Coincidentally, the hotel has very friendly workers for tourist information or hiring activities, etc.
A good employee, Martin saved our trip at that time, he kindly assisted us and helped us with all our questions in SF and we booked a tour to go see Muir Woods, Sausalito, Silicon Valley etc. It was very good but they make 1 stops h around. It seems little to me.
We were able to have a pleasant stay, the hotel is highly recommended.

Firstly, while I understand that San Francisco can be damp, the odor in the room is unbearable. It smells like a sea lion!
Secondly, the hotel imposes a $30 mandatory fee but provides a $30 credit that can only be used at a lackluster restaurant. Unfortunately, the waiters there seem exhausted from serving all the customers who were compelled to dine there, resulting in cold and impatient service.
I suggest that if your restaurant cannot handle such a heavy load, you should consider either eliminating this mandatory spending requirement or adjusting your rates transparently. No one enjoys encountering unfriendly faces and unprofessional treatment.
This isn't the kind of service I expect from Marriott.
Also, beware they charge more to park a car than I paid to rent it.
We enjoyed the hotel bar/restaurant, and the free sundae was nice.
They gave us two tickets to ride the cable-car, which we really appreciated.
Everyone was courteous, professional and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome as guests at your facility.
We'd like to give special mention to the Front Desk Office Manager, Ms. Flordeliz Torres who sent us an email prior to arrival to see if there were any special requests. She then sent up a follow-up email after our arrival. She managed her Staff well and saw to every detail.
The Concierge responsible for the garage and luggage, etc. were very attentive, professional and courteous as well. We did take notice of the Security Staff during the evening who seemed to know each and every Patron, acknowledging their presence, making eye contact while making sure the facility was in safe-keeping, with special attention to the side entrance. Little touches like coffee in the morning, fruited water and cookies in the afternoon were especially nice. The Dining room was always clean and the Staff there was also attentive, pleasant, courteous and professional.
Overall, we would very much like to revisit the Marriott San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf should we have another visit to San Francisco.
We loved our stay at the Marriott! Smooth check-in on the Marriott app. The hotel feels newly modern. Our room was quite spacious with tons of counter space and outlets to charge all of our electronics. The smart TV is a bonus, especially if you’re gone from home for awhile and want to catch up on some shows. Very quiet hotel despite being pretty close to Fisherman’s Wharf. Would definitely stay here again!
