I had an amazing experience at The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, Miami. This was my fourth hotel stay in Miami, and I must say, it stood out for its exceptional quality. I stayed in a spacious suite with a living room, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. The suite was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. I stayed for five days and even visited the spa for the first time, which was a wonderful experience.
The price for the hotel was fantastic, offering great value for such luxury. While I did have to wait four hours for my room to be ready, and it wasn't as clean as expected initially, the staff quickly resolved the issue by giving us a new room within 20 minutes. The only downside was that the beach at the hotel wasn't the best.
Overall, the experience was great, and I'd highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Miami.

This is specific to the beach and beverage services. Not to the hotel however I strongly feel that the hotel overall should take ownership of everything that happens on its property. Each person recited different times for the start of food today and that might not seem like a big deal but when it’s off by an hour and people have medical conditions, we just need to know the correct time. My suggestion for the future is that if someone does not know an answer to question, ask management do not confidently come up with a variety of times as each person did. That makes it much worse and confusing than having clarified from the beginning that staff was late today for whatever reason which would have been clearly palatable . Please do a revamp of management and education for the beach and beverage area if you want to be successful in the future.

An outstanding location with a truly fantastic staff, The Ritz-Carlton holds up as a fantastic, family friendly hotel here in Miami. However, the knock is that the pool is in desperate need of updating and is honestly a touch surprising given how excellent this brand generally is. However, the location on Haulover is stunning with ocean or inlet views from most rooms. The spa is fantastic as well. The beach is kept clean and the team there were really terrific. The food was delicious and of course comes with a Miami price tag. Overall, an excellent stay.

Sadly, we ended today our probably best holiday ever in the Ritz Carlton Bal Harbour in Miami. We stayed there for two weeks and could not be thankful enough to all the amazing people who helped us during our stay there. From the people at the front desk, housekeeping personnel, the gentleman at the door always welcoming us and helping every single day, and personnel at the restaurant, at the pool, and the beach, always with a smile on their faces beside the 100 degrees. The room, a one-bedroom suite, was our home for these amazing 14 nights and was incredible. Thank you, Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, for making us feel at home and like family. Will be back soon. We are on the plane back to Boston and feeling so sad. Special thanks to Maria. We will miss you so much!

Room was AMAZING (2 bedroom suite: 1 king, 2 queen - harbour/ hotel entrance corner view). The comfort of the beds and pillows were definitely lacking. The pillows were feathered and extremely flat. The bed was hard and felt like you were sleeping on a hammock. Service was IMPECCABLE! Food was good...steaks were overcooked by A LOT (requested medium rare - cool to warm red center, got well done - dark gray center). Plan on drinks being $18-$35 each with an average of $25. Breakfast for 4 (2 kids) ran around $200+, lunch around $250, and dinners around $400.

There are nice sea views and beaches, but that's it. The hotel is too old, and it's a bit too expensive for more than 9,000 yuan a night. In addition, there is an additional service fee of several dozen dollars per night...

I loved my room – it was so beautiful and spacious. I loved the soaking tub with a stunning view of the Haulover inlet – that was my favorite way to relax. The balcony view was fantastic for catching the sunrise and sunset. The complimentary bike ride was my favorite activity besides swimming. All of the staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel right at home. I'll definitely be returning again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
