Nicely remodeled. Parking is expensive but secure and convenient. Mel’s dinner is handy and friendly staff

The room was decent and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious and nice. I liked the walk-in shower, but the water splashed out onto the floor a bit because it's a curtain. They were doing renovations so there were some bright lights outside my window, but the curtains did a pretty good job of blocking it out. Was nice that they had parking available.

It is currently under renovation, but I'd stay here again once it's done.
It has what I require from a hotel... I was able to book the exact room I needed and didn't have to cross my fingers I got the right bed size, the bathroom has a good shower, and the TV is in front of the bed and not at some awkward angle.
Extra bonuses... Comfy bed, decent pillows, snazzy/modern decorations.
Not so great: I got a room with a king bed and it was just big enough. I had no issues, but if you need floor room, watch for the marked size.

We stayed here on NYE and had a great time. Loved the new renovations and didn't have any problems. Lots of places to hang things, charge our phones, etc. Beds were comfortable no complaints.
There's a diner connected to the hotel which was too expensive IMO but good. the Joint across the street had great divey atmosphere with delicious sandwiches and cheap beer. Walked around the area late night to find some slices of pizza and felt safe. (I currently live in the Bay Area, outsiders may feel otherwise) but we had no concerns.

We were in a recently remodeled room and they did a really nice job. Comfortable with a nice bed, bathroom and safe in room.

Decent but bare bones. Power is a bit hard to get to. The rooms are fine but nothing special

Location is close to public transit which is great, lots of shopping and food within 20 minutes walking or transit. My only complaint is that the room we booked online looked much different than the pictures we saw initially. We found out when we got here that we saw pictures of renovated rooms, which our initial room was not. It was easy to upgrade rooms though, so no hassle there.

It was very nice and clean.The beds are very comfortable.My husband drinks lots of coffee and the coffee machine we had in our room didn't work and we called the help desk to let them know and they brought another one when we were ready to leave and check out.Also very concern about parking in the street my sister-in-law got her window broken and her phone was stolen and other things.Not safe to park in the street we put our car in the garage an had to pay $50.00 For one day with the hotel. We are not from here and didn't know how unsafe it is not to park your car in the street we were only here because our father was in the hospital in the burn unit . ..
