This was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The lady in the front desk hung up on me while I was trying to figure out my reservation. Management never followed up with me with issues I wanted to discuss. This place needs new management. Definitely book elsewhere! I wish I would've read the reviews before booking at this outdated ran down place.
There is a video that's posted on social media on what took place. The front desk customer service agents are the most lazy and rude people I have experienced. I had been calling the hotel an entire week to pay for all charges before my guest had arrived because the manager did not want to take the call he replied that there's nothing that can be done.

We requested early check in repeatedly; even if it meant paying extra. We waited 2 hrs. They waited till 4:01 to give us a key.
We booked a king suite with pool view. We got an obstructed balcony overlooking the ugly parking lot right by the elevators and ice machine with a baby.
Customer service was definitely non existent at the front desk. Sink in the mini kitchen was dirty with soap scum. The toilet ran all night.

Stayed here 4 nights. Hot water never really hot and had to run faucet 15+ minutes before it finally warmed up. Staff at front desk seemed more interested in playing with their cell phone than engaging with guest. Coffee in rooms and at the "grab n go" bar "sucked" and service in the restaurant was terrible. Elevators (3) were inadequate for the number of guest on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings or during tines when staff were working on the floors in rooms. Parking wasn't great either on the weekend there wad a considerable walk from the parking lot to/from the entrance. Staff were polite and friendly (except at desk). I am a Hilton honor's member, generally stay at the Hampton Inn series of hotels and have not experienced this before. Certainly not what I expected from Hilton. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again . Must point out that this stay was not business related and was over labor day weekend, the hotel was in close proximity to Sea World San Antonio (we were not going to Sea World.)

The room was clean and fairly updated. Bed comfortable. Shower was a problem. Shower head was very high and had very little give to adjust it. Couldn’t stand away from spray because it was too short. The hairdryer was very poor. Took almost 30 min to dry short hair. Not sure why they could not invest in an Ion dryer as the price to stay here was pretty pricy. Toilet was stained and didn’t flush well. Over all the owners need to invest a little to take care of these inconveniences.

I have stayed here a few times in between shifts while working at the hospital across the street. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice. There is no microwave in the room which I found to be unfortunate. The pools are smaller than you'd expect for a large property. Pool bar was never open any time I was there. The gym is well equipped for a hotel gym and I have been able to get good workouts in while staying there. The food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly very good. I think the fee for daily parking is ridiculous, not everyone who stays there is going to SeaWorld.

The only good things: sound isolation between rooms, strong A/C, no weird smells.
Front desk person most unhelpful. First kept messing up my name. She thought we had one room reserved when we actually had 2. Lied that rooms in other floors were full and stuck us in the basement. She didn't even know where the other entrances of the hotel were.
The key cards are terrible, lots of people seem to have ones that don't work.
Beds are old, got bruised by a broken spring on one side of the bed.
Carpet looked like it was never vacuumed.
Ice bucket had stains from tea or coffee, like it is never cleaned or sanitized.
Corners of the tables and TV with dust, indicated poor room cleaning.

We stayed here during hurricane Harvey. We had a family emergency and drove from Indiana to this hotel. We arrived late due to going to the hospital first. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service because we were exhausted and the staff was terrific. The food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking to stay in the area.

We had a great stay here - we wanted something close to Sea World and hill country and this was perfect. We got a suite so our toddler could sleep on the fold-out couch. There was a rain shower and jetted tub that were really nice, and the beds were soft and comfy. We liked the balcony but it doesn’t look like many people use it because our first night there was a glass left by a previous hotel guest that was missed. Hotel was quiet, never had issues with hearing other guests.
This hotel has an easy and quick drive to lots of local restaurants as well as into downtown San Antonio. Our toddler really loved the kids walk-in pool. They also had two other pools, and the landscaping was really pretty.

The customer service here was great. Very professional. The pools and hot tub were nice. Rooms were comfortable. I did not hear a peep from anyone, the walls are sound proof!
