Good experience ! Good hotel and beautiful services! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Andorra. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the spa — beautifully designed, relaxing, and perfect after a day of exploring the mountains. The food was exceptional as well, with a variety of delicious local and international dishes. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great service and a touch of luxury.

Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, siempre con una sonrisa, cercanos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Con respecto a la comida del buffet era variada. La carta del bar puede que fuese más limitada pero tenían varias opciones disponibles. Algunas noches podías cenar escuchando música en directo.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Thanks so much for all the team from reception, breakfast and dining room, Mr Claver, the person that take us to the slopes and the Chef and his team for the magnificent food each and every day. Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

The location of the hotel is quite away from the main area, about a 15/20 minute walk UP HILL to lifts ect, I would 100% recommend booking minibus at reception to take you to lifts, best to book the day/ morning before. Rooms are warm with good storage spaces for cases and equipment with safe and fridge, beds are good too, and we had a twin room and we separated the beds for our own space, the only down side is that you don't have plugs but the bedsides these are located by the dess/ dresser opposite so not much of a problem. Also rooms have a large window that opens inwards, so if you have kids please keep this in mind as they open right up. Also keep on mind that reception is at top of hotel at level 5 and room, ski lockers and spa are below. Food is at a good standard when it comes to Breakfast, all that you need to start off you're day times are from 07.30 to 09.30 and this is the same for dinner 19.30 to 21.30, but you can still order food throughout the day portions are a good size and not expensive Spa is to a good standard, this you have to book and you have 1 x free pass to this for you stay, after that it's 9 euros per person. Over all a Very good hotel and a good environment, entertainment in evenings from magic to live music that is chilled in the bar area

This hotel was very good in all respects except for the food. Staff were lovely rooms excellent. It would be 5star but for the food. Both at breakfast and dinner people were warming food up in the microwave because plates were cold. In particular the evening meal was buffet and as so often happens the food was poor in quality and flavour. Pointless being a big selection and eat as much as you want if it’s tasteless. Would I go back? yes if they change the food.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.
