Amazing staff and service. I have stayed at over 75 Hilton locations, and this was hands down best in class service. The staff was friendly, genuine, and caring, which trumps any amenity or feature. I now have even more reason to visit Portland and know exactly where to book. Thank you for a great visit!

Hands down the best customer experience I’ve ever had at a guest accommodation. Nothing was too much for the entire team who are sincere in their desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Decor a touch dated now but that didn’t matter as was made to feel so welcome I didn’t want to leave!

I give it 5 stars ***** Although a good bit of construction was going on outside the doors. It really didn't negatively impact our company event at all. Parking was free and close to the bldg. The event room was large and beautifully decorated with a great view through large windows. Tables and chairs were comfortable. The food buffet was plentiful and tasty. This is a nice clean hotel directly on the river. Some rooms have lovely views of the river, some don't. This is my second year in a row attending a weekend conference here. The catering services and amenities are nice and efficient. This is a nice space for a conference.

It's a nice place to stay. The rooms are large, spacious, and clean. The hotel also offers breakfast has a $12 voucher at their restaurant. They have a kids menu, but you have to ask for it if your hostess is not vigilant. We stayed here and ate the large breakfast. It's a great place to stay when you're on the road.

I was here for a 4 day event in the convention center. It was easy to get to, parking was paid but super easy as well. Plenty of spaces, large spots. The restrooms were acceptable, clean and stocked. The room itself was great for us, large enough. But it clearly needs some work (ex. ceiling; which they were taking care of).

We were part of the Cardigan Corgi National Specialty and stayed several nights at the Inn. First a huge thank you to TRINA at the bar. She is the best bartender I have ever seen. I have stayed here many many times on my trips to Portland. The hotel is very near the airport without being so close that you have to listen to planes all day and night. The hotel has a large parking lot and you can use it for park and fly for a reasonable fee. I have only ever stayed in a suite during my visits (IHG Spire Member) and I can say that they are both nicely appointed and comfortable....

I stayed here for a week during a conference I attended in Portland. I liked the location of the hotel, the streetcar was very close by. The rooms were quiet and confortable, and I enjoyed the food selection with breakfast. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were reasonably priced. I also liked the Pearl District, I felt safe and enjoyed exploring this fun part of town.

What a beautiful complex. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The outside courtyard is large enough to accommodate large groups of people or you could find a quiet area there to sit and read or have a conversation. They also have great food and excellent cookies!

Rooms are clean. Showers on the upper floors newly renovated but small issues with doors not closing all the way and water leaking. Amenities are as expected from a CY. Service at the bar and restaurant were just average but with endless restaurants within walking / 5 minute Uber ride, plenty of other options. Staff friendly and management team truly there to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Hotel choices are limited in this part of the city but the Courtyard is easily one of the top two. The rooms are updated and decently large. The staff is friendly and helpful (I even had a handwritten note from housekeeping welcoming me to my room upon check in). Close to MAX stops so it's easy to get around as well.

Bed was very comfy. Liked the shower. Some downsides: only 3 towels in the room, was given a 2 bed room at first without asking, shower door didn't shut the whole way, and only valet parking for $26 available.

I stayed here for two weeks with work and loved it. Great deck, hearty morning breakfast and a welcoming bar at nice. Close to all of the downtown action, but in its own quiet little neighborhood. I was visiting with a friend staying there or I might have given five stars. The room is nice with bed plus couch and upholstered chair and ottoman with room to move around. I've had dinner there twice now and very good both times. My friend flies and out of the area quarterly and loves staying there with easy access to the airport.

I love staying here. Me and ny side piece slip away and we both enjoy staying here. The staff is always so accommodating and remain professional at all times. Great value for being a Marriott branded hotel so close to the airport. Rooms were very typical and nice and not too noisy (though all hotels east of Portland airport are in the flight path). The restaurant was surprisingly good and has both indoor and outdoor (noisy) seating. Their airport shuttle runs every 30 mins (24 hours a day), but remember to sign up to reserve your seat.

Excellent location for staying near the Portland Airport. With an on-site restaurant, clean rooms, and such comfy beds (which is why Marriott is my preferred hotel chain) made this trip an easy one. I had a family emergency for this trip and all these comforts made my unexpected trip much easier.

The only issue I had was with the kitchenette; it was not as "fully stocked" as I anticipated. I arrived for training during a crazy ice storm. Patience was thin, nerves were frayed, services all over the state were out. Restaurants were closed and no one sane was driving. The staff here handled a crazy busy day with professionalism you rarely see. They helped everyone they came in contact with. When everyone else was at their worst, this place offered comfort.

Mild warning for morning travelers in a rush: although it looks like one of the closest to terminal on the map, it can be a nearly 10min shuttle ride, and the shuttles run only every 30 minutes. My wife and I stayed at this hotel after a flight cancelation. It was only one night. Room was cleaned and staff was very efficient in picking us up in the airport and arranging a room. They offer shuttle 24/7 and it worked perfectly in the middle of the night.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a couple days while she was in town. We had a great time. The room is set up so you can watch movies on the love seat instead of laying on the bed and it made it feel like a home away from home. The service was fantastic. All of the people were so nice and welcoming. We stayed for two days and our only complaint was that it couldn't be a longer stay.

The hotel have a homey feeling and friendly staff. Location is fantastic, in a nice part of downtown Portland and is very close to shopping and dining. Very convenient. Our team stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a tournament. This was a freshly updated hotel which offered clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was good and offered enough options to feed all our boys. I would recommend this hotel.

This is actually a really nice hotel! It's so convenient to get to from the highway, and close to some really great restaurants. It looks new, or at least the decor is modern. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and we had a very positive experience at this location. I'd go back again for sure.

Don’t normally give 5 stars to any hotel unless they have gone exceptionally over. This best western location is definitely deserved the five star. Friendly staffs, good location, reasonable price, the hotel seems to be newly remodeled, room had a new touch to it, spacious for family of 4. One thing which the management should improve across all the best western is to have a centralized HVAC system...

Excellent staff! They were all helpful and polite. The breakfast was not bad. The carpets were stained in our room as were the blankets. It is obvious that renovations are happening. The beds were very uncomfortable. Won’t be staying here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was well maintained. The breakfast was okay, but there was nothing to get too excited about.

Upon arrival I was immediately greeted. As It was in the evening I was quite surprised by the amenities that were offered in the kiosk. Everything from sundries, drinks, to a fine selection of beer and wine. The room I selected was one of their inexpensive rooms and I was amazed how clean!! They truly are proud of what they do to keep high standards. Please if you want to have an experience far above...

I was here on business for 1 night which turned into 2 nights due to a snow/ice event. My original hotel was unable to accommodate a second night. I called the Holiday Inn Express and spoke with Peggy who was pleasant and had 2 rooms available. I met Peggy when checking in and the staff at the front desk was great. This is a new property and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable!! So thankful...

Either newer or recently remodeled. Property and rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast didn't seem up to holiday inn normal. Didn't have a good variety and the bacon wasn't cooked the one morning ( out of 5 ) they had bacon, ended up going out to eat last day. Oh and the $%^> shower heads, they barely put out enough water to rinse with.

The rooms and pool are what you can expect from a Holiday inn. Reasonably roomy and immaculately clean. What made this visit special for me was the customer service I received from Ellie. They went out of their way to make sure I got checked in properly parked properly and enjoyed my stay. Thank you Ellie! Looking forward to coming back soon!

I booked directly through IHG online a few days before my stay. I was worried at first because when I first arrived at my room, the neighbors were laughing and talking quite loudly that I could hear them very clearly through the wall. Luckily they were very respectful during the evening, but this could be an annoyance with less respectful neighbors. The hotel was clean, and I liked being able to walk...

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms could be updated, but are always clean. Close to airport, shops and restaurants. They also have a restaurant/bar there that has good food at decent prices. Note that there isn't an elevator so if you stay on the second floor you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Good hotel experience overall. The doors let in sound from the hallway, so we could hear conversations quite easily from there, though there weren't many over the weekend. Two large bashes in the middle of the night which woke me, but most other things were not as noticeable. No sounds from other rooms, though. Pricing was okay, we paid 83 per night for a 2 queen bedroom, which came with a mini fridge...

This is a fine place to bed down for the night before heading out from the airport. The room rate we got was as good. The room had a mini refrigerator and a microwave but there are many good restaurants in the nearby Alberta neighborhood. Their airport shuttle was excellent.

We were in room 32B with 2 queen beds. I was sleeping with my 1 month old baby and woke up with bed bugs around us and my mom had red bite marks on her arms. NEVER AGAIN!

Modern well appointed room. Very clean.Paper thin walls though, you will hear your neighbours every move. Good location for airport, very helpful front desk.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms and helpful staff. No airport noise. Deducted one star because the drapes don't close all the way but nothing to complain about. Definitely would stay here again.
