A full-scale, destination resort tucked away on 300 tree covered acres in northwestern San Antonio. Including a 522 room hotel, 40,000 sq ft meeting space divisible into 27 flexible meeting areas, including five meeting rooms and two magnificent ballrooms, 14,500 sq ft stand alone full service spa and 27-hole championship golf course, tennis court and 4 acre water playground with a 950 ft Ramblin' River.PET POLICY: Pets allowed are limited to dogs. Guests are limited to no more than 2 housebroken dogs at any time. Pets must not exceed 50lbs each or up to a total of 75lbs max per room. Pet Fee Deposit is 150USD per stay. Service animals are always welcome and a cleaning fee will not be charged to a guest who requires a service animal.
Hotel opened in 1993, renovated in 2008.

Janie Mann made it especially great and had a special treat for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary! This hotel (and especially Janie) has the BEST customer service and kindness we have ever received from a hotel! We look forward to returning and highly recommend it!! Thank you!
The only small suggestions I have are for the hotel’s dining options. For the price, the restaurant menus could use an update – the food was just okay, and the options were limited. The tables also felt a bit outdated and could benefit from a refresh.
Additionally, given the hotel’s price point, I think a complimentary breakfast would be a great touch. It would also be nice to have 24/7 coffee and tea available in the lobby. These small improvements could really enhance the overall guest experience.
But overall, we felt very well taken care of and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking attentive service and a comfortable stay!
