there to sit and read or have a conversation. They also have great food and excellent cookies!
Great location close to many restaurants and activities downtown, walking distance to basketball and hockey arena. Excellent service and very clean rooms. Breakfast was included and had good assortment of hot items such as eggs sausage coffee. Pool very clean. Good lounging patio area.
Great hotel. Great breakfast and very neat room service. Had a very nice 6 day stay here. Would stay here again. I however, found the parking fee of 30 fo be extra and too much
Their staff is very friendly. They room are clean and modern. The room came with a kitchen which is perfect for longer stays. The breakfast was amazing and with a lot of variety.

This was my first time in Portland and the Aloft was a great pick. The customer service by Doreen Dueñas was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, present and aware, efficient, and welcoming! Great job all the way around!
Good hotel for business trip. Great location. Located just 5 minutes from PDX airport, great shopping and restaurants around the hotel. Comfortable to drive around and walk around the hotel. Staff at reception- friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet - $10 coupon. Not much to offer. Nothing exciting. Room service is average. They can be more proactive in cleaning room, arranging temhe beds, and providing...
Nice hotel but the pool was out of service when we stayed there. The kids were disappointed, and we didn't want to deal with the hassle of shuttling to the pool at a sister hotel. Otherwise, location is convenient to the airport and also food and groceries.
Tagged along on my husband’s business trip. Called the hotel once we arrived to the airport and someone was there with a shuttle within 5 minutes to take us to the hotel. Ladies! They have DRYBAR everything in the room. I was excited about that. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap bar, and a little lotion. My only thing is I wished the scents varied a little… all products had the same smell...
Rooms were nice good size, layout of the room worked good for a family .(double queen bed room). Pool was a good size but little strong on the chlorine. One negative was their breakfast/snack bar , was told the Cresents were fresh(found mold in 2 of them) Muffins were so dry could make cement out of them , egg breakfast sandwich had a odd taste to it couldn't eat it . Spent 30 bucks for breakfast...
I liked that there was a lounge in lobby with light dinner options. I loved the set-up of the room; I used the desk to do some work. The location was excellent for my trip; to was close to airport and within walking distance of many shopping and dining options.

Good to have a pool. Lovely view of the gardens, Japanese theme I think.
It was a very nice place to stay at. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The location was nice and there wasnt a lot of city nose which was great. And everyone there was super nice
Great place to stay and dog friendly. They seem to be in the process of updating the rooms so it's a tad of a mix of old and new. The hallway to my rooms is amusingly creepy with its darkness and old school music playing. Please don't change it though, it makes me laugh.
So accommodating. Mitchell is very professional, and so polite. We will be coming here every year for our anniversary. I've never been treated so nicely by any hotel in my life. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing staff and service. I have stayed at over 75 Hilton locations, and this was hands down best in class service. The staff was friendly, genuine, and caring, which trumps any amenity or feature. I now have even more reason to visit Portland and know exactly where to book. Thank you for a great visit!
Hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a guest accommodation. Nothing was too much for the entire team who are sincere in their desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Decor a touch dated now but that didn’t matter as was made to feel so welcome I didn’t want to leave!
The free WiFi is just horrible.
This hotel was in a great location, it was a short and easy ride on the MAX train from the airport, and the hotel was right next to where I had to go. The customer service was great, we were going to buy toothpaste but they gave us some for free. Also they were giving everyone free cookies. The room was pretty, with a nice view of the neighboring park. The toilet made a little annoying noise, but it...
Our family had a great time in Portland over the Presidents Day weekend. The Double Tree is located within a short walk to their mass transit system. This makes it so easy to get around. We normally don't eat at the hotel restaurant but for convenience we did so twice. The food was very good and not over priced. The staff was very friendly and offered information that enhanced our trip. I also appreciated...

I’ve stayed at many hotels and this one is average. The rooms are spacious. The complimentary breakfast is great. The water is HOT fast with good water pressure and the beds are okay. My room had a strange passion fruit scent. If I was traveling back to the area I’d prob see what my options are before staging here again.
One of my favorite hotels in the US (Not all Embassy Suites, THIS ONE). The concierge is extremely helpful and friendly, rooms are always very nice and clean, and the breakfast is literally the best FREE breakfast you will find in any hotel. Daily 2 hour FREE happy hour with snacks as well. The shuttles are constantly running, so I've never had to rent a car. The bottom line is it is just a very nice...
The venue was amazing. We were having a real estate training event and was able to accommodate everyone who came. The food for lunch break was okay, I'm not sure who made it but it could of been better. Overall pretty good and I know we have events there all the time.
The room was very spacious, with a separate sitting room. There was a table, couch, two tvs, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The included breakfast was great, with an omelet station and lots of other options. Included Happy Hour was also nice. The only issue was that the hotel felt very dated. Also, there is no bathroom fan, which I hate. They had a strange heating lamp above the bathroom...
Comfortable beds and clean rooms with separate "living" quarters that include a pull-out couch, dining table, kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The hotel has a restaurant, lounge with bar, gym, and small business center. The main lobby is open and attractive, and their customer service is friendly and attentive. My advice is to bring your own food. The food they offer is generally...
Love the facility. Nice service. The night reception is one of the best I've seen. Good presentation and good stuff. We will definitely come back here.

Location was great. Room was clean and property was well maintained. Staff was very professional and friendly.
My room was great, good service checking in and out. Location was close to public transportation. If the homeless doesn't bother you, you will enjoy....
the rooms were clean and nice. food was good and the front desk staff was extremely helpful just finished a race and the staff was so accommodating and even helped get all items out of car and gave my kids drinks and snacks just because.
Rooms are clean. Showers on the upper floors newly renovated but small issues with doors not closing all the way and water leaking. Amenities are as expected from a CY. Service at the bar and restaurant were just average but with endless restaurants within walking / 5 minute Uber ride, plenty of other options. Staff friendly and management team truly there to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
Hotel choices are limited in this part of the city but the Courtyard is easily one of the top two. The rooms are updated and decently large. The staff is friendly and helpful (I even had a handwritten note from housekeeping welcoming me to my room upon check in). Close to MAX stops so it's easy to get around as well.
Bed was very comfy. Liked the shower. Some downsides: only 3 towels in the room, was given a 2 bed room at first without asking, shower door didn't shut the whole way, and only valet parking for $26 available.

Lovely pool . The location on the river is nice with views of Mt. Hood. Room is a good size. The beds are very comfortable. Staff accommodated us and moved us to a view room the second day of our stay. We received a breakfast voucher since they could not move us initially. Espresso was good! Breakfast was delicious and served hot. Plenty of parking for no charge.
The rooms are always clean. There is a light smell of dog urine in the hallways due to the allowance of pets. If you are traveling with pets this is the best option in my opinion 5 stars. The scenery I’d great being located directly in the river. Some rooms offer views of the river from the balconies. The bar serves good quality drinks; I enjoy their pitchers. The restaurant has quality food if looking...
Beautiful view. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy the area.
I give it 5 stars ***** Although a good bit of construction was going on outside the doors. It really didn't negatively impact our company event at all. Parking was free and close to the bldg. The event room was large and beautifully decorated with a great view through large windows. Tables and chairs were comfortable. The food buffet was plentiful and tasty. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
We experienced excellent, prompt customer service at the hotel's on site restaurant. The food was enjoyable and priced a tad high for the quality of food. We were disappointed with the hotel's appearance and cleanliness. The common areas were unkempt once we left the main floor. There were beverage stains & obvious signs of not having been vacuumed throughout the hallway and elevators. Our hotel...
This is a nice clean hotel directly on the river. Some rooms have lovely views of the river, some don't. This is my second year in a row attending a weekend conference here. The catering services and amenities are nice and efficient. This is a nice space for a conference.

The customer service at this place was excellent! We were greeted like our presence was valuable. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and meet our needs. I stayed here for two weeks with work and loved it. Great deck, hearty morning breakfast and a welcoming bar at nice. Close to all of the downtown action, but in its own quiet little neighborhood. Easy access to the shops and river boardwalk as well! No problems keeping my bicycle in the room and getting it in the elevator... and the best part, the rooms have kitchens! I will be back!
Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! I was here on business for 1 night which turned into 2 nights due to a snow/ice event. My original hotel was unable to accommodate a second night. Either newer or recently remodeled. Property and rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast didn't seem up to holiday inn normal. Didn't have a good variety and the bacon wasn't cooked the one morning ( out of 5 ) they had bacon, ended up going out to eat last day. Oh and the $%^> shower heads, they barely put out enough water to rinse with.
The rooms and pool are what you can expect from a Holiday inn. Reasonably roomy and immaculately clean. What made this visit special for me was the customer service I received from Ellie. They went out of their way to make sure I got checked in properly parked properly and enjoyed my stay. Thank you Ellie! Looking forward to coming back soon!
I booked directly through IHG online a few days before my stay. I was worried at first because when I first arrived at my room, the neighbors were laughing and talking quite loudly that I could hear them very clearly through the wall. Luckily they were very respectful during the evening, but this could be an annoyance with less respectful neighbors. The hotel was clean, and I liked being able to walk...

Good stuff, pet friendly hotel (35$ fee for cat) nice place to sleep, the cafe is available inside free transfer to airport
I was here for a 4 day event in the convention center. It was easy to get to, parking was paid but super easy as well. Plenty of spaces, large spots. The restrooms were acceptable, clean and stocked. The room itself was great for us, large enough. But it clearly needs some work (ex. ceiling; which they were taking care of).
We were part of the Cardigan Corgi National Specialty and stayed several nights at the Inn. First a huge thank you to TRINA at the bar. She is the best bartender I have ever seen. Knew our names, what we liked and took great care of all our party. That girl is amazing and should be considered a vital part of the operation. Just tell her TALL DAVE recommended her for the next promotion that comes along...
I have stayed here many many times on my trips to Portland. The hotel is very near the airport without being so close that you have to listen to planes all day and night. The hotel has a large parking lot and you can use it for park and fly for a reasonable fee. Really loved this hotel! Cool interiors and super comfortable beds. This is probably the best I’ve ever slept at a hotel. Very quiet, great breakfast too. Staff was nice and friendly despite the very busy tournament crowds. Huge pool area. Roomy, spacious and comfortable atmosphere overall. Great value for the price! ($135/night) Great for families!
The team at the hotel was great for our student trip. They were very accommodating with our last minute reservation. Had a great stay at the Mark Spencer Hotel. Room was well appointed and you could tell it had been redone in the last couple years. The hotel is very close to downtown and the Pearl district but also has a bunch of great restaurants and shopping right out the door. Staff was very friendly and the wine happy hour was a plus. Would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.
Feels super polished and high end on the inside. The rooms are beautiful and have a lot of nice touchea. The shower was incredible because it had one shower head directly above and one up on the wall as well. There were two spouts below this where it looked like two shower heads had been removed, and they sprayed out water in random directions. It got the ceiling wet and it was warping the paint and...
Mark Spencer took care of my large group for Memorial Day 2017 after our shower broke and we have always stayed with them ever since. Just came back from booking two King Suites this weekend and can't say enough good things about this hotel. Location is great. Great food around the area. Rooms were updated and modern. Do yourself and book
The hotel is well located, the staff were nice and helpful, and the room was perfect for our stay. There's a coffee machine available in the lobby, simple breakfast in the morning and some snack in the afternoon. Look for deals, reserve there and you won't regret it! Enjoy your stay in Portland.
My stay at Mark Spencer Hotel was pleasant! The staff was very friendly, thinking even to say happy birthday to me! We were also treated to done light jazz and a wine and cheese pairing that evening. Friendly accommodating staff; good facilities; quiet, clean rooms; close to the airport - the hotel offers free shuttle bus; close to the shops for the last minute shopping. Ideal for a layover or if traveling really early and don't want to stay in town.
Stayed just for a night. Samantha at the front desk was super helpful as were the shuttle drivers. It's is one of the nicer Hyatt Places i stayed at this year. Good breakfast.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel after a flight cancelation. It was only one night. Room was cleaned and staff was very efficient in picking us up in the airport and arranging a room. They offer shuttle 24/7 and it worked perfectly in the middle of the night.
Stayed for 3 nights, amazing. Breakfast was definitely the biggest downfall of the stay (quality wise), but a free breakfast is always appreciated and accepted! A close walk to the rail station for those who need access to the airport, even for extremely early flights you’ll feel safe walking over in the early dark hours of the morning. Didn’t experience the pool, but the gym was perfect and very spacious...
The staff were absolutely fantastic. They're really the difference between 'OK' and 'OUTSTANDING' at many places and this is one of them. Decent for one night by the airport if you have an early departure. Rooms are big and check in/out is super easy. The main issues are the heat and air and cleanliness of the room. I liked the quick and easy check-in and check-out process. The front desk staff was really nice. The room itself was very comfortable and I really liked the fact that it was close to PDX. The self parking was unremarkable. Overall I'd stay here again!
Great value for being a Marriott branded hotel so close to the airport. Rooms were very typical and nice and not too noisy (though all hotels east of Portland airport are in the flight path). The restaurant was surprisingly good and has both indoor and outdoor (noisy) seating. Their airport shuttle runs every 30 mins (24 hours a day), but remember to sign up to reserve your seat.
Excellent location for staying near the Portland Airport. With an on-site restaurant, clean rooms, and such comfy beds (which is why Marriott is my preferred hotel chain) made this trip an easy one. I had a family emergency for this trip and all these comforts made my unexpected trip much easier.
My family stayed here June, 2023. Our room was nice and clean. The rooms did not feel dated. The parking lot was not busy during the week. The staff was friendly. Such a very nice place to stay the coffee is very good all the staff is very nice and politeness is way above and beyond thank you for a wonderful experience
Have stayed at this hotel many times over the last several years while visiting. Most recently staying for three weeks while moving to Portland. A good quiet hotel and very nice staff.
Very friendly staff. I love the free laundry and being able to borrow games, movies, and small appliances. The only downside is just the weekly room cleaning. It would be better to do 2 times a week, but a nice place to stay
Close proximity to the airport with a shuttle. Not a great walk, but still walking distance from the MAX to get downtown. Good, clean hotel with friendly staff
It was okay, nothing more. The front desk lady was helpful but not friendly. The manager was very kind. My issue was with the shuttle, they claimed it came to get me at the airport, but it never showed up. So, I had to take the Budget Car Rental shuttle and walk. That was okay.
Spent the night in one of their extended stays room after a flight was cancelled and was pleasantly surprised with the setting. The bed was clean and comfortable and the showers were hot along with the staff being super friendly.
