If there had been a microwave in addition to the fridge, we would have used it.
There is a video that's posted on social media on what took place. The front desk customer service agents are the most lazy and rude people I have experienced. I had been calling the hotel an entire week to pay for all charges before my guest had arrived because the manager did not want to take the call he replied that there's nothing that can be done.
We booked a king suite with pool view. We got an obstructed balcony overlooking the ugly parking lot right by the elevators and ice machine with a baby.
Customer service was definitely non existent at the front desk. Sink in the mini kitchen was dirty with soap scum. The toilet ran all night.
